Repeat intention is one of the important factors for the company. The re-purchase intention of a product arises because the consumer is satisfied with the product purchased previously. One of the keys in creating a buy-back intention is to increase customer satisfaction. This research was conducted in Denpasar City involving 120 respondents. The purposive sampling method is chosen as the method of data collection. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires containing statements relating to brand image variables, product quality, price perceptions, customer satisfaction and re-purchase intentions. Furthermore, data from the results of collecting the questionnaire is processed by using the validity test, and reliability test to determine the feasibility and consistency of indicators in the questionnaire. In addition to the validity test and reliability test, another test is performed path analysis. The results of this study found that, brand image, product quality and price perception have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Brand image is the most dominant variable affecting customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction also has a positive and significant impact on repurchase intentions. So it can be concluded that creating the intention to buy back on consumers can be done by increasing customer satisfaction.

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of customer experience, trust, customer satisfaction and re-purchase intention at online shopping site Berrybenka.com. The study was conducted in Denpasar City, using sample size of 112 people. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires measured by Likert Scale. Data analysis techniques used in the form of classical assumption test, path analysis and equipped with test sobel. The results of this study indicate that customer experience and trust have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer experience and trust have a positive and significant impact on repurchase intentions. Customer satisfaction is able to positively mediate and significantly impact the customer's experience on repurchase intentions. Customer satisfaction is able to positively and positively mediate the effect of trust on repurchase intentions. Berrybenka.com is expected to maintain and even increase customer satisfaction so that it will impact on the intention to buy back. With the intention of buy back can affect the quality of online shopping site Berrybenka.com. Keywords : customers experience, trust, customer satisfaction, and repurchase intention

The development of the online travel booking business must be followed by increased revenue to maintain the trust of business partners such as investors and merchants. Increased purchases by consumers can be supported by several factors, one of which is purchase intention from a consumer perspective. This study looks at how the influence of a consumer perspective based on trust, perceived value, brand image, product diagnosicity on increasing purchase intention for online travel booking applications. Stages of research include data collection, data processing using SMARTPLS, interpretation of data processing results and drawing research conclusions. As a result of the study, the trust factor has the influence on purchase intentions with a t-value of 8.280. The perceived value influences purchase intentions in the online travel booking application with a t-value of 7.091. Brand image also has an influence on purchase intention with a score of 5.253.

This research aims to analyze the impact of Service Quality, Price Perception and Brand Image on Customer Satisfaction of The User of Online Transportation (Case on The User of GrabBike in Medan). Data collection empasys a sample of 100 from 32 items using Likert Scale standard of measurement. In this research, free variables consist of service quality, price perception, and brand image. Bound variable is customer satisfaction. Testing includes test the validity, reliability test and assumptions classic. While the method of data analysis used multiple linear regression.The result of ttest showed that the service quality, price perception and brand image has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The results of signification value for each variable, both variables X and variable Y is above the alpha value (0.05), resulting in acceptance of H1and H0rejection. The result of F test showed that the service quality, price perception and brand imageworked togetherto gave positive and significant contribute on customer satisfaction.In accordance with a multiple linear regression equation, Y = 2,689 + 0,106 X1 + 0,133X2 + 0,141X3 +e. So in essence, variable X has a significant effect at customer satisfaction.The result of this research were brand image has the highest significant effect to customer satisfaction.

This study aims to analyze customer satisfaction based on perceptions of brand image, product quality, price, promotion, and distribution. This research was conducted at KingKoil Mattress Boutique Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya. Data collection was carried out to support this study using convenience sampling techniques for 50 respondents and fill out questionnaires. The method used in this study is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Based on the results of Importance Performance Analysis, the level of performance and the customer satisfaction are very satisfactory with an average value above 93.75%. This means customers are very satisfied.

The purpose of this study are: (1) explaining the effect of brand image, product knowledge and product quality toward purchase intention of Asus Notebook, and (2) explaining the discount price capability on moderating the effect of brand image, product knowledge and product quality toward purchase intention. Research is that through survey, where data collection is: obeservation, interview, and questioning delivery to 99 respondents. Research result shows that brand image, product knowledge and product quality simultaneously effected significantly on purchase intention. Futhermore, partially brand image and product quality found effected significantly on purchase intention. However, product knowledge has not significant effect on purchase intention. Meanwhile, discount price be able to strengthen the effect of brand image, product knowledge and product quality on purchase intention, with discount price as pure moderator variable (product knowledge) and potential moderator variable (brand image and quality product). This shows that the company’s marketing efforts through promotion and it’s product effectively to deliver value to be given to consumers. Hence, that good maintaining on brand image, product quality and discount price should be positioned as marketer strategy to stimulate consumers purchase intention. This study aims to analyze the value of the density of marine debris, perceptions and participation in Temberan beach and Pasir Padi beach, as well as determine the relationship of perception and participation to the density of marine debris. This research is a type of research that is descriptive with a mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative). The study was conducted at Temberan beach in Bangka Regency and Pasir Pasir Beach Pangkal Pinang in October 2019. The sampling technique used was random sampling and purposive sampling. The data collection technique was carried out using observation technique namely sampling and questionnaire. The validity test uses the Pearson Product Moment formula and the reliability test uses the Cronbach’s Alpha formula. The results showed that the density of debris in the Temberan beach was more dominant at 10.92 pieces/meter2, while at Temberan beach 3 pieces/meter2. The results of perception and participation are different, with the Temberan beach occupying more complex waste problems. The relationship of perception and participation in the density of marine debris have a relationship that affects each other.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Celebrity Endorser dan Product Quality terhadap Buying Decision serta dampaknya pada Satisfaction (survei pada konsumen produk Rossa Beauty di Kota Pontianak). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausalitas deskriptif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah responden yang pernah membeli dan menggunakan produk kosmetik merek Rossa Beauty selama 6 bulan terakhir sebanyak 100 orang yang diperoleh dengan purposive sampling. This study aims to analyze partially and simultaneously the influence of product quality, brand image and consumer trust on customer satisfaction. Including quantitative research using the results of questionnaire surveys filled by respondents. The sample used is 100 consumers of on line products in Palembang. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. To test the hypothesis the partial effect of independent variables on the dependent variable used the t test. The F test is used to test the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable together. The results of processing data show there is an influence of product quality on customer satisfaction. Consumer trust affects consumer satisfaction and brand image does not affect consumer satisfaction. Taken together there is the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. Consumer trust has the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction on line products in Palembang.

The study entitled “The Effect of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency” aims to determine the significant effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Celuk Sukawati Branch, Gianyar, both on a persial and simultaneous basis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as methods of observation, literature study and interviews. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, F-test, t-test, and determination test. In determining the sample the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents.The results of the Influence of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati’s Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency are Services that have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so it can be concluded that Service and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Indomaret minimarket, Jalan Raya Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar Regency.
