This vegetable processing training aims to build the entrepreneurial spirit of RT 03/04 with the utilization of processed red spinach and broccoli vegetables which if developed over the long term will foster a productive economy that can increase family income. In addition, it is hoped that later, ladies and gentlemen, RT 03/04 Tamalanrea Jaya Village is able to form a Trade Business that produces Broccoli and Red Spinach Vegetable ice cream. Community service activities are carried out with training methods in practice and theory. For two days, the community members were invited to understand the purpose, benefits and application of healthy processed broccoli vegetables as a nutritious processed food and economic value. Presentation of learning material related to the importance of community empowerment through an independent learning process, this group is carried out in accordance with the material, goals and practical benefits of each theme. At the last session, this community service activity was presented with a demonstration of cooking food, processing broccoli and red spinach vegetables into healthy, practical ice cream and liked by all people. The activity of processing broccoli and red spinach vegetables as raw materials to obtain these types of food is done by demonstration method while providing explanations that must be mastered when going to process red spinach and broccoli into healthy food for the family, and economic value.Keyword : Broccoli Vegetables, Red Spinach, Vegetable Ice Cream

Training of the processed green mustard aims to build the entrepreneurship spirit of MT Al Muhajirin mothers with the utilization of processed green mustard food which, if developed to long-term, will foster a productive economy that can increase family income. Also, it is expected later KWT MT Al Muhajirin able to form a Trade Business that produces green mustard chips and ice cream. The activity of dedication to the community of KWT MT Al Muhajirin is done by the method of training in practice and theory. Presentation of learning materials related to the importance of community empowerment through the independent learning process, this group is conducted by the material, objectives and practical benefits of each theme. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan santri pondok pesantren salafiyah Al-Azhar, desa Patok Picis, kecamatan Wajak, kabupaten Malang; Peningkatan kesadaran dalam pemanfaatan lahan pondok serta pengelolaan kebersihannya; Peningkatan wawasan santri sehingga dapat memunculkan motivasi dan semangat berwirausaha; Peningkatan nilai ekonomis sumber daya hasil alam yang ada di pondok pesantren. Metode yang digunakan  adalah ceramah, pelatihan dan pendampingan, konten yang dikembangkan mencakup, materi technopreneurship dan kewirausahaan, pengelolaan lingkungan, keterampilan memijat dan pembuatan nugget ikan produk pesantren. Hasil kegiatan ini wawasan wirausaha santri telah meningkat, demikian pula keterampilan dalam pemanfaatan potensi bahan baku lokal untuk produk yang lebih bernilai ekonomi serta pemahaman penerapan teknologi yang lebih efektif untuk penguatan karakteristik pesantren wirausaha.Kata kunci—technopreneurship, santri, wirausaha, pesantreneurship AbstractThe aim of this community service is to increase the knowledge and skills of Al-Azhar Salafiyah Islamic Boarding School students, Patok Picis village, Wajak sub-district, Malang district; Increased awareness in the utilization of cottage land and cleanliness management; Increased students’ knowledge so that it can bring up the motivation and enthusiasm of entrepreneurship; Increasing the economic value of natural resource resources in boarding schools. Petuk Katimpun is one of the supplier villages for vegetable needs in the Palangka Raya city and its surroundings. At the abundant harvest, the prices of vegetables dropped sharply and were even worthless. Vegetables are left to rot in the tree, because there are costs to be taken to pick the vegetables. This is certainly very painful for the farmer. The farmers continue to lose money. One solution is to increase the value added of vegetables through processing technology. The technology of processing vegetable chips with vacuum frying is able to maintain the distinctive aroma and color of vegetables, crisper texture, lower vitamin damage and lower oil absorption. The purpose of this community service program is to transfer vacuum frying technology to increase the value added of the vegetables so that the level of the loss of farmers can be reduced. The approach were taken by  counseling, training and coaching and mentoring. The counseling was carried out by direct communication and interactive discussion, while training of using vacuum frying tools with various vegetable raw materials was carried out under the guidance of the service team. The coaching and group assistance were carried out in the acquisition of SPP-IRT as well as ways to access markets both directly and indirectly. The results of the community service program showed that 70% of partners were able to operate vacuum frying equipment. The capabilities of labeling and packaging were 100 % . They also had an ability to access markets indirectly through online media. The direct market could not be accessed due to  the SPP-IRT certificate has not been obtained. Key words : community empowerment, vegetables chip, vacuum frying

Cassava is a type of plant that is easy to grow in various types of soil, and its cultivation method is relatively easy. The stems, leaves, and tubers of cassava have various benefits for human life. Limited knowledge and skills regarding the diversification of cassava-based processed products are an obstacle for which solutions must be sought. The purpose of this service activity is to empower the community, especially partners/target groups, through training on processing cassava into raw materials for processed food products. Community service activities carried out using training/mentoring and demonstrations/practices are one of the solutions that can be carried out for community empowerment. The results of community service activities show that all participants (100%) can actively participate in receiving all the knowledge and skills transferred and are interested in doing it themselves at home (100%). Processed products in the form of cassava flour will be consumed by themselves (77%) and sold (23%) with processed food products of cassava lunkhead (89%) and cassava noodles (11%), which were of high interest. This data shows that community service activities carried out by Palangka Raya University can contribute and become a solution to overcome problems faced by the community.

Community empowerment is one of the keys to the success of a village to prosper the lives of its people, with the potential of existing villages, where the community can develop ideas, creations of superior products in the village that generate entrepreneurial spirit in accordance with the provisions given by the government for village development. Padamatang Pasawahan Kuningan village is one of the villages that has a lot of natural resource potential that can be managed and developed into a superior product from the village including Processed Tempe and Emping (Melinjo). The method for carrying out this activity through several stages, namely the stages of preparation, socialization, training, and assistance. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini melalui beberapa tahapan,yaitu tahapan persiapan, sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Partners in the implementation of this community empowerment program is an orphan cared by Yayasan Panti Asuhan Keluarga Muhammadiyah (PAKYM) and homemakers who are members of the organisation Aisyiyah branch Laweyan Surakarta. Community empowerment program that has been done is to provide training cultivation of cassava plants and training of cassava-based food making. Training given to orphans in the form of cultivation practice of superior cassava crop. Training begins with the selection of cassava seeds, land preparation, and planting of cassava seeds. While the training provided to the members of Aisyiyah members is in the form of food processing training based on cassava. The purpose of this program is to provide entrepreneurial supplies for orphans with the hope of having an entrepreneurial spirit. Similarly, the practice of food processing based on cassava aims to provide skills for the Aisyiyah members in the desire to pioneer side business that can help increase family income.

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah membangun gizi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat, dengan memanfaatkan potensi desa yakni Daun Kelor sebagai bahan baku pembuatan produk “BI SAYLOR” (Biskuit PMT dan Sayur Daun Kelor). Pemanfaatan Potensi Desa yakni Kelor dengan produk diharapkan dapat menjadi pembangunan berkelanjutan di bidang gizi. Penambahan Biskuit PMT sebagai bahan baku produk diharapkan dapat mengurangi prevalensi kejadian stunting dan gizi buruk di Desa Kedungsumber. Produk BI SAYLOR dapat disajikan dalam tiga variasi makanan, yakni: Ice Cream, Nugget, dan Puding. Metode yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan demonstrasi disertai materi pelatihan, serta disampaikan langsung dengan melakukan pendemonstrasian yang berkenaan dengan proses pembuatan tiga macam varian produk. Dari dimulai dari penanganan bahan baku, cara penggunaan alat-alat produksi, proses pencampuran bahan, pemasakan, pengemasan sampai pemasaran. Hasil secara keseluruhan hampir 100 persen mitra kerja, menilai kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Kedungsumber bermanfaat dan dapat dilakukan secara berkelanjutan. Kata kunci— BiSaylor, Gizi Berkelanjutan, Pangan Alternatif. Abstract The purpose of this community service activity is to build nutrition and welfare of the community, by utilizing the potential of the village, namely Kelor Leaf as a raw material for making products "BI SAYLOR" (PMT Biscuits and Moringa Leaf Vegetables). Village Potential Utilization namely Moringa with products is expected to be a sustainable development in the field of nutrition. The addition of PMT biscuits as product raw material is expected to reduce the prevalence of stunting and malnutrition in Kedungsumber Village. BI SAYLOR products can be served in three variations of food, namely: Ice Cream, Nugget, and Pudding. The method was carried out using lecture and demonstration methods accompanied by training materials, and delivered directly by conducting demonstrations relating to the process of making three product variants. Starting from handling raw materials, how to use production equipment, the process of mixing materials, cooking, packaging to marketing. <p><strong><em>Abstract.</em></strong> <em>Cashew plants is one of the plantation commodities in Indonesia that has high economic value. Cashew nut shell waste can be used as a botanical antiviral for Cowpea mild mottle virus. This activity aims for soybean farmers to be able to provide their own insecticidal at low prices and easily obtained. The method used viz. : 1) an interview and observation, 2) the method of socialization with lectures and discussions or questions and answers; 3) training methods with lecture, demonstrations and direct practice with demoplot. Based on the analysis of community service programs, the following conclusions are obtained: 1) in terms of achievements based on the objectives, substance and efforts of this community service program, it is considered to be very effective in building community independence based on local potential, namely waste originating from cashew nut shells and soybean planting in forest shade area; 2) in terms of the results, benefits and impacts resulting from this community service program are numerous, namely: increasing public awareness to utilize waste originating from cashew nut shell waste for antiviral, increasing community knowledge and skills in the field of processing waste cashew  nut shell for botanical antiviral.</em><em></em></p><p> </p><p><strong>Abstrak.</strong> Tanaman jambu mete merupakan salah satu komoditas perkebunan di Indonesia yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi. Limbah kulit kacang mete dapat digunakan sebagai antiviral nabati untuk <em>Cowpea mild mottle virus</em><em>.</em> Kegiatan ini bertujuan agar petani kedelai dapat menyediakan  antiviral sendiri dengan harga murah dan mudah didapat. Metode yang digunakan : 1) wawancara dan observasi, 2) metode sosialisasi dengan ceramah dan diskusi atau tanya jawab; 3) metode pelatihan dengan ceramah dan demonstrasi serta praktek langsung dengan demoplot. Berdasarkan analisis program pengabdian kepada masyarakat, diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1) dari segi capaian sesuai tujuan, substansi dan upaya program pengabdian masyarakat ini dinilai sangat efektif dalam membangun kemandirian masyarakat berbasis potensi lokal, yaitu limbah yang berasal dari kulit kacang mete dan penanaman kedelai di kawasan hutan lindung; 2) Dari segi hasil, manfaat dan dampak yang dihasilkan dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini sangat banyak, yaitu: meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan limbah yang berasal dari limbah kulit kacang mete sebagai antiviral, meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat di bidang pengolahan limbah kacang mete untuk antiviral nabati.</p>

This community service activity was carried out in Pringgarata Village, Pringgarata District, Central Lombok Regency in August 2019. This community service activity uses field learning methods which are strengthened by demonstrations of local commodity development and assisted by experts processing soybeans into soy milk and dregs. soybeans become naget. Based on the results of community service activities regarding agro-industrial development based on local commodities, it can be concluded that: 1) The extension participants have given positive responses to all stages of the activity which is indicated by the seriousness of the participants in listening and discussing existing problems and participating actively in the demonstration of making agro-industry products, 2) In general, extension participants have acquired knowledge and skills in producing from agro-industry unit products, and 3) The next suggestion is to help increase household income at extension sites and at the same time encourage farmers to provide raw materials for agro-industrial development hence an active role from the government and related parties in policy makers is needed to implement a model of income generation program through community empowerment that has been carried out through activities outreach

  The existence of pesantren in the midst of society has a very strategic meaning. Pesantren institutions that are rooted in the community, especially rural communities, are a separate force in arousing the enthusiasm and passion of the community for progress. One of the pesantren that has a long history of the Republic of Indonesia is pesantren Cijati Majalengka. Darul Falah Islamic Boarding School, Cijati. The Community Empowerment Program in Islamic Boarding Schools in terms of economic, social, psychological-counseling, religion, education and other aspects through community service cooperation between universities and partners is expected to provide optimal empowerment for the pesantren environment and the communities around the pesantren area. This service was carried out at the Darul Falah Islamic Boarding School which is located at Jl. K.H Mahfud No. 23 Kelurahan Cijati Kec / Kab. Majalengka with in-house training methods, in the form of socialization, training, and consultation. The conclusion of the community service carried out is the need for a holistic empowerment synergy to increase the potential of the pesantren.
