Buildings development is very glowing recently.  This also has effect on manpower who works at this sector.  Manpower is demanded to have skill according to his field.  Worker at finishing field or especially for ceiling painter needs skill and technique that he should master.  While working the worker always assists by tools and paint materials.  Tools that are used by the ceiling painter have not been refered to antropometry aspect, so it can cause inconvenient in performing the job.  Working with toold that are not accorded to ergonomic principle and working posture that is not physiological can cause fatigue, muscle disturbance, musculoskeletal and increasing working load.  That is why it needs to modify painting roller holder stick.  In that case the worker can work in comfort, safe, healthy, efficient and productive so it can increase productivity. This research was perfomed at office house at Denpasar City.  Type of this research is experimental research by using treatment by subject design by involving 16 samples.  Interval between before treatment and after treatment is given washing out for two days.  Data measured are the working load measured by the increasing of subjective complaint recorded by Nordic Body Map questionnaire, pulses, fatigue and working productivity.  Data of subjective complaint was analyzed by non-parametric statistic test using the Wilcoxon test with significance rate of ? = 0.05, data of pulses as indicator of working load,  working productivity was priorly data normality tested by Shapiro-Wilk Test with significance rate of ? = 0.05.  Data that normal distributed is continued with parametric statistic test using the t-paired test at significance rate of ? = 0.05. Research result shows that there is significant different (p<0.05) to working load variable, musculoskeletal complaint, fatigue and productivity.  At before treatment the average of pulses of ceiling painter is 118.95 + 2.30 dpm, average of musculoskeletal complaint is 78.50 + 5.84, average of fatigue is 74.22 + 388 and average of productivity is 0,070 + 0,017.  Whereas, at after treatment the average of pulses of ceiling painter is 111.89 + 6.58 dpm, average of musculoskeletal complaint is 61.61 + 1.71, average of fatigue is 64.50 + 2.88 and average of productivity is 0,086 + 0,070. Modification of painting roller holder stick turned out to decrease working load for 10,77%, musculoskeletal complaint for 21,51%, fatigue for 13,09%, and productivity is increasing for 22,85%. From discussion above it can be concluded that the modification of painting roller holder stick can decrease working load, musculoskeletal complaint, fatigue, and increase productivity.  In that case, it can be expected that the ceiling painter workers use this painting roller holder stick in order to minimize any complaint raises due to working process

Tomato (Lycopersicum commune) contains potassium and lycopene which has the effect blood pressure. The study aims to understand the effect of tomato juice in menopause women with hypertension. This was a pre experimental research. The population was menopausal women and hypertension case amount 11 persons, using total sampling. The research instrument was observational paper dan sphigmanometer. The research result was analyzed by normality test of Shapiro-Wilk test. Statistical test with Wilcoxon test. The research result shown there is no difference mean value between blood pressure before and after treated by tomato juice. They are 6,00 mmHg (systole) and 1,82 mmHg (diastole). Data analyzed by It is 0,05. obtains p value systole 0,072 and diastole 0,334 where p value < α, this H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. The analysis result shown there is no difference between blood pressure before and after treated by tomato juice at Posyandu Kantil sub-district of Mojoroto, Kediri. Based on the research result revealed there are still many shortcomings that research do so very influential on the final result, and is expected to be study in the future.

As there are various machine configuration and frequent changes of cutter orientation in 5-axis machining, the standard NC codes are not inter-exchangeable among machines. This phenomenon induces a lot of cutting difficulties and machining problems such as the inconvenient working process for operators and very low cutting efficiency. At present, some advanced machine controllers already can accept the APT code besides NC code to increase the cutting flexibility. They also offer some advanced machining functions such as tool center point control and spatial compensations of tool, etc. By way of APT interpreting, the common controller can also implement these advanced functions. Besides, CAD/CAM software also supports APT post-processor to generate NC code for different machine configurations. This means the application of ATP program has played an important role in five-axis machining. However, although CAD/CAM software supports the interpretation of APT program as a core key technology of five-axis machining, the manufacturers of controller with advanced functions are unwilling to open their system. Up to now, there has been few related research papers published on this topic. In this paper, we proposed an APT interpretation method for five-axis machining. This method includes seven functional modules and related implementing procedures. A case study has been adopted to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed method. The research result could be adopted as a reference to develop the value-added technology in 5-axis machine tool application for academy and industry.

The activity of traditional dodol stirrer workers is done with standing position. The stirring process is done monotonically and over a long period of 5 hours. This study aims to show that workplace stretching exercise administration and modification of working conditions may decrease musculoskeletal and fatigue complaintas in traditional dodol stirrer workers. The stirring tool (siut) used by the worker does not correspond to anthropomethry, causing a work with a bent position. This study was an experimental study, with the same subject design. Period I subjects were treated with conventional working condition. Period II subjects were treated with workplace stretching exercise administration and improved working conditions in the form of re-design the stirring tool(siut) of the dodol stirrer and active rest. Musculoskeletal complaints were measured by Nordic body map questionnaires on a 4 likert scale, working fatigue using 30 item rating scales. Analysis of the collected data is started with the descriptive analysis and the normality data tested using Shapiro-Wilk. Further, the data that has normal distribution are analyzed using t-paired and the data that has not a normal distribution are analyzed using Wilcoxon test. This study indicated that the administration of workplace stretching exercise and modification of working conditions can decreasing musculoskeletal decline of 18.3 % from the mean 12.67±0.50 to 5.59±0.52 and fatigue decreased by 18.5% from the mean 12.42±1.45 to 5.34±0.66 It can be concluded that the provision of workplace stretching exercise and modification of working condition can decrease musculoskeletal complaintas and fatigue of dodol stirrer workers. So it is advisable for the dodol making industry to applied this technique of exercise to minimize complaints due to the working process of stirring dodol.

Construction project is a continuous activity that link to one another. If there is a delay in one activity it can make delay to the other activity. One of the factors that affect the project completion time is the productivity of each activity. Research of Contractor point of view on the productivity of construction project is expected to give more actual description of Contractor point of view on work productivity and identifying factors that strongly affect productivity so that it can be used as guidance to take steps to improve productivity in construction project. The method that this research use is questionnaire distribution. This method is chosen because it makes easier for researcher to collect data, saving time, and shorten research time. The research result shows that according to contractor, productivity needs to be increase so that construction project quality also improve. According to contractor poit of view, technology can be used as a solution to increase productivity in construction project.

‘Management’ at the business capitalism covers the vehicle of some aspects including the employee, course, service, network, and any kind of stuffs related to this case. In line with the system of business management, every single company might be in uniformity according to the common standard of capitalism despite having differences in the vision and mission. In this case, Waroeng Steak (WS) Restaurant in Demangan, Yogyakarta intentionally applied Islamic spiritual management. WS uses several kinds of teachings and trainings according to Islamic Sharia in the daily process. This concept concerns to the employees’ behavior upgrading and company progression through WS’ timeline program including daily, weekly, and annually activity striving for a great spiritual and economic orientation in the future. This paper argue despite the spiritual training for employees of WS might not be considered practical by capitalist standard, it is effective in bringing both spiritual and economic benefits to both company and all members of the staff. The research result that capitalism meet religion in terms of the production could lead to another standpoint at the collaborative intention in gaining positive benefit in successful business operation. Religion in regard to spiritual management in business has a significant role in bringing both individual upgrading in the class of devotion to God and the reflection to the good ethic in undergoing the working process, it is finally so-called a spiritual company that will be distinctively differ from the other existential companies. Keyword: spiritual management, employees’ habit, company characteristic upgrading

The working posture of an individual influences his working efficiency and working efficiency significantly affects productivity. An index of productivity as a function of posture-related variables is needed to assess the significance of posture's effect on productivity. A posture-productivity index expresses the capability to increase productivity by changing working posture. The index is based upon the following nine ergonomie guidelines or contributing factors for working posture described by Ayoub (1971): static work, overload of muscular system, mechanical advantage, joint positions, unnatural postures, proper sitting posture, allowable change of posture, accommodation of large operators, and operator training. The advantage of this procedure is not only to be able to determine the posture-productivity index, but more importantly, the capability to improve worker efficiency by modifying working posture is indicated. Such an indication will be an invaluable tool, especially since most changes to improve working posture would normally require minimal investment.

Solving the problem of the dissolution of mineral substances (in particular, lime) in biological fertilizers (bioreactor waste after production of biogas and biodiesel) and the use of these fertilizers in agriculture can increase the productivity of the main crops (wheat, rye, corn, oats, potato) in 2–3 times and therefore is an urgent task. The complete dissolution of lime in biological waste in a ratio of 1 to 3 in a closed container without the use of mixing or other means of intensification of the process, requires a significant expenses of time (about 3 weeks or 500 hours), does not satisfy agricultural enterprises. Under of using of heating of a mixture of lime with waste for intensification the dissolution, a lot of useful microorganisms die in it, which reduces the value of biological fertilizers based on it. Known equipment for mechanical dissolution: screw and drum mixers, vibration mixers, centrifuges - work with relatively small amounts of waste (up to 1 ton) and therefore do not provide the necessary productivity of the working process, while increasing the mass of the portion leads to a noticeable decrease in the dissolution efficiency. In the work, a scheme of a special installation for dissolving mineral substances in biological fertilizers is developed, which will provide a combined static and dynamic load of a portion of fertilizers with its additional heating, which will increase productivity and reduce the energy intensity of the work process. The equations of motion of the executive element and the dependencies to determine the main operating parameters of the installation are obtained. On the basis of their a mathematical model and design calculation method can be developed.

Purpose. The choice of the geometric dimensions ratios of system of matrix poles of electromagnetic polygradient separator to increase productivity with maintaining the reliability of extracting of ferromagnetic impurities from bulk material.Methodology. To solve the dynamic problem of motion of a ferromagnetic body in the working gap of pole system of matrix of polygradient separator under the influence of an external magnetic field the known methods of solving linear inhomogeneous differential equations are used. To confirm the reliability of obtained results the method of experimental research is used.Findings. The formulation of dynamic problem of movement of ferromagnetic body in the working gap of plate pole system of matrix of polygradient separator is carried out. Parametric equation for the trajectory of ferromagnetic body removal and a calculated relation connecting the main geometric dimensions of the system of matrix poles are obtained. The calculation results are confirmed experimentally and by operating practice of known magnetic separating devices.Originality. The mathematical description of working process of a polygradient electromagnetic separator with a plate matrix was further developed, which made it possible to obtain an analytical expression that takes into account the main geometric dimensions of the working space of matrix of separator.Practical value. Accounting of obtained analytical dependences between the length of separation zone and air gap, which characterizes the thickness of the separated material layer through which the ferromagnetic body must pass during the separation process, will ensure the necessary purity and productivity of separation.

Modern surface mine safety and productivity data were summarized as part of the Bureau of Mines Industrial Hazards/Human Factors program. Safety Information was obtained through mine site visits (observations and interviews), national actuarial statistics, tables, and MSHA accident reports. The examination of 148 accidents showed three specific contributing factors. First, mining is a rugged industry in which the environment is unstable and unpredictable. This unpredictability contributes to both accident incidence and severity. Second, large vehicles (120 ton haulpacks) move, fully loaded among small vehicles and people. This mismatch in size makes a collision a very severe accident. Finally, job design was found to be a contributing factor in accidents. Sixty-seven percent of the sampled accidents involved the misuse of a tool or procedure. These are not random errors, but reflect short cuts the workers take to save energy and increase productivity. It was proposed that correct job procedures would not be followed if the more efficient shortcuts were available. Consequently, the next step in this program is to develop modified job procedures for a few selected tasks. These procedures would be redesigned to improve efficiency and avoid the safety hazards found in the workers' make shift shortcuts. This approach changes the focus from emphasizing safety to emphasizing productivity through the design of safe and efficient job procedures.

The research aimed at investigating the effect of the cork fish extract delivery on the interleukin-6 content change on the parturition women with the rupture perineum in the Specific Hospital of Mother and Child, Sitti Fatimah, Makassar. This was the quasi experimental research with the pre-post tes group design taken from the parturition women with the rupture perineum. Sample were as many as 30, in wich 15 the parturition women with the rupture perineum of degree II who were given the cork fish extract as the intervention were give Health Education as the control group. The measurement of IL-6 content was conducted one day post partum and after 7 das treatment. The data were analysed using Wilcoxon test and Mann-Whitney test. The research result indicated that there is the significant effect of the cork fish extract delivery on the decrease of IL-6 content namely: the intervention group is p= 0.02 and control group is p=1.00.
