Bali has a variety of tourist products and attractions that are very interesting. One of the tourism products offered by tour operators in Bali is bicycle tours in Sanur Beach Area. Consumer behavior is a process that is closely related to the buying process. This study aims to analyze the psychological factors of foreign tourists on bicycle tours in the Sanur Beach area of ??Bali. These psychological factors are divided into three factors, namely motivation factors, perception factors and attitude factors. Respondents used were foreign tourists who were on a bicycle trip on Sanur Beach. Total respondents were 120 people determined by non purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive analysis techniques with Likert scale and data processing through validity, reliability and factor analysis tests supported by SPSS version 17.0 for Windows. The results show that the psychological factors of tourists in bicycle tours consist of three factors, namely motivation factors, perception factors and attitude factors. And each factor has an indicator. Based on factor analysis, it was found that there were two psychological factors that influenced the decision of foreign tourists on bicycle tours in Sanur Beach with a loading factor of 60,127%. The first factor was named the previous experience factor with a value of 7.215 and the second factor was named the family encouragement factor with a value of 1,063 based on these two factors, the dominant factor is the previous experience factor with an eigenvalue of 7,215 and has a variance percentage value of 60,127% with these results it is advisable for bike rental parties in Sanur Beach to pay more attention to bicycle rental prices to foreign tourists.

This study aims to find out how much the factors of education, capital, and dependents influence the role of mothers in improving the family economy in Wamanggu Market and analyze the dominant factors that influence the role of mothers in improving the family economy in Wamanggu Market. This research was conducted at the Wamanggu Merauke Market, for four (4) months, namely from August to December 2018. The population in this study were all vegetable sellers in the Wamanggu Merauke Market. The sampling technique was random sampling with 173 samples and a total population of 63 sellers, while data analysis was carried out with quantitative descriptive analysis method using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple regression analysis show that the magnitude of the effect of education on income (Y): based on education (X1) affects income (Y) insignificantly by 0.044 or 4.4%, based on capital (X2) affects income (Y) significantly by 0.919 or 91.9%, based on dependents (X3) affect income (Y) not significantly by 0.005 or 5%. The dominant factor that influences the decision of mothers in improving the family economy is the capital factor (X2) which is equal to 0.919 or 91.9%.   Keywords: Education, Capital, Dependents, Income.

The lack of repeated visits of old patients will increase the cost of promotion to get new patients, one way to maintain old patients is to grow patient loyalty. Some patients in Arosuka General Hospital are still not loyal because they come to the hospital only for the first examination, then the patient goes to another hospital, some patients have not recommended the hospital to others, one of the factors that influence patient loyalty is the quality of service. This study aims to determine the relationship between service quality servqual dimensions and patient loyalty in Arosuka Hospital. The type of this study is cross sectional. The population in this study were all patients who came to the Arosuka Hospital polyclinic in 2018, a sample of 203 people with a proportional random sampling sampling technique conducted in April 2018 with the analysis used was the chi square test. The statistical test results obtained 60.1% of respondents not loyal, 61.6% of respondents stated that tangible was not good, 37.9% of respondents stated that reliability was not good, 51.2% of respondents stated that they were less responsive, 43.3% of respondents said assurace was not good, and 48.8% of respondents said empaty not good. There is a significant relationship between tangible, reliability, responsive, assurance, empathy and patient loyalty in Arosuka Hospital with a value of p <0.05 (p = 0.001, p = 0.015, p = 0.010, p = 0.002, p = 0.022). Tangible is the most dominant factor associated with patient loyalty. It is expected that the director will make a policy on service hours, sanctions for those who do not obey the service hours, coordinate with the local government in procuring transportation for patients, the head of the ward designing a comfortable waiting room, and providing suggestion boxes for patients.

This research aimed for: describing factor that cause of the durating of student completing the thesis in Economic Faculty on State University of Padang. The type of this research is descriptive cuantitative. Population of this researh is the student of Economic Faculty on State university of Padang generatin 2010-2013 where they are complete their thesis. Data collection’s technique with questionarie which use proportional random sampling technique. Sampel for this research is 81 student. Data analysis using descriptive analysis, and exploratory analysis factor.The result from this reseach identify cause the length of the student completing their thesis in Economic Faculty on State University of Padang, and  analysis factors being caused is psycological factors, campus environtment factors, family factors, interaction with friend factors, and  attention factors. The dominant factor of this research is psycological factors with variabels effective and efficient guidance, less discipline on guidance, more inquired, attention, guidance schedule, interested, motivation, and readiness. The dominant factor make student long to completing their thesis is quidance schedule. This research is a quasi-experimental study that aims to determine the effect of interactive video-assisted Blended Learning models on mathematical problem solving abilities. This research was conducted at SMPN 13 Serang City class VIII. The population in this study consisted of 10 classes VIII and taken 2 classes to be sampled. Sampling was done by cluster random sampling technique. The Blended Learning model used in this study isconventional learning in class by involving online resources and online activities which are not a requirement for students to follow. While the video used is a video adopted from one of the paid online learning rooms, Ruang Guru. Problem solving ability is measured using a test in the form of a valid and reliable question description. Furthermore, the data obtained were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis.

This study aims to determine the Factors That Influence The Decision of Tourist Using The Site of www.tripadvisor.com in Bali Tourism Area South Kuta-Bali. This research using quantitative descriptive as a data analysis technique which is using factor analysis method and data processing is using SPSS versi 17.0 for Windows. Sample determination technique is using Judgemental Sampling and sampling technique is using Accidental. Data collection technique is using a questionnaire that given to 150 respondences who as a TripAdvisor app’s users who visited Tourism Destination of uluwatu Temple, Suluban Beach, Dreamland Beach, and Jimbaran Beach to get primary data. The results of this analysis illustrate that obtained 3 factors consist of 14 indicators that influence the decision of the tourist using this site of the Tourism Area in South Kuta-Bali, namely: (1) Psychological Factors, eigen value is 5,355 and 35,699% of the cumulative percentage of variance with indicator: Perceptions, Belief & Attitudes, Motivation Social Class, and Culture. (2) Personal Factors, eigen value is 1,962 and 13,083% of the cumulative percentage of variance with indicators: Lifestyle, Personality & Self Concepts, Learning, Age, Roles & Status, and Economic Environment. (3) Social Factors, eigen value is 1,339 and 8,926% of the cumulative percentage of variance with indicators: Family, Sub-Culture, and Occupation. The highest eigen value is Psychological Factors, in 5,355 of eigen value and 35,699% of the cumulative percentage of variance and this factor becomes the most dominant factor influencing the decision of tourists using www.tripadvisor.com of the Tourism Area in South Kuta-Bali.

In order to improve the performance of government agencies towards professionalism and support the creation of good public services, human resources who have work discipline and good individual character are needed. The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution given by work discipline and individual characteristics to employee performance. This research method uses a quantitative approach using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The data collection used a questionnaire and the sampling technique used a saturated sample with a total sample of 42 employees. From the research results, it can be concluded that: work discipline and individual characteristics, and employee performance are good. There is a positive influence between work discipline and individual characteristics on employee performance. Work discipline and individual characteristics have a strong relationship with employee performance. Hypothesis test results show that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline and individual characteristics on employee performance.

The selling practice of antibiotics without prescription is one of serious problems in the global health sector, especially in the developing countries. Nevertheless, the significant driver of such pratices had never been identified yet. The aim of this study was to identify the contributing factors of the selling practice of antibiotics without prescription in the drug stores (apotek). The identification was conducted using a new developed questionnaire. The contributing factors of such practices, found in the literature, were used to develop the questionnaire. The face and content validity were conducted using expert opinion, while the construct validity was conducted using the Spearman correlation test. The reliability of the questionnaire was identified using Cronbach’s Alpha test. The dominant factors of the selling practice of antibiotics without prescription was identified by using descriptive analysis and the factor analysis methods. The final questionnaire consisted of 40 questions and the value of the Cronbach’s Alpha and the calculated R were 0.955 and 0.368-0.867, consecutively. There were 91 workers of apotek in Surabaya who were involved in the contributing factors identification process. Findings of the factor analysis emphasized that the most dominant factor was the attitude of workers that allowed the selling practice of antibiotics without prescription (28.3%). The financial issue was found as the second most dominant factors causing the selling practice of antibiotics without prescription (8.66%). Owing to these identified factors, there is a need to make a regulation with a strict punishment in order to prevent the habit of selling and purchasing the antibiotics without prescription in the apotek in Surabaya.

Bali is one of the tourist destinations that is favorite by domestic tourists for a vacation. In recent years, domestic tourist visits to Bali have been dominated by the millennial generation. To be able to visit Bali, tourists can pass through land and air routes. Apart from the presence of highways along the island of Java that facilitates access to Bali, the use of airways is still in demand by domestic tourists to date because it is more efficient in travel time. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the decision of airline selection by millennial domestic tourists to Bali. The sample of this research is millennial domestic tourists to Bali using the air route. The technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling on 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques were performed, namely: validity, reliability, and factor analysis. The results of this study are: 1) Six factors influence the decision to choose an airline to Bali. 2) The dominant factor in millennial domestic tourists choosing airlines to Bali is psychological factors. This factor consists of five forming indicators, namely: (1) Value, (2) Security, (3) Image of airline brand, (4) Perception, (5) Timeliness, (6) Family trust, (7) Family loyalty to airline brands, (8) Knowledge of airlines, (9) Experience with airlines.

This study aims to learn the skills passed by learning ball class X students in Jasinga 1 High School. Using quantitative research with survey methods. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 30 male students. The instrument used was the graduation skills test used by Jaelani (2014). Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques as outlined in the form of percentages. The results of research on skills that pass of soccer learning in class X of SMAN 1 Jasinga are in the category of "skills" with a percentage of 53.3%, the category of "moderately skilled" with a percentage of 26.7%, the category of "very talented" with a percentage of 20, 0%. While the category of "less successful" and "very less" with a percentage of 0.0%. The conclusion of this study is the level of passing skills in learning soccer class X Jasinga SMAN 1 depends on the category of expertise.

This research aims to increase ballroom sales at New Kuta Hotel, to find out marketing strategies that should be used by the sales & marketing departments to increase ballroom sales and to find out which strategies are most effective in marketing strategies by sales & marketing department. The analysis techniques used are qualitative descriptive analysis, quantitative descriptive analysis, Internal Factor Analysis Summary Matrix (IFAS), External Factor Analysis Summary Matrix (EFAS), Internal–External Matrix (IE), SWOT Analysis and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Based on the results of IFAS matrix analysis, the main strength is the ballroom sales can help increase hotel revenue, while the main weakness is the incentives imposed by the sales & marketing departments are less appropriate. Based on the EFAS matrix analysis, it was discovered that the main opportunity was the ability of sales & marketing to bring in customers while the main threat faced was the budget considered by the customer. The IE Matrix study results put the company in the Growth Strategic (Cell II) position. SWOT analysis produced eight alternative strategies of marketing strategies from the eight strategies and obtained three marketing strategies that were prioritized and calculated through QSPM Matrix with a total TAS of 181.29.
