Entrepreneurship education constitutes a top priority in policy agendas across the globe as a means to promote economic growth, fight unemployment and create social capital. An important premise of entrepreneurship education is that it can be learned and students can be taught to formulate entrepreneurial mentality, skills and competencies, something that can result in the formulation of startups and business initiatives. Given the importance of entrepreneurship, the necessity to formulate efficient entrepreneurship education frameworks and training programs arise. In this work, we present the design of an entrepreneurship educational environment that is based on learning in 3D virtual worlds. Innovative 3D virtual reality technologies were utilized to provide immersive and efficient learning activities. Various topics of entrepreneurship education courses were designed and formulated to offer students the opportunity to obtain theoretical knowledge of entrepreneurship. The 3D virtual reality educational environment utilizes pedagogical approaches that are based on gamification principles, allowing students to study in immersive ways as well as in game-based learning activities on real challenges that can be found in business environments. The game-based learning activities can help students gain necessary skills, helping them to tackle everyday obstacles on their entrepreneurial pathways. An experimental study was performed to explore the learning efficiency of the environment and the gamified learning activities as well as assess their learning impact on student’s motivation, attitude, and overall learning experience. The evaluation study revealed that the framework offers efficient gamified learning activities that increase students’ motivation and assist in the formulation of entrepreneurship mentality, skills and competencies.

Introduction. Training cadets to perform emergency rescue operations in a fire is an urgent task that requires improving the educational process in this area. The most difficult types of rescue operations are opening and disassembling the building and technological structures, which are held to ensure the penetration of fire in hard to reach areas of buildings, reconnaissance, search and rescue, the extinguishing means to eliminate burning.Materials and Methods. To implement high-quality training of trainees to perform emergency rescue operations in a fire, a review of literature sources, the regulatory framework and the experience of fire and rescue units was conducted. The development of the training trajectory and content of teaching materials is based on the main provisions of modular and game training, the requirements of competence and contextual approaches that contribute to the formation of educational motivation of cadets.Results. Based on a set of pedagogical theories, research by the authors, regulatory documents and practical experience, a training course and methodology for training cadets to perform emergency rescue operations for opening and disassembling construction and technological structures in a fire have been developed. The training course includes theoretical and practical training to the extent sufficient for the formation of students ' solid knowledge, practical skills in this professional field. To update and maintain the competencies formed as a result of mastering the training course at a sufficient level, it is proposed to use a proven and applied multi-level modular system of practical training. To improve the quality of training of trainees and an objective assessment of the formed knowledge, practical skills and abilities, it is proposed to use an expert questionnaire and involve practical employees of fire and rescue units.Discussion and Conclusions. The proposed approach to specialized training of trainees based on the study of individual courses embedded in the implemented educational process will increase the readiness of graduates for professional activities to perform basic combat tasks to save people and reduce material damage in fires.

The article is devoted to the analysis of business simulations, their nature, classification and functioning in the system of education. The author emphasizes that business simulation is an interactive model of the economic system, which in its internal conditions is as close as possible to the corresponding real economic unit: the whole enterprise or its unit, industry, state; has a clearly defined educational aim ‒ the development of practical skills and competencies by the participants. The article proves that the most important factor of business simulations in the system of education is their impact upon the development of mental abilities of students. The research notes that business simulations are actively used in all spheres of the educational process, including summer camps, which allows students not only to actively relax, but also to develop their abilities. The author concludes. that business simulations are becoming an important and necessary factor for the formation of the intellectual image of the Ukrainians in the XXI century. Business simulations affect the development of studentsʼ mental abilities, form such an important property as reflection, because the ability to analyze one’s own merits and drawbacks is an essential condition for successful human activity in any field. Business simulations teach you to cut out unnecessary details that often distract the attention and allow you to focus on the main thing. The game may be a simulation, but the skills that students gain from it is a real meaningful experience that in the long practice changes their behavior. Teachers who are interested in using “serious games” have an opportunity to use new generation programs today.

The situation with the pandemic in the world showed that education in Ukraine will never be the same. Isolation turned out to be a big challenge for both teachers and students. This is explained primarily by a lack of theoretical knowledge and practical experience in providing distance learning. According to the EU recommendations, the education institution will work effectively if it provides the best use of digital technology for teaching and learning and develops teachers' and students' digital competences and skills. Educational technology tools include content management systems, language learning apps, podcasts, and electronic discussion boards. The features of free, open-source, cross-platform audio software Audacity are described in the study. The paper analyzes how a university teacher can record, edit and export in MP3 format the language learning podcast through Audacity. To answer this question, we created 5 bilingual grammar podcasts based on the audio platform. The designed podcasts can be used as learning activities outside the class with the university students. The obtained results showed that even a beginner in the sphere of ICT can design a good-quality foreign language podcast. The difference between the scores in pre and post-test results suggest that self-designed podcasts can be used in teaching EFL to improve grammar skills. This study emphasizes the need for implementing ICT tools in the educational process to improve the quality of teaching and learning and to share the gained experience with the colleagues. Further research could determine the role of self-designed podcasts in an online language course for the students of technical universities.

The practical experience of teaching the adaptive discipline (AD) "Social adaptation" for students with disability in the Institute of Business Administration of RANEPA is considered in the article. As an experimental group, students from the first year of the programms "International Relations" and "Foreign Regional Studies" were selected. The results of their training were compared on the criterial-level system with the results of training of students from the control group, who in the second year studied the discipline of the basic block "Psychology". Also, the study included the study of the impact of the implementation of adaptation disciplines on the psychophysical state of students with disability, which were trained in the experimental group, and conditionally healthy students. To study the psychophysical state, all students at the beginning and at the end of the educational process filled out the questionnaires "Health. Activity. Mood"and"Test of hardiness". The analysis of the results of the examination of the students' psychophysical state and the indicators of the generated knowledge, skills and habits according to the AD "Social adaptation" showed that the introduction of AD in the educational process of organizations of higher education is effective. This leads to an increase in the knowledge of students in the areas of special psychology and psychology of disability, and also affects the psychological attitudes and psychophysical state of students, increasing their mood, feeling, increasing vitality and responsibility for their lives.
