Tulisan ini bertujuan mengungkap konflik batin tokoh-tokoh perempuan dalam novel Tempurung. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah novel Tempurung karya Oka Rusmini yang diterbitkan tahun 2010. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik kepustakaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori psikoanalisis sosial Karen Horney. Metode yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah metode deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan psikoanalisis. Pembahasan ini menghasilkan hal-hal berikut. Pertama, adanya hubungan buruk orang tua-anak, dan keadaan budaya dan tradisi telah menciptakan berbagai peristiwa yang mendorong munculnya konflik batin tokoh-tokoh perempuan. Kedua, tindakan-tindakan yang dilakukan tokoh-tokoh perempuan untuk menanggulangi atau me- ngurangi konflik batinnya diekspresikan dalam tindakan balas dendam. Abstract: This paper aims to reveal the inner conflicts of women characters in the novel of Tempurung. The source data of this study is Tempurung, a novel of Oka Rusmini which was issued in 2010. The data was collected by librarian techniques. This study uses the theory of Karen Horney’s social psychoanalysis. The method used in this paper is descriptive analysis method with the approach of psychoanalysis. The discussion results in the following. First, the bad relationship of parent-child and the state of culture and tradition have created a variety of events that encourage the emergence of inner conflicts of the women characters. Second, the actions taken by the women characters to overcome or reduce their inner conflicts expressed in acts of revenge. Key Words: novel; female characters; inner conflict; social psychoanalysis

The world of literature can be a medium of expressing the writer's expressions and ideas. Universal topics such as, love, death, and war often become subject mailers in the world of literature. In the novel, of The Color Purple. Alice Walker describes the oppression experienced by Afro American women in the female characters of Celie, Nellie, Shug Avery, Sofia, and Mary Agnes who faced sexual discrimina!ions in a patriarchal society. Womanhood, education, and lesbianism are factors that help the Afro American women to free themselves from traditional values. The Color Purple puts into words the process of its main character, Celie, who tries to reject and escape from the male domination of her world. The other Afro American women characters that help Celie to find her selfidentity represent the manifestation of the rejection of the traditional values. This article. which uses the socio-historical alld feminism approach. is intended to analyse the Afro-American women's rejection of traditional values by focusing on the major character of' Walker's The Color Purple. Celie. as she develops from being a victim of traditional values to the rejoiceful discovery of her selfidentity.

Health services provided by foundations in the pre-Republic period became more systematic and organized after the foundation of the Turkish Republic. Healthcare services, offered by the state in the period between 1920 and 1980 and accepted as one of the main duties of the state, became one of the areas in which the state wanted to withdraw after 1980. As a result of the neoliberal wave in the globalized world, policies aimed at downsizing healthcare services in Turkey have been developed and implemented since the 1980s. Accelerated downsizing practices by the Health Transformation Project (2003) continues today. In this study, literature review and descriptive analysis method were used.The aim of this study is to discuss the downsizing practices in the health sector of Turkey. This debate will take place over two periods (before 2002 and after 2002). Especially, the post-2002 period and works on behalf of health sector downsizing in this period will be discussed as to whether there is downsizing or not.

Abstract This study aims to explain death wish in the characterization of the main character. This research uses a descriptive analysis method with the psychology literature approach. The sources of data used were the novel Jisatsu Yotei Bi by Akiyoshi Rikako (2016) and the Indonesian translation of the novel, Scheduled Suicide Day (2017). The object of this research is a quotation in the form of narrative. The results of this study are the main character has a desire to die and it is shown by her always thinking about death and finding out in one website about ways to die that she thinks are comfortable and appropriate.   Keywords: Personality Dynamics, Death Wish, Characterization, Psychology Literature.

Literary works in this era of progress have been very developed. The creation of literary works is usually influenced by the literary works that preceded it. The literary work that precedes is used as an example or role model for later literary works. Two or more literary works with the same theme have similarities and differences. Similarities and differences in several literary works can be analyzed using the principle of intertextuality. This principle is intended to examine texts that are considered to have a certain relationship with other texts so that it is possible for a work to become a hypogram for subsequent literary works. In this study the author chose the title " Intertextual Study of the Novel Cinta Bertabur Di Langit Mekkah by Roidah and Novel Asmara Di Atas Haram  by Zulkifli L. Muchdi with a Sociological Approach ". Based on the object studied, this study aims to describe: (1) the structure of Roidah's novel Cinta Bertabur Di Langit Mekkah (CBM) and novel Asmara Di Atas Haram (ADH) by Zulkifli L. Muchdi, (2) similarities and differences in the novel Cinta Bertabur Di Langit Mekkah (CBM) by Roidah and novel Asmara Di Atas Haram (ADH) by Zulkifli L. Muchdi, (3) Intertextual relations between Roidah's novel Cinta Bertabur Di Langit Mekkah (CBM) and Zulkifli L. Muchdi's novel Asmara Di Atas Haram (ADH, and (4) sociological aspects of novel Cinta Bertabur Di Langit Mekkah (CBM) by Roidah and novel Asmara Di Atas Haram  (ADH) by Zulkifli L. Muchdi. The method used is descriptive analysis method. The results obtained in the research are intrinsic elements of the novel, similarities and differences between the two novels, intertextual relations and sociological aspects which include social aspects, religious aspects, economic aspects, and love aspects.

This study aims to describe the meaning of Alang Suntiang Pangulu dance in Padang Laweh village, Sungai Pua district, Agam regency. This is a qualitative research with a descriptive analysis method. The object of this research was Alang Suntiang Pangulu dance in Padang Laweh village, Sungai Pua district, Agam regency. The main instrument used was the researcher itself and was assisted by tools such as stationery and cameras to collect data in the field. The data were collected through literature study, observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis was conducted by reducing the data, describing the data, and making conclusion.The results show that Alang Suntiang Pangulu dance describes lessons about things a Pangulu (a leader) uses to maintain his crown or honor. These are found in Alang Suntiang Pangulu dance which gives textual meanings elaborated through motion, floor patterns, music, dancers, make-up, performance, and venues. The fact that human resources (employee) often dominant and play an active role in organization activities is the reason why this study needs to be done. Along with the development of science and knowledge more advanced then the companies are expected to be able to make its employees more skilled and trained in doing its job. One effort that can be done to improve the performance of the company’s employees of such companies is to conduct employee training. This research uses the sampling method sampling with nonprobability saturated, while the techniques of data collection are done by doing a spread of questionnaires to the 110 respondents, The data analysis method in this research tests for assumptions of classical, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, hypothesis test, and regression analysis. The result obtained in this study that the training provided at PDAM Tirta Bumi Wibawa Sukabumi to employees classified as good or high, performance in PDAM Tirta Bumi Wibawa Sukabumi is also good. Based on the research tha has been done, the regression equation is Y +43.163 + 0.392X. results of the study stated that in PDAM Tirta Bumi Wibawa Kota Sukabumi job training and the performance of the employees have a positive relationship of 0.396 and training work affect the performance of the employees of 15.7% and 84,3% explained by other factors by the salary, work environment, organizational culture, leadership and motivation.

This study examines the religious values ​​contained in the novel Mengejar Halalnya Syabila by Noor Ruhaimin. The purpose of this study is to: (1) describe aqidah, (2) describe worship, and (3) describe morals in the novel Mengejar Halalnya Syabila by Noor Ruhaimin. The method in this research is descriptive analysis method. The data source in this study is the novel Mengejar Halalnya Syabila by Noor Ruhaimin. This novel was published by BanyuwangiNaa Publisher in 2018. The collection technique in this research is the text observation technique and the data analysis technique used is interpretive descriptive technique. Based on the research results obtained: Religious values ​​associated with aqidah namely, (a) faith in God, (b) faith in books. (c) faith in the Rasul, and (d) faith in qada and qadar. Religious values ​​related to worship are, (a) public worship, such as helping in the family (b) special worship. Religious values ​​related to morals, namely, (a) morals towards God. This research intends to elaborate the effect of mass media abuses through Dellilo’s White Noise. Therefore, the researchers analyzed how the effect of mass media abuses influence the character through the novel. In analyzing this research, the researchers used genetic structuralism approach as the grand theory and concept of mass media as the supporting theory. Moreover, the writer used qualitative method and descriptive analysis method in analyzing the data. The result of this research is the writers finds there are three effect of mass media abuses such as (1) consumerism, (2) drug abuses, and (3) violence.

Abstract Religious behavior student become a benchmark for the success of learning, especially learning Islam. Where the results of learning Islamic education not only from the aspect of cognitive but also affective and psychomotor aspects. Therefore, it is very interesting to do research if there is a relationship between religious behavior with Islamic education learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not the relationship of religious behavior with Islamic education learning outcomes . The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method with quantitative research forms. The results showed no relationship between religious behavior with Islamic education learning outcomes. This conclusion is based on the correlation test was done using the formula Kendal tau test with SPSS. The test results show significant figures 0548> 0.05. Shown significant values greater than 0.05 means that there is a relationship between religious behavior of students with the learning outcomes of Islamic Education in SMA Negeri 1 Ambarawa Pringsewu. Abstrak Perilaku keagamaan siswa menjadi tolak ukur keberhasilan sebuah pembelajaran, khususnya pembelajaran Agama Islam. Dimana hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam bukan hanya dilihat dari aspek kognitif saja namun juga aspek afektif dan psikomotorik. Oleh karena itu, sangat menarik untuk dilakukan penelitian apakah ada hubungan antara perilaku keagamaan dengan hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan perilaku keagamaan dengan hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analisis dengan bentuk penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada hubungan antara perilaku keagamaan dengan hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam. Kesimpulan ini berdasarkan uji korelasi yang telah dilakukan menggunakan rumus uji kendal tau dengan bantuan program SPSS. Adapun hasil pengujian menunjukan angka signifikan 0.548 > 0,05. Nilai signifikan yang ditunjukan lebih besar dari 0,05 berarti ada hubungan antara perilaku keagamaan siswa dengan hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA Negeri 1 Ambarawa Pringsewu. Kata Kunci: Perilaku keagamaan, Hasil Belajar PAI
