This study aims to analyze customer satisfaction based on perceptions of brand image, product quality, price, promotion, and distribution. This research was conducted at KingKoil Mattress Boutique Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya. Data collection was carried out to support this study using convenience sampling techniques for 50 respondents and fill out questionnaires. The method used in this study is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Based on the results of Importance Performance Analysis, the level of performance and the customer satisfaction are very satisfactory with an average value above 93.75%. This means customers are very satisfied.

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of brand image, brand awareness, and product quality on the consumer’s purchase decision. The population of this research were students of Tarumanagara University in Jakarta. The sampling frame was limited to those of the Economic Faculty. The non-probabilistic convenience sampling method was used in this research. The method of data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The technique of data analysis used was the multiple regression analysis. The findings of this research showed that purchase decision is positively and significantly affected by brand image, brand awareness, and product quality.

Repeat intention is one of the important factors for the company. The re-purchase intention of a product arises because the consumer is satisfied with the product purchased previously. One of the keys in creating a buy-back intention is to increase customer satisfaction. This research was conducted in Denpasar City involving 120 respondents. The purposive sampling method is chosen as the method of data collection. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires containing statements relating to brand image variables, product quality, price perceptions, customer satisfaction and re-purchase intentions. Furthermore, data from the results of collecting the questionnaire is processed by using the validity test, and reliability test to determine the feasibility and consistency of indicators in the questionnaire. In addition to the validity test and reliability test, another test is performed path analysis. The results of this study found that, brand image, product quality and price perception have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Brand image is the most dominant variable affecting customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction also has a positive and significant impact on repurchase intentions. So it can be concluded that creating the intention to buy back on consumers can be done by increasing customer satisfaction.

Product quality and services have been the most concern of the trade and service. One of the efforts that can be used to improve and maintain the competitiveness of a company is to increase consumer satisfaction. The objectives of this study were 1) to determine the level of consumer interest in the products and services provided by McDonald’s, 2) to analyze the performance of McDonalds company in giving satisfaction to consumer, and 3) to analyze the level of customer satisfaction on products and services. Data collection in this study was done by distributing 255 questionnaires to consumers. Importance Performance Analysis method was used to analyse the effect of quality of the product & service on consumer satisfaction. The results show that consumers were satisfied on the product quality and service provided. The level of consumer satisfaction was 84,64% (satisfied) for the product quality and 83,06% (satisfied) for the service quality. The aim of this study are : First, to explore the effect of brand image on customer loyalty. Second, to explore the effect of brand image on customer satisfaction. Third, to explore the effect of customer satisfaction towards customer loyalty. Fourth, to find out if customer satisfaction can mediate brand image towards customer loyalty.  The method of data collection is convenience sampling.  The samples of this research are collected from 135 respondens, who are the customers of Brand x in Jakarta.  The technique of data analysis used in this study was regression analysis and mediating test to find put the hypotheses. The results are : (a) the effect between brand image have a significant and positive impact toward customer loyalty; (b)  the effect between brand image have a significant and positive impact toward customer satisfaction; (c) customer satisfaction has a positive impact on customer loyalty; (d) customer satisfaction will mediate the effect of  brand image towards customer loyalty.

The purpose of this study is to examine whether product quality, brand image, and customer satisfaction can predict repurchase intention. The number of samples used in this study were 150 respondents. This type of research is descriptive research. The data collection in this study used cross-sectional method. in which non-probability sampling was conducted with convenience sampling method. The data was analyzed by using the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) software version 3.00. The results of this study indicate that product quality can be used to positively predict repurchase intention, brand image can’t be used to predict repurchase intention, customer satisfaction can be used to positively predict repurchase intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah citra merek, kualitas produk, dan kepuasan pelanggan dapat memprediksi intensi membeli kembali. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 150 responden. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif, Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara cross-sectional dengan teknik pengambilan sampel berupa nonprobability sampling, yaitu convenience sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 3.00. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan kualitas produk secara positif dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi intensi membeli kembali, citra merek tidak dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi intensi membeli kembali, kepuasan pelanggan secara positif dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi intensi membeli kembali.

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on the decision to repurchase Slai O'lai products in the people of Kediri City and Regency. This type of research is explanatory research, which explains and proves the relationship and influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The research method used is quantitative method. This study used a sample of 110 respondents and distributed questionnaires in the City and District of Kediri with the help of Google Forms. Sampling used non-probability sampling method with convenience sampling method. The sample consists of respondents who live in the City and District of Kediri, aged 17 years and over, and have purchased Slai O'lai products more than 2 (two) times. The data used are primary and secondary data, while the analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) with validity test, reliability test, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that brand image and product quality have a positive and significant effect on the decision to repurchase Slai O'lai sandwich biscuits. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research, yang menjelaskan dan membuktikan hubungan dan pengaruh antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 110 responden dan menyebarkan kuesioner di Kota dan Kabupaten Kediri dengan bantuan Google Forms. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan metode convenience sampling. Sampel terdiri dari responden yang berdomisili di Kota dan Kabupaten Kediri, berusia 17 tahun ke atas, dan telah membeli produk Slai O'lai lebih dari 2 (dua) kali. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder, sedangkan teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, serta uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa citra merek dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang biskuit sandwich merek Slai O’lai. This study aims to analyze partially and simultaneously the influence of product quality, brand image and consumer trust on customer satisfaction. Including quantitative research using the results of questionnaire surveys filled by respondents. The sample used is 100 consumers of on line products in Palembang. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. To test the hypothesis the partial effect of independent variables on the dependent variable used the t test. The F test is used to test the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable together. The results of processing data show there is an influence of product quality on customer satisfaction. Consumer trust affects consumer satisfaction and brand image does not affect consumer satisfaction. Taken together there is the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. Consumer trust has the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction on line products in Palembang.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan konsumen di kantin Rumah Kayu, Institut Teknologi Sumatera. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Metode sampling secara purposif dilakukan dengan jumlah 94 responden, sebagian besar adalah mahasiswa. Atribut yang paling penting berdasarkan persepsi konsumen adalah keamanan dan kebersihan makanan dan minuman yang disajikan, sedangkan atribut yang memiliki performa paling baik adalah variasi menu. Hasil analisis IPA menunjukkan bahwa harga produk, kesesuaian harga dan kualitas, kesesuaian harga dan kuantitas, area makan yang nyaman dan menarik secara visual, dan kecepatan penyajian merupakan atribut-atribut yang memiliki prioritas tinggi untuk diintervensi. Hasil analisis CSI menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan konsumen adalah 72,33% dan dikategorikan sebagai ‘memuaskan’. Oleh karena itu, perbaikan beberapa atribut diperlukan sesuai dengan prioritas yang disarankan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen. ABSTRACT: The objective of this study was to investigate the level of customer satisfaction in Rumah Kayu cafetaria at Institut Teknologi Sumatera. The study was conducted by using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Sampling method by purposive sampling was carried out with 94 respondents, mostly were students. The most important attribute from cafeteria customer perception was safeness and cleanliness of food and drink served, whereas the top performance attribute was menu variation. The results of IPA analysis showed that product price, price-quality fairness, price-quantity fairness, dining area comfortability and visual attractiveness, and quick serving were identified as high priorities for intervention. Finding based on CSI analysis showed that the level of customer satisfaction was 72.33% and categorized as ‘satisfied’. Therefore, improvement of some attributes required in accordance with priorities that have been generated by this study in order to improve customer satisfaction. The study entitled “The Effect of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency” aims to determine the significant effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Celuk Sukawati Branch, Gianyar, both on a persial and simultaneous basis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as methods of observation, literature study and interviews. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, F-test, t-test, and determination test. In determining the sample the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents.The results of the Influence of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati’s Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency are Services that have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so it can be concluded that Service and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Indomaret minimarket, Jalan Raya Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar Regency.

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to help make decisions about winning the smartphone market through product differentiation to increase customer loyalty for the OPPO Brand. The study population was 1050 students of the faculty of education and the faculty of economics, the sampling technique using the stratified random sampling method was obtained by 550 students. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) statistical analysis using Amos Graphic v.22 Software. The result of the research obtained product differential strategy, brand image and customer satisfaction can increase customer loyalty. Brand image and customer satisfaction factor are mediators of product quality on customer loyalty factors. The implication of this research is that brand image is the biggest factor affecting customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the contribution of research result to the OPPO company must make product changes in order to improve brand image, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan melalui penguatan kualitas produk, citra merek dan kepuasan pelanggan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa di Kabupaten Karawang dari 12 Perguruan tinggi sebanyak 27,378 mahasiswa, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan stratified random sampling diperoleh sebanyak 550 orang. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis statistik Structural Equation Model (SEM) menggunakan perangkat lunak Amos Graphic versi 22. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa penguatan kualitas produk memiliki efek secara langsung terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, citrak merek dan kepuasan pelanggan adalah mediator faktor kualitas produk pada faktor loyalitas pelanggan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini bahwa citra merek merupakan faktor terbesar yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Selanjutnya, kontribusi hasil penelitian terhadap perusahaan OPPO adalah untuk pertimbangan kebijakan bagi manajemen dalam hal penguatan kualitas produk yang dilakukan melalui inovasi teknologi dari sisi penggunaan bahan, fitur-fitur, serta komponen berkualitas tinggi agar meningkatkan citra merek, kepuasan pelanggan sehingga berdampak positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.
