AbstractAugustine’s account in the Confessions Book IX of his ecstasy at Ostia remains unsurpassed in its poetic force, yet unusual, as a description of religious experience, in two particular respects. First of all, what he describes is not a “vision” of God, but an experience of listening. Second, it is not a solitary but a shared experience (e.g., with his mother, Monica). This essay considers the significance of these two elements by analyzing the relation between his description in Book IX and the understanding of rhythm that he develops in De musica. Drawing also on Book X (on memory) and Book XI (on time-consciousness) in the Confessions, I investigate a particular type of flowing memory – what I call, “perfect” memory – that characterizes the temporally ordered movements of musical rhythm, showing that it is in this type of memory that Augustine finds God.

State Non-taxable Revenue (PNBP) from the energy and mineral sources (ESDM) sectors, particularly at Oil and earth gas(Migas) sector, coal and mineral sector, are very significant revenue of the state which is State Non-taxable Revenue described on the National budget and revenue(APBN). Actually there are still a lot of BUMN, BUMD, private companies which have not paid yet their PNBP to the Ministry of ESDM.. This research aims to recognize empirically the system of PNBP management within the Ministry of ESDM. This research has applied an analytical descriptive method which is a method to provide an actual condition regarding the credit management. The State revenue refers to PNBP credit has still been beyond the expectation due to a slow process of PNBP credit administration as well as the organization management which has not been running well. An effort to speed up the process should have to be applied refers to the efficiency of the related sources consumed such as time, cost and manpower. An effort to develop the effectiveness of State credit administration should have to be applied by improving the organization performance to maximize the result of the State credit management.

Abstract Background Identifying adverse drugs effects (ADEs) in children, overall and within pediatric age groups, is essential for preventing disability and death from marketed drugs. At the same time, however, detection is challenging due to dynamic biological processes during growth and maturation, called ontogeny, that alter pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics. As a result, methodologies in pediatric drug safety have been limited to event surveillance and have not focused on investigating adverse event mechanisms. There is an opportunity to identify drug event patterns within observational databases for evaluating ontogenic-mediated adverse event mechanisms. The first step of which is to establish statistical models that can identify temporal trends of adverse effects across childhood. Results Using simulation, we evaluated a population stratification method (the proportional reporting ratio or PRR) and a population modeling method (the generalized additive model or GAM) to identify and quantify ADE risk at varying reporting rates and dynamics. We found that GAMs showed improved performance over the PRR in detecting dynamic drug event reporting across child development stages. Moreover, GAMs exhibited normally distributed and robust ADE risk estimation at all development stages by sharing information across child development stages. Conclusions Our study underscores the opportunity for using population modeling techniques, which leverage drug event reporting across development stages, as biologically-inspired detection methods for evaluating ontogenic mechanisms.

Education is one of the forms of the Indonesian Church's apostolate. In the context of Indonesia that fought for its independence, Y.B. Mangunwijaya affirmed the importance of theology of independence as an anthropological foundation of developing a liberating education. By using analytical descriptive method, this research focuses on finding the main ideas of YB. Mangunwijaya about theology of independence as a foundation of education and learning process at school. There are three important things found in this research. First, theology of independence is the right formula that unites Christian values and the struggle for national life. It bases on the movement of Jesus Christ that is inclusive and universal for the sake of a more human life. Second, theology of independence becomes the foundation to develop a child-centered learning to develop or liberate themselves exploratively, creatively and integrally. Third, in order to develop liberating education, teachers who love children and dare to explore with the children for optimal child development are needed. Y.B. Mangunwijaya's thoughts provide a foundation for reconstructing the vision, mission and praxis of Catholic education in Indonesia contextually for a more liberating national life.

ABSTRACT   The study aimed to: (1) know the type of pests and predator that lived during the growth and production of strawberry plants, (2) know the populations of pests associated to the strawberry plants during vegetative and generative development stages until harvest time. The methodology used was Descriptive Method. Sampling the pests associated to strawberry plants was taken by the Method of Deliberate (Purposive Sampling Method). In the vegetative stage, the plants were in 2-10 weeks after planting, and the generative stage of flowering plants until harvest time, or age 11-20 weeks after planting. The results showed that, the pests on strawberry plants growth and development in both vegetative and generative stages, i.e.: seven order were included in nine families, those were: order Orthoptera with Acrididae and Grylotalpidae families; order Coleoptera with Curculionidae and Chrysomelidae families; order Lepidoptera with Pyralidae families; order Diptera with Drosophilidae families; order Homoptera with Aphididea families; order Acari with Tetranychidae families, and order Mollusca. There were six types of pests which destroyed the leaves on  the vegetative phase, i.e.: Acida turita, Locusta sp., Valanga nigricornis, Chrysocus auratus, Tetranychus sp. and Aphis sp., and a kind of destructive root, that was Gryllotalpha sp. There were 11 types of pests in the generative phase, consisted of: a) six pest species destroyed the leaf, i.e.: Acida turita, Locusta sp., Valanga nigricornis, Chrysocus auratus, Tetranychus sp., and Aphis sp.; b) two kinds of fruit pests, those were : Drosphila sp. and Filicaulis bleekeri, c) as well as a type of root pest was Gryllotalpha sp. Keywords : population type and plant pests and predators; strawberry plants

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to investigate the mineral content of seven Brazilian infant dairy product categories (petit Suisse cheeses, fermented milks, yogurts, fermented dairy beverage, dairy dessert, Requeijão cremoso spreadable cheese and UHT dairy beverages) and estimate their contribution to daily intake. Design/methodology/approach The composition of major (Ca, K, Mg, and Na) and trace (Pb, Cd, Cu and Mn) minerals was determined using Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry. Furthermore, a comparative analysis of the mineral levels with the Reference Daily Intake (RDI) at different child development stages was carried out. Findings High Ca levels were observed in petit Suisse (3.44±1.66 mg g−1), dairy dessert (3.88±0.02 mg g−1) and Requeijão cremoso (4.14±0.07 mg g−1). Dairy dessert presented the highest K level (2.57±0.07 mg g−1), while the Requeijão cremoso presented the highest Na content (4.78±0.10 mg g−1), and both products had the highest Mg contents (238.55±16.27 and 197.39±5.18 µg g−1, respectively). Trace elements (Cd, Cu, Mn and Pb) were below the limit of detection for all commercial dairy foods. Among food products analyzed, petit Suisse cheese and dairy dessert can be considered good sources of calcium, while Requeijão cremoso is high in both calcium and sodium. Originality/value This study is the first to analyze the mineral levels of several Brazilian infant dairy foods and the daily intake contribution during important child development stages. These findings provide valuable guidance for researchers and practitioners trying to develop healthy and nutritious dairy products for infants and children.
