The COVID-19 pandemic is a disease outbreak that makes almost everyone unable to travel freely, especially in Indonesia. Shopee is one of the marketplaces used in this research. This study aims to analyse the impression of Shopee's brand image moderated by content marketing and its impact on impulsive buying of health products during the current pandemic. Data analysis used IBM SPSS Statistics 26 and involved 119 samples using survey methods and data collection instruments in questionnaires. The implication of this research shows that optimising content marketing techniques across various digital channels is a top priority to boost impulse buying, indirectly also improving brand image.

Abstract The COVID-19 pandemic is a disease outbreak that makes almost all humans unable to travel freely, especially in Indonesia. Lifebouy and KlikDokter as one of the health products that have strong relevance related to preventive measures for the spread of this virus in Indonesia are the focus of researchers. This study aims to analyze exposure to lifebouy advertisements in building brand awareness of KlikDokter application users during the current pandemic. Data analysis used IBM SPSS Statistics 26 and involved 107 samples using the positivism paradigm, quantitative approach, survey methods, and data collection instruments in the form of questionnaires. The results of this research shows that the significance value is less than 0.05 which indicates that optimizing advertising exposure on various digital channels is a top priority in an effort to encourage user awareness in the use of a health service application.Keywords: advertising exposure; brand awareness; COVID-19; KlikDokter; Lifebuoy, survey.Abstrak Pandemi COVID-19 merupakan wabah penyakit yang membuat hampir seluruh manusia tidak dapat bebas berpergian terutama di Indonesia. Lifebouy dan KlikDokter sebagai salah satu produk kesehatan yang memiliki relevansi kuat terkait upaya preventif penyebaran virus di Indonesia menjadi fokus peneliti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis terpaan Iklan Lifebouy dalam membangun kesadaran merek pengguna aplikasi KlikDokter di masa pandemi saat ini. Analisis data menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics 26 dan melibatkan 107 sampel dengan menggunakan paradigma positivisme, pendekatan kuantitatif, metode survei, dan instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuisioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0.05 yang menunjukkan bahwa optimalisasi terpaan iklan di berbagai saluran digital menjadi prioritas utama dalam upaya mendorong kesadaran pengguna dalam penggunaan suatu aplikasi layanan kesehatan.Kata Kunci: COVID-19; terpaan iklan; kesadaran merek; KlikDokter; Lifebouy; survei.

This study was conducted to determine the descriptive and empirical impact of perceived quality, brand image and emotional value toward purchase intention. The object of this research was respondents of backpack users in East Jakarta. Methods of data collection using survey methods. Data analysis using SPSS to process and analyze the research data. The results of descriptive test explained that perceived quality, brand image and emotional value of backpack Consina is good according most respondents answer, so they have quite high purchase intention. The hypothesis test shows, perceived quality has positive and significant effect on purchase intention, brand image has positive and significant effect on purchase intention, emotional value has positive and significant effect on purchase intention, perceived quality, brand image and emotional value have simultaneous effect on purchase intention.   Keywords: Perceived Quality, Brand Image, Emotional Value, Purchase Intention

In the past the function of the hotel was only as a place to stay for consumers who travel on business or tourism and do not have a relationship or family at their destination. Sharia concept hotels continue to grow along with the needs of Muslim consumers around the world. The concept of sharia hotels also continues to grow in Indonesia, especially in the Yogyakarta region as one of the tourist destinations in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of price, service quality and brand image on customer loyalty of sharia hotels in Yogyakarta Special Region both partially and simultaneously.This type of research is causally comparative. The variables in this study are price, service quality, brand image and customer loyalty. The population in this study are customers who have visited sharia hotels in Yogyakarta. Sampling was done by nonrandom sampling, specifically using purposive sampling where the sample was taken from the population, with the following criteria: 1) Customers who had stayed in sharia hotels in Yogyakarta more than twice, and 2) Respondents aged 18 years. The sample in this study was taken as many as 100 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis.Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions are obtained: (1) Prices have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; (2) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; (3) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; and (4) Price, service quality, and brand image have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. This study aimed to determine the effect of positive emotions and brand equity on impulsive buying on female consumers. The research used the quantitative method with 414 female consumers. The instruments were the Dispositional Positive Emotion Scale, Brand Equity Scale, and The Impulse Buying Tendency Scale. The data analysis techniques which is used in this research is multiple regression. The results show that positive emotions had no effect on impulsive buying. Furthermore this study also show that brand equity has a direct effect on impulsive buying

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of conformity on adolescent impulsive buying behavior on fashion products in the marketplace moderated by self-control. The research method used in this research is quantitative.  The data collection used in this research is by sharing the questionnaire in the form of Google Form starts from July to September. The researchers use non-probability sampling method with voluntary response sampling. Respondents in this study are 150 teenagers. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis carried out, it is found that there is a significant relationship between conformity to adolescent impulsive buying behavior. Furthermore, the self-control variable as a moderating variable also has a significant effect on the independent and dependent variables in this study. The results of the study found that the conformity variable (X) simultaneously affected the impulsive buying variable (Y) by 73.1%, while 26.9% is influenced by other variables outside the regression equation or variables that are not examined. Other than that, the self-control as the moderation variable can moderate the effect between conformity and impulse buying in adolescents. For further research, there needs other variables that can be conducted to know what affects impulse buying with conducting to other types of society other than an adolescent.

The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of lifestyle and brand image simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency. The research framework used in this research is causal quantitative. The sample used in this research determined through accidental sampling. The number of samples used was 100 respondents. The research instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique done by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research are: 1) lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency, 2) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency, and 3) Lifestyle and brand image have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency.

This study aims to measure online advertising and tokopedia.com service quality on brand image. The population of this study is the people of Padang city who have done shopping at the online store tokopedia.com. Sampling of this study using accidental sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study were 100 respondents. The data collection technique of this study was to use a questionnaire with data analysis, namely using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate tocopedia.com online advertising, a positive and significant effect on brand image and tokopedia.com service quality has a positive and significant impact on brand image.Keywords: online advertising, service quality, brand image

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of brand image, brand awareness, and product quality on the consumer’s purchase decision. The population of this research were students of Tarumanagara University in Jakarta. The sampling frame was limited to those of the Economic Faculty. The non-probabilistic convenience sampling method was used in this research. The method of data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The technique of data analysis used was the multiple regression analysis. The findings of this research showed that purchase decision is positively and significantly affected by brand image, brand awareness, and product quality.

Impulse buying is a phenomenon that can occur in all generations but more done by the generation that undergoes a change that is the age of adolescents who step on the early adulthood of the Y generation who actually do not have the financial ability to meet their needs. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy on the impulsive buying behavior of online products in Y generation. This research is a descriptive research type, with a quantitative approach. The population of 733 students. The sampling technique used in this research is nonprobability sampling by using purposive sampling type with sample of 142 students. The subject of this research is the students of university. Data collection technique using questionnaire. Data were analyzed using linear regression analysis. The result of data analysis shows that there is influence of financial literacy on impulse buying behavior of online product in Y generation. It means the higher the student's financial literacy, the lower the impulse buying behavior. Conversely, the lower the student's financial literacy, the higher the impulse buying behavior. Data were analyzed using linear regression analysis. The result of data analysis shows that financial literacy has negative effect, but significant to impulsive buying behavior of online product in Y generation. It means The higher student's financial literacy, the lower impulse buying behavior. Conversely, the lower student's financial literacy, the higher impulse buying behavior.

This research is conducted to analyze the influence of sales promotion on impulsive buying  at ABC Hypermarket in East Jakarta. The aims of this research is also to know the sales promotion that influence the impulse buying, supporting factors and how the problems take place. The descriptive-verificative method is used in this research. Data collection methods are literature and field studies. Field study covers observation, interview and structural questionnaires. The questionnaires are given to 45  consumers at ABC Hypermarket in East Jakarta. The sistematic sampling is used as sampling technique. Data are analyzed by qualitative analysis and correlation regresion analysis. The analysis confirms that there are influences of sales promotion on impulse buying at ABC Hypermarket in West Jakarta.  That is, if  sales promotion is carefully done, it will increase impulse buying
