Internet is a mean of mass information and fulfills the traditional functions of a public space without doubts. Participation in the virtual space is defined as a problematic use of the Internet process which damages the disadvantaged young person's personality, which is already characterized by a lack of social skills, communication, feelings of expression issues. The majority of young people are attracted by internet space, by its anonymity and availability. The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of gender and family aspects in online participation of teenagers at social risk. The research showed that the internet provides the great and additional opportunities to teenagers at social risk, something they don’t get in their families. Children living with grandparents or with only one parent are more active users of Internet social networks in comparison with other children. They seldom recognize the Internet dangers and more quickly become emotionally dependent on the Internet. The adults’ control or its absence determines the expression and frequency of online participation of teenagers at social risk. The girls more frequently recognize the dangers of virtual space than the boys do; but the girls use to publish more information about themselves. The research results show that the participation of teenagers at social risk in social networks is unconscious. Young people are not able to “filter” and select proper information, usually equate the virtual world with reality. Online participation of teenagers is reasoned by satisfaction of needs, parents’ inattention and search for new acquaintances.

The article discusses a method of social communication on the Internet based on general professional hobbies in the field of amateur creativity. The relevance of the topic is substantiated by the fact that social life of a modern person in the sphere of social production seems to be extremely formalized, often not allowing the manifestation of personal individuality, which can affect the state of both an individual and society as a whole. Compensating for this deficit makes it possible to engage in amateur creativity in various fields, and communication in social networks with like-minded hobbies can enhance the sociocultural effect of creative satisfaction. The method of analyzing documents (posts of forum participants on the site of sewers "burdastyle.ru") has been used in the research. The analysis has shown that the initially horizontal structure of network communication in the process of forming a network community gradually acquires the properties of a vertical hierarchy, where each participant receives his/her conditional social status with his/her inherent role. Thus, the effect of social stratification arises according to significant social characteristics (material security, level of education, etc.). Long-term participation in network communication with specific participants through the monitor leads to the fact that it can be perceived as a kind of plot of a series, where forum participants acquire the qualities of character-types. The main conclusion of the article is that the creative potential of handmade placed in the Internet space increases many times over, and as a result, an atmosphere of collective immersion into the depths of artistic communication with its inherent function of increasing the vital energy of society and individuals arises.

The article is devoted to the study of the patterns of network interaction as regards teenagers and their attitude to the aggressive behaviour in social networks. The article is based on data obtained by specialists of the Center for Sociology of Education of the Institute of Education Management of the Russian Academy of Education as a result of an anonymous survey of 2074 students from grades 5, 7, 9 and 11 of Moscow region schools. Methods of mathematical statistics were used for data processing. The analysis is aimed at identifying the influence of social, demographic and behavioural characteristics that determine the attitude of teenagers to aggression in social networks. It has been revealed that the leader’s position of a teenager in the class contributes to a greater participation of this teenager in network interaction, which is associated with their motivation to expand their social circle. The growth in the number of provocative statements in the network communication by the time of graduation indicates that the need for manipulation in social relations plays an important role in the process of network communication at this age. It has been proved that while growing up teenagers start to change the attitude to aggression; the share of high school students who negatively perceive aggression scenes decreases; active users are more likely to show a positive attitude towards aggression scenes, which evidences their “getting used to” the aggressive style of communication on the Internet. Teenagers focused on attracting the attention of others (those who consider their accounts “provocative”, “expansive” or “extraordinary”) are more likely to enjoy watching violent scenes than the owners of “ordinary” accounts. Personal experience of participating in aggressive situations either in the role of an “aggressor” or a “victim” facilitates their acceptance of aggression. The data presented allow us to conclude that the most significant factors for the creation of the teenagers’ attitude to expression of aggression in social networks are their gender, age, frequency of use of social networks, self-presentation on the Internet, social status in the class, estimation of their future success

The article studies some issues of cyber-victimology development. This is a doctrine of the crime victim committed with the help of computer technology. The purpose of the study is to identify the real situation of еру cases regarding the victimization of different sexes on the Internet (in the regional aspect). For this purpose, a poll of 584 students of all major universities of Irkutsk Oblast was conduсted. The respondents were asked to assess the dangers of using the Internet and indicate instances of individual victimization in this environment. To obtain information on gender differences of cyber-victimization, the respondents were divided in term of genders (221 men and 363 women). The study showed that, like in ordinary life, in the virtual space, men more often demonstrate risky behavior, neglect of safety rules and frivolous attitude to possible threats. Victims on the Internet are often those who have already been a victim in real life. At the same time, women are more often exposed to victimization effects (there are almost four ypes of discriminatory acts per one female user, while there are three acts per a man on the average). Types of victimization effects are also gender-specific. The largest discrepancy in the structure of victimization was recorded for hacking into an account on social networks (6 % for men against 49 % for women); installation of malicious programs on the computer (14 % against 8 %); insults (20 % against 10 %) and indecent proposals (10 % against 25 %), as well as embezzlement of confidential information (3 % against 1 %). Thus, men are more likely to become victims of the theft of passport data (payment cards), are subjected to attacks by extortionists, verbal aggression, or suffer from dishonest sellers of goods. Women with a higher frequency become victims of hacking into accounts in social networks and sexually colored cyber-stalking. Significant damage, despite a small number of such cases, was almost twice as often caused to men. The results of the study indicate that more than 90 % of the surveyed age group were victims of cybercrimes, as a rule, of several ones. According to the respondents reports, about 15 various forms of victimization effects on the Internet were identified. Among them there is hacking of a mailbox or an account, dissemination of false information on behalf of the users name, indecent offers, sexual harassment, registration of paid Internet subscriptions, false repayment of the fine, and so on.

Introduction. The article discusses the principles of organizing a dialogue between users of social networks of entertainment radio. Modern convergent forms of media communication are realized at the intersection of discursive macrostructures. In particular, radio functions in social networks of the Internet as a multifactorial phenomenon, depending on the technological and ideological features of media sources, such as radio and the Internet. The innovative nature of the traditional source of information is manifested in the position of the addressee, which is due to the capabilities of the Internet user. The one-way communication method of analog radio acquires the qualities and capabilities of an interactive interaction model, the listener becomes a user, an active subject of discourse, his agent and content generator. Results and discussion. The analyzed material allows us to draw the following conclusions. The method of dialogue depends on the dominant macrostructures, which are either analog radio or social networkcommunication. The indicated macrostructures realize themselves at the level of values and the ideology of network communication. The macrostructure of the radio is explicated in the speech of the communicants in settings on the personal plan of interaction. The macrostructure implements an intersubject model of interaction. The macrostructure of social network communication manifests itself in the psycho-speech mechanisms of affiliation, namely, in the connection of speakers to the speech in order to actualize in public space, realizing a quasi-subject communication model. The second model does not show explicit markers of dialogue, but can be considered from the point of view of successful communication, given the general discursive perspective and the social-network form of organization of communication.

Like some of Alejandro González Iñárritu’s previous films, Birdman or (The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance) (Iñárritu 2014) is an exploration of the place of individuals in the midst of various global forces, in this case, technological, social and cultural globalization. The film’s most relevant formal feature, the digitally created ‘long take’, also partakes of the director’s well-known penchant for technological and formal experimentation when telling a story. In Birdman, cinematic form is closely related to its thematic concerns, particularly the impact of technology on global processes. This article explores the confluence between form – digital cinema – and content in Birdman. It looks at the global virtual space created by the internet and social networks and how they affect our sense of being in the world. To this end, the film exploits the possibilities and connotations of the apparently uninterrupted single take that comprises most of the duration of the film and of the composited, digital-realistic space thus created.

The article clarifies the socio-philosophical nature of censorship, the methods of its action and the restrictions it may impose on the information presented on social networks. Using specific examples from the work of social networks, the author argues that censorship creates the availability of information. The problem of user's subjectivity in the virtual space have been described. The complexity and contradiction of the phenomenon of censorship on the Internet have been disclosed. Technical, non-technical and indirect methods of implementing censorship frameworks for information in cyberspace have been analyzed. The technical methods are described in more detail in the article. They were grouped according to the following classification: methods that slow down the operation of services; methods that block the activity of services; methods that block information with human participation; methods that block information using algorithms; marking information as unreliable It is stated that censorship today complicates access to information instead of completely blocking it. The problem of new type of censorship on the Internet created by the recommendation systems have been considered. It is noted that the use of these systems enhances the subjectivity of users, and leads to the creation of echo cameras. Thus, the research hypothesis stating that “availability of information generates censorship” was confirmed with the above arguments and examples from the work of social networks.

The subject of this paper is a gender analysis of female victimization in the cyberspace. Since the Internet appears as a global network, it gives a global dimension to the virtual space, connecting any two points on the planet through a cyberspace. From this dimension, the cyberspace is also perceived as a social space. Namely, the Internet and social networks provide a continuous and unlimited place for users? gathering and contact, indicating that, potentially, each user is a potential victim. When analyzing victimization in the cyberspace it is important to notice that anonymity encourages perpetrators and increases insecurity of the victim. Research findings indicate that sexist and misogynistic attitudes towards women on social networks result in their exclusion, marginalization and/or victimization on the internet. The feminist criticism also points out that not only matters whether something is considered to be legal or illegal behaviour, but that cyber victimization is a continuous manifestation of misogynistic attitudes that are part of the dominant gender and cultural ideologies. The aim of this paper is to present the basic phenomenological and etiological characteristics of gender dimensions of the use/misuse of information technologies and to show that virtual communication, according to its social consequences, is not gender neutral and that cyber violence has its own gender implications. The data indicates that in the digital world, the privacy of women is significantly compromised and associated with new and terrifying forms of on-line violence. Feminist researchers warn that ?the Internet is only the culture accelerator, to which we are all accustomed, and its name is the patriarchate.? From this cognitive perspective, victimization of women on social networks mainly depends on the level of the patriarchal ideology of gender in a society, the influence of the media and the protection of women? s rights. Women can experience various forms of violence and privacy violations on the social networks, such as hate speech, spreading lies, stalking, photo montage, creating of false user profiles, the continuation of family violence, threats and blackmail, etc. The main topics discussed in this paper relate to general approach to the phenomenon of cyberspace and cyber violence; various types of cyber violence; cultural context and gender dimension of on-line victimization; various forms of cyber violence against women; specific characteristics of female victimization in on-line communication and the perception of preventing female victimization on the Internet, in the context of spreading gender- sensitive social norms and values through legal standardization and socialization of women? s rights.
