AbstractResearch on "The Effect of Credibility of librarian in Reference Services on user Satisfaction in the Library and Archives of Province of West Nusa Tenggara Barat". The research objective was to determine the effect of credibility of librarian (variable X) on  the satisfaction user (variable Y) on the service reference in the Library and Archives of Province of West Nusa Tenggara Barat. The perceived credibility influential aspect includes Competency, Attitude, Goals, personality and dynamics affecting librarians user Satisfaction with aspects of Reliability, Responsiveness, Confidence, Empathy, and physical manifestation. The study population was user which came in March 2013 at a sampling technique Probability Sampling (Stratified Proportionate Random Sampling). Research methods that are used are exploratory survey method of data collection techniques of observation, interviews, literature study and questionnaire. Based on the results of the study the majority of respondents agreed with the credibility to influence user satisfaction. While the partial test shows a small portion of respondents agreed to the competence and attitude of librarians, then for the purpose and the dynamics personality most respondents agreed. So in general credibility affects satisfaction but partially demonstrate competence and attitude has no direct effect. But the goal, personality and dynamics directly influence user satisfaction.Keywords: Credibility of librarians, user satisfaction AbstrakPenelitian tentang “Pengaruh Kredibilitas Pustakawan Pada Layanan Referensi Terhadap Kepuasan Pemustaka Di Badan Perpustakaan dan Arsip Daerah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat”. Adapun aspek kredibilitas yang dipandang berpengaruh meliputi Kompetensi, Sikap, Tujuan, Keperibadian dan Dinamika pustakawan yang mempengaruhi Kepuasan pemustaka dengan aspek Keandalan, Responsiveness, Keyakinan, Empati, dan Wujud fisik. Populasi penelitian adalah pemustaka yang datang pada bulan Maret 2013 dengan teknik sampling Probability Sampling (Proportionate Stratified RandomSampling). Metode penelitian yang dugunakan adalah metode survei eksploratif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka dan kusioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian sebagian besar responden menyatakan setuju dengan pengaruh kredibilitas terhadap kepuasan pemustaka. Sementara dengan uji parsial menunjukkan sebagian kecil responden menyatakan setuju terhadap kompetensi dan sikap pustakawan, kemudian untuk tujuan, keperibadian dan dinamika sebagian besar responden menyatakan setuju. Sehingga secara umum kredibilitas berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan tapi secara parsial menunjukkan kompetensi dan sikap tidak berpengaruh langsung. Namun tujuan, keperibadian dan dinamika berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan pemustaka.Kata kunci: Krediblitas pustakawan, kepuasan pemustaka

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung di Mall Karawang (2) Pengaruh fasilitas mall terhadap kepuasan pengunjung di Mall Karawang dan (3) Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas mall terhadap kepuasan pengunjung di Mall Karawang. Populasi penelitian ini 14,296 orang. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan 100 responden pengunjung di Mall Karawang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling probability. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengunjung, fasilitas mall berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengunjung, kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas mall bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengunjung di Mall Karawang. Kata kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan dan Fasilitas Mall Terhadap Kepuasan Pengunjung   This study aims to determine: (1) The influence the quality service toward visitor satisfaction at Mall (2) The influence of mall facilities on visitor satisfaction at Mall Karawang and (3) The Influence of service quality and mall facilities on visitor satisfaction at Mall Karawang. The study population was 14,296 people. The number of samples used by 100 visitor responden at Mall Karawang. The sampling technique used is probability sampling technique. The resuls showed that service quality has a positive effect on visitor satisfaction, mall fasilities have a positive effect on visitor satisfaction, service quality and mall fasilities together have a positive effect on visitor satisfaction at Mall Karawang Keysword : Quality Service and Mall Facilities Toward Visitor Satisfaction

The objective of this study was to identify learning styles of students. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with survey method. The variable in this study is a single variable , namely the identification of student learning styles. The study population is students of Guidance and Counseling FKIP Pattimura University totaling 388 people. Samples were used as samples in the amount of 10% of the population of 39 people. The sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling. Learning styles questionnaire prepared based on the opinion of De Poter & Hernacki is used as a data collection tool. Learning styles identified as visual learning style, auditorial learning style, and kinesthetic learning style. Data analysis techniques in this study is the descriptive statistical analysis methods. Based on the survey results revealed that students of guidance and counseling FKIP Pattimura University has a tendency to one learning style. Of the 39 students found that 6 students had a tendency visual learning style, 20 students have a tendency to auditory learning style, 1 student has a tendency kinestheticlearning style, and 12 students have a tendency to mix between learning styles and learning styles visual auditorylearning styles.

This study is aimed to describe user satisfaction on application applied at BKD Kota Padang, based on system quality, information quality, service quality, service quality and structure of organization aspects. This research has also analysed the effect of Human Organization Technology method to users’ satisfaction of SKP Online system. Survey method was used by sampling to end user of SKP Online as the population. By purposive sampling technique, this research selected limited respondent of 55 users. Descriptive analysis, inferential analysis and multiple regression have utilized to analyse the data and making decision as research result. However, the study result have shown that system quality, information quality, service quality and structure of organization are simultaneously affecting the users’ satisfaction variable and giving contribution of 48,4%. It means that improving many factors as above will absolutely increase the quality and users’ satisfaction of online SKP system as well.  Keyword     : Human Organization Technology, SKP Online, User Satisfaction.

  Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh bermain play dough terhadap kreativitas membentuk geometri anak pada Kelompok B di RA As-Syuhada’ Pedurungan Semarang Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dalam bentuk Pre Experiment Desain dengan desain yang digunakan adalah One Group Pre-Test And Post-Test Design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa RA As-Syuhada Pedurungan Semarang Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Sampel yang diambil terdiri dari dua kelas yaitu kelompok B1 berjumlah 20 anak dan kelompok B2 berjumlah 20 anak. Peneliti menggunakan teknik Non-probability sampling dengan jenis sampling purposive. Tekhnik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berupa dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh bermain play dough terhadap kreativitas membentuk geometri anak pada kelompok B di RA As-Syuhada’ Pedurungan Semarang Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Hal tersebut dapat diketahui dari perolehan  14t hitung">  7,66 > 14ttabel"> 1,729 dan meningkatnya rata-rata kreativitas membentuk geometri anak, sebelum perlakuan 51,3 menjadi 69,8 sesudah perlakuan. Kelompok eksperimen mengalami peningkatan sebesar 18,5%.Kata Kunci : Kreativitas Membentuk Geometri Anak, Bermain Play DoughThis quantitative research aims to find out how much influence play dough play on creativity to form the geometry of children in Group B in RA As-Syuhada' Pedurungan Semarang Academic Year 2016/2017. This type of research is quantitative research in the form of Pre Experiment Design with the design used is One Group Pre-Test And Post-Test Design. The study population is all students of RA As-Syuhada’ Pedurungan Semarang Academic Year 2016/2017. Samples taken consisted of two classes namely group B1 amounted to 20 children and group B2 amounted to 20 children. The researcher used Non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling type. Technique of collecting data in this research in the form of documentation and observation. The result of data analysis can be concluded that there is influence of play dough to creativity to form child geometry in group B in RA As-Syuhada’ Pedurungan Semarang Academic Year 2016/2017. It can be known from the acquisition of t calculate 7,66> ttable 1,729 and the increase of creativity mean to form child geometry, before treatment 51,3 become 69,8 after treatment. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor intern bank dan faktor ekstern bank terhadap kredit macet pada PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan menggunakan kusioner dan melakukan wawancara, sedangkan untuk data sekunder diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah kredit macet pada PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna pada tahun 2018 yang berjumlah 46 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan non probability sampling menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan korelasi determinasi.Hasil dari penelitian ini variabel yang paling dominan adalah faktor esktern bank. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh faktor intern bank dan faktor ekstern bank terhadap kredit macet pada PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna Tasikmalaya. Dimana besarnya kontribusi faktor penyebab kredit macet terhadap kredit macet pada PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna Tasikmalaya menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang sedang.Kata Kunci : Kredit Macet, NPL, Bank Perkreditan Rakyat   AbstractThis research aims to determine the factors internal bank and factor external bank of causing non performing loans at PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna Tasikmalaya. The research method that was used in this research is descriptive quantitative approach. Primary data were collected by using questionnaires and conducting interviews, while for secondary data obtained through literature study. The population in this study is non performing loans customers at PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna in 2018 as many as 46 people. The sampling technique that was used is non probability sampling and done by using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique that was used is a multiple linear regression test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, and the coefficient of determination.The results of the research are the most dominant variable is factor external bank. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there is an influence of factor internal bank and factor external bank  to non performing loans at PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna Tasikmalaya. Where the magnitude of the contributing factors causing of non performing loans to non performing loans at PT. BPR Banjar Arthasariguna Tasikmalaya showed a moderate influence.Keywords: Non Performing Loans, NPL, Rural Credit

WeChat Pay is a Chinese payment platform that makes it easy for users to make mobile phone payments using the Quick Response Code (QR) technology in cooperating merchants. The purpose is to know the characteristics and factors that influencing Chinese tourists doing payment transactions using WeChat Pay in Bali by taking case studies at Discovery Shopping Mall Kuta, and the sample is Chinese tourist who has made a payment transaction using WeChat Pay at Discovery Shopping Mall Kuta. Sampling technique using purposive sampling on 110 respondents. Data collection techniques were conducted in several ways, including: observation, questionnaires, interview, literature study, and documentation. Data analysis techniques done with several stages, including: validity test, reliability test, and factor analysis. The result is there are seven factors that influence the decision of the China's tourist to make a payment transaction using WeChat Pay at Discovery Shopping Mall, including: (1) ease of various transaction activities, (2) increase efficiency, (3) the cost of charge, (4) ease of using/operation, (5) ease of understanding and learning, (6) improve performance, and (7) user satisfaction. The results of factors analysis is ease of work becomes the most dominant factor. This factor consists of several variables, including: Ease of various transaction activities, improve accessibility, availability of payments, and transaction capabilities.

This research was carried out by using the model's success Information System which has been designed by DeLone and McLean (2003) by taking several required dimensions or variables. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of information quality, system quality, service quality Her Registration process to the satisfaction of a user (A Case Study of the iGracias application Telkom University). The sample used in this study were the students of Telkom University class of 2013, which at the time of the school year 2016/2017 be final year students so that more process Her Registration compared to other forces. The sampling technique using probability sampling, with probability sampling technique used is Proportionate stratified random sampling, so that the sample in this study were 371 respondents. The study proves that the information quality, system quality, and service quality significantly influence to user satisfaction simultaneously, as well as proving that the information quality, system quality, and service quality have a positive influence and significant to user satisfaction

Abstract. The purpose of study was to determine user satisfaction toward credibility of staff library service at Library and Scientific Information Center at Economics and Business Faculty, University of Padjadjaran (FEB UNPAD). The research of library staff's credibility based on perceptions and expectations (minimum and maximum expectations). There are three components to measure in this study:(1)Trustworthiness, (2) Expertise, and (3) Fascination. The population in this study is determined based on the number of users who come to the P2I2 of FEB UNPAD. Sampling technique that used in this study is Purposive Sampling with 99 people as sample. Data was collected by questionnaire, conduct observation, and literature study. The results showed that overall users are coming to the P2I2 of FEB UNPAD were satisfied with the services. This user satisfaction based on the gap (gap) between the perceptions and expectations of service users indicates that the P2I2 of FEB UNPAD has good credibility and is in " zone of tolerance ", in other words the services provided by library's staff at Faculty of Economics and Business, Padjadjaran University, has meet the user's expectations.

Abstrak - Untuk tetap dapat mempertahankan pangsa pasar furnitur, maka pedagang harus menerapkan satu strategi untuk menarik minat konsumen membeli produk furnitur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh atribut produk terhadap preferensi konsumen Di Kota Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode survei dengan menggunakan kuisioner dan wawancara. Penentuan lokasi ini ditentukan dengan sengaja (purposive sampling). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat konsumen furniture  khususnya jenis jepara, rotan dan furnitur modern(tidak berbahan kayu jati dan rotan) dengan item kursi, meja dan tempat tidur yang berdomisili di Kota Banda Aceh. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode non probability sampling yaitu menggunakan sampling insidental dengan penarikan sampel secara kebetulan bertemu dengan peneliti serta dapat digunakan sebagai sampel, ditempat yang mudah dijangkau dan dianggap memenuhi syarat sebagai responden. Besarnya sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 90 responden. Masing- masing dari jenis-jenis furnitur diambil sebanyak 30. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi biner logistic. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diperoleh nilai signifikansi dari variabel kualitas produk, desain dan harga lebih kecil dari nilai α = 0,05, yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk, desain dan harga mempengaruhi konsumen.Consumer Preferences Towards Furniture In Banda Aceh CityAbstract - To maintain the market share of furniture, then the trader must implement  a strategy to attract consumers to buy furniture products. This study aims to know the effect of product attributes toward consumer preferences in banda aceh. The reserch method used is survey method which uses questionnaires and interviews. Determination of this location is determined by puroseful (purposive sampling). Population of this research is the consumer society furniture especially type of jepara, rattan and modern furniture (not made from teak wood and rattan) with items chair, table, and bed which are domiciled in Band Aceh. The sampling technique is done by non-probability sampling that uses incidental sampling to the withdrawal by chance met with researchers and can be used as a sample. in the place that is easiliy accessible and its qualified to be the respondent. The sample size in this study is as much as 90 respondents. Each types of furniture taken as much as 30. The Analysis of data which used is a binary logistic regression  analysis. Based on the analysis, significance value of the variable quality of the products, the design and the cost is less than the value α score = 0,05, which indicates that the variable quality of the product, design and cost affect consumers.

In being a basketball referee, he is required to be in good shape while in charge of leading the match, so in this case the researcher wants to know the VO2 Max ability of the Indonesian Basketball League basketball referee for the 2020-2021 season. The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of VO2 Max basketball referees in Indonesian Basketball League basketball referees for the 2020-2021 season. This study used a descriptive method with a test survey method. The study population was all basketball referees for the Indonesian Basketball League 2020-2021 season totaling 24 referees. Sampling in this study using total sampling technique. Of the 24 samples above VO2 Max is very good, good, sufficient, and moderate. The test and measurement technique is done by using multistage running (multistage fitness test) to measure VO2 Max. Based on the research results, the following conclusions were obtained; The physical ability of basketball referees in the Indonesian Basketball League, out of the 24 referees that we categorized as good, there were 3 with a percentage of 12.5% in the fair category, 17 referees with a percentage of 70.83% and 4 referees in the poor category with 16.6% and average value In conclusion, the researchers can say that physical training is still needed to add VO2 Max referees who are referees for Indonesian Basketball League basketball while leading the match in prime condition.
