This study aims to determine whether the professional competence and commitment affect the auditor's working motivation at the Inspectorate of North Aceh district. The research method in this study is causal research design with the auditors of Inspectorate of North Aceh district as samples. This study was conducted in 2011. Data used is primary data that were obtained from questionnaires and distributed directly to the auditors in North Aceh district Inspectorate. The data analyzed in this study were compiled from questionnaire respondents regarding the competence, commitment and motivation of professional auditors. The method of analysis in this study is a qualitative analysis method by testing the quality of the data and classical assumptions testing and then the data will analysis by multiple linear regressions with t-Test and F Test. The results showed that the competence does not give effect partially on Auditor’s working motivation in North Aceh District Inspectorate, while the profession 's commitment partially has an effect on working motivation to auditors in North Aceh District Inspectorate. Simultaneously, competence and professional commitment has an effect working motivation of auditors in North Aceh District Inspectorate.

The objectives of the study are how to determine product bundling strategy andimplementation to Dekalb brand hybrid corn and Round-up brand herbicide. By analyzes how consumer attitudes toward buying intention in this regard farmers as buyer and retailers as products services. The data used is primary data. Primary data is obtained using 2 kind of respondents are retailers and farmers. The data obtained by distributed 30 questionnaires for retailers and 110 farmers in Grobogan. The descriptive statistic employed to analyzed data by using multiple linear regressions with t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The result showed that on retailers respondents attribute the product bundling has no significant influence to consumer buying intention but consumer attitudes significantly influence the buying intention. On the farmers respondents showed that attributes of the product bundling and consumer attitudes positive and significant influence to buying intention.

This study to determine the effect of Puzzle Play Against Social Adaptability on Mental Retardation Students in SDLB Dharma Women in Bengkulu City. This research method using a research design Pre Exsperimental Design with draft form one group pretest posttest, way of taking a sample is taken using total sampling with a sample of 12 respondents. used in this study are primary data, the data acquired, processed and analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis using T. Test The results showed that the average number of children who have mental retardation prior to the puzzle game has a social adaptation unfavorable and the average number of children who have mental retardation after doing a puzzle game has a social adaptation enough baikdan no effect between playing puzzle to adaptability social in students with mental retardation in SDLB Dharma Women in Bengkulu City p 0.004. This study aims to determine the role of BPR in the development of MSMEs. The research method uses a descriptive-qualitative analysis method. The population in this study are rural banks and MSMEs in the Lebak regency of Banten. The type of data used is secondary data and primary data The role of BPR in the development of MSMEs in the Lebak Regency of Banten with credit growth from 2016 - 2018 of 166.88% and MSME growth of 28.05%, the characteristics of MSME actors in the Lebak district of Banten is the age level of 40 -50 years and male sex with the majority of MSMEs married, and educated in high school, with experience managing businesses between 1 to 5 years, business characteristics, in general, financing customers of PT. BPR Lebak Sejahtera has a business in the field of handicraft, a self-owned business with a place of business that is also owned by itself, in running its business it already has an official business license. financing characteristics provided, the customer receives working capital financing with a repayment period of 1 to 3 years.

The purpose of this study is to determine simultaneous and partial influence of product quality both on repurchase decision of Shinzui bath soap in Palu City. Independent variables used in this study consist of performance, features, reliability, durability, conformance, aesthetics, and perceived quality; while dependent variable is repurchase decision (Y). The research method is descriptive. Sample consists of 80 respondents who selected by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method is multiple linear regressions. The result of this research shows that product quality, consists of performance, feature, reliability, durability, conformance, aesthetics, and perceived quality simultaneously have significant influence on repurchase decision of Shinzui bath soap in Palu City. Partially, product qualities that consist of feature and perceived quality have significant influence on repurchase decision of Shinzui bath soap in Palu City. While performance, reliability, durability, conformance, and aesthetics variables partially have non-significant influence on repurchase decision of Shinzui bath soap in Palu City. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk baik secara serempak maupun parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang sabun mandi Shinzui di Kota Palu. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kinerja (Performance), Keistimewaan (Features), Kehandalan (Reliability), Daya Tahan (Durability), Kesesuaian (Conformance), Estetika (Aesthetics), dan Kualitas Yang Dirasakan (Perceived Quality), sedangkan variabel dependen adalah Keputusan Pembelian Ulang (Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 80 responden dengan bentuk pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kualitas produk yang terdiri dari Kinerja (Performance), Keistimewaan (Features), Kehandalan (Reliability), Daya Tahan (Durability), Kesesuaian (Conformance), Estetika (Aesthetics), dan Kualitas Yang Dirasakan (Perceived Quality) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang sabun mandi Shinzui di Kota Palu. Secara parsial kualitas produk yang terdiri dari Keistimewaan (Features) dan Kualitas Yang Dirasakan (Perceived Quality) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang sabun mandi Shinzui di Kota Palu, Sedangkan variabel Kinerja (Performance), Kehandalan (Reliability), Daya Tahan (Durability), Kesesuaian (Conformance), dan Estetika (Aesthetics) secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang sabun mandi Shinzui di Kota Palu.

Quality of service is one of the main activities carried out by Kantin Yuank in its efforts to develop and earn a profit. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of service quality on visitor buying interest during the Covid 19 pandemic at the Yuank Canteen in Bima City. The research method uses quantitative methods with primary data sources. The sample in this study was 96 respondents using non-probability sampling method with accidental sampling technique. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis in this study includes: validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient (R2) and hypothesis testing through t test. Hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the independent variable quality of service studied is proven to significantly affect the dependent variable consumer purchase interest with a p value of 0.000 less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). The Adjusted R Square is 0.251. This means that 25.1% of buying interest is influenced by service quality and the remaining 74.9% is caused by other factors not included in this study such as product quality, price, place and others. The results showed that service quality influenced purchase intention. Thus, by maintaining and improving product quality and service quality at the Yuank Canteen in Bima City, a positive visitor attitude will be formed which will affect the buying interest of visitors at the Yuank Canteen in Bima City.

The aim of this study is to determine and examine the influence of cash position, debt to equity ratio, and growth potential to the dividend payout ratio of companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The analysis method of the data used to test the hypothesis is the multiple linear regressions. The test result showed that simultaneous cash position, debt to equity ratio, and growth potential did not significantly influence the dividend payout ratio at manufacturing companies listed on the BEI. The test results showed that only partially variable cash position that significantly influence the dividend payout ratio of companies listed on the Stock Exchange, while variable debt to equity ratio, and growth potential does not affect the dividend payout ratio of companies listed on the BEIDOI: 10.15408/etk.v12i1.1904

This research explores the concept of understanding of mosque managers in the public space about the importance of facing the direction of Qibla. Samples Mosque located in the public space of the Hospital Jogja International Hospital, Adisutjipto Airport and Mall Plaza Ambarrukmo be proof of the tendency of pattern of understanding of managers of religious orders to face the direction of Qiblah correctly. By using qualitative analysis method and data collection method in the form of observation, interview and documentation, it is found that first, that understanding of mosque managers in public space at three places reflects the quality of life of Islami ie measuring to the expert so that the direction of qibla . Secondly, the accuracy of the direction of the mosque building in the public space in Sleman Yogyakarta is included in the category of accurate with the maximum reason for the 6 minute arc disturbance, where the direction of the largest deviation on the mosques is 0o 1 '20.8 "or equivalent to 3,074 km which means still leads the city of Mecca.Keywords: Accuracy, Understanding and Mosque in Public Space Penelitian ini menggali konsep pemahaman para pengelola Masjid di ruang publik tentang pentingnya menghadap arah kiblat. Sampel Masjid yang berada di ruang publik yakni Rumah Sakit Jogja International Hospital, Bandara Adisutjipto dan Mall Plaza Ambarrukmo menjadi bukti kecenderungan pola pemahaman pengelola terhadap perintah agama untuk menghadap ke arah kiblat dengan tepat. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif dan metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi diperoleh hasil penelitian, pertama bahwa pemahaman para pengelola masjid di ruang publik pada tiga tempat tersebut mencerminkan kualitas hidup Islami yakni melakukan pengukuran kepada pihak ahli sehingga arah kiblat sesuai dengan keilmuan astronomi. Kedua, akurasi atau ketelitian arah kiblat bangunan Masjid di ruang publik di Sleman Yogyakarta termasuk dalam kategori akurat dengan alasan maksimal penyimpangan 6 menit busur, di mana arah penyimpangan paling besar pada masjid-masjid tersebut adalah 0o 1’ 20,8” atau setara 3,074 km yang berarti masih mengarah kota Mekah.Kata kunci: Akurasi, Pemahaman dan Masjid di Ruang Publik

This study aims to provide an overview of the potential downstream of the palm oil industry in North Sumatra, by conducting a series of visits to companies that act as an anchors in the palm oil industry, particularly those located in KEK Sei Mangkei, Kuala Tanjung and KIM. The writing of this study was conducted by using descriptive-explorative analysis method which relies on primary data from companies considered to have a key role in palm industry in North Sumatra. The research method used in the form of identification of value chain, hub-and-spoke and assess the value added of the downstream stages of palm oil. In the end, the downstream of palm oil industry also needs to prioritize the role of anchor companies as locomotives for palm oil industry development in the future.

This research aims to analyze the influence of brand equity and brand trust on e-commerce consumer’s loyalty. This research is also titled as hypothesis test research which undertaken test on hypothesis with Zalora’s consumer in Malang city as a source of this research. Data analysis method used multiple linear regressions with variable t and variable t. The result shows that brand equity and brand trust have an influence on Zalora’s consumer loyalty. It indicates that the increasing of brand trust followed by increasing of consumer’s loyalty.

The purpose of the research were : 1) to analyze the influence mix marketing consisted product, price, promotion and location toward the satisfaction of customer at PT. Belian Cahya Utama in Makassar and 2) identify the most dominant variable in influencing toward the satisfaction of customer at PT. Belian cahya Utama in Makassar. The populations of the research were 117 customers of Housing Permata Indah Regency and Griya Bandara Permai in Makassar. Total sample were 90 customers. The research used primary data and secondary data. Method of analysis data used descriptive statistic analysis and multiple linear regressions using SPSS program. The result of the research showed that the variable product, price, promotion, and location gave the positive influence significantly toward the satisfaction of the customers at PT. Belian Cahya Utama in Makassar. Further, in partially, the research showed that the variable product, price, and location had the positive influence in satisfaction of customer while the variable of promotion did not. Moreover, the variable of product was the most dominant influence in satisfaction of customers.
