The development of Semarapura City Tourism through City Tour has not been running as expected, so it has not been able to increase foreign tourist arrivals and has not been able to improve the economy of the community. The research objective was to identify integrated development of City Tour City Semarapura tourism through the SHIP Approach. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods used in this study were observation and interviews. The theory used in this study is the Tourism Area Life-Cycle, explaining the position of development of Semarapura tourism. SHIP theory (systemic, holistic, interdiciplinary, and participatory) to describe and explain how the integrated development of City Tour in Semarapura City. The integrated form of City Tour tourism in Semarapura city is carried out by designing tourism models with improvements to the previous City Tour program and designing new tour packages, with additional classes for each package. Puppet painting class, weaving class, metal craft / kepeng money making class and brown sugar making class. The development of City Tour with the addition of tourist classes will provide experience for foreign tourists who visit and have a positive impact on the economy of the community through active participation from all stakeholders. Presidential Regulation RI No. 64 of 2020 concerning the increase in contributions for Self BPJS Health Participants reaping the pros and cons of the community. The purpose of this study is to determine the perceptions of independent participants and BPJS Kesehatan in Denpasar City about the increase in contributions and sustainability of their memberships. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews. The sample was selected purposively, consisting of 8 independent informants and internal staff of BPJS Kesehatan. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis. The results showed that most of the independent participants rejected the increase in contributions due to the high amount of contributions and the inaccuracy of the increase during the pandemic. However, the increase in contributions has a positive impact on BPJS Health, namely being able to pay off all claims from health facilities. Even so, the independent participants stated that they would continue their participation by reducing the class of healthcare and the BPJS Kesehatan responded it positively. This study concludes that most independent participants have a negative perception of the increase in contributions even though they choose to continue their memberships by decreasing the health care class. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui persepsi peserta mandiri dan BPJS Kesehatan di Kota Denpasar tentang kenaikan iuran dan keberlanjutan kepesertaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam. Sampel dipilih secara purposive, terdiri dari 8 informan peserta mandiri dan staff internal BPJS Kesehatan. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta mandiri menolak adanya kenaikan iuran karena kenaikan jumlah iuran yang cukup tinggi dan ketidaktepatan waktu kenaikan di masa pandemik Namun, disisi lain kenaikan iuran memiliki dampak positif bagi BPJS Kesehatan yaitu bisa melunasi seluruh tagihan klaim di fasilitas kesehatan. Meskipun demikian, peserta mandiri menyatakan akan tetap melanjutkan kepesertaan dengan melakukan penurunan kelas rawatan dan pihak BPJS Kesehatan pun merespon positif hal tersebut. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta mandiri mempersepsikan negatif terhadap kenaikan iuran walaupun memilih untuk tetap melanjutkan kepesertaan JKN dengan melakukan penurunan kelas rawatan. The purpose of this study is to describe and explain: (1) the teacher’s interest become principals in  Kudus, (2 recruitment system of principals in Kudus; (3) the factors that cause interest and disinterest of teachers to become principals in Kudus; (4) the problems in the recruitment of principal at Kudus, and (5) the best solution in order to have an interest in becoming the principal at Kudus. This research was conducted in the UPT Pendidikan Kaliwungu Kudus with the  respondent principals, teachers, and Kasie PTK Dikpora Kudus. The type and the approach that is used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods which is used is interviews and documentation. The analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis.The results of this study indicate that: (1) the majority of primary school teachers in the Kaliwungu Kudus don’t have interest in becoming principals because teachers feel comfortable and satisfied with his position as a teacher. Next, it is because of the burden and the task of the school head is heavier. Salaries and benefits received by teachers is more than enough also be because teachers do not intend to participate in the selection of the school head; (2) principal recruitment system in Kaliwungu Kudus covers the administration and academic selection. The recruitment model that is used is external recruitment. The recruitment procedures begin with data collection and mapping the number of principal empty formations. Then the official quotas applicants and make a selection announcement through a circular letter to all educational units. Applicants are asked to collect file administrative requirements. For those who pass the selection and administration will follow an academic test followed by interview and presentation.; (3) there are no factors that cause the interest of teachers to become principals. While the factors that cause the teachers are not interested in being the principal is the workload is too high when compared with teachers, compensation that is not balanced with the workload and physical readiness, mental and financial; (4) the obstacles in the recruitment principal at Kaliwungu Kudus covers compensation benefits to the principal are not balanced and the requirements of physical readiness, mental and materail; and (5) the best solution so that teachers have an interest in becoming the head of the school is to implement personnel management, especially in the provision of compensation should be reviewed and adjusted to the principal heavy duties. The amount of compensation should be added.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis desain pembelajaran menulis puisi anak melalui pembelajaran daring selama pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan jumlah subjek 20. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data penelitian diuji keabsahannnya dengan triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa puisi anak yang buat oleh siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma’arif Asmaul Husna sudah sesuai dengan unsur intrinsik teori Nurgiantoro.AbstractThis study aims to analyze the design of learning to write poetry for children through online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with 20 subjects. The data collection methods were interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the research data was tested by triangulation of sources. The data analysis technique used consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the children's poetry made by students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'arif Asmaul Husna is in accordance with the intrinsic elements of Nurgiantoro's theory.

This study focuses on Tortor Batak Toba in relation to the social understanding of the supporting community, which is motivated by documentation in the form of writing, video, and other forms that are not recorded and accurate. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach and the location of the study in dance study program Sendratasik Department. Data collection methods are carried out with documentation and interviews. The results shows that the structure analysis of Toba Tortor Batak motion form was formed from the top design namely vertical design, horizontal design, pure design, static design, straight design, medium design, and floor design that is straight design, as well as learning design of imitation motion tortor dance.

This study discusses the Management of Internal Inactive Records in the Banyuasin District Library and Archives Service. This study aims to determine how the management of internal inactive records in the Banyuasin District Library and Archives Service, as well as any obstacles encountered in managing the internal inactive records and their coping efforts at the Banyuasin District Library and Archives Service. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type. The data collection methods in this research are in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. Information in this research is, one Head of Archive Management Division, one Head of Dynamic Records Management Section and one Manager of Household Infrastructure and Services. The results of this study indicate that the process of managing internal inactive records in the Banyuasin District Library and Archives Service has implemented a life cycle or record life cycle manually. In addition, it has also implemented semi-automation, namely by applying the transfer of archive media. The constraints faced in managing the internal inactive records are Human Resources / Archivists who are lacking, have not carried out annihilation, and have not re-used the automation system.

Cohesion and coherence in discourse play a role in forming a wholeness in the discourse itself, both discourse and writing. One of the written discourses is the news in the Jawa Pos newspaper, which is the distribution of basic food packages breaking the fast of Ramadhan for the poor in the Tuban area held by PT. PJB UBJOM PLTU Tanjung Awar-awar, in this news is thought to contain elements of cohesion and coherence. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach and discourse analysis techniques. The data obtained contains cohesion and coherence. In this data collection, namely by listening to the news and recording it. The results of this study include grammatical cohesion, lexical cohesion and its coherence. Grammatical cohesion includes reference cohesion, recovery cohesion, release cohesion and liaison cohesion. In addition to cohesion there is also coherence that is like the coherence of the means of purpose, the coherence of reasons for action, the coherence of the meaning of reason and so forth. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui proses bimbingan keagamaan, fungsi bimbingan keagamaan serta hasil bimbingan keagamaan dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual remaja di Boarding School SMK PPN Tanjungsari. Dengan pertanyaan penelitian 1) Bagaimana proses bimbingan keagamaan di Boarding School SMK PPN Tanjungsari?, 2) Bagaiamana fungsi bimbingan keagamaan di Boarding School SMK PPN Tanjungsari?, 3) Bagaimana hasil bimbingan keagamaan dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual remaja di Boarding School SMK PPN Tanjungsari?. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan datanya dilakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, dikarenakan masalah yang diteliti perlu dilukiskan secara sistematis dan faktual dengan menggambarkan keadaan atau status fenomena. Hasil bimbingan keagamaan di Boarding School SMK PPN adalah munculnya aspek-aspek kecerdasan spiritual pada remaja seperti kesadaran untuk menghayati proses ibadah bukan sebagai pengguguran kewajiban, terbiasa berperilaku baik, memiliki prinsip keadilan, memiliki prinsip kebenaran, mampu mengambil hikmah dari musibah yang dihadapinya, bersikap fleksibel, bersikap kritis dan merenungkan penyebab serta alasan segala sesuatu terjadi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa bimbingan keagamaan di Boarding Schoool SMK PPN memiliki peranan yang sangat menunjang dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual remaja. The purpose of this study is to find out how the proccess of islamic guidance, function of islamic guidance, and result of islamic guidance to increase SpritualQuetiont in adolescence. With research questions 1) How the proccess of islamic guidance to increase spiritual quetiont on adolescence ?, 2) What is the function of islamic guidance to increase Spiritual Quetiont on adolescence?, 3) How are the results of islamic guidance to increase Spiritual Quetiont on adolescence?. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive approach with subject and object of research is guidancer. While the data collection tool in this study through observation, direct interview and written interviews. From the results of research conducted at Boarding School SMK PPN Tanjungsari, it appears of Spiritual Quetiont in adolescents. Such as the behavior of living the worship process, get used to behave well, be fair, be wise, able to take lessons from the difficulties they experienced, be flexible, be critical. So, we can conclude that islamic Guidance has a very supportive role in increasing adolescent Spiritual Quetiont.

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui dampak positif dan negatif dari adanya pergantian (turn-over) guru di Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Ulama Banyuputih kabupaten Batang. Penelitian inimenggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif analitis dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya turn-over yang tinggi pada guru atau pendidik di madrasah tersebut; keuntungan yang bersifat positif justru didapatkan ketika adanya turn-over guru dibandingkan dampak negatifnya; dan kehadiran guru baru menjadi hal yang sangat disukai oleh siswa dalam hal kreativitas, inovasi pembelajaran, motivasi, dan lain sebagainya.The aims of this research were to know the positive and negative impact of teacher turn over at Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Ulama Banyuputih Kabupaten Batang. This research was use analytical descriptive qualitative approach with depth interview, questionnaire and documentation as data collection methods. The results of this research shows that the positive impact occur more than the negative impact when there was teacher turn over; and the presence of a new teacher become student’s favourite on creativity, learning innovation, and motivation aspects.

The research aims to analyze students' modesty in Indonesian on social media, so that students pay more attention to the modesty in Indonesian through social media. Research uses qualitative descriptive methods to describe complex social realities by describing, classifying, analyzing, and interpreting data according to its natural condition. Data collection techniques take from student conversation screenshoots from social media WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram.The results showed, 1) there is still an ambiguous use of the word in written communication, 2) the use of the word "Sorry" to start a conversation on social media, 3) displeasure in giving greetings to lecturers, 4) the use of casual language (disrespectful) to lecturers, 5) indifference in word selection to lecturers through social media, and 6) insensitivity in giving opening greetings.Lecturers give direction to students through personal writing communication and provide examples of polite communication when chatting with students. The student's response after being given direction by the lecturer, has a positive impact. Students pay more attention to the civility of language when communicating with lecturers, either through written communication, or oral communication.
