<p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong>. <em>One of the common social problems in Jakarta is a people chaos and brawl between societies. Some cases that often occured in the Central Jakarta area, most of the motives of residents who participated in the brawl were not certain, and also from which communities or regions they came from. Most of the brawlers are teenagers. Teenagers are in a period of an unstable emotional conditions so that easily provoked to follow brawls without knowing the root of the problem and its consequences. Brawl is a form of mass aggression. One of the factors of drives aggression is the regulation of emotions which are not good and right. Therefore, the intervention model that will be applied to adolescents in community service is group emotional regulation training. This training program is carried out for a full day, including induction and release of negative emotions, sharing knowledge about emotions and regulation, and stimulating positive emotions. The training was given to 17 teenagers from the Harapan Mulya village neighborhood, especially from </em>Forum Remaja<em> (Local Youth Forum). Measurement of emotional changes and the level of aggressiveness is examined by giving pre and post-test before and after training, using the scale of Aggression and VAS. The results of statistical analysis show that the average score of aggressiveness decreased after being given training. It means that the emotion regulation training was effectively reduce the aggressiveness of the adolescence.</em></p><p> </p><p><strong><em> </em></strong><strong>Abstrak</strong>. Salah satu permasalahan sosial yang jamak terjadi di daerah Jakarta adalah tawuran antar warga. Seperti kasus yang sering muncul di daerah Jakarta Pusat, kebanyakan dari warga yang mengikuti tawuran tersebut tidak diketahui secara pasti motifnya dan dari kelompok atau wilayah mana yang bersangkutan berasal. Sebagian besar pelaku tawuran tersebut adalah remaja. Remaja berada pada masa kondisi emosi yang labil sehingga  mudah terprovokasi untuk mengikuti tawuran tanpa mengetahui akar masalah dan konsekuensinya. Tawuran merupakan bentuk agresi massa, di mana salah satu faktor yang mendorong agresi adalah regulasi emosi yang kurang baik dan tepat. Oleh karena itu, model intervensi yang akan diterapkan pada para remaja dalam pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan regulasi emosi kelompok. Program pelatihan ini dilaksanakan selama sehari penuh, meliputi induksi dan pelepasan emosi negatif, pemberian materi tentang emosi dan regulasinya, serta stimulasi emosi positif. Pelatihan diberikan kepada 17 orang remaja dari lingkugan kelurahan Harapan Mulya, khususnya Forum Remaja setempat. Pengukuran perubahan emosi dan tingkat agresivitas dilakukan dengan memberikan pre dan post-test sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan, menggunakan skala Agresi dan VAS. Hasil analisis statistik dengan melihat perubahan rata-rata skor antara pre dan post-test menunjukkan penurunan tingkat agresivitas setelah diberikan pelatihan.</p>

Training of gratitude is expected to grow these factors. Being grateful can lead to positive emotions that may create acceptance the conditions of self and positive social relationships. This training program was conducted for a full day, including induction and release of negative emotions, lesson about gratitude, mutual influence, contemplation, and pouring a sense of gratitude in writing. Training is given to 37 students of class X at SMKN 31 Jakarta. Pre and post test was conducted before and after training, using VAS (Visual Analog Scale) and PANAS (Positive affect-negative affect schedule). The effect of the training was analyzed by counting the change of mean from pre to post test score for each scale. The result showed that there are an increased of positive emotion score means after the training, from 6.92 to 7.41 for VAS and from 3.53 to 3.81 for PANAS score. Then it may concluded that the gratitude training program improve the positive emotion of the students.

Workshop of Test of English Proficiency on Lecturers of Universitas Prof. Dr. Hazairin, SH Bengkulu This community service was aimed to improve the ability of the test of English proficiency (TOEP) the lecturers of Prof. Dr. Hazairin, SH University by practicing listening and reading skills. In addition, this activity was provided participants with insight into easy ways or tips and tricks when dealing with listening and reading questions in the TOEP with the aimed of increasing the participant's TOEP score. The method used was a lecture, discussion/question and answer, and practice. Participants who were the target of this training were lecturers who had not yet passed the lecturer certification. Pre-test at the beginning of the activity and post-test at the end of the activity carried out as an instrument for evaluating community service activities. The results of these community service activities indicated that there were differences in the ability scores of the trainees before and after the training. The pre-test results showed that the maximum score for TOEP was 405, the average score was 266.5 and the minimum score was 205. While the post-test results showed that the maximum score for participants' TOEP was 465, the average score was 393.5 and the minimum score was 360. Increasing the participant's TOEP score showed that the training activity was successful.

Decreased appetite is a health problem that often occurs especially in children. Various ways of being taken by parents to solve the problem, either through drugs or pharmacology and nonfarmochology in the form of herbal-banquets based Temulawak. Temulawak is one of the spices produced in Cilacap regency that has not been utilized optimally. During this time, Temulawak is processed in a form of powder and made in beverage packaging. Temulawak Chocolate is an innovation that we develop to utilize Temulawak while addressing health problems in the form of decreased appetite. Because if the problem is not handled immediately, it can result in less nutrition or even poor nutrition. COMUT (cute Temulawak chocolate) is an innovation that we have developed to address the problem. The goal of community service is to implement COMUT in children and toddlers in PAUD Amanah Cilacap as an effort to increase appetite. The method used is a pretests post test one group, measuring the appetite level using the quesioner before and after given treatment of chocolate Temulawak. The results of community service is a change of appetite between before being given Temulawak chocolate and after given Temulawak chocolate. The result of Quesioner counting of 30 samples showed that the average score before given the Temulawak chocolate amounted to 29.4 and after the average COMUT was given to 35.1. As for the development of food from a portion of rata2 increases and snacks increase.

[Bahasa]: Salah satu metode pembelajaran yang cocok digunakan untuk operasi perkalian adalah metode jarimatika. Metode ini diberikan kepada siswa SD di Kefamenanu mengingat berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), Kefamenanu telah memiliki empat perguruan tinggi namun masih banyak siswa yang belum memiliki kemampuan berhitung cepat. Kelebihan metode jarimatika adalah tidak memerlukan alat peraga dan hafalan karena perhitungan dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan jari tangan sehingga diharapkan operasi hitung perkalian dapat lebih mudah dipahami, menyenangkan, dan tidak membebani memori otak siswa. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung siswa sekolah dasar. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SDN Neonbat Kefamenanu, Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) dengan subyek pengabdian seluruh siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 60 orang. Pengabdian dilaksanakan dalam bentuk workshop yang dibagi menjadi 2 hari. Pelaksanaan hari pertama fokus pada review kemampuan dasar siswa yang meliputi perkalian 1-5 dan dilanjutkan dengan perkenalan teknik berhitung cepat dengan jarimatika untuk perkalian 6-10 dan 11-15. Pengabdian dilanjutkan pada hari kedua yaitu review materi pada hari sebelumnya dan penyampaian teknik berhitung cepat untuk kelompok 16-20 yang diakhiri dengan pemberian latihan. Kegiatan pengabdian tidak hanya berhenti pada workshop tetapi dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan terhadap siswa yang dipilih sebanyak 20 orang. Kegiatan pendampingan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap hasil belajar yang diperoleh siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan nilai rata-rata pada pre-testsebesar 55,84 dan pada post test sebesar 75. Kata Kunci: berhitung cepat; metode jarimatika; perkalian; sekolah dasar [English]: One of the appropriate methods to learn multiplication is Jarimatika. It was given to elementary school students in Kefamenanu which, based on data from statistical central agency (BPS), has four colleges but there are still many students who do not have rapid counting skills. The advantage of this method is not requiring learning tools and memorization because calculations are done by utilizing the fingers so that the expected counting operation of multiplication can be more easily understood, enjoyable, and does not overload students’ memory. The purpose of this community service program was to improve the counting skills of elementary school students. It was held at SDN Neonbat Kefamenanu, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) involving 60 5th-grade students. The program was carried out in two-day workshop. The first day focused on the review of students ' basic ability which includes multiplication 1-5 and continued with the introduction of quick counting techniques with Jarimatika for multiplication 6-10 and 11-15. The second day was to review the previous day and introduce the rapid counting technique for multiplication 16-20. This program did not only end with the workshop but also continued with the assistance of 20 selected students. This assistance provided a positive impact on the results students get which can be seen from the increasing average score: 55,84 in the pre-test then increased to 75 in the post-test. This research aimed to determine the effectiveness of picture in storybook reading to increase kindness in children. This research involved 31 children aged 5-6 years; they were taken from the kindergarten in Bandung as the participants. The intervention was done by reading eight picture books in eight days. The kindness was measured using a measurement instrument created by the researcher, in the form of nine coloured cards that described the behaviour of kindness. The measurement was also done by seeing through the kindness tree and observation sheets that filled out by the teacher. The data analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed-rank test shows a significant difference in the average score of kindness (p<0,05) before and after picture storybook reading. Two weeks after the intervention, the improvement on all kindness behaviours with the post-test score is greater than pre-test score that still can be found. Observation through kindness tree and observational sheets shows the same result.

Community service program with the topic "Counseling Pregnant Women with Fe Tablets, Nutrition for Pregnant Women and Dangerous Signs of Pregnant Women in Jenggot, Pekalongan City" is aimed at Trimester II and III pregnant women to provide about pregnant women's knowledge about the benefits of Fe tablets , nutritional needs during pregnancy and pregnancy danger signs in the area of Jenggot, Pekalongan city. It is important to educate pregnant women about the benefits of Fe tablets during pregnancy because hemoglobin is needed for the body of pregnant women. During pregnancy, a pregnant woman needs to have high nutritious food and is sufficient for herself and her fetus. If a pregnant woman lacks nutrition and iron during pregnancy, it will cause problems, both for the mother and the fetus. Family and environmental factors will greatly affect pregnant women. Hopefully, pregnant women will have no abstinence to eat. This activity can be sustainable and encourage pregnant women to care during pregnancy whether to take Fe tablets, eat nutritious foods and understand the danger signs during pregnancy. In addition, a Pre Test and Post Test were conducted to determine the level of knowledge before and after counseling. The results obtained are that there is a significant increase in pregnant women in Jenggot, Pekalongan after counseling about Fe tablets, nutrition of pregnant women and pregnancy danger signs.

Uncontrolled blood pressure can cause fatal complications for the patients. The high number of hypertension patients in Indonesia, especially in Jakarta is caused by a lack of self-awareness and low motivation from families. Those encourage the team to conduct education activities related to preventing high blood pressure and tips so that blood pressure can be controlled. The team coordinated with West Jakarta Tomang sub-district citizens in the implementation of community service so that health education activities can be realized. This activity is carried out by providing health education related to the ways in preventing hypertension and the benefits of it during this pandemic situation. The target people of the activity is young adults in West Jakarta area, especially those with risk factors related to hypertension, hypertension patients and their families. The activity was attended by 38 participants in accordance with the target of counseling activities. The result of the average pre-test score was 35.09 and the post-test average score was 62.28; there was an increase in the knowledge of participants who attended this education about 77.5%. This activity and other similar activities need to be carried out routinely so that the people can apply healthy life habits consistently.Tekanan darah yang tidak terkontrol dapat menimbulkan komplikasi dan berakibat fatal bagi penderitanya. Masih tingginya angka kejadian hipertensi di Indonesia terutama di Jakarta, disebabkan karena kurangnya kesadaran diri serta rendahnya motivasi dari keluarga. Hal tersebut mendorong tim pengabdian melakukan edukasi terkait pencegahan tekanan darah tinggi serta kiat-kiat agar tekanan darah dapat terkontrol. Tim pengabdian berkoordinasi dengan kader kelurahan Tomang Jakarta Barat dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat agar kegiatan edukasi kesehatan dapat terealisasi. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan dengan  memberikan edukasi kesehatan terkait informasi cara pencegahan hipertensi serta manfaat pencegahan  hipertensi pada masa pandemi. Sasaran dari kegiatan adalah dewasa muda di daerah Jakarta Barat terutama yang memiliki faktor resiko terkait hipertensi, penderita hipertensi dan keluarganya. Kegiatan dihadiri 38 peserta yang sesuai dengan target sasaran kegiatan penyuluhan. Hasil nilai rata-rata pre-tets adalah 35,09 dan nilai rata-rata post-test adalah 62,28, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan peserta yang mengikuti edukasi dengan materi pencegahan hipertensi sebesar 77,5%. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dan kegiatan serupa perlu dilaksanakan secara rutin agar perubahan gaya hidup dapat diterapkan secara konsisten oleh masyarakat.

The effectiveness of the Emotional Education Program EMO-ACTION (EMO-ACCIÓN) in the development of emotional skills and emotional strategies is evaluated, as well as empathy and problemsolving skills among preschool students. A sample of 123 children were enrolled in the 2nd year of preschool education, aged between 4 and 5 years old. A design of repeated pre-test/post-test measurements was applied to an experimental group (60 children) and a control group (63 children). The Recognition, Regulation, Empathy and Problem-Solving Scale (RRER) was administered before and after the educational intervention. The results confi rm that the program had a positive impact on the development of emotional skills in the children that took part in it. A significant increase was noted in emotional recognition, in emotional regulation, and in the identification, and resolution of problems.

The number of people with HIV/AIDS in the world is increasing. The introduction of HIV/AIDS in the early adolescent phase needs to be done with a language approach that is easy to be understood and remembered. One of them is the approach to vocabulary recognition in the field of HIV/AIDS. The purpose of this community service activity was to discover the application of HIV/AIDS introduction through HIV/AIDS vocabularies. The method used was pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest design which began with pre-test, the provision of HIV/AIDS vocabulary materials through power points and distribution of HIV/AIDS vocabulary sheets. This experiment was ended by doing post-test. The final results showed an increase in the average score of 26.71% with significancy 0,00&lt;0,05.. Thus, the introduction of HIV/AIDS through HIV/AIDS vocabularies is an effective effort to facilitate the early introduction of HIV/AIDS on to students in their early adolescent to avoid the dangers of HIV/AIDS.<br /><br />

The purpose of this community service was to increase knowledge about healthy diet arrangements for female students during the new normal period.  A total of 21 female students participated in the socialization of balanced nutrition during the pandemic.  Nutrition outreach activities were carried out in the form of online webinars through zoom cloud meetings.  Before and after outreach activities, the measurement of knowledge before and after the intervention (2 times the measurement of post-intervention).  The research instrument used was a questionnaire in the google form.  From the results of this community service, it was found that the nutrition dissemination activities carried out had an impact in the form of increasing nutritional knowledge, especially related to balanced nutrition guidelines during the pandemic.  This shows that the subject's knowledge was increasing and the subject understands about nutrition education.  The most noticeable increase in knowledge was about the largest portion in balanced nutrition.  There was a difference between the results of the pre-test, post-test 1, and post-test 2.
