Background.Influenza and Tdap vaccines are vital factors for improving maternal and neonatal health outcomes.Methods.A prospective, longitudinal study was conducted to determine whether the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists’ (ACOG’s) efforts to increase ob-gyn use of their immunization toolkits and vaccination administration were successful. Pre- and postintervention questionnaires were mailed to a random sample of 1,500 ACOG members between August 2012 and July 2015.Results.Significantly more postintervention survey ob-gyns reported that they received the immunization toolkits than preintervention survey ob-gyns (84.5% versus 67.0%,p<.001). The large majority of ob-gyns from both surveys (76.9% versus 78.9%) reported that they offered or planned to offer influenza vaccinations to their patients for the 2012-2013 and 2014-2015 flu seasons. Postintervention survey respondents were significantly more likely than preintervention survey participants to report that they routinely offer Tdap vaccinations to all patients during pregnancy (76.8% versus 59.3%,p<.001).Conclusion.ACOG’s efforts to improve ob-gyn use of immunization toolkits and vaccine administration appear to have been successful in several ways. ACOG’s toolkits are an example of an effective intervention to overcome barriers to offering vaccines and help improve influenza and Tdap immunization coverage for pregnant women.

During pregnancy, there will be various changes in the mother, both physiologically and psychologically. These changes are largely due to the influence of hormones, namely the increase in the hormones estrogen and progesterone produced by the corpus luteum which develops into the corpus gravidity and continues its secretion by the placenta after it is fully formed. This causes the mother to feel uncomfortable during pregnancy and triggers stress, which is a sign that the mother is often gloomy. Pregnancy exercise is a form of physical activity that is beneficial because it develops body muscles, increases the elasticity of the pelvic muscles and ligaments and reduces the incidence of bleeding during and after childbirth and can reduce the incidence of fetal distress. Target Output The results of this educational activity on knowledge of physiological changes in pregnant women will also be published in the form of a national scientific journal so that it can be accessed by the public. This community service activity is carried out at the Putri Puskesmas Au Kota Jambi. Implementation time in January 2020. The target in this activity is pregnant women in the third trimester in the work area of the Putri Ayu Community Health Center, Jambi City. The results obtained are that pregnant women are able to understand the benefits of pregnancy exercise. It is recommended that pregnant women participate more frequently in activities that provide knowledge for mothers by attending other health education programs so that they can increase their knowledge

Background: Physical fitness (PF) is a powerful marker of health throughout the lifespan. In pregnant women, higher PF is associated with better maternal and fetal health, better delivery outcomes and earlier postpartum recovery. The assessment of PF during pregnancy requires special considerations to preserve fetal and maternal health; thus, providing a compilation of the most frequently used fitness tests, and assessing their validity, reliability, and association with maternal and neonatal health-related outcomes is of scientific and clinical interest. Objectives: To systematically review studies evaluating one or more components of PF in pregnant women, to answer two research questions: 1) What fitness tests have been previously employed in pregnant women? and 2) What is the validity and reliability of these tests and their relationship with health-related outcomes? Data Sources: PubMed and Web of Science. Methods: Two independent reviewers systematically examined the articles in each database. The information from the included articles was summarized by a single researcher. Results: A total of 149 articles containing a sum of 191 fitness tests were included. Among the 191 fitness tests, 99 (i.e.,52%) assessed cardiorespiratory fitness through 75 different protocols, 28 (15%) assessed muscular fitness through 16 different protocols, 14 (7%) assessed flexibility through 13 different protocols, 45 (24%) assessed balance through 40 different protocols, 2 assessed speed with the same protocol and 3 were multidimensional tests using one protocol. A total of 19 articles with 23 tests (13%) assessed either validity (n=4), reliability (n=6), or the relationship of PF with health-related outcomes (n=16). Conclusion: PF during pregnancy has been assessed through a wide variety of protocols, mostly lacking validity and reliability data.

This study aims to determine the Implementation of Road Maintenance Programs in the Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) Service of Pandeglang District (Case Study in Pandeglang District). This research method is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used are: Interview, observation, documentation. Research location of the Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) Office of Pandeglang Regency and Pandeglang District. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that: 1) Implementation of Road Maintenance programs in the Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) Service of Pandeglang District (Pandeglang District Case Study) has been going well because the planned program has been realized in 2017 and adjusted to the given budget to the PUPR Service but not all maintenance can be carried out. 2) Supporting factors, namely the possibility of infrastructure funding that can be obtained not only from the APBD but the assistance from the Special Allocation Fund (DAK), the National Budget, assistance from the province and human resources and applicable regulations. The inhibiting factor of the implementation is of course the budget that is lacking but many roads must be handled so that it is not handled quickly, unexpected weather can slow down repairs

But not always the studies on governance focuses on the features of the organizations can influence the generated benefits. Thus, this study aims to analyze how the governance of the network may have different contributions to management in partner organizations. Methodologically, there was a single case study of a network of companies that had as main objective to structure the chain of production and use of biodiesel in the state of Sergipe (Biodiesel Sergipe Network). Data collection was performed using a semi-structured interview guide held with representatives of public and private organizations. The results showed that, in large organizations, such as a bank and a government institution, the development of new products, research groups and methodologies management was evident. However, the benefits generated by governance were more evident in a family farming cooperative that got the reorganization of the production process, administrative structure, generating new business and implementation of public policies for poverty eradication and development of the small farmer. As a theoretical contribution, it enabled the study show that, in addition to the benefits, features assigned to each institution offered distinct benefits to Network participants. In this case, future studies on governance networks should consider the profile of the participating institutions in view of the distinct benefits provided.

Keywords: Benefits.
