The study aimed to identify the role of Jordanian schools in confronting the moral crisis from the point of view of teachers in Jordanian schools. The study population consisted of all the teachers in Jordanian schools of the Jordanian ministry of education for the academic year 2017/2018. The study sample consisted of (50) teachers who were selected as representatives of the study society. The study followed the method of qualitative research due to its relevance to the nature of the study and used the interview for this purpose. The results of the study showed that there is a role for the Jordanian schools in facing the moral crisis، which was clear and effective by the commitment of the schools to the teachings of the Islamic religion. The study recommended the need to highlight the ethical aspects in the curriculum and linking them to the Islamic faith and develop the role of the teacher in the development of the moral values of students.

The study aimed to identify the role of the budget in raising the efficiency of financial ‎performance in the Directorate of Education in the northern governorates. The two ‎researchers used: qualitative research.‎ The interview tool was adopted: it consisted of (3) main themes. The first axis: about ‎budget preparation and included (8) questions. The second axis: about the implementation ‎of the budget, and included (7) questions. The third axis: about the relationship between ‎the budget and the efficiency of financial performance. The interview questions included ‎open questions and closed questions.‎ The study population is made up of members of the Finance Committee and is responsible ‎for the budget preparation process. They number (68) in the second semester of the ‎academic year 2020-2021. The sample size is (19) by 28%. The most important results are: ‎ o The budget plays a major role in raising the efficiency of financial performance, as ‎it is one of the activities planning tools, as the revenue amounts are distributed ‎among the budget items.‎ o The budget has a role in raising the efficiency of financial performance in the ‎education directorates through its oversight role on performance.‎ Recommendations: ‎ o Increasing the powers of education directorates in the budget preparation process ‎by the Ministry of Education in order to achieve a higher level of flexibility in it to ‎meet the needs within the priorities.‎ o Conducting training courses on budget preparation, implementation, and follow-‎up by the Ministry of Education in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance, and ‎not to be limited to department heads only, but extend to all employees in the ‎directorate's departments and those willing and qualified to prepare budgets‎.

This study aimed at defining the role of educational media in promoting the values of citizenship among students of secondary schools in Zarqa Education Directorate II from viewpoint of their teachers.The study used a descriptive approach. A questionnaire was developed, consisting of 30 paragraphs, which evaluated the role of educational media in promoting the values of citizenship among students of secondary schoolsin Zarqa Education Directorate II from viewpoint of their teachers. The validity and reliability of the study's tool have been verified. The sample of the study consisted of the schools' teachers of Zarqa Education Directorate II.They were 250 male and female teachers for the academic year 2016-2017 selected from among the schools of Zarqa Education Directorate II.The results of the study were as follows:-          The role of educational media in promoting the values of citizenship among the students of secondary schools in Zarqa Education Directorate II from the viewpoint of their teachers.-          In favor of females, there were statistically significance differences in the role of educational media in promoting the values of citizenship among the students of secondary schools from the viewpoint of their teachers due to gender variable.-          In favor of females, there were statistically significant differences in promoting of the values of citizenship among students of secondary schools in Zarqa Education Directorate II from the viewpoint of their teachers attributed to specialization variable.-          There were no statistically significant differences due to experience variable.The study recommended achieving the goal of education through the institutions of the Ministry of Education by educational media, and activating the role of educational media to develop the values of citizenship among the students of secondary schools.

This research aims to identify the role of management method by goals in the effectiveness of organizations, including universities in the city of Sulaymaniyah from the point of view of administrative leaders, and the research community was in the Faculties of Administration and Economics at the Sulaymaniyah University and Human Development and the College of Administrative Technology at Sulaymaniyah Technical University for the academic year 2019-2020, and used The two researchers were an intentional sample, and they used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data. The hypotheses were tested using simple and multiple linear regression, and the correlation coefficient of the Pearson method, and the research concluded with a number of results, the most important of which are: The administration with objectives helps in the optimal utilization of available material and human resources. The research aimed to identify the extent of the impact of training on the performance efficiency of the school safety coordinator in public schools in Jeddah governorate, highlighting the role of training in raising the efficiency of the school safety and security coordinator in public schools in Jeddah, and aimed at identifying the knowledge gained while participating in training on training efficiency, Identify the level of competence of the safety and security coordinator in public schools in Jeddah and from the point of view of the study sample. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, as he used the questionnaire as a study tool. The study population consisted of (243) school safety coordinators and (380) school headmasters, students counselors, teachers and safety and security coordinators in public schools in Jeddah Governorate. Among the most important results of the study: the majority of the sample members strongly agree with the terms of the returner from training, the most important of which is to increase the safety coordinator's familiarity with their job duties, the majority of the sample members strongly agree with the phrases of knowledge that I gained during participation in training, among which the most important of which have developed my knowledge and information. The Safety and security Coordinator at public schools in Jeddah undertakes training of students and school staff on training on the evacuation plan which prepared in advance. Among the most important recommendations: Increase and intensify specialized training courses in the field of security and safety, establishing an electronic platform for safety training and courses throughout the year, linking training points of the safety coordinator with some incentives for job promotions.

The article analyzes the experience of tutoring teachers teaching foreign students in the distance learning mode. It is also about the interaction of a teacher and a student throughout the whole academic year, as well as the importance of all elements of systematic work in teaching Russian as a foreign language from scratch. A team of tutors was organized at the faculty, whose mission was to contact their wards within the framework of distance learning: from their connection to the educational platform of the university to organizing their admission to Russian universities. Purpose of the study: consider the role of a tutoring teacher in the system of teaching Russian as a foreign language in a distance mode. The main methods of work are the methods of observation and description of the features of the pedagogical process. The forecasting method is also used to model the future educational mode of foreign students. The survey method is applied, which allows to get “feedback” from the respondents. The quantitative technique allowed us to analyze the number of responses as a percentage. The changes taking place in the world have given a powerful impetus to the improvement of digital educational resources. Teachers were able to mobilize and conduct their own experiment, while adhering to the new standards of distance learning. An attempt is made in the work to comprehensively analyze the introduced system of tutoring and summarize its first results.

The study aimed to identify the level of teachers’ awareness of smart schools in Jordan. In addition, it sought to find the statistical significant differences (α=0.05) of the level of teachers’ awareness of smart schools in Jordan according to gender, qualifications and experience. The study used the descriptive approach. The researchers developed a questionnaire that consisted of 35 items to collect the data from the study sample. The study population consisted of 1,554 teachers, with the study sample consisting of 466 teachers who were chosen according to the stratified sample approach. The study results showed that Jordanian teachers have different levels of awareness of the smart schools philosophy, principles, requirements, and benefits. Teachers are aware of some elements of smart schools but are not aware of others. Teachers have a high level of awareness that smart schools have become a necessary part of the political, social, economic and educational development of contemporary nations. However, their awareness is moderate on the role of smart schools in promoting participatory (or cooperative) education that allows the exchange of experiences among learners who them benefit from each other. Also, their awareness is moderate on the role of smart schools in the transition of schools to be learning organizations and community institutions that are not separated from the local communities and their realities and problems, and contribute efficiently to the process of comprehensive development. In light of the study findings, it is recommended that the Ministry of Education start a national project to transfer Jordanian schools from their current traditional settings to be smart schools in the near future. In addition, the Ministry of Education and private schools should make Jordanian teachers aware of the philosophies, requirements, and the effectiveness of smart schools.

This study aims to evaluate the role of Cloud Computing in enhancing teaching and learning in Saudi Arabian government universities in the backdrop of the four principles of Social Constructivism Theory - social interaction, previous experience, activity of a learner, and the development of mental skills; all these have to be examined form the specialist’s point of view as he will be responsible for integrating technology into the processes for supporting the whole ecosystem. The study was conducted at 29 Saudi Arabian government universities, using a quantitative approach based on a Questionnaire. The study sample consisted of 84 Deans and Vice Deans of E-learning across all Saudi government universities, in the Academic Year 2016/2017. The results revealed a significant role for Cloud Computing for teaching and learning enhancement in the Saudi Arabian universities in accordance with the construct outlined above.

This Study aimed to identify The Role of School Principals in Applying E-Learning from Teachers Point of View of Government School at Ajloun Directorate, the researcher used the Descriptive approach, to collect data Questioner used, which consisted (24) paragraph divided to (3) sectors, it was distributed to a stratified cluster random sample (340) Female and male, the result of SPSS analysis shown that the Role of School Principals in Applying E-Learning from Teachers Point of View of Government School at Ajloun Directorate, was moderate with average (3.15) the sector of (training needs of teacher) was moderate with average (3.63), the sector of " infrastructure readiness" was moderate with average (3.43) finally the sector of " disseminating the culture of E-Learning" was low with average (2.39) , The finding also showed there was no statistically significant differences at (α≥0.05) refers to teachers sex (male and female) in addition there were statistically significant differences between the principals years of experience in favor of (9 years and more). The researcher recommended that Ministry of Education have to provide training courses for principals and teachers in the field of E-learning.

The study aimed to identify the difficulties of applying the continuous evaluation to the upper primary students from the point of view of the teachers in Hafr Al-Batin governorate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study population consisted of all teachers of the upper grades in all the primary schools for the first semester of the academic year 1440/1439 AH – 2018/2019, (432) teachers. The study sample consisted of (354) teachers who responded to the questionnaire and make up 82% studying. The study data were collected using a questionnaire designed specifically for the purposes of the study. The study found that there are difficulties in the application of continuous evaluation due to the lack of incentives provided to teachers, crowded students in the classroom, and low awareness of parents of their role in the continuous evaluation. The study also recorded the absence of a statistically significant difference in the teachers' response due to the experience variable, while there is a statistically significant difference attributed to the specialization variable.

<p>This study aimed to evaluating the textbooks of sciences and Islamic education of the<br />secondary level in Jordan based on the modern standards of educational environment, and the<br />study tried to answer the following questions:<br />-What are the modern standards of the educational environment that should be available in the<br />books of sciences and Islamic education of the secondary level in Jordan?<br />- What is the compatibility degree of the textbooks of sciences and Islamic education of the<br />secondary level with the modern standards of the educational environment?<br />The study sample consisted of the same study population; it’s the textbooks of sciences and<br />Islamic education of the secondary level Released by the Ministry of Education for the<br />academic year 2012/2013 AD. And to achieve the objectives of the study, the Researchers have<br />developed a tool to measure and analyze included seven axes and twenty-seven contemporary<br />standards to the environmental education at the secondary level. The tool was presented to<br />committee of specialists to make sure of its sincerity, Extraction reliability coefficient using<br />(Holsti) stability equation , so the reliability coefficient reaching over time90.1%) and by<br />individuals (86.9%), which is acceptable for the purposes of the study, and this was as an<br />answer to the first question of the study.</p>
