The objectives of this research were (1) to explain VUC organization communication factors which<br />are the key in improving the VUC performance, (2) to explain VUC organization communication<br />factors that become the key in developing the VUC capacity, and (3) to formulate defined strategy<br />in improving the VUC quality service as the agricultural economic organization for agricultural<br />mechanization development. Active category of VUC sample as analysis unit was determined<br />by each of five VUC samples at Karawang and Cianjur District. From each VUC sample, thirty<br />respondents that use rice milling of VUC, were taken. This research was designed using survey<br />method with multi analysis approaches, they were: descriptive analysis and path analysis using<br />SEM (Structural Equation Model) analysis with LISREL analysis support. The primer and<br />secondary data were collected from December 2009 to March 2010. The result of this research<br />showed that (1) according to the similarity test model referring to the goodness of fit criteria<br />from SEM analysis showed that VUC organization communication model is good, (2) level of<br />performance, capacity, and quality of VUC service at Karawang and Cianjur District classified<br />as low,(3) determinant factors which have real influence on the low performance and capacity<br />of VUC are low quality of information, inconvenient organization communication environment,<br />and low intensity of public organization communication, (4) determinant factors which have real<br />influence on the low quality of VUC service are low quality of VUC personnel characteristic<br />and weak VUC organization communication process, and (5) improvement strategy of VUC<br />quality service should be done by developing VUC organization communication model through<br />agricultural information system development in the centers of agriculture production in each<br />rural area towards modern agriculture.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of product quality and service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at PT Pegadaian (Persero). Data analysis using path analysis with samples are 215 respondents and technique sampling with purposive sampling. The results showed that the quality of product and service quality through customer satisfaction indirectly no significant effect on customer loyalty.

En la Universidad Juárez Autónoma de Tabasco, México se aplicó (2009) un estudio inspirado en un modelo de la ANUIES para autoevaluar programas a distancia. La importancia del estudio permitió extenderlo a un segundo año; con la colaboración de la Universidad Virtual de Chiapas, se formularán mecanismos de autoevaluación adecuados al contexto regional, orientados al aseguramiento de la calidad en los programas educativos en línea. Con base en este estudio se diseñó una estrategia para elaborar instrumentos de autoevaluación para los programas, tomando como soporte el proceso de comunicación. Se presenta un meta- análisis de la experiencia obtenida, ligada a los elementos del modelo de comunicación como propuesta de evaluación, así como el diseño metodológico para la construcción de los instrumentos.Palabras clave: calidad, cursos a distancia, modelo de comunicación.Abstract A study inspired by a model proposed by ANUIES to self-assess distance learning programs, was applied in Juarez Autónoma de Tabasco University in Mexico during 2009. The importance of this study made it possible to extend it to a second year. In collaboration with the Virtual University of Chiapas, self-assessment mechanisms will develop according to the regional context and oriented to assure the quality of on line education programs. On the basis of the experience, it was designed a strategy to make self-assessment tools to evaluate the programs taking the support the communication process. Kenyamanan, keamanan, dan kepuasan pelayanan pasien merupakan fenomena pelayanan yang mencerminkan kualitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi kebijakan perubahan statuskelembagaan rumah sakit terhadap kualitas pelayanan pasien. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dan metode explanatory survey. Metode analisis meliputi regresi linier multipel dengan uji validitas product moment pearson, uji reliabilitas teknik alpha cronbach, uji hipotesis path analysis dan uji statistik (t), serta transformasi data skala likert dengan alat ukur method of succesive interval. Populasi adalah pegawai rumah sakit sebanyak 1.072 orang dan sampel sebanyak 92 orang yang ditentukan dengan teknik stratified random sampling. Data dikumpulkan denganwawancara terstruktur menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara pasien sebagai counter informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan perubahan status kelembagaan rumah sakit secara signifikan terbukti berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan pasien sekitar 66,31% dan faktor lain berpengaruh sebesar (e) 33,69%. Berbagai faktor yang berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan meliputi faktor komunikasi (0,49%), sumber daya (0,25%), sikap pelaksana (0,32%), dan struktur birokrasi (0,33%). Faktor lain yang memengaruhi kualitaspelayanan adalah faktor budaya kerja sebagai norma implementasi kebijakan perubahan status kelembagaan rumah sakit.Kata kunci: Implementasi kebijakan, status kelembagaan rumah sakit, kualitas pelayananAbstractComfort, safety, and satisfacton of patient care is a phenomenon that represents service quality. This research intends to uncover effects on implementation of the changing of institutional status towards quality of patient care. Ths research used quantitative research design with explanatory survey method. Analysis method including multiple linear regression with pearson product moment test validity, reliability test techniques and test hypotheses alpha cronbach path analysis, and testing statistic (t), and also data transform likert scale which uses method of successive interval tool. The research population is 1.072 employees and 92 person sample taken by stratified random sampling. Data collected by structured interview using questionnaire and patient interviews as counter informan. Results showed that the implementation of policy change on institutional status of hospital proven the of significant influence on the quality of patient cares at 66,31% and other factors influenced (e) 33,69%. Various factors that affect significantly positive on quality service including communication factor 12,49%; resources 0,25%; attitude of the implementers 0,32%; and bureaucratic structure 0,33%. Another concept that influenced of quality care is job behavior factor as implementation of policy change on institutional status of hospital norm.Key words: Implementation policy, hospital institution status, quality service

This study aims to determine how service quality of Building Permit in District Kramat JatiResidential, East Jakarta. The population in this research is 48 people in the district who filed a Keramat Jati Residential petition. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis. The sampling technique used in this study is Incidental Sampling, which sampling technique by coincidence, that anyone who by chance met with the researchers can be used as a sample, which is deemed suitable by research. Then the amount used as many as 48 people. Theory framework used in this study is Ratminto and Winarsih 2006. Service is an activity or a description of the activities that take place in the direct interaction between a person with another person or machine physically and provide customer satisfaction. The result is that the services provided by the Kramat Jati’s subdistrict officer for the community applicant Building Permit Residential, located in the Good criteria with interpretation number is 3.52. The conclusion of this study is still a lack of discipline of officers in the service process that makes the event of delay that hinder the implementation of the applicant service Building Permit Residential, the researchers recommend the discipline of officers need to be improved so that every service process can run well and can improve quality of care provided to the public.Keywords : Quality Service, Building Permit, the Applicant Building Permit

Entrepreneurship of principals in the educational environment to enhance students' creative behavior and achievements through innovation and the development of learning methods is very important. The principal has the task of managing resources and taking advantage of opportunities in improving the quality of education. This study aims to discuss the significant variables in increasing entrepreneurship principals. The study uses a quantitative approach with path analysis. The research sample was 334 Principals of Kindergarten, Elementary, Middle and High Schools in Central Java Province. Data collection was carried out by studying documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis was performed by path analysis with the AMOS program. The results showed that the rank and tenure as a teacher had a positive and significant effect on the tenure as a principal. While the use of social media has a significant negative effect. Of the various independent variables observed, only the existence of opportunities that had a significant positive effect on the ability of innovation of the principal. While the variables that significantly influence the development of learning methods are the ability of innovation and the presence of opportunities. The development of learning methods and the existence of opportunities will subsequently have a positive effect on improving student achievement, as the ultimate goal of developing entrepreneurship by the principal. Pathways to improve the entrepreneurship of principals are the existence of opportunities, tenure as principal, innovation and the development of instructional media. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis menginterprestasi kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, Quality of Work Life Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Perilaku Pada Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriftip analisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pendekatan kualitatif. dan metode analisis yang digunakan Analisis Path/ Path Analysis. Data diperoleh dari Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar dan Responden adalah karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menemukan bebe-rapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar, antara lain Kepemimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja, Quality of Work Life dan Perilaku. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku karyawan. Quality of Work Life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan ter-hadap perilaku karyawan. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karya-wan. Quality of Work Life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karyawan.  This study aims to examine, analyze leadership interpretation, job satisfaction, Quality of Work Life Against Employee Performance Through Behavior at the Hotel Dynasty Makassar City. This research is a descriptive analysis using a quantitative approach and a qualitative approach. And the analytical method used is Path Analysis. Data obtained from the Hotel Dynasty Makassar City and respondents were employees. The results of this study can find several factors that affect employee performance in the Makassar City Dynasty Hotel. These include leadership, job satisfaction, quality of work life and behavior. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior. Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior.

Abstrak: Kualitas pembelajaran dan minat belajar memungkinkan hasil belajar mahasiswa meningkat. Sehingga diharapkan kualitas pembelajaran dan minat belajar mahasiswa tinggi untuk mencapai hasil belajar yang tinggi pula. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bahwa kualitas pembelajaran dan minat belajar mahasiswa berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa Akuntansi pada mata kuliah Matematika Ekonomi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan meggunakan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis), dimana terdapat dua variabel eksogen dan satu variabel endogen.  Variabel eksogen berupa kualitas pembelajaran dan minat belajar, sedangkan variabel endogen berupa hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Kualitas Pembelajaran berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap Hasil Belajar, Minat Belajar berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap Hasil Belajar, dan Kualitas Pembelajaran berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap Minat Belajar Mahasiswa. Abstract:  The quality of learning and interest in learning allows student learning outcomes to increase. It is hoped that the quality of learning and student interest in learning will be high to achieve high learning outcomes. This study aims to see that the quality of learning and student interest in learning has an effect on improving student learning outcomes in Accounting Economics Mathematics courses. This research is a survey research using path analysis technique, where there are two exogenous variables and one endogenous variable. Exogenous variables are learning quality and learning interest, while endogenous variables are learning outcomes. The results of this study are Learning Quality has a direct positive effect on Learning Outcomes, Learning Interest has a direct positive effect on Learning Outcomes, and Learning Quality has a direct positive effect on Student Learning Interest.

<p><em>The quality of public service is an important and it must have bye the each public service institution. Includes the library as a public service institution giving service for the all visitors. This research aims to know the comparisation of Kepri Province Libraries quality service  and Tanjungpinang City Libraries quality service. The method used in this research is quantitative methods with questionnaire to 40 responden as samples. This questionnaire as an data collecting instruments. These results indicate the quality of two libraries is good. But, if they compared the service quality of  Province Kepri  Libraries is better than  Tanjungpinang City Libraries. This look from average scored  results is 152,61 points  for Kepri Province Libraries, and 150,66 points for Tanjungpinang City Libraries, in the good categories</em></p><p>Kualitas pelayanan publik merupakan hal yang penting dan harus dimiliki oleh masing-masing lembaga pelayanan publik. Termasuk perpustakaan sebagai lembaga pelayanan publik yang memberikan pelayanan kepada semua pengunjung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan kualitas layanan Perpustakaan Provinsi Kepri dan kualitas pelayanan Perpustakaan Kota Tanjungpinang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan 40 responden sebagai sampel. Kuesioner ini sebagai alat pengumpul data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kualitas kedua perpustakaan suda bagus. Tapi jika dibandingkan kualitas pelayanan Perpustakaan Provinsi Kepri lebih baik dari pada Perpustakaan Kota Tanjungpinang. Hasil dari hasil rata-rata ini adalah 152,61 poin untuk Perpustakaan Kepri Province, dan 150,66 poin untuk Perpustakaan Kota Tanjungpinang, dalam kategori baik.</p><p><em><br /></em></p>
