WeChat Pay is a Chinese payment platform that makes it easy for users to make mobile phone payments using the Quick Response Code (QR) technology in cooperating merchants. The purpose is to know the characteristics and factors that influencing Chinese tourists doing payment transactions using WeChat Pay in Bali by taking case studies at Discovery Shopping Mall Kuta, and the sample is Chinese tourist who has made a payment transaction using WeChat Pay at Discovery Shopping Mall Kuta. Sampling technique using purposive sampling on 110 respondents. Data collection techniques were conducted in several ways, including: observation, questionnaires, interview, literature study, and documentation. Data analysis techniques done with several stages, including: validity test, reliability test, and factor analysis. The result is there are seven factors that influence the decision of the China's tourist to make a payment transaction using WeChat Pay at Discovery Shopping Mall, including: (1) ease of various transaction activities, (2) increase efficiency, (3) the cost of charge, (4) ease of using/operation, (5) ease of understanding and learning, (6) improve performance, and (7) user satisfaction. The results of factors analysis is ease of work becomes the most dominant factor. This factor consists of several variables, including: Ease of various transaction activities, improve accessibility, availability of payments, and transaction capabilities.

The lack of repeated visits of old patients will increase the cost of promotion to get new patients, one way to maintain old patients is to grow patient loyalty. Some patients in Arosuka General Hospital are still not loyal because they come to the hospital only for the first examination, then the patient goes to another hospital, some patients have not recommended the hospital to others, one of the factors that influence patient loyalty is the quality of service. This study aims to determine the relationship between service quality servqual dimensions and patient loyalty in Arosuka Hospital. The type of this study is cross sectional. The population in this study were all patients who came to the Arosuka Hospital polyclinic in 2018, a sample of 203 people with a proportional random sampling sampling technique conducted in April 2018 with the analysis used was the chi square test. The statistical test results obtained 60.1% of respondents not loyal, 61.6% of respondents stated that tangible was not good, 37.9% of respondents stated that reliability was not good, 51.2% of respondents stated that they were less responsive, 43.3% of respondents said assurace was not good, and 48.8% of respondents said empaty not good. There is a significant relationship between tangible, reliability, responsive, assurance, empathy and patient loyalty in Arosuka Hospital with a value of p <0.05 (p = 0.001, p = 0.015, p = 0.010, p = 0.002, p = 0.022). Tangible is the most dominant factor associated with patient loyalty. It is expected that the director will make a policy on service hours, sanctions for those who do not obey the service hours, coordinate with the local government in procuring transportation for patients, the head of the ward designing a comfortable waiting room, and providing suggestion boxes for patients.

Nowadays, internet is an essential contribution to tourism development. The internet offers the potential to make the information and booking facilities. It also provides a tool a communication between tourism suppliers, intermediaries, as well as end-consumers. Gojek is one of transport based application that is currently used by tourists to take advantage of low cost offered. The purpose of this research is to determine the affecting and dominant factor in affecting tourist's decision to use GoJek application. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, literature study and documentation. Sample of this research used purposive sampling technique with number of sampling are 100 respondents, focused on tourists who have been using the GoJek application. This research used six factors which consist of seventeen indicators. The results of factors analyzed affecting interpreted as external factors, psychological, internal, motivation and labor saving. The most dominant factor is external consists by a variable reference, cultural, economic, price competition, perception of security and internet trusted. Factors which eliminated in this research is use every time because tourists not necessarily used GoJek application at any time for order transportation while holiday in Bali.

AbstractResearch on "The Effect of Credibility of librarian in Reference Services on user Satisfaction in the Library and Archives of Province of West Nusa Tenggara Barat". The research objective was to determine the effect of credibility of librarian (variable X) on  the satisfaction user (variable Y) on the service reference in the Library and Archives of Province of West Nusa Tenggara Barat. The perceived credibility influential aspect includes Competency, Attitude, Goals, personality and dynamics affecting librarians user Satisfaction with aspects of Reliability, Responsiveness, Confidence, Empathy, and physical manifestation. The study population was user which came in March 2013 at a sampling technique Probability Sampling (Stratified Proportionate Random Sampling). Research methods that are used are exploratory survey method of data collection techniques of observation, interviews, literature study and questionnaire. Based on the results of the study the majority of respondents agreed with the credibility to influence user satisfaction. While the partial test shows a small portion of respondents agreed to the competence and attitude of librarians, then for the purpose and the dynamics personality most respondents agreed. So in general credibility affects satisfaction but partially demonstrate competence and attitude has no direct effect. But the goal, personality and dynamics directly influence user satisfaction.Keywords: Credibility of librarians, user satisfaction AbstrakPenelitian tentang “Pengaruh Kredibilitas Pustakawan Pada Layanan Referensi Terhadap Kepuasan Pemustaka Di Badan Perpustakaan dan Arsip Daerah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat”. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kredibilitas pustakawan (variabel X) terhadap kepuasan pemustaka (variabel Y) pada layanan referensi di Perpustakaan dan Arsip Daerah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Adapun aspek kredibilitas yang dipandang berpengaruh meliputi Kompetensi, Sikap, Tujuan, Keperibadian dan Dinamika pustakawan yang mempengaruhi Kepuasan pemustaka dengan aspek Keandalan, Responsiveness, Keyakinan, Empati, dan Wujud fisik. Populasi penelitian adalah pemustaka yang datang pada bulan Maret 2013 dengan teknik sampling Probability Sampling (Proportionate Stratified RandomSampling). Metode penelitian yang dugunakan adalah metode survei eksploratif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka dan kusioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian sebagian besar responden menyatakan setuju dengan pengaruh kredibilitas terhadap kepuasan pemustaka. Sementara dengan uji parsial menunjukkan sebagian kecil responden menyatakan setuju terhadap kompetensi dan sikap pustakawan, kemudian untuk tujuan, keperibadian dan dinamika sebagian besar responden menyatakan setuju. Sehingga secara umum kredibilitas berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan tapi secara parsial menunjukkan kompetensi dan sikap tidak berpengaruh langsung. Namun tujuan, keperibadian dan dinamika berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan pemustaka.Kata kunci: Krediblitas pustakawan, kepuasan pemustaka

This study aimed to analyze the internal and external factors in Ponorogonese society that affect the economical development of sharia in Ponorogo. Methods of data analysis used in this study were the validity test, reliability test, test of multiple linear regression analysis, t-test and F test. The population in this study were all customers of Islamic banks. Because of the study population was quite a lot, then the data collection sample of 110 respondents used sample random sampling technique. The results of the analysis showed that from multiple linear regression test, the obtained value of Adjusted R Square was 0.554, which meant the independent variables influence a client's decision were about 82.4%, and 17.6% were influenced by the other independent factors beyond the research. The dominant factor influencing the customer's decision to use a product of Islamic banks was the motivation of customers that was 53.9%..

Abstract. The purpose of study was to determine user satisfaction toward credibility of staff library service at Library and Scientific Information Center at Economics and Business Faculty, University of Padjadjaran (FEB UNPAD). The research of library staff's credibility based on perceptions and expectations (minimum and maximum expectations). There are three components to measure in this study:(1)Trustworthiness, (2) Expertise, and (3) Fascination. The population in this study is determined based on the number of users who come to the P2I2 of FEB UNPAD. Sampling technique that used in this study is Purposive Sampling with 99 people as sample. Data was collected by questionnaire, conduct observation, and literature study. The results showed that overall users are coming to the P2I2 of FEB UNPAD were satisfied with the services. This user satisfaction based on the gap (gap) between the perceptions and expectations of service users indicates that the P2I2 of FEB UNPAD has good credibility and is in " zone of tolerance ", in other words the services provided by library's staff at Faculty of Economics and Business, Padjadjaran University, has meet the user's expectations.

Strategi segmentasi pasar merupakan kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan omzet penjualan. Setiap perusahaan telah berupaya untuk mewujudkan segmentasi pasar yang tepat yang dibutuhkan perusahaan transportasi, namun fakta di lapangan menujukan masih terdapat beberapa perusahaan transportasi yaang mempunyai segmentasi yang menunjukan hasil yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  dan menganalisis segmentasi pasar perusahaan jasa transprotasi (studi kasus PO Titian Mas Kota Bima). Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan data kuantitatif dari sumber data primer yang berasal dari kuesioner berskala likert sebagai instrumen dalam penelitian ini. Populasi dalam peneliian ini adalah masyarakat yang menggunakan jasa transpotasi PO TITIAN MAS Kota Bima yang tidak dketahui secara pasti jumlahnya. Hasil perhitungan sampel berdasarkan rumus unkknwon population diketahui besar sampel pada PO TITIAN MAS Kota Bima adalah 96 responden dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji relibilitas dan analisis statistik (t-test one sample). Berdasarkan analisa data yang telah dilakukan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa segmentasi pasar PO TITIAN MAS Kota Bima lebih dari 70% dari yang diharapkan  (baik).   Keywords: Segmentasi Pasar, Jasa Transportasi ABSTRACT Market segmentation strategy is an activity that aims to increase sales turnover. Every company has tried to realize the right market segmentation needed by transportation companies, but the facts on the ground show that there are still some transportation companies that have segmentation that shows results that are not optimal. This study aims to identify and analyze the market segmentation of transportation service companies (case study of PO Titian Mas Kota Bima). This type of research is descriptive using quantitative data from primary data sources derived from Likert scale questionnaires as an instrument in this study. The population in this study is the people who use the transportation service of PO TITIAN MAS in Bima City, whose exact number is not known. The results of the sample calculation based on the Unkknwon Population formula, it is known that the sample size at PO TITIAN MAS, Bima City is 96 respondents using accidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test and statistical analysis (one sample t-test). Based on data analysis that has been carried out, the results of this study indicate that the market segmentation of PO TITIAN MAS in Bima City is more than 70% of the expected (good).

A green product is one of the breakthrough innovations from the industry especially the tourism industry to achieve sustainable development. There are several reasons the green product is an eco- friendly product such as the use of organic ingredients and the production process. Hence, the objective of this research is to identify the factors affecting tourists’ willingness to pay for the green products at Bali Buda Ubud and what kind of factor that dominantly affects tourists’ willingness to pay Bali Buda Ubud green product. This research uses quantitative data technique analysis which processed by SPSS 23.0 for windows application. The sample is determined by a purposive sampling technique with 105 tourists who buy the green product of Bali Buda Ubud. The data collection techniques are observation, questionnaire, interview, literature review, and documentation. The data analysis techniques from this research are the validity test, reliability test, and factor analysis. The result of this research was that the factors which affect tourist’ willingness to pay green product of Bali Buda Ubud were company profit for environment conservation, green product good for health, the uniqueness of green product packaging, the pride of buying the green product, and knowledge about the green product. The dominant factor which affects tourist’ willingness to pay green product of Bali Buda Ubud was company profit for environment conservation which is seen from the biggest eigenvalue 8.373 and variance presentation 39.872%.

<p>Kebun bibit kediri is one of the tourism destinations that offers a variety of attractive tourist objects for visitors from various regions. This study aims to identify the factors that affect the satisfaction of visitors to kebun bibit kediri. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population of this research activity was all visitors to kebun bibit kediri tour during the Covid 19 pandemic. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, namely selecting respondents based on certain criteria. The number of research samples were 80 respondents. Methods of data collection using literature study, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The research instrument was measured using a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using factor analysis. . The results showed that based on the factor analysis that had been carried out, it could be grouped. five factors of concern to the manager, namely 1). service quality factor, 2). Emotional factor, 3). Product quality factors, .4). public facilities factor, 5) price factor. but the dominant factor is the service quality factor. By looking at the existing conditions during the covid  19 conditions, it is hoped that the management will increase the factors that can increase the income of kebun bibit kediri.</p>

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on organizational commitment of company employees at partners PT.PLN (Persero) ULP Kota Bima. This research was conducted at Partners PT.PLN (Persero) ULP Kota Bima. This research was conducted using associative research. The population used in this research is 46 employees of the contract at partners of PT. PLN (Persero) Ulp. Bima City are 46 employees. With a research sample of 34 permanent employees, with the sampling technique using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used, 1, observation, 2 documentation, 3, questionnaire 4, literature study. The data analysis technique used is, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test, multiple regression analysis test, hypothesis test (t test and F test). The results of this study indicate that Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction simultaneously influence the Company's Employee Organizational Commitment at Partners PT PLN (Persero) ULP Kota Bima.

ABSTRACT This reseacrh to determine the direct and indirect effects of Capital Intensity and Cost of Debt mediated by Tax Aggressiveness on Independent Commissioners. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research. Collecting data through literature study and documentation study through reports downloaded through the website on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using proposive sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 13 companies. The data analysis method used is data analysis through E-views 9 software. The results of this study indicate that capital intensity has a positive and significant effect on tax aggressiveness, the cost of debt does not significantly affect tax aggressiveness, independent commissioners cannot moderate or weaken the relationship between capital intensity and aggressiveness. tax. Meanwhile, independent commissioners can moderate or strengthen the relationship between the cost of debt and tax aggressiveness. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung dari Intensitas Modal dan Biaya Utang yang dimediasi oleh tindakan Agresivitas Pajak terhadap Komisaris Independen. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka dan studi dokumentasi melalui laporan yang diunduh melalui website di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan menggunakan teknik proposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 13 perusahaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan analisis data melalui software E-views 9. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan Intensitas modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap agresivitas pajak, biaya utang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap agresivitas pajak, komisaris independen tidak dapat memoderasi atau memperlemah hubungan intensitas modal terhadap agresivitas pajak. Sedangkan komisarisi independen dapat memoderasi atau memperkuat hubungan biaya utang terhadap agresivitas pajak.
