This study aimed to obtain accurate data and know the effectiveness of counseling groups that focus on solutions to improve students' independence in decision making. This study uses quasi-experimental research with the quantitative approach. The process of data analysis using descriptive analysis and hypothesis analysis using paired sample t test. Research subjects for this study amounted to 10 respondents who are divided to two groups. Each group consists of 5 students of class XI SMKN 2 Kediri. Results of final data analysis are done by using parametric statistic test that is Independent Sampling Test with significance level 0,05 obtained by Sig. (2-tailed) are 0,000 <0,05 then Ho is rejected. The results from this study indicate that focus group counseling services focused on this solution is effective to improve the independence of decision making students' class XI SMKN 2 Kediri.

<p>Artikel ini ditulis untuk memberikan gambaran tentang layanan bimbingan kelompok dalam meningkatkan keterampilan belajar siswa kelas X MIA 8 SMA Negeri 1 Kudus. Untuk  maksud  tersebut penulis menggunakan metode  observasi yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif prosentase dengan cara membandingkan skor hasil penghitungan  dari kondisi awal hingga siklus kedua sehingga peningkatan keterampilan  belajar  melalui layanan  bimbingan kelompok pada siswa kelas X MIA 8 SMA Negeri 1 Kudus dapat diukur dan diketahui dengan valid dan tepat. Layanan bimbingan kelompok ini menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan  belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil, dari 11 subjek penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan  belajar  siswa rata-rata 12. This group counseling service showed an increase in students’ learning skills. Based on the results, the study of 11 subjects showed an increase in students’ learning skills of the average 12. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan side jump sprint terhadap kelincahan dan kecepatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu (quasi experimental) dengan rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah “The Non-randomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest Design”. Jumlah subjek penelitian 30 orang siswa putra. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk tes kelincahan adalah tes illinois agility run. Sedangkan instrumen untuk tes kecepatan adalah tes lari 60 meter. Data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian, dengan menggunakan uji-t independent untuk data uji-t independent didapat nilai thitung variabel kelincahan sebesar -5.679 dengan signifikansi thitung = 0,000. Pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 signifikansi thitung variabel kelincahan = 0,000 lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05). Sedangkan untuk data uji-t independent didapat nilai thitung variabel kecepatan -7.078 dengan signifikansi thitung = 0,000. Pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 signifikansi thitung variabel kecepatan = 0,000 lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05). Dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian “pelatihan side jump sprint berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan dan kecepatan” dapat diterima. Hasil analisis data pada pelatihan side jump sprint untuk kelincahan terjadi peningkatan sebesar 2.002, sedangkan pelatihan side jump sprint untuk kecepatan terjadi peningkatan sebesar 1.73733. Pada kelompok kontrol terjadi peningkatan tidak sebesar kelompok perlakuan karena hanya diberikan pelatihan konvensional pada kelincahan terjadi peningkatan 0.0974 dan pada kecepatan terjadi peningkatan 0.1246. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan side jump sprint berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dan peningkatan kecepatan pada siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis di SMA Negeri1 Kubu tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan bermain bulutangkis overhead clear drill terhadap kekuatan dan daya tahan otot lengan pada anggota club junior menang kalah sehat Singaraja tahun 2013. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan “The non-randomized control group pretest posttest design”. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anggota club junior menang kalah sehat yang berjumlah 24 orang kemudian dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini tes expanding dynamometer untuk kekuatan otot lengan dan tes push-up semampunya untuk daya tahan otot lengan. Berdasarkan hasil data penelitian dianalisis dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi () 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji-t independent untuk data kekuatan otot lengan diperoleh nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05) yaitu sebesar 0,001. Sedangkan untuk data daya tahan otot lengan diperoleh nilai signifikansi hitung lebih kecil dari nilai α (Sig < 0,05) yaitu sebesar 0,032. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan bermain bulutangkis overhead clear drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kekuatan dan daya tahan otot lengan pada anggota club junior menang kalah sehat singaraja tahun 2013. Dengan demikian hipotesis pelatihan bermain bulutangkis overhead clear drill terhadap peningkatan kekuatan dan daya tahan otot lengan dapat diterima.Kata Kunci : overhead clear drill, kekuatan, daya tahan, otot lengan. This study aims to determine the effect of training to play badminton overhead clear drill to strenght and muscular endurance in the arms of junior club members menang kalah sehat singaraja in 2013. Type of quasi-experimental this is research with design “the non-randomized control group pretest psottest design”. This is research subjects the junior club members menang kalah sehat with equally amount 24 then divided into 2 groups. The instrumens used in this research is expanding dynamometer test for muscle strenght and muscular endurance arm sleeve. Based on the results of research data analysis with the independent t-test a significance level () 0,05 with program SPSS 16. Based on data analysis of this research using the indepemdent t-test for arm muscle strenght data obtained by significance count value of is smaller than the value of α (Sig < 0,05) that is equal to 0,001. While for the data obtained by arm muscle endurance of significance count value of is smaller than value of α (Sig < 0,05) that is equals to 0.032. From the results of data analysis and discussion can was concluded that playing badminton training drills overhead clear effect on improving strenght and muscular endurance in the arms of junior club members menang kalah sehat singaraja 2013. The purpose of this research is to know whether counseling service of assertive training group can handle negative self concept in students of SMP Negeri 12 Bandar Lampung. The method used in this research is quasi experimental research with the design of One Group Pretest and Posttest Design. The sample in the study amounted to 12 students class IX SMPN 12 Bandar Lampung which has a negative self concept. Technique of collecting data in this research using self concept scale, interview, observation, and documentation. The results of data analysis indicate that there is an improvement in handling the negative self-concept of learners before and after being given group counseling services with assertive training techniques on learners.

This study aims to find out the student learning motivation in terms of DiSTAD learning model. This study is a quantitative research using a quasi experimental design. The population in this research were all VIII grade students of Satap Pong Meleng Manggarai Junior High School which consisted of two class. The sample taken by sampling saturated, because all population were taken (summary not exceed 30 people per class.  The data analysis used the descriptive analysis and inferensial analysis. The results show that: the implementation of DiSTAD learning model gives a significantly positive effect to the student learning motivation, and it is shown by the output value of the t-test (5,531) at the significance level of 0.00 (significance < 0.05).

The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of group counseling to increase the motivation of vocational students who experienced a mismatch in the choice of majors. The research subjects were 8 students of class X who experienced a discrepancy in their choice of majors. The research method is a quasi-experimental method with the One-group pretest-posttest design technique. Analysis of the data used is the paired sample t-test to see differences in the learning motivation of SMK students who experience discrepancies in the choice of majors before and after being given treatment. The results showed that there was an increase in students' motivation scores after being given treatment, which means that group counseling was effective in increasing the learning motivation of SMK students who experienced a mismatch in the choice of majors.Keywords: learning motivation, group counseling, incompatibility of choice with majors

This research is motivated by the low creativity of students in language studio extracurricular activities at SMPN 1 Tanjung Emas. This condition is thought to be due to factors that influence the low creativity of students, one of the factors that is thought to greatly influence is the use of learning media that is less effective and efficient. This study aims to see the creativity of students through the use of Canva application learning media in language studio extracurricular activities at SMPN 1 Tanjung Emas. This type of research is using a quantitative approach to the quasi-experimental method (Quasi Experiment). The population in this study were students in the language studio extracurricular activities at SMPN 1 Tanjung Emas as many as 25 students, all of whom became the research sample. By using data analysis using the test formula paired sample t-test. From the data processing, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the creativity of students before being given an action (pretest) and after being given an action (posttest) using the Canva application learning media in the language studio extracurricular activities at SMPN 1 Tanjung Emas. Suggestions and results of this research are for educators to be able to further increase the creativity of students in using the Canva application learning media and for school principals at SMPN 1 Tanjung Emas as leaders at the school so that they can further increase the availability of facilities and infrastructure, especially effective and efficient learning media. as well as to support the creativity of students

This study aims to improve mastery of dexterity gymnastics through playing approaches and assistive media in physical education learning for students. This research method uses a classroom action research method with research subjects namely students of class II SD Negeri 44 Ampenan. The research instrument used observation, interviews, and tests. The data analysis technique used in this research was qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the play approach and assistive media can increase interest, activeness, and dexterity gymnastics for the second grade students of SD Negeri 44 Ampenan.

The problem in this study is that there are often deviations in student behavior which results in students breaking the rules of discipline at school. Namely skipping school, often late, smoking and fighting. This study aims to determine whether the application of group counseling services in preventing the delinquency of juvenile students in SMA Negeri 9 Palembang effectively. The research method used is a quantitative approach with pre experimental methods with OneGroup Pretest and Posttest Design. The subjects of this study were students of class XI IPS 1 of SMA Negeri 9 Palembang with a sample of 10 students. From the results of data analysis shows that the total pretest value before treatment was 586 with an average of 58.6 and the results of the posttest after being treated with a value of 842 with an average of 84.2. Hypothesis testing results prove that the results of the t-test calculations where t-count = 5.039≥ t-table = 1.833. thus the application of group guidance services in preventing juvenile delinquency from students is effectively accepted.

This study aims to describe qualitatively about e-learning management in the current Covid-19 pandemic era. This research is a descriptive qualitative study that aims to define and describe phenomena that appear natural or artificial, focusing more on examining the character, quality, and phenomenon. Besides, the e-learning approach is an approach using technology distance learning. The e-learning utilization that is arranged using an electronic internet system that supports learning activities. The method used in this research is qualitative with descriptive analysis. Research subjects are Informantss who provide research data through interviews, observation, and documents. The Informantss in this study were lecturers at Panca Sakti Bekasi University. The Informantss were determined by purposive sampling technique. At the same time, the data analysis used in this research is descriptive. This research results in the finding that lecturers have carried out web e-learning with Moodle and face-to-face with zoom or google meet in managing learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. as numerous as 80% of speakers expressed that they utilized zoom, this was on the grounds that it was simpler to apply it straightforwardly, like instructing up close and personal classes. At that point, as numerous as 55% of Google Meet clients, the instructor expressed that Google Meet is not difficult to actualize on the grounds that the video is straightforwardly associated on the off chance that you as of now have a Google Mail account straightforwardly. Lastly, as numerous as 85% of teachers use Moodle, on the grounds that Moodle gives more highlights to learning exercises.
