The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a significant influence between the variables of Emotional Intelligence and Attitudes towards Entrepreneurship Intentions at the Law Faculty Students at Tarumanagara University. The research manipulation is the Law Faculty Tarumanagara University Students. The sampling method used was non-probability sampling technique. The data collection method was carried out using the questionnaire method and then given to 200 respondents. All data analysis techniques use the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 program. The results of this study indicate that all data have passed the assumption requirements. Based on the partial t test, it shows the hypothesis that the variable Emotional Intelligence and Attitude has a significant influence on Entrepreneurship Intention for Law Faculty Tarumanagara University Students. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel Kecerdasan Emosional dan Sikap terhadap Niat Kewirausahaan pada Mahasiswa Falkultas Hukum Universitas Tarumanagara. Pepulasi penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Falkultas Hukum Universitas Tarumanagara. Metode pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan dengan teknik non-probability sampling. Metode dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuisioner lalu di berikan keada 200 reponden. Semua teknik analisis data menggunakan program IBM SPSS Statistic 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa semua data telah lolos dari persyaratan asumsi. Berdasarkan uji t parsial , menunjukan hiotesis bahwa variabel Kecerdasan Emosional dan Sikap memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Niat Kewirausahaan untuk Mahasiswa Falkultas Hukum Universitas Tarumanagara.

The firm value is important because it reflects the performance of the company that affect the perception of investors to the company. The purpose of the study is to determine the effect of profitability, leverage, and liquidity to the firm value. Sampling method used in this research is non-probability sampling approach with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples are 12 companies in the food and beverages sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2016. The results showed that simultaneously profitability have significant influence to firm value, leverage have significant influence to firm value, and liquidity have significant influence to firm  value. Partially profitability has a positive influence significantly to  firm value, Leverage has negative influence not significanlyt to firm value, and Liquidity has a positive influence significant to firm value. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of user ability and user involvement on the effectiveness of SIA use in SPPBE companies in Bali, and to determine the influence of organizational culture in moderating the ability and involvement of users in SIA in the company. The population in this study were employees of SIA users in all SPPBE companies in Bali. The sampling method is non-probability sampling with saturated sampling technique, so the number of samples is 165 people. The analysis technique used is using the Moderated Regression Analysis technique. Based on the results of the study indicate that the ability and involvement of users have a positive and significant influence and organizational culture is able to moderate the influence of ability and user involvement on the effectiveness of the use of SIA.

Abstract - This research was conducted to find out whether there is a significant influence between the variables of innovation and risk taking on the development of young entrepreneurs who run their businesses in the culinary field in the Binong area of Tangerang. The population of this study is young entrepreneurs in the culinary field in the Binong area of Tangerang. The sampling method is done by purposive sampling technique. The method of data collection is done by questionnaire method by giving questionnaires to 50 respondents. All data analysis techniques use the IBM SPSS Statistics 22 program. Test assumptions have shown that all data has passed the assumption requirements. Based on the results of the partial t test, it shows a hypothesis that the innovation variable is not significant to the development of young entrepreneurs who run culinary businesses in the Binong area of Tangerang. Whereas the risk taking variable has a significant influence on the development of young entrepreneurs who run culinary businesses in the Binong area of Tangerang. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah wirausaha muda di bidang kuliner yang berada di wilayah Binong Tangerang. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sampel tak acak bertujuan (Purposive sampling). Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode angket / kuesioner dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada 50 responden. Semua teknik analisis data menggunakan program IBM SPSS Statistics 22. Uji asumsi telah menunjukkan bahwa seluruh data telah lolos dari persyaratan asumsi. Berdasarkan hasil dari uji t parsial menunjukkan sebuah hipotesis bahwa variabel inovasi tidak signifikan terhadap perkembangan wirausaha muda yang menjalankan usaha kuliner di wilayah Binong Tangerang. Sedangkan untuk variabel pengambilan risiko memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perkembangan wirausaha muda yang menjalankan usaha kuliner di wilayah Binong Tangerang. This study aims to determine what factors are considered by Lampung University students by choosing boarding houses. The data used are primary data obtained from the questionnaires' results, which are data on students' perceptions by choosing boarding homes. The sampling technique used was the Non-Probability Sampling method with the type of Convenience Sampling. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method. This study concludes that factors are considered students to a selection of boarding houses in Kampung Baru and GedungMeneng Bandar Lampung: variable with average, reference, rental price, location excellence, and facilities completeness.

This study aims to measure the direct and indirect effects of auditor ethical behavior and auditor performance in terms of auditor independence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence in the Gorontalo Province Inspectorate and BPKP. The sampling technique in this study uses a total sampling method and a sample of 107 auditors is determined. the analytical tool used is IBM SPSS V24. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed directly to respondents. The results of this study found that Partially it was found that auditor independence and Emotional Intelligence variables significantly influence auditors' ethical behavior, but spiritual intelligence variables do not have a significant influence on the auditor's ethical behavior and their influence is negative. auditor independence and Emotional Intelligence variables have no significant effect on auditor performance. While the variables of spiritual intelligence and ethical behavior of auditors that have a significant influence on auditor performance.

This research aims to determine the effect of product quality, customer satisfaction, switching barriers, and brand trust on customer retention. The sample in this research was 116 respondents of Wardah Cosmetics customers from Klaten Regency. This research used one of non probability sampling technique which is purposive sampling method. This study is also using multiple linear regression to analyze the collected data. The results in this research are product quality, customer satisfaction, switching barriers, and brand influence customer retention both partially and simultaneously.

This research was conducted to analyze the effect of innovation orientation and entrepreneurship on the competitive advantage of culinary MSMEs in the Cilandak Barat area, South Jakarta. The population used for this study was 36 actors in the culinary field of SMEC. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling method. The data analysis tool used is PLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that the innovation variable has a significant influence on the culinary competitiveness of SMEC. And, entrepreneurial orientation has a significant influence on the culinary competitiveness of SMEC. To know the effect of cupping therapy to decrease cholesterol levels in patients at Home Healthy hiperkolestrolemia Al-hijamaah in the year 2014/2015. Research observational analytic-numerical categorical pairs. Samples were hypercholesterolemic patients at Home Healthy Al-hijamaah in 2014/2015. Taken by using non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The primary data obtained directly from respondents, and analyzed by paired T test. The number of samples involved in this study were 45 respondents. Most of the samples were aged 20-45 years were 28 respondents (62.2%), female 27 respondents (60%), and average cholesterol levels before cupping therapy of 262.84 mg / dl and the average after cupping therapy 239.53 mg / dl. In this study, the results of Test Independent t test t test = 2.64 with p = 0,010 (p 0.05) which means that there are significant differences in cholesterol levels before and after cupping therapy

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and family environment partially and simultaneously on the interest in entrepreneur in student of the Faculty of Economics, University of Ngurah Rai in Denpasar. The number of samples is determined by the Probability Sampling technique using the Simple Random Sampling method of 75 students in the sixth semester of the Faculty of Economics, University of Ngurah Rai in Denpasar. Analyzed by classical assumption, multiple linear regression analys, determination analys, simultaneous significant test (F-test) and partial significant test (T-test). The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence partially or simultaneously between entrepreneur education and the family environment towards the interest in entrepreneurship in students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Ngurah Rai in Denpasar.

This study focused on investigating the factors that affect the entrepreneurial intention of final year undergraduate students at a South African university. It aimed to achieve the following objectives, (1) to assess the entrepreneurial intention of final year university students, (2) to investigate the effect of psychological and contextual factors on entrepreneurial intention of final year university students and (3) to examine if there is a gender difference in the effect of psychological and contextual factors on entrepreneurial intention of final year university students. The study examined the effect of psychological and contextual factors on the entrepreneurial intention of final year undergraduate students. The study used the quantitative research method with a descriptive research design. 140 students participated in the survey and data was collected through the use of self-administered questionnaire in a survey. The participants in the study were final year undergraduate business management students. The convenience sampling technique was used in the study. Data analysis included descriptive statistics and the T-test. The results indicated that business students have a high level of entrepreneurial intention. Both psychological and contextual factors positively impact on entrepreneurial intention. There is no significant gender difference. Recommendations to improve the entrepreneurial intention of students are suggested.
