Halal tourism is a new phenomena of the growth of the halal industry. The demand for halal products and services has also increased, both in tourist destinations obtained by having Muslim and non-Muslim populations. Muslim tourists have unique needs when traveling, especially if there is a tourist destination with a large population of non-Muslims. This study aims to determine the preferences of Muslim travelers through the analysis of halal friendly attributes on non-Muslim travel destinations. The sampling technique uses unknown population with a total sample of 100 respondents and the sampling technique uses purposive sampling (domestic travelers and a Muslim who have visited Bali tourism destination at least one time) Data analysis techniques in this study used qualitative, analysis techniques with factor analysis. Factor analysis is used to identify an important set of variables from a set of variables that are more numerous to be used in subsequent multivariate analysis. The results of this study indicate that Muslim travelers preferences based on halal friendly attributes in non-Muslim travel destinations of the most dominant attributes considered important are good of quality halal food and drinks as well as the availability of information about halal in the travel area. These attributes can be the main focus of attention for tourism service providers in order to improve the quality of Muslim-friendly tourism in Bali.Keywords: preferences, halal tourism, muslim travelers, non-muslim travel destinations

ABSTRACT Excellent service is the attitude or way of service providers who play a major role in creating satisfaction for patients, so the hospital's effort to improve the quality of service and patient satisfaction is to implement service excellence. Factors that must be applied by nurses in providing excellent service, including abilities, attitudes, appearance, attention, action and accountability. This study aims to determine the description of excellent service nurses based on patient perceptions in the Talaga Bodas inpatient (Class 3 Male Disease) Kindergarten II Hospital 03.05.01 Dustira Cimahi City in 2019. The study design was an analytic survey. The total sample of 149 respondents using purposive sampling technique with inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data collection was performed using a Likert scale questionnaire method. Analysis of data through two stages, namely univariate to see the frequency distribution. The results showed as many as 80 respondents (53.7%) felt excellent service. It is recommended that each inpatient room has a standard operating procedure standard (SOP) so that all nurses know the steps - good steps to perform excellent service to increase patient satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment to Employee Work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office. The dependent variable used is Work Discipline, the independent variable is Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment. This type of research is causal associative. The sampling technique used is the Census technique to obtain a total sample of 48 respondents who are civil servants. Data analysis techniques in this study were multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and adjusted determination coefficient test (R2). From the regression results for this study the equation is obtained, namely Y = 8.756 + 0.565 X1 + 0.434 X2. The results of this study indicate that partially the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Partially, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Simultaneously the organizational climate and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office.Keywords: organizational climate, organizational commitment, work discipline

Abstract : This research  aims to analyze (1) Effect of product brands on consumer perceptions of HNI-HPAI herbal toothpaste products in Padang City, (2) Effect of product quality on consumer perceptions of HNI-HPAI herbal toothpaste products in Padang City, (3) Effect of product packaging on consumer perceptions of HNI-HPAI herbal toothpaste products in Padang City. This type of research is descriptive associative. The sampling technique is convenience sampling with a total sample of 100 people in the city of Padang who use Herbal HNI-HPAI toothpaste in the city of Padang. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program. The results showed that (1) the product brand had a positive and significant effect on consumers 'perceptions of HNI-HPAI herbal toothpaste products in Padang City, (2) product quality had a positive and significant effect on consumers' perceptions of HNI-HPAI herbal toothpaste products in the City Padang, (3) product packaging has a positive and significant effect on consumers' perceptions of HNI-HPAI herbal toothpaste products in Padang City. Keywords: consumer perception, product attributes, brand, quality, packaging

Purpose:To examine the psychometric properties of the Coping Behavior Inventory (CBI) among Arab students in Jordanian universities.Methods:A stratified random sampling technique was used to select the universities and classes from each university. The total sample size was 587 students recruited from seven universities during the academic year 2015. The structure of the CBI was analyzed by exploratory factor analysis (EFA) using Statistical Package for Social Science and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) using AMOS software. EFA for the original CBI showed poor factors structure with low reliabilities.Results:EFA and CFA revealed the modified 15-item and 3-factor scale (Problem Solving, Avoidance, Stay Optimistic), with high goodness of fit indices and strong items loading.Conclusion:The use of the modified version of CBI with students at the university level is recommended.

The objectives in this study are: analysing the aspects that affect the self-esteem of students in Marikit Middle School 1. The population in this study amounted to 254 students. The total sample consisted of 63 students. Sampling is determined by random sampling technique. Data collection techniques use observation, and scale aspects that affect self-esteem, data analysis techniques using the percentage formula. The results of the study show that the self-esteem of students in Marikit Middle School tends to be low. The aspects that affect students' self-esteem are weak, namely: 1) Feelings of quality aspects, (the small category that is 51%); 2) Aspects of feeling capable (medium category, ie 57%); and 3) Feelings accepted (a low grade that is 39%). Based on the results of the analysis of aspects of self-esteem possessed by students in 1 Marikit Middle School tend to be low influenced by elements of feelings of worth and characters of feeling accepted.

Bali is one of the tourist destinations that is favorite by domestic tourists for a vacation. In recent years, domestic tourist visits to Bali have been dominated by the millennial generation. To be able to visit Bali, tourists can pass through land and air routes. Apart from the presence of highways along the island of Java that facilitates access to Bali, the use of airways is still in demand by domestic tourists to date because it is more efficient in travel time. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the decision of airline selection by millennial domestic tourists to Bali. The sample of this research is millennial domestic tourists to Bali using the air route. The technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling on 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques were performed, namely: validity, reliability, and factor analysis. The results of this study are: 1) Six factors influence the decision to choose an airline to Bali. 2) The dominant factor in millennial domestic tourists choosing airlines to Bali is psychological factors. This factor consists of five forming indicators, namely: (1) Value, (2) Security, (3) Image of airline brand, (4) Perception, (5) Timeliness, (6) Family trust, (7) Family loyalty to airline brands, (8) Knowledge of airlines, (9) Experience with airlines.

This study aims to learn the skills passed by learning ball class X students in Jasinga 1 High School. Using quantitative research with survey methods. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 30 male students. The instrument used was the graduation skills test used by Jaelani (2014). Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques as outlined in the form of percentages. The results of research on skills that pass of soccer learning in class X of SMAN 1 Jasinga are in the category of "skills" with a percentage of 53.3%, the category of "moderately skilled" with a percentage of 26.7%, the category of "very talented" with a percentage of 20, 0%. While the category of "less successful" and "very less" with a percentage of 0.0%. The conclusion of this study is the level of passing skills in learning soccer class X Jasinga SMAN 1 depends on the category of expertise.

Since the coronavirus pandemic hit Indonesia, tourists have become more careful when doing tourist activities. Natural or outdoor tourist destinations are assumed as safe and preferable destinations because they have the lowest risk of coronavirus transmission. One of the activities that can be done in natural or outdoor tourist destinations is camping. Using the AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, and Action) Model, this research was conducted to determine how much tourists are interested in camping, especially in South Bandung, West Java, Indonesia, as it has many natural tourist destinations with camping areas. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, frequency analysis techniques, and scoring analysis. Samples were taken using a stratified random sampling technique to 111 respondents. Respondents are tourists who know or have visited one of the three natural tourist destinations in South Bandung, used as samples, namely Mount Puntang, Ranca Upas, and Rancabali. The results show that tourists are quite interested in camping as an alternative tourism activity during the coronavirus pandemic. However, they have some limitations or prerequisites in visiting the camping area during these uncertain times.

Bangladesh is a country with numerous natural attractions, which is the main product of tourism. Currently, the domestic tourism is increasing in Bangladesh rapidly, in which young tourists are the main contributors, as they have high interest and leisure time in exploring tourist destinations. Therefore, it has raised questions on the worthiness of carrying out a study about the attitude, travelling pattern, and the satisfaction level among the young Bangladeshis toward domestic tourism to analyze their contribution to Bangladeshi tourism industry. This study employed a survey questionnaire to collect data, which was adapted from standardized measures. A total of 571 respondents who has been randomly selected from Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh, was involved in the study. The completed questionnaires were analyzed to measure the variables of the study and test the assumptions to achieve the objectives of the study. This study found that the travelling pattern and tour planning of the young tourists vary with regard to their occupation. In addition, the results of the study also portrayed their preferred destinations and activities in the tourist areas and their positive opinion regarding their travel experience. This study provides information to the policymakers, tourism service providers and researchers to satisfy their needs and foster the domestic tourism in Bangladesh.

This study aims to identify the factors that influence the increase in the performance of lecturers in implementing the tri dharma of higher education. The sampling method uses purposive sampling technique and analysis techniques using multiple linear regression tests. The research was conducted at one of the private universities in Semarang with a total sample of 63 respondents. The results showed that the increase in lecturer performance was influenced by professional competence and commitment to the profession, while leadership motivation, training, educator certification, and organizational culture did not affect the improvement of lecturers' performance in implementing the tri dharma of higher education.
