Abstrak: Rachman Sabur adalah salah seorang sutradara teater dari kelompok Teater Payung Hitam Bandung. Sejak kecil ia sudah mulai suka menonton berbagai pertunjukan seperti sandiwara sunda, tari, wayang dan reog. Proses kreatif Rachman Sabur menyutradarai drama verbal dan teater non verbal mendapat pujian dari berbagai tokoh teater dan mempunyai banyak penonton. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan proses kreatif Graham Wallas yang dikemukakan oleh Irma Damayanti dalam buku Psikologi Seni (2006) yang meliputi Preparation (persiapan), Incubation (pengeraman), Ilumination (ilham, inspirasi), verification (pembuktian atau pengujian). Metode yang digunakan adalah deskritif analisis, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dengan Rachman Sabur, para pemeran, para pendukung dan pengamat teater dari Bandung. Selain itu juga data diambil dari berbagai ulasan tentang karya-karya penyutradaraannya, ulasan dari surat kabar dan Website dari para pengulas pertunjukan teater yang terpercaya. Dari pendekatan dan metode tersebut akan terurai proses kreatif Rachman Sabur dalam melahirkan karya-karyanya. Kata kunci: Proses Kreatif, Rachman Sabur, Teater Payung Hitam, Graham Wallas Abstract: Rachman Sabur is one of the theater directors of the Bandung Black Payung Theater group. Since childhood, he has started to like watching various performances such as Sundanese plays, dance, wayang and reog. Sabur's creative process in directing verbal dramas and non-verbal theaters has received praise from various theater figures and has a large audience. This study uses the creative process approach of Graham Wallas proposed by Irma Damayanti in the book Psychology of Art (2006) which includes Preparation (preparation), Incubation (incubation), Illumination (inspiration, inspiration), verification (proof or testing). The method used is descriptive analysis, with data collection techniques through interviews with Rachman Sabur, actors, supporters and theater observers from Bandung. In addition, data is also taken from various reviews of his directing works, reviews from newspapers and websites from trusted reviewers of theater performances. This study aims to: (1) develop thematic textbooks based on local wisdom of our best friend's environmental theme material for grade V elementary school students, (2) Know the validity, practicality and effectiveness of thematic textbooks based on local wisdom of our best friend's environmental theme material for grade students V elementary school. The development of thematic textbook learning media based on local wisdom uses the Research and Development (R & D) method. The development stages include: (1) Potentials and problems, (2) Data collection, (3) Product design, (4) Design validation, (5) Design revision, (6) Product testing, (7) Product revision (Sugiyono, 2016). The research was conducted with 33 students from class V SDN 2 Sendang Jepara Regency. Initial product development is a process of making media based on needs analysis. Expert testing or validation was carried out by 2 experts, namely media experts and material experts. The data collection method in this research is observation, interview, and questionnaire. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and comparison test of two independent groups, namely using the independent t-test. Based on the results of the trial, this thematic teaching material is very valid, very interesting, effective and can be applied in learning. This can be seen from the results of the validation test from three experts which show that the product is good. The results of the effectiveness test showed that the experimental class students had better learning outcomes than the control class. This means that textbooks based on local wisdom of Jepara Regency are developed effectively

Analysis Customer Satisfaction in Buying Fresh Fruits in Moena Fresh Bali Increased consumption of fruits in the country have an impact on the growth of fruitsales in Indonesia. This increase causes the appearance of stiff competition in thebusiness of fruits. Moena Fresh Bali as one of the companies that sell fresh fruitsmust innovate or improve the shortage so that the consumers do not turn to otherproducts. Consumer behavior may help explain how consumers obtain satisfaction.The purpose of this research is to determine satisfaction of Moena Fresh Baliconsumers and to find out actions to increase customer satisfaction of Moena Fresh.The location of the research was conducted at four Moena Fresh outlets as it wasconsidered to represent consumers in every sub-district in Denpasar City. Thenumber of respondents was as many as 50 respondents and the sampling wasconducted by using accidental sampling. Types of data collected include quantitativeand qualitative data which were sourced from primary and secondary data. Methodsof data collection were by using interview techniques, observation, anddocumentation. Data analysis methods used were descriptive analysis, ImportancePerformance Analysis and Customer Satisfaction Index. Based on the results ofresearch, the calculation of CSI to the attributes of Moena Fresh Bali was 77.6% i.e.it meets the criteria of satisfaction. Based on the Matrix of Importance Performance,product attributes are classified into four quadrants and actions to improve customersatisfaction are through the improvement of attributes that become the main priority,namely the attributes of advertising / promotion, price, and discounts. The studysuggests that Moena Fresh Bali should perform printed and electronic publicationsand set competitive prices to maintain its customers.

The COVID-19 pandemic has created a pattern of physical distancing worldwide, particularly for adults aged 65+. Such distancing can evoke subjective feelings of negative self-perception of aging (SPA) among older adults, but how this pandemic has influenced such SPA is not yet known. This study, therefore, explored SPA at different time phases of the COVID-19 pandemic to explain the pandemic’s impact on SPA among older adults. The analysis employed a sample of 1,990 community-dwelling older adults aged 65 to 95 (mean age = 72.74 years; 43% female) in Switzerland. Data collection from different older adults within one study occurred both before and after Switzerland’s first confirmed COVID-19 case. The descriptive analysis revealed that negative SPA increased, and positive SPA decreased, after the Swiss government recommended physical distancing. After the Federal Council decided to ease these measures, negative SPA slightly decreased and positive SPA increased. According to the multivariate analysis, individuals interviewed after the lockdown were more likely to report greater levels of negative SPA and lower levels of positive SPA. Age, income, and living alone also correlated with SPA. The results suggest that the pandemic has affected older adults’ subjective views of their own aging, and these findings help illustrate the pandemic’s outcomes.

ABSTRAK Nathasya Wiguna, Marketing Public Relations Melalui Instagram Screamous (Analisis Deskriptif pada Instagram @Screamous_55) Media sosial Instagram media dan seiring dengan berkembangnya zaman, Instagram menjadi salah satu media sosial yang cukup diminati untuk kepentingan komunikasi pemasaran, dengan ciri khasnya mengedepankan pesan visual dan audio visual dengan interaktivitas yang tinggi. Marketing Public Relations Instagram Screamous menjadikan instagram sebagai media atau saluran dalam berbisnis salah satunya di bidang fashion. Screamous dalam hal ini memiliki peran aktif dalam mengelola dan menginformasikan sebuah produk melalui media online.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meraih penyampaian informasi, mengenalkan brand dan produk serta menerapkan bangga akan produk lokal dengan menciptakan opini yang menguntungkan dan berhasilnya pemasaran. Selain itu bertujuan untuk mengetahui pull strategi dalam menarik minat konsumen terhadap konsumen, dengan push strategi yang mendorong berhasilnya pemasaran dan menggunakan pass strategi dalam memberikan opini yang menguntungkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis desktiptif dan menerapkan paradigma konstruktivisme, kemudian teknik yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik pengumpulan data, observasi partisipatori pasif, wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui langkah-langkah : menentukan lokasi penelitian, menentukan metode penelitian, menentukan pemilihan informan, menentukan sumber dan jenis data, menentukan teknik pengumpulan data serta mengolah dan menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalam mengenalkan dan mempertahankan brand lokal, dalam menunjang berhasilnya pemasaran. Screamous mengajak kepada para konsumen menyatukan suatu pemahaman bahwa sebagai warga negara yang baik, harus bangga akan produk lokal atau produk  dalam negeri. Marketing Public Relations Melalui Instagram Screamous dalam mempromosikan suatu produk terdiri dari Pull Strategy dalam menarik minat melalui campaign di produk atau barang Screamous dan melakukan kegiatan promosi melalui media online, dan media sosial. In addition, it aims to find out the pull strategies in attracting consumer interest to consumers, with push strategies that encourage successful marketing and use pass strategies in providing favorable opinions. The method used in this study is qualitative with descriptive analysis approach and applying the constructivism paradigm, then the techniques used in this study are data collection techniques, passive participatory observation, in-depth interviews and document studies. This research was carried out through steps: determining the location of the study, determining the research method, determining the selection of informants, determining the source and type of data, determining the data collection techniques and processing and analyzing data. The results of this study indicate that in introducing and maintaining a local brand, in supporting the success of marketing. Screamous invites consumers to unite an understanding that as a good citizen, they must be proud of local products or domestic products. Marketing Public Relations Through Instagram Screamous in promoting a product consists of Pull Strategy in attracting interest through campaigns on Screamous products or goods and conducting promotional activities through online media, and social media. Push Strategy Screamous through special events, such as kickfest, expo in encouraging marketing success. ABSTRACT Medication Error is an event that is detrimental to the patient due to errors in the administration of drugs during the handling of health personnel, which can actually be prevented. Data on incidents of medication errors at Elim Hospital, Rantepao in 2017 were 85 cases (0.085% of the total 98,892 prescription sheets served). This study aims to determine the incidence and the percentage of medication errors during the prescribing and dispensing phase in the Emergency Installation of Elim Hospital ,Rantepao. This research is a descriptive analysis with prospective data collection. The results showed that medication errors which occurred at prescribing stage included no prescription doctor's name was 9.19%, no medical record number was 6.13%, no doctor's initial was 99.61%, patient's name was not clear was 0.57% , there was no patient age, was 6.89%, no concentration / dosage was 2.68%, no dosage form was 52.10%, and no prescription date was  1.72%. While medication errors at the dispensing stage include taking the drug was 0.38% and the lack of drug prepared was 0.19%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the biggest occurrence of medication errors in Emergency Services at Elim Hospital, Rantepao was occurred in the prescribing phase.Keywords: medication error, prescribing, dispensing, Emergency Installation ABSTRAKMedication Error adalah kejadian yang merugikan pasien akibat kesalahan dalam pemberian obat selama penanganan tenaga kesehatan, yang sebetulnya dapat dicegah.  Data insiden kejadian medication error RSU Elim Rantepao pada tahun 2017 yaitu sebanyak 85 kasus (0,085 % dari total 98.892 lembar resep yang dilayani). Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan kejadian dan persentase medication error pada fase prescribing dan dispensing di Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSU Elim Rantepao. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat analisis deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data secara prospektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa medication error yang terjadi pada tahap prescribing meliputi tidak ada nama dokter penulis resep 9,19%, tidak ada nomor rekam medik 6,13%, tidak ada paraf dokter 99,61%, nama pasien tidak jelas 0,57%, tidak ada usia pasien 6,89%, tidak ada konsentrasi/dosis sediaan 2,68%, tidak ada bentuk sediaan 52,10 %, dan tidak ada tanggal pembuatan resep 1,72%. Sedangkan medication error pada tahap dispensing meliputi salah pengambilan obat 0,38% dan obat ada yang kurang 0,19%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kejadian medication error di Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSU Elim Rantepao terbesar yaitu terjadi pada fase prescribing.Kata-kata kunci : medication error , prescribing, dispensing, Instalasi Gawat Darurat

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the realization of capital expenditure budget in the Trade and Industry Board of Musi Banyuasin. It has been reached the goal budget target in the government of Musi Banyuasin Regency. The methods of research used are qualitative methods. The data collection techniques used are interview research, documentation, and library studies. Data analysis was conducted using qualitative descriptive analysis methods and the use of capital expenditure budget data and the realization of capital spending in 2016 to 2018. The results showed that The Trade and Industry Board of Musi Banyuasin Regency in realization of the capital expenditure budget in the year 2016 to 2018 can be said to be effective and in positive growth. In 2016 to the year of 2018, The Trade and Industry Board of Musi Banyuasin Regency is still dependent on local government so that the implementation decentralization of capital expenditure budget can be said to be effective.

The aim of this research was to analyze and calculates the income, added-value, and break even point of agroindustry that processing bananas into banana crackers and salai. Methods of data collection in this research were using observation and interviews. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, qualitative and quantitative, for the value-added, income, Break Even Point (BEP) and Revenue Cost ratio (R/C). The results shown that the average of value added per kilograms for Salai Rp. 4.371,37, sweet and salted banana crackers   are Rp 2.944,00 and Rp 3.627,90. The income of salai, sweet and salted banana crackers per year’s are Rp. 29.566.251,-, Rp. 18.437.067, 96,- and Rp. 20.286.567,-.  The average of BEP per month’s for salai is salai Rp. 1.415.636, sweet and salted banana crackers are Rp. 988.966, and Rp.781.352. The Average of BEP, units or packs per month’s for salai is 145 packs, sweet banana crackers were 124 packs and salted were 98 packs. R/C of Salai was 1.66, sweet banana crackers were 1.49 and salted was 1.71. Added-value of banana Salai Rp. 743, 47 more than salted banana crackers, amounted to 1.471,37 compared to sweet banana crackers. Banana salai income greater Rp. 9.279.684 than salted banana crackers, amounting to Rp. 11.129.183 compared to sweet banana crackers.Keywords: Value Added, Income, Banana crackers, Salai, Break Even Point

This study aimed to determine the perceptions of teachers and administrators about the concept of uplifting leadership in depth through metaphors. In this study, phenomenology design, one of the qualitative research methods, was used. The study group of the research consists of 30 people, 15 administrators and 15 teachers who work in primary, secondary and high schools affiliated to Antalya Directorate of National Education and selected through snowball sampling, which is purposeful sampling methods. A structured questionary form was used as a data collection tool. Metaphors were used as a data collection method and the participants were asked to explain what they think uplifting leadership resembled with reasons. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the data. The responses of the participants were classified and analyzed; the analysis was supported by direct quotations from the participants. NVivo package program was used to encode and classify the data. As a result of the study, it has been found that the metaphors produced by the participants contain features of the uplifting leadership by the changing management perception, such as being contemporary, constantly improving itself by following the innovations, trying to save organizations from the static structure, exciting employees for their improvement or institutional improvement, teaching them to dream, supporting different ideas, working in cooperation.

Objectives: This study aimed to evaluate the truthfulness of patients about their pre-appointment COVID-19 screening tests at a dental clinic. Methods: A total of 613 patients were recruited for the study from the dental clinic at the Faculty of Dentistry, Najran University, Saudi Arabia. The data collection was done in three parts from the patients who visited the hospital to receive dental treatment. The first part included the socio-demographic characteristics of the patients and the COVID-19 swab tests performed within the past 14 days. The second part was the clinical examination, and the third part was a confirmation of the swab test taken by the patient by checking the Hesen website using the patient ID. After data collection, statistical analysis was carried out using SPSS 26.0. Descriptive analysis was done and expressed as mean, standard deviation, frequency, and percentage (%). A cross-tabulation, also described as a contingency table, was used to identify trends and patterns across data and explain the correlation between different variables. Results: It was seen from the status of the swab test within 14 days of the patient's arrival at the hospital for the dental treatment that 18 (2.9%) patients lied about the pre-treatment swab test within 14 days, and 595 (97.1%) were truthful. The observed and expected counts showed across genders and diagnosis a statistically significant difference ( p < 0.001), and there was no significant difference seen across different age groups ( p = 0.064) of the patients. Conclusions: Dental healthcare workers are worried and assume a high risk of COVID-19 infection as the patients are not truthful about the pre-treatment COVID-19 swab test. Routine rapid tests on patients and the healthcare staff are a feasible option for lowering overall risks.

ABSTRACT, This study aims to examine the influence of religious understanding on the performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiah teachers in Manado City. The method used in this research is correlational quantitative. This research is conducted in Madrasah Ibtidaiah in Manado City with the sample size of 96, selected from 127 teachers using proportional stratified random sampling. Data collection is done by using test and nontest instruments. The test is used to collect data on religious understanding and the nontest is used to collect the data of practice and performance. The collected data are then analyzed using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that religious understanding has a positive direct effect on teacher performance. To improve teachers’ performance, the efforts made, in relation to these variables, include improving teachers’ religious understanding by renewing teachers’ religious knowledge by strengthening faith and devotion to God, and increasing selfawareness that obedience and sincerity in applying it are inevitable.Keywords: Religious understanding, performance, teachersPengaruh Pemahaman Agama terhadap Kinerja Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiah di Kota Manado
