AbstrakStroke merupakan masalah kesehatan global umum yang memerlukan penanganan yang komprehensif. Rehabilitasi pasca stroke merupakan bagian terpenting dari perawatan pasien stroke. Intervensi yang diberikan kepada pasien selain terapi medis, latihan sendi juga menjadi pilihan bagi pasien pasca stroke. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Metode Gerakan Sendi Aktif terhadap Daya Tahan Otot Pasien Stroke Dengan Menggunakan Video Musik di Rumah Sakit Nasional Guido Valadares Dili - Timor Leste. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan rancangan Non Equivalent Control Group Design. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling (teknik undian). Sampel penelitian 10 kelompok eksperimen dan 10 kelompok kontrol. Dengan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Rank diperoleh hasil pre-test post-test kelompok eksperimen P-value = 0,007, kelompok kontrol P-value = 1000. Hasil Paired Sample Statistics P-value = 0,003 berarti ada pengaruh pemberian latihan gerak sendi aktif menggunakan media video bermusik terhadap kekuatan otot pasien stroke. Ada pengaruh pemberian latihan gerak sendi terhadap daya tahan otot pasien stroke. Setelah dilakukan pengujian pada kedua kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol didapatkan bahwa pada kelompok eksperimen terjadi peningkatan hasil daya tahan otot setelah diberikan intervensi latihan gerak sendi aktif, sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol tidak terjadi peningkatan hasil daya tahan otot. Kata kunci : Gerakan Sendi Aktif, Ketahanan Otot, Pasien Stroke   Abstract Stroke is a common global health problem that needs comprehensive management. Post-stroke rehabilitation is the most important part of care for stroke patients. Interventions given to patients in addition to medical therapy, joint exercises are also an option for stroke patients after a stroke. To determine the effect of Active Joint Movement Method on Muscle Endurance of Stroke Patients Using Music Videos in Guido Valadares National Hospital, Dili - Timor Leste. The study was a Quasi experimental design with a Non equivalent control group design. The sampling technique used simple random sampling (lottery technique).Sample research 10 of eksperiment group and 10 of control group. By using the Wilcoxon Rank test, the results of the pre-test post-test experimental group P-value = 0.007, control group P-value = 1000. The results of Paired Sample Statistics P-value = 0.003 means that there is an effect of giving active joint movement exercises on the muscle strength of stroke patients. There is an effect of providing joint movement exercises on the muscle endurance of stroke patients. After testing the two groups, the experimental group and the control group, it was found that in the experimental group there was an increase in muscle endurance results after being given active joint movement training interventions, while in the control group there was no increase in muscle endurance Keyword : Active joint movement, Muscle strength, stroke patient

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of midwifery update training on increasing knowledge of midwives in midwifery services. The study design was a post-test only control group design. The population consisted of an experimental group of 41 people and a control group of 41 people. The experimental group had the midwifery update training in 2019, while the control group was midwives who had never attended midwifery update training in 2019. The experimental group and the control group were selected by using cluster sampling technique after that the sample selection used simple random sampling. Data analysis was used independent samples t -test. The mean knowledge results of the midwifery update group that had never attended midwifery update training was 55.11, while the mean knowledge results of the midwifery update group knowledge was 75.19. Based on the independent t-test, it was found that the t-count results were -8,987 with a p-value of 0.000 (

The study was conducted on the use of Maple software to reduce student teachers’ errors in Differential Calculus at Evangelical Presbyterian College of Education, Volta Region - Ghana. The research design for the study was quasi-experimental non-equivalent control group design. Convenience and simple random sampling techniques were employed to obtain a sample of 104 student teachers, which comprised 53 student teachers in the control group and 51 in the experimental group. Test items were the instruments used for data gathering. Descriptive, paired samples t-test and independent samples t-test were used in analyzing data. Descriptive content error analysis revealed that student teachers committed many conceptual, procedural and technical errors when solving tasks in the differential calculus. The results also indicated that there was a statistically significant difference between student teachers’ of the experimental group exposed to the use of Maple software in learning differential calculus to control groups exposed to traditional methods. Consequently, it was recommended that Maple assisted instruction be incorporated in the teaching and learning of differential calculus in the school; and also there is the need for the mathematics teachers in the school to employ blended teaching approaches, in which Maple software are used simultaneously to enhance teaching of mathematics concepts.

World Health Organization (WHO), cervical cancer is the number two cause of death in the world for women from all existing cancer. Every two minutes a woman dies of this disease. This cancer attack at an early stage does not cause any symptoms. That is why, why does this type of cancer fall into the category of the silent killer. One of the promotive and preventive efforts in women of childbearing age as primary prevention can be through the provision of health education about cervical cancer using the Acetic Acid Inspection (IVA) method. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of health education about IVA on WUS motivation in cervical cancer detection in health centers. Putri Ayu Jambi. This type of quantitative research with non randomized pretest-posttest with control group design, with purposive sampling technique totaling 22 WUS, 11 people as controls and 11 experimental people. The instrument in the form of questionnaires was analyzed by univariate and bivariate Paired Test t-test, which was conducted from April to July 2018.  The results of the study revealed that of the 22 WUSs studied, the average motivation of the pretest in the experimental group was 41.1818 and the control group was 39.9091, while the results of the posttest of the experimental group after being given counseling and leaflets increased by 42.9091 with p-value 0.034. There is an influence of health education about IVA tests on WUS motivation in detecting cervical cancer. It is suggested that the Puskesmas can improve activities in planning disease control programs, especially carrying out counseling and counseling both in the puskesmas building and in the working area of the puskesmas by involving cadres in their environment so that WUS is moved to take the IVA examination.

Background: One of the efforts that have been carried out by the Ministry of Health in supporting the acceleration of MMR reduction is optimizing PONED. Apart from being poned, the use of the MCH Handbook is one way of maintaining health and obtaining quality maternal and child health services. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of training on the optimization of the use of the MCH book on the attitudes of the PONED midwives in completing the MCH booklet filling by village midwives in the working area of ​​the Paser District Health Center.  Methods: A Quantitative research method uses Quasy Experiment nonequivalent control group design. By involving 1 control group and 1 treatment group with a total sample size of 43 midwives in each group, using simple random sampling. Data analysis using Wilcoxon. Instrument that use can measure attitudes of midwives with good validity and reliability. Results: The results showed that there were significant differences in attitudes before and after treatment with a p-value of 0,000, but the mean value of attitudes before and after showed that training could not change the attitudes of midwives. The training held is not sufficient to change the attitude of midwives in compliance with the filling of the MCH handbook. Conclusion: It needs further and intense training for all PONED and non-PONED midwives and further identification is needed about things that can motivate the attitudes of midwives to improve poned midwives towards the implementation of optimization MCH books.

Pain in labor is a manifestation of the contraction (shortening) of the uterine muscle, and it was caused by stretching of the uterine and cervical segments as well as the presence of uterine muscle ischemia. According to WHO (World Health Organization) in 2015, it was estimated that every year 830 women died from complications of pregnancy and childbirth. One method that was very effective in dealing with pain is effleurage massage which was massage technique using the palms of the fingers with a circular motion pattern on the abdomen, waist or thighs. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of effleurage massage on the intensity of first-stage labor pain in maternal mothers at Linez clinic of Gunungsitoli in 2018. This type of research was guasy Experiment research design with non equivalent control group design. In this design, the grouping of sample members in experimental group and the control group was not random, using wilcoxon test. The population in this study were mothers in first pregnancy as many as 52 people, with a total sample of 20 experimental groups and 20 control groups. The data used were primary data using observation sheets. From the research results, obtained p value 0.0001, it can be concluded that there was significant effect between experimental group and control group. It was hoped that midwives will update their midwifery service and practices such as participating in the latest midwifery training, so that they can increase their knowledge and apply it when conducting childbirth care as effort to reduce labor pain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah perbedaan hasil belajar peserta didik pada keterampilan gerak shooting dalam permainan sepakbola pada mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan setelah diajar menggunakan penerapan model  Jigsaw berbasis animasi  jika dibandingkan dengan model jigsaw tanpa berbasis animasi di SMA negeri 1 Margaasih Kabupaten Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian eksperimen, dengan desain One Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS dan sampel XI IPS 2 yang berjumlah 40 siswa dibagi dua yaitu kelompok  kontrol (20 siswa) dan siswa kelompok ekperimen (20 siswa). Pembelajaran di kelompok eksperimen menggunakan model jigsaw berbasis animasi, sedangkan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran kelas kontrol menggunakan model jigsaw tanpa berbasis animasi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data diperoleh dari hasil tes yang diberikan kepada siswa berupa tes keterampilan gerak dasar shooting pretest yang diberikan sebelum proses pembelajaran dan posttest yang diberikan diakhir proses pembelajaran. Terbukti dari hasil pembelajaran pada kelompok kontrol dengan rata – rata skor pre test 26,45, post test 27,2,  Hasil pembelajaran pada kelompok eksperimen yang diperoleh  skor rata-rata pre test  25,85, post test 33,35. Jadi terdapat perbedaan antara penerapan model jigsaw berbasis animasi  terhadap keterampilan gerak dasar shooting dalam permainan sepak bola mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani kesehatan dan olahraga di SMA Negeri 1 Margaasih. AbstractThis study aims to determine whether there are differences in student learning outcomes on shooting skills in soccer games on physical education subjects sports and health after being taught using the application of animated Jigsaw-based models when compared with the jigsaw model without animated based in SMA Negeri 1 Margaasih Bandung regency. The research method used is experimental research method, with the design of One Control Group Design. The study population was all students of class XI IPS and sample XI IPS 2 which amounted to 40 students divided by two ie control group (20 students) and students of experimental group (20 students). The learning in the experimental group used animated jigsaw model, whereas in the control class learning activity using jigsaw model without animation based. Sampling used simple random sampling technique. Data obtained from test results given to students in the form of basic shooting pretest motion skills test given prior to the learning process and posttest provided at the end of the learning process. Evident from result of learning in control group with mean of pre test score 26,45, post test 27,2, result of study in experiment group obtained pretest average score 25,85, post test 33,35. So there is a difference between the application of animated jigsaw-based models to basic shooting motion skills in soccer education and physical education in SMA Negeri 1 Margaasih.

Chephalgia is grievance that is often felt like discomfort in head, Chephalgia can bother activity and productivity. One of complementary therapy that can reduce Chephalgia is acupressure. This study aims to determine the effect of acupressure by family member on pain level of Chephalgia patient in Padang Panjang conducted february-September 2019. The study is an experimental design and a pretest-posttest with control group design with 116 of samples and it uses simple random sampling. Different levels of pain before and after the administration of acupressure by family members used the Wilcoxon test. Whereas to see the comparison of the intervention group and the control group used to test two different groups used the mann withney test.. Satistic test result get p value = 0.0000 that means there is significant effect between before and after acupressure on intervention group, but there is no significant effect on control group get p value = 0,771. This therapy acupressure is recomended for solving Chephalgia, it means that we can give nursing complementary therapy for minimizingC.

Latar Belakang: Stunting merupakan permasalahan kesehatan yang meningkatkan morbiditas dan mortalitas. Pengembangan program promosi kesehatan yang efektif melalui pendidikan kesehatan dengan aplikasi Android diharapkan dapat menyediakan informasi dan mendampingi remaja putri agar lebih baik dalam kesehatannya. Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi GASING terhadap perilaku pencegahan stunting pada siswi SMA di Kecamatan Kalibawang Kulon Progo. Metode: Quasi eksperiment dengan Pretest Posttest with Control Group Design. Sampling dilakukan dengan simple random sampling. Responden  diberi  informasi tentang gizi dan PHBS dengan bentuk aplikasi. Uji statistik yang akan digunakan adalah dengan program SPSS for Windows. Hasil: Peningkatan perilaku pencegahan stunting pada kelompok pengguna aplikasi GASING meningkat sebesar 15,67, sedangkan pada kelompok yang diberikan leaflet meningkat sebesar 3,54. Hasil dari uji Wilcoxon dan Mann Whitney diperoleh p-value 0,000 (p-value<0,05). Sehingga, penggunaan aplikasi GASING meningkatkan perilaku pencegahan stunting lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan pemberian leaflet. Kesimpulan: Aplikasi GASING meningkatkan perilaku pencegahan stunting

Edmodo is a proper Learning Management System (LMS) in teaching writing. Edmodo was chosen because the features of Edmodo can help students to write their ideas. This research was intended to know the effectiveness of using Edmodo to teach writing analytical exposition text. this research used quantitative approach, while the design used was posttest-only control group design. In this research used two classes, there are experimental group and control group. In the experimental group used Edmodo, and in the control group was taught using conventional teaching. To collect the data, post writing test in experimental and control group were administered. Data were analyzed by using mean scores, standard deviation, and independent sample t-test. In result of this research showed that p value was lower than alpha value. It can be concluded that using Edmodo to teach writing analytical exposition is effective.

In statistic test showed that there is the significant difference between treatment compliance of schizopheria patient on experimental group and control group with p value 0,0005 (p &lt; 0,05).Based of the result above can be concluded than psychoeducation intervention more effective to increase the treatment compliance of schizophrenia patients than health education.
