The National Target stipulates that the coverage target of underweight children weighs in the weighted appeal of 80% but in fact the coverage of underweight who weighs in the appeal weighed in Panongan Village is 56.91% of the 80% target in 2014. The purpose of this study is to know the relationship of knowledge with the mother's motivation in providing nutritious food. The research method used is analytic and research design that used is cross secsional, population in this research is all mother having toddler with amount of 298 people and taken sample171 people. By using stratified proportional random sampling technique, independent variable of mother's knowledge, dependent variable of mother's motivation in giving nutritious food, collecting data used in the form of questionnaire and using spearman test with degree of significance α = 0,05.                The results showed that almost half (49.8%) ie 85 people have less knowledge and almost half (49.8%) of 85 people have a weak motivation.                The result of spearman test analysis shows the value (ρ) = 0.000 and (α) = 0,05 thus ρ <α so Hо rejected means there is relation between knowledge with mother motivation in giving nutritious food. It is hoped that health workers will increase the extension to mothers so that the mother's knowledge will increase and the mother's motivation to have the toddler gives higher nutritious food to improve the good growth for her toddler.

Analyzed by using MannWhitney test with the significance level α = 0,05. The result of this research showed that most of respondents (60,5%) had less knowledge and almost all respondents (89,5%) did not use implant. Furthermore, the statistic test has obtarned p = 0,039 < α = 0,05. So H0 was refused that there was a relationship between knowledge about implant and the used of implant contraceptive at BPS Farohah Gresik. The research concluded that the less of acceptors knowledge about implant. The used of this contraceptive is vower. Introduction: Diabetes mellitus (DM) is known as the silent killer, where sufferers often do not realize its signs and symptoms and are frequently diagnosed during another health complication. To maintain quality of life, the family is required to provide support, therefore, this study aims to determine the relationship between family and the patient through observational analytic research. Methods: 120 people with DM make up the research sample using an accidental sampling technique, and data analysis was carried out using the Spearman rank test. The results found that 62 respondents (51.7%) agreed to their families providing good support, and 102 (85%) were satisfied with their quality of life. Results: The Spearman test resulted in a P value of 0,000 and R of 0.334. This means the higher the support provided by the family, the greater the increase in quality of life. Conclusion: The suggestions proposed from this study is for health workers to advocate and encourage family in the planning management of DM sufferers in order to improve their quality of life.

The problem in this study is the lack of activeness and motivation of students of SMP Negeri 6 Pekanbaru in the learning activities of volleyball games, especially in learning service below, so that learning activities do not run optimally. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of motivation with the ability to serve under the volleyball game of SMP Negeri 6 Pekanbaru students. This study is correlational that connects the independent variable, motivation (X) with the dependent variable, namely the ability to serve under the game of volleyball (Y). The population in this study were all students of SMP Negeri 6 Pekanbaru, totaling 335 people. The sampling technique in this study is Purposive Sampling, so that the students sampled in this study amounted to 54 people. Data collection for motivation is done by distributing questionnaires and service capabilities under Russel-Lange. The data obtained were analyzed using thecorrelation formula product moment with α = 0.05. Hypothesis test results show there is a relationship between motivation and the ability to service down in the game of volleyball (rxy = 0.345> rtable 0.281) and (tarithmetic = 2.520> ttable = 2.012). This means that the higher motivation possessed by SMP Negeri 6 Pekanbaru students, the tendency of lower service ability in volleyball games is also increasing. In another sense, the hypothesis is accepted (significant).

Jaundice is a yellow stain on the skin, sclera, or mucous membranes as a result of excessive accumulation of bilirubin in the tissues. Low birth weight babies (LBW) are defined as birth weight 2,500 grams or less. In infants with low birth weight can experience various complications, one of which is hyperbilirubinemia (jaundice). This study aims to determine the relationship of Low Birth Weight Babies (LBW) with the incidence of jaundice in Bhayangkara Hospital in the city of Kediri. The research design used is correlational analytic research. The method used is a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique was carried out in total sampling as many as 105 samples of infants with LBW. Research data is taken from medical records. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using Spearman's Rho test. The results of the study showed that out of 105 infants with low birth weight who experienced physiological jaundice as many as 75 infants (71.4%) and pathological jaundice as many as 30 infants (28.6%). The results of the Spearman Rh Rho test analysis showed that the p value = 0.067 or less than α = 0.05 (0.067 0.05), which means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a relationship between the incidence of LBW and neonatal jaundice in Bhayangkara Hospital in the City Kediri in 2018. The strength of the relationship is based on the correlation coefficient of 0.196 which means that there is a moderate relationship between the incidence of LBW and jaundice in Bhayangkara Hospital in Kota Kadiri in 2018.

Method: The design of this study was cross-sectional research. An accidental sampling technique with a sample of 33 respondents was taken for this research. The research instrument used questionnaires and partographs. Data analysis using the Coefficient Contigensi test with a significant level of 0.05. Result: The results showed a significant relationship between the Anxiety Level and the occurrence of prolonged labor in the primigravida phase 1 in the Aura Syifa Hospital, Kediri. The closeness of the relationship between the two variables was medium, and the direction of the relationship between the two variables was positive. Discussion: Based on the results of these studies, health workers should teach relaxation techniques such as hypnobirthing during pregnancy to reduce anxiety during labor so it will not cause prolonged labor.

Background: Childhood is susceptible to disease. One cause of illnesses in infants is due to unhealthy environmental conditions. Therefore, health efforts need to be done to prevent the emergence of diseases caused by the environment by behaving clean and healthy (PHBS). Method: observational analytic case control design. The number of samples was 142 toddlers with 71 respondents each in the case and control groups selected by consecutive sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires and illness reports from the health center. Data analysis used Chi Square with. Results: Chi Square test results with 5% α indicated delivery assisted by health workers (cannot be analyzed), exclusive breastfeeding (p=0.00), washing hands with soap and water (p=0.00), eradicating larvae once a week (p=0.00), not smoking at home (p=0.00), and healthy life behavior (p=0.00). Conclusion: there was a relationship of exclusive breastfeeding, washing hands with soap and water, eradicating larvae once a week, and not smoking in the house to the incidence of illness in infants
