Teachers often use projector media in classroom learning. Rarely do they want to develop and vary learning media with the aim of making the learning process more interesting. Finally, the lack of student interest in reading textbooks results in low student learning outcomes, which are not the focus of teacher attention. This study was aimed to develop comic in the material on reaction rates. The method used was R D with ADDIE, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The analysis stage was carried out by analyzing the needs in the form of student characteristics and identifying learning media. The media design stage included plot design, character design, and scenario creation. The design results were then developed at the development stage, then the comic was given to two validators to test their feasibility. The implementation phase was carried out at the XI IPA class XI IPA Senior High School LAB IKIP Al Washliyah Medan. Furthermore, student learning outcomes were measured at the evaluation stage using tests. The research is aimed to determine the factors of interest in learning, and learning disciplines that affect student learning outcomes accounting expertise. This type of research is qualitative research using qualitative descriptive analysis tools and multiple regression analysis to determine how much these factors influence. The sample is 76 students using proportional random sampling technique. This study means that the interest variable (X1) has a positive effect on learning outcomes (Y). This indicates that if the interest variable increases one unit, while the student learning discipline variable is considered constant it will cause an increase in learning outcomes by 0.480. This indicates that when the learning discipline variable has increased by one unit and the interest variable is considered constant it will cause an increase in learning outcomes. learning outcomes of 0.477. The results of the correlation coefficient analysis obtained a value (r) of 0.640, which means that the relationship between student learning outcomes and student learning interest and student learning discipline is in the strong category. Where the correlation value is in the coefficient interval 0.60 - 0.799. While the coefficient of determination (r2) is 0.410 or 41 percent, which means that the effect of student interest in learning and learning discipline on student learning outcomes is 41 percent, while the remaining 59 percent (100% - r2) is determined by other factors not included in this study. The results of the t-test show that the significant value is smaller than the alpha value, where the significant value = 0.002 <alpha = 0.05, which means that it is significant, so the hypothesis proposed is that: "It is assumed that interest in learning and student learning discipline has a significant effect on learning outcomes. students in the Accounting Skills Program of SMK Negeri 1 Pangkep are declared "accepted".

Mobile learning is one of the learning models using mobile technology devices that can support learning (Marinakou & Giousmpasoglou, 2015). Laptops, tablets, smartphones, and other are technology devices that can support mobile learning such as (Göksu & Atici, 2013). From these devices, smartphones are the most widely used devices (Ken Nee Chee, Noraffandy Yahaya, Nor Hasniza Ibrahim, & Mohamed Noor Hasan, 2017). Mobile learning uses a very flexible approach, which allows students to learn wherever and whenever (Your et al., 2014), (Kim, Lee, & Rha, 2017). In its application, lecturers are only as facilitators to excel and hone student skills (Hamdani, 2013). This study was research and development (R&D) (Sugiyono, 2016). Data collection techniques used in this study used questionnaires, walkthroughs, Interviews, and tests of student learning outcomes. The development model used is the adoption of the Lee & Owens development model consisting of 5 (five) phase: assessment/analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. (Lee, William W & Owns & Diana L, 2004) At the phase of assessment/analysis, a needs analysis was carried out from the study. Phase Design carried out several steps in the design of the mobile learning model which consists of the preparation of flowcharts, storyboards, and scripts that will be implemented in making applications and implementing mobile learning models. The development phase is the implementation of the design phase. The app that will be used in building products is  Moodle mobile app. At this phase, there will be a presentation of media experts, material experts, learning design experts, and linguists experts. The starter system on a motorcycle at the Indonesian Institute of Kutoarjo SMK. This type of research uses the Four - D method with research subjects, namely class XI TBSM A as an experimental class with a total of 14 students and class XI TBSM B as a control class with a total of 14 students. Collecting data using a questionnaire (questionnaire) to determine the media used for research and a written test in the form of multiple choice with a total of 25 questions. The data analysis test used normality test, homogeneity test, and t-test. From the results of the research, it shows that: 1) the procedure for developing learning media for the starter system stand on a motorcycle includes the search for the definition stage, the planning stage, the development stage, and the deployment stage. 2) the learning media of the starter system stand on the motorcycle that was developed is suitable to be used as a learning medium for the subject of Motorcycle Maintenance, at SMK Institut Indonesia Kutoarjo. This can be proven from the results of the validation carried out by media expert lecturers who showed results of 80.00% of the scores obtained indicating good criteria, validation by material expert lecturers who showed results of 70.00% of the scores obtained showed quite good criteria. 3) the results of the t-test effectively prove that the learning media is made to improve learning outcomes (tcount = 21.304 and p = 0.000) for class XI TBSM students at the State Vocational School of the Indonesian Institute of Kutuarjo. This is shown through student responses, which include small group trials, which include 89.5%, which includes 5 students, and large group trials, obtaining a score of 90.89%, which includes 14 students. Students' interest in learning shows the learning outcomes of students who do not use the starter system media stand on a motorcycle and those who use the starter system media stand on a motorcycle. Through the normality test, it was obtained that p = 0.144, because p > 0.05, it indicated that the two groups were normally distributed. Through the homogeneity test, it was obtained that F count = 3.081 with p = 0.091, because p > 0.05, the second group had a homogeneous variant. Thus the learning media stand starter system has succeeded in improving student learning outcomes at SMK Institu Indonesia Kutoarjo.
