This article is about foreign languages hegemony in Tunisia. It describes the linguistic situation at the macro and micro levels, the Tunisian and the international linguistic communities, the status of English and French languages throughout the world, and their effects on the Tunisian educational policy. The prevalence of French in Tunisia as the language of science and technology between 1956 and 1987, the way the  value of English is promoted in the Tunisian educational system between 1987 and 2011 though Tunisia is a French colonized country, and the tendency to linguistic isolationism since 2011, prove the intrinsic link between language and politics. Political changes at international and local levels shape the local linguistic communities.

Abstract Practical projects around the world are exploring and prefiguring ecologically feasible futures. The ideas informing these initiatives are familiar from degrowth discourses. But particularly where activists hail from the professional middle-classes of wealthy cities - architects, designers and other 'creatives' in Helsinki for example - they risk being dismissed by the media as well as by academics as vacuous life-style experimenters. Looking at Finland, the sense that this activity is not truly political or transformative can be further enhanced by activists' own reluctance to enter into explicitly political debate and their preference for discussing futures in the neutral language of science. Connecting today's situation to precursors in the 1960s, however, we can see how these local projects are embedded in local political culture, including a Finnish tendency to play up scientific rationality as a tool for managing collective affairs. This contrast with many other degrowth discourses shows the significance of local histories in influencing the space available for people to work out alternatives to the status quo. This chapter delves into the world of British Muslims who have experienced a whole host of interconnected challenges at the national and local levels, with the perils of Brexit sowing deep divisions. It also introduces the so-called ‘Trojan Horse’ affair of 2014, which demonstrated that Islamophobia had reached the highest levels of government. After seventy years of post-war immigration, settlement and adaptation to society, many Muslim minority communities continue to face racism, prejudice, intolerance, bigotry and discrimination, affecting educational outcomes and their sense of identity. Dominant notions of race and nation have thrust Muslims into the limelight as the most racialized, objectified and ‘othered’ group in education, but adaptation and social integration has simply not occurred because of the workings of wider society. The presumption that promoting ‘British values’ will somehow eliminate the structural inequalities that result from modern racism is nonsensical, as it will simply reproduce the status quo, recreating the conditions for disadvantage and discrimination. It is an attempt to preserve ethnic nationalism in the face of its ongoing disintegration.

English is a modern and stable language for international communication. All progressive countries have long been leaders in their study and knowledge. That is, the success of the country directly depends on the level of knowledge of the most large-scale and universal language in the world. However, due to the unstable, imperfect, and weak English language system in the Ukrainian HEIs and in the country as a whole, we are unable to keep up with the times and to be at the proper level of political and economic development alongside the leading countries of the world. That is why many innovations and changes are being introduced at the current stage of education development in Ukraine, including the legislation. The field of English in higher education has always been and still is, the Achilles' heel. The overstated requirements and inconsistency of the tasks set for their implementation are what characterize the status of English language learning in the Defense Law in Ukraine. Ongoing implementation of updated standards and, in return, no improvements and prospects. According to statistics, the vast majority of the population of all foreign languages still understand English the best. And even after graduation, they have an adequate level of knowledge of the international language of communication. However, over the years of studying at the HEI, previously acquired language skills can not only improve but also preserve existing knowledge. The purpose of the article is: ⎯ study of the status of studying English in higher education institutions, which is fixed at the legislative level; to find out the problem of the status of studying English in the HEI in Ukraine; ⎯ finding out the meaning of English and learning it; ⎯ Consideration of the state perspectives of English language development in the Higher Education of Ukraine, in particular regarding the future requirements for the English language students and the concept of English language development in higher education in Ukraine; analyze the relationship between English language proficiency in the country and its political and economic development status. The importance of English to open new horizons and opportunities for people is recognized by Ukraine and is embedded in many national initiatives and strategies where English is recognized as key, including: ⎯ recognition of the need to ensure the competitiveness of Ukrainian scientists and graduates at national and international levels; ⎯ striving for internationalization of higher education; ⎯ programs for academic and educational integration within the EU; compulsory learning of English in primary and secondary education; ⎯ Adoption of the National Framework of the Professional English Curriculum for Use in the Defense Law of Ukraine; ⎯ defining the study of foreign languages, in particular English, as a priority of domestic policy in the strategic documents of Ukraine. Thus, the Sustainable Development Strategy "Ukraine-2020" within the framework of the Program of popularization of Ukraine in the world and promotion of Ukraine's interests in the world information space "envisages strengthening of the institutional capacity for the implementation of international strategic communications; increasing and optimizing Ukraine's presence at international events and venues; presence in the international academic, cultural and social environment. ⎯ English Year in Ukraine (2016) and more. Data collection and machine learning are changing the world. Whether it is medicine, sports or education, companies and institutions are investing a lot of time and money in systems that gather, process and analyse data. Likewise, to improve competitiveness, a lot of countries are making changes to their educational policy by supporting STEM disciplines. Therefore, it’s important to put effort into using various data sources to help students succeed in STEM. In this paper, we present a platform that can analyse student’s activity on various contest and e-learning systems, combine and process the data, and then present it in various ways that are easy to understand. This in turn enables teachers and organizers to recognize talented and hardworking students, identify issues, and/or motivate students to practice and work on areas where they’re weaker.

Language being a potent vehicle of transmitting cultural values, norms and beliefs remains a central factor in determining the status of any nation. India is a multilingual country which tends to encourage people to use English at national and international level. Entering the XXI century and especially in the period of the industrial revolution has entered the era of IT with the knowledge economy in the trend of globalization. The 4.0 mankind development of ICT, especially the Internet has had a strong impact and make changes to all activities profound social life of every country in the world. Through surveys in six high School, interviewed 85 managers and teachers on the status of the management of information technology application in teaching, author of the article used the SWOT method to distribute surface strength, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges from which to export 7 management measures consistent with reality. 7 measures have been conducting trials and the results showed that 07 measures of necessary and feasible.

Almost 50 per cent of the world population is constituted by the women and they have been making substantial contribution to socio-economic development. But, unfortunately their tremendous contribution remains unrecognized and unnoticed in most of the developing and least developed countries causing the problem of poverty among them. Empowering women has become the key element in the development of an economy. With women moving forward, the family moves, the village moves and the nation moves. Hence, improving the status of women by way of their economic empowerment is highly called for. Entrepreneurship is a key tool for the economic empowerment of women around the world for alleviating poverty. Entrepreneurship is now widely recognized as a tool of economic development in India also. In this paper I have tried to discuss the reasons and role of Women Entrepreneurship with the help of Push and Pull factors. In the information society the status of information is changing: this main value of global civilization becomes an important resource of socio- economic, technological and cultural development. The rapid development of virtual technologies and the growing number of Internet users in Ukraine and in the world causes the new challenges to communication of each organization. The book publishers are also obliged to respond to these processes. However, the works devoted directly to publishers’ communication in the modern media space are still lacking in Ukraine. The objective of the article is to clarify peculiarities and conditions of the activities of Ukrainian book publishers in today’s media space which is an important issue today. It is analyzed the literature and sources on this issue and it is ascertained the theoretical and practical possibilities to take into account the trends in the world of modern media in the PR-activity of book publishers. Also the prospects for further scientific study and practical use of PR-communications in the activity of publishers are determined. The analysis of current changes in the modern information space allows us to trace the general tendencies: the new subject and object areas are formed; the number of subjects is expanded; the new formats of interaction within the system of communications of the organization and in society as a whole are created. That means that publishing house’s PR-communications are complicated by the emergence of new elements, such as active audience, social networks as communication channels, promotions on the Internet and others. PR communication in the Internet space is the most effective and inexpensive tool for interaction of publishers with active audiences. Thus, the activation of PR communication in the modern media space is associated with the emergence of the latest information technologies, online media as well as development of Internet. The use of online channels of Internet for communication with the target audience of publishing organizations has certain advantages over traditional media. At the same time, it is necessary to take into account the information saturation of media space, which complicates the way of PR-messages of book publishers to the reader.

Since the birth of 5G, it has attracted much attention from all countries in the world. The development of 5G industry is particularly important for domestic economic development. 4G changes life, 5G changes society. 5G will not only accelerate the speed of people surfing the Internet, but also bring revolutionary changes to all aspects of social life, making people's lives, work and entertainment more convenient and diverse. The economic impact of the development of the 5G industry on China cannot be underestimated. Nowadays, information and communication technology has increasingly become a new driving force for economic development. 5G technology has already become a key technology pursuit for countries to compete for the status of world power, and it has also become an indispensable part of contemporary economic and social development. We should give full play to the government's guiding role, and work with network giants to build a new platform for cooperation, promote coordinated industrial development, achieve win-win results, and promote economic and social prosperity and development.
