<p>Community empowerment with callina papaya cultivation is one form of utilization ground that have high economic value. Community usually only planted cassava and vegetables for daily consumption. Callina papaya is one of the crops that have high potential to sold, long harvest time, easy and simple treatment. Land use of Setono Ngrambe with Callina papaya cultivation is a creative solution for the development of natural resources and human resources to increase the income of society. This community service program carried out over 4 months including observation, training, mentoring and evaluation. Training and socialization going well and get good responses. Community enthusiastic following the training and socialization of papaya callina cultivation. In this training, community trained by team to do organic farming using cow urine fermentation. Material in this training include the introduction of papaya Callina, potential, and methods of cultivation. Government of Setono village make the Memorandum of Understanding that contains the community willingness to lend their land for planting Callina papaya in a supervision of IKIP PGRI MADIUN. Callina papaya can be excellent products and potentially make Setono Village as suppliers Callina papaya in East Java.</p>

Black cincau leaf (Mesona palustris BL) is one of the main commodities of Nawangan District, Pacitan Regency which has high fiber and antioxidant content. In general, the cincau leaves produced at Nawangan are only sold in the form of dried leaves so that their economic value is low. Processing of dried black grass jelly leaves into processed food products can increase its economic value. The problem faced by the Nawangan community in an effort to increase the economic value of cincau leaves is that the Nawangan people do not yet have the skills and knowledge regarding various forms of processed which have a higher selling value. Through the Community Empowerment Community Service program, efforts are made to diversify processed products of black cincau leaves in the form of pastry products (nastar and cookies). This program aims to improve the skills of the Nawangan community in processing black cincau leaves into several food products that have high selling value. This activity was carried out in three stages, namely socialization, implementation of training and monitoring. The outputs produced in this activity are processed products of black cincau leaves which are expected to be the superior products of the Nawangan District.

AbstrakTujuan yang ingin dicapai pada program Kuliah Kerja Nyata-Pembelajaran Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (KKN-PPM) Universitas Gajah Putih Takengon Tahun 2018 di Desa Simpur adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat di bidang pertanian dan peternakan sesuai dengan potensi sumber daya alam dan sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki Desa Simpur. Meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat dengan memaksimalkan potensi pertanian dan peternakan yang terdapat di Desa Simpur dengan beberapa program yakni pembuatan kompos dari kotoran sapi, penyusunan ransum ternak sapi dan pembuatan ransum fermentasi, pembuatan perangkap hama, penanaman cabe kopay tumpang sari dengan bawang merah. Menciptakan kemandiriaan energi dengan pembuatan instalasi biogas karena Desa Simpur belum semua lokasi dialiri listrik PLN. Adapun metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut adalah 1)Penyuluhan, 2)Demontrasi, 3)Membuat kebun percontohan, 4)Pratek langsung, 5)Mengadakan monitoring, evaluasi perkembangan setiap program yang dijalankan secara berkala.Kata kunci : Pemberdayaan masyarakat, cabe kopay, perangkap hama, kompos, biogas.AbstractThe aim to be achieved in the Takengon Gajah Putih University Community Service Program activities in 2018 in Desa Simpur is community empowerment in agriculture and livestock in accordance with the potential of natural resources and human resources owned by the village of Simpur. Improving the economy of the community by maximizing the potential of agriculture and livestock in Simpur Village with several programs namely composting from cow dung, compiling cattle rations and making fermentation rations, natural pest control, planting Kopay Chilli intercropping with shallots. Creating energy independence by making biogas installations because the village of Simpur has not been electrified by PLN. Improve the performance of village officials by computer training and making village websites. ABSTRACTCraft is an object of human art that is related to hand skills. Besides having aesthetic value,the shape of the craft has economic value. One of the handicrafts in Bali is ceramics. Theseceramics are usually used as souvenirs for tourists who come to Bali. The target audienceof this community service program is the "Siku Bali Handycraft" located in KeramasVillage, Blahbatuh District, Gianyar Regency, Bali Province. Siku Bali Handycraft is apartner owned by I Wayan Catur as well as a maker / craftsman of ceramic crafts. Mr. IWayan Catur began to pioneer his work in 2009. He gained this expertise from generationto generation among his extended family. Ceramic crafts produced include incense holders,candle holders, oil kilns, flower vases, bottles for tea and coffee. Siku Bali Handycraft merupakan mitra yang dimiliki oleh I WayanCatur sekaligus sebagai pembuat/ pengrajin kerajinan keramik. Bapak I Wayan Catur mulaimerintis karyanya pada tahun 2009. Beliau mendapatkan keahlian ini secara turun temurundiantara keluarga besarnya. Kerajinan keramik yang dihasilkan diantaranya tempat dupa,tempat lilin, tempat pembakaran minyak, vas bunga, botol untuk tempat teh dan kopi.Kontribusi dasar dari program ini adalah meningkatkan kapasitas produksi, peningkatanpemasaran melalui online, peningkatan kualitas SDM, peningkatan omset dan assetperusahaan. Petuk Katimpun is one of the supplier villages for vegetable needs in the Palangka Raya city and its surroundings. At the abundant harvest, the prices of vegetables dropped sharply and were even worthless. Vegetables are left to rot in the tree, because there are costs to be taken to pick the vegetables. This is certainly very painful for the farmer. The farmers continue to lose money. One solution is to increase the value added of vegetables through processing technology. The technology of processing vegetable chips with vacuum frying is able to maintain the distinctive aroma and color of vegetables, crisper texture, lower vitamin damage and lower oil absorption. The purpose of this community service program is to transfer vacuum frying technology to increase the value added of the vegetables so that the level of the loss of farmers can be reduced. The approach were taken by  counseling, training and coaching and mentoring. The counseling was carried out by direct communication and interactive discussion, while training of using vacuum frying tools with various vegetable raw materials was carried out under the guidance of the service team. The coaching and group assistance were carried out in the acquisition of SPP-IRT as well as ways to access markets both directly and indirectly. The results of the community service program showed that 70% of partners were able to operate vacuum frying equipment. The capabilities of labeling and packaging were 100 % . They also had an ability to access markets indirectly through online media. The direct market could not be accessed due to  the SPP-IRT certificate has not been obtained. Key words : community empowerment, vegetables chip, vacuum frying

The general theme of the 2020 Community Service Program is “Community Empowerment”. Meanwhile, the special theme is "Entrepreneurship". The implementation time starts from August 3 to September 3, 2020, in Onekore Village, Ende Tengah District, Ende Regency. On the program. With this special theme, the main activity carried out is supporting entrepreneurship in Onekore Village. The purpose of implementing this activity is that students are expected to gain learning experience through direct involvement in the community in finding, formulating, solving, and overcoming problems in the field. In this KKN activity, the problems found were the lack of utilization of existing garden products, namely bananas. So far, it is consumed by boiling or eating it without further processing. Olso besides, we also found woven products from weaving that were difficult to market. Students socialize and practice entrepreneurship as an effort to solve problems faced by weaving craftsmen. Efforts made to help the household economy include making flower pots and making wallets made from woven fabrics. Supporting activities during the Community Service Program are assisting with the administration of the Village, community service, building a gate for the Indonesian Independence Day, making sample gardens, socializing COVID-19 and, health service for the elderly.

This vegetable processing training aims to build the entrepreneurial spirit of RT 03/04 with the utilization of processed red spinach and broccoli vegetables which if developed over the long term will foster a productive economy that can increase family income. In addition, it is hoped that later, ladies and gentlemen, RT 03/04 Tamalanrea Jaya Village is able to form a Trade Business that produces Broccoli and Red Spinach Vegetable ice cream. Community service activities are carried out with training methods in practice and theory. For two days, the community members were invited to understand the purpose, benefits and application of healthy processed broccoli vegetables as a nutritious processed food and economic value. Presentation of learning material related to the importance of community empowerment through an independent learning process, this group is carried out in accordance with the material, goals and practical benefits of each theme. At the last session, this community service activity was presented with a demonstration of cooking food, processing broccoli and red spinach vegetables into healthy, practical ice cream and liked by all people. The activity of processing broccoli and red spinach vegetables as raw materials to obtain these types of food is done by demonstration method while providing explanations that must be mastered when going to process red spinach and broccoli into healthy food for the family, and economic value.Keyword : Broccoli Vegetables, Red Spinach, Vegetable Ice Cream

Abstrak Sebagai agent of change mahasiswa dituntut tidak hanya memiliki ilmu dan keahlian sesuai dengan bidangnya, tetapi juga siap untuk terjun ke dalam masyarakat mengimplementasikan ilmu dan keterampilan yang mereka milliki, membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan riil yang sedang dihadapi masyarakat atau memberi pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada masyarakat supaya mereka bisa hidup lebih baik. Untuk memenuhi tuntutan tersebut institut teknologi sepuluh nopember (ITS) menyelenggarakan program kuliah kerja nyata (KKN) kepada mahasiswa. Sesuai dengan wilayah keilmuan mahasiswa yang berbasis pada teknologi dan aplikasinya, maka kegiatan KKN juga bertema teknologi serta aplikasinya sehingga kegiatan-kegiatan KKN di dalam masyarakat juga tidak lepas dari tema teknologi dan aplikasinya. Dengan demikian, KKN ITS menjadi sarana yang tepat untuk membantu masyarakat menghadapi era revolusi industri sekarang ini di mana teknologi dan aplikasinya menjadi inti keberlangsungannya. Desa Bendar dikenal sebagai desa Nelayan karena mayoritas penduduk Desa Bendar adalah nelayan dengan jumlah sebesar 55,7% atau 880 orang. Root of problem yang dihadapi oleh Desa Bendar, Kecamatan Juana, Kabupaten Pati adalah banyaknya hasil tangkapan ikan para nelayan serta sumber daya manusia yang belum terberdayakan secara maksimal, sehingga belum dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat baik secara kelompok maupun individu di Desa Bendar. Mitra dalam pengabdian ini adalah KUB Mina Melati. Dalam menjalankan usahanya, KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati masih menerapkan manajemen tradisional. Rendahnya pengetahuan anggota KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati menjadi salah satu penyebabnya terutama dalam hal proses produksi dan pengolahan kerupuk yang baik dan manajemen pengelolaan usaha. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan dan workshop teknik-teknik produksi kerupuk, serta praktik produksi kerupuk. Dengan adanya program pengabdian ini diharapkan masyarakat Desa Bendar dapat menghasilkan produksi kerupuk ikan yang memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi. Apabila nilai jual dari hasil pengolahan kerupuk ikan tinggi, maka penghasilan warga akan meningkat, dan selanjutnya memberi dampak kepada peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Bendar dan menjadikan Desa Bendar sebagai Desa Sentra Kerupuk Ikan. Kata kunci: Desa Nelayan, Kerupuk Ikan,Pemberdayaan. Abstract Bendar Village is well- known as a Fishing Village because the majority of Bendar Village residents are fishermen with a total of 55.7% or 880 people. The root of the problem faced by Bendar Village, Juana Subdistrict, Pati Regency was the number of fish catches of the fishermen and human resources that have not been maximally empowered yet, so that they have not been able to improve the welfare of the community yet both individually and in groups in Bendar Village. The partner in this service was KUB Mina Melati. In running its business, KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati still applied traditional management. The low knowledge of members of KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati was one of the causes, especially in terms of good cracker production and processing and business management. The activities carried out by this service were training and workshops on cracker production techniques, as well as cracker production practices. With this community service program, it is hoped that the people of Bendar Village can produce fish crackers that have a high selling value. If the selling value of fish cracker processing results is high, the income of citizens will increase, and subsequently, have an impact on improving the welfare of the people of Bendar Village and making Bendar Village a Center Village of Fish Crackers. Keywords: Fishing Village, Fish Crackers, empowerment.

[Bahasa]: Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk: (1) meningkatkan pengetahuan santri tentang sistem organisasi yang terdiri dari struktur organisasi, budaya organisasi, manajemen sumber daya manusia, dan tujuan organisasi; (2) meningkatkan kemampuan santri dalam menyusun sistem organisasi yang baik untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi secara efektif dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode ceramah, metode penugasan, metode praktik, dan analisis perbandingan pretest dan posttest. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah (1) meningkatnya pengetahuan pengurus tentang pengelolaan organisasi berbasis sistem dengan memberdayakan struktur organisasi yang baik, budaya organisasi yang kuat, dan sumber daya manusia yang direncanakan. Dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis deskriptif rata-rata nilai pretest dan posttest yang meningkat, korelasi dan signifikansi korelasi yang kuat yaitu 0,706 dan 0,000. Namun pada aspek pengaruh belum menunjukkan nilai pengaruh yang signifikan dengan nilai t hitung 1,220 dan sig. 0,232.; (2) meningkatnya kemampuan santri dalam menyusun kegiatan-kegiatan terkait dengan struktur organisasi, sosialisasi budaya organisasi, pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, dan menentukan visi organisasi. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan sistem organisasi dengan metode workshop dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan santri dalam berorganisasi sehingga membantu mereka dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi secara efektif dan efisien. Kata Kunci: sistem organisasi; santri; pesantren [English]: The purposes of this community service program are to (1) increase students’ knowledge about the organizational system consisting of organizational structure, organizational culture, human resource management, and organizational goals; (2) improve the ability of students to compile a good organizational system which able to achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently. The method used was the lecture, assignment, practice, and comparative analysis of the pretest and posttest. The results of this community service are (1) the increase of students’ knowledge about managing a system-based organization by empowering a good organizational structure, strong organizational culture, and supported the human resources. It is shown by the results of the descriptive analysis where the average score of pretest and posttest get higher, strong correlation and its significance reach 0.706 and 0.000. However, the aspect of influence has not yet yield a significant value with t value of 1,220 and sig. 0.232 .; (2) the increase of students ability to compile activities related to organizational structure, socialization of organizational culture, management of human resources, and determining the organization's vision. The results of this community service reveal that the organization's training system using the workshop method can improve the knowledge and abilities of students in the organization to help them achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently. Indonesia has many cultures, almost every region has a different culture and customs. Labuhanbatu Utara is one of the regions in North Sumatra that has 8 districts. In South Kualuh sub-district has a habit to sing nasyid on certain and special events. Nasyid is one of the Islamic arts in the field of sound art. Usually it is a song that has an Islamic style and contains words of advice, stories of the prophets, praising God, and the like. Nasyid is usually sung in a cappella accompanied by only a drum. Community service program in 2019 is real community empowerment with the title Nasyid musyik training for mosque youth in Dusun III Pondok Pasar IV, Damuli Kebun Village, to provide useful knowledge for mosque youth.
