This study aims to find out and describe the implementation of Teacher Certification Policy in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Sukamanah Tasikmalaya Regency. The approach used in this research is quantitative approach. The method used in this research is descriptive research method, that is research conducted to know the independent value, that is the variable of Implementation of Certification Policy at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Sukamanah of Tasikmalaya Regency with analysis of implementation model of Edward III. The results showed that the Implementation of Certification Policy in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Sukamanah Tasikmalaya Regency simultaneously is in the high category stage.

Previously, Indonesia only issued Identity Cards for citizens who had reached the age of 17 years. However, after the presence of a new policy from the Interior Ministry of the Republic of Indonesia contained in the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 2 concerning Child Identity Cards, now Indonesian citizens who are less than 17 years old can have an identity card in the form of a Child Identity Card. The main problem in this research are the limitations of blanks and need additional personnel to improve services, especially in the context of issuing child Identity Cards. Besides, the realization of the issuance of child identity cards still far from the target and socialization to the public has not been conveyed in its entirety.. This study aims to examine how the implementation of Child Identity card in Bandung Regency. The research method used is qualitative with descriptive approach. This research is presented by using a narrative that discusses the implementation of child identity card policies in Bandung Regency. The focus of this research emphasizes the implementation model of Edward III covering communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The implementation of social security is regulated in Law Number 24 of 2011 on Healthcare and Social Security Agency (hereinafter abbreviated BPJS). Although it has been implemented quite well, there are still things that have not been done optimally. This study aims to determine how the implementation of Law Number 24 of 2011 at Bhayangkara Hospital, Palembang. This research method is qualitative, primary data were collected through observation and interviews. Parameters measured based on the policy implementation model developed by Edward III include communication, resources, disposition, and organizational structure. The results showed that the communication was good, both from the socialization and the existence of supporting tools for notification posters related to BPJS. Resources include friendly employee attitudes and courtesy, the services provided are satisfying and the flow is easy to follow. In the aspect of disposition, all implementers at Bhayangkara Hospital are honest, committed, and democratic. Some of the problems that exist are the lack of human resources at Bhayangkara Hospital compared to the number of patients, lack of medical equipment, the BPJS claim process is still inefficient, and the existence of arrears in payments from the BPJS.

The purpose of  research is to know the partial influence (T test) and simultaneously (F test) between brand image variable and service quality to customer satisfaction PT Pegadaian (Persero) Batam. The research method used in this research is descriptive research method with quantitative approach Data collection techniques were done by distributing questionnaires to each respondent as much as 294 respondents. The results showed that the value of R Square of 0,135 or 13,5% of the value can be known the brand image and service quality affect the customer satisfaction of 13,5% while the rest is 86,5% influenced by other factors not examined. The result of research based on t test for brand image has  value equal to 6,080 > 1,968 (t table) and significant value 0,000 <0,05 meaning that variable of brand image  have significant effect to customer satisfaction, while service quality has value of 2,281 > 1,968 (t table) and significant value 0,023<0,05 meaning service quality variable have significant effect to customer satisfaction. And the result of F test has value equal to 22,670>3,03 (F table) and significant value 0,000 <0,05 can be interpreted that variable brand image and service quality simultaneously have significant effect toeffect to customer satisfaction.

Final Scientific Writing is based on research about Social Adjustment of Disabled People at Social Rehabilitation House ofBinaDaksa (BBRSBD) of Prof. Dr. Soeharso Surakarta. The objectives of the research are to obtain the description about: the characteristics of respondents and 5 aspects of social adjustment namely: recognition, participation, social approval, altruism, and conformity. The method used in this research was descriptive research method with quantitative approach;it aimed to describe the Social Adjustment of Disabilities People at Social Rehabilitation House of BinaDaksa (BBRSBD) of Prof. Dr. Soeharso Surakarta. Data collection techniques used werequestionnaires, observations, and documentation studies. The research was conducted on 34 respondents determined by census. The results showed that the characteristics of respondents consisted of 10 women and 24 men among the ages of 17-25 years. The result of research also showed that 5 aspects of social adjustment, namely recognition aspect 94,12% are in high category so that it needs to be maintained, participation aspect 52,94% is in medium category so that it needs to be improved, social approval aspect 50.00% is in high category and 50.00% is in the moderate category so it needs to be improved, altruism aspect 73.53% is in high category so it needs to be maintained, conformity aspect 85,30% is in high category so it needs to be maintained. Based on the results of research, the participation and social approval aspects are in the moderate category, so they need to be improved by taking into account the problems faced and the source system that can be utilized, the writer offers problem solving in the form of "Participation Enhancement Program and Social Approval for Disabled People through Self-help Group (selfhelp group) at Social Rehabilitation House of BinaDaksa (BBRSBD) of Prof. Dr. Soeharso Surakarta. ". This program aims to improve the realization of better social adjustment for people with disabilities.

Universitas Gadjah Mada through its Publishing Agency (BPP) aims to improve the quality of scientific journals, among others through internationalisation by including them to reputable indexing institutions. One of the requirements of internationalisation of scientific journals is that the articles in the journal have been cited by other articles in reputable international journals. Another requirement is the use of primary reference resources by the article comes from relevant and new scientific journals and proceedings. This study aimed to (1) identify the usage of Jurnal Agritech as the reference in published articles in international scientific journals indexed by Scopus, and (2) examine the refereed themes (Jurnal Agritech) in the article themes (other reputable journals). The study used the descriptive research method with quantitative approach. Data collection was conducted in February - March 2017 at Gadjah Mada University Library. Study results showed that Jurnal Agritech was used as a reference in articles published by international scientific journals indexed by Scopus. From the eight international scientific journals, the number of referred articles in Jurnal Agritech was one to six articles. Overall, articles published in the eight international scientific journals indexed by Scopus have referred to literatures relevant to Jurnal Agritech. It is therefore important that Jurnal Agritech is enhanced through the internationalization program by including it in the indexing agency.

The existence of a market is one indicator of the economic activities of the people in an area. This research is motivated by the lack of optimal management of the Buduran Market by the Industry and Trade Office of Sidoarjo Regency. It can be seen from the supporting facilities and infrastructure in the Buduran Markets which are still inadequate and poorly maintained. This study aims to determine how the implementation of community market management policies in Buduran Market, Sidoarjo Regency. The research method used in this article is a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach by using a qualitative approach. The results show that the implementation of the people's market management policy has been implemented, but there are still problems in its implementation. The conclusion of this research is the implementation of the people's market management policy in its implementation is still not optimal, this can be seen from the indicators of the success of policy implementation.

This paper aims to study and analyze the implementation of teacher certification regulations in Kuala Simpang, Aceh Tamiang Regency. This analysis uses several factors found by Edward III in the form of communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. A qualitative descriptive approach is used in this paper. The results found showed that in the process of applying certification at the Aceh Tamiang education office, it had not yet proceeded effectively demanding several constraints such as lack of facilities and infrastructure, and inconsistent regulations that made it difficult for teachers. This has caused teachers to be unable and ineligible in completing lesson plans, there are still some teachers who are found to lack discipline and bad attitudes and certification are only considered for welfare and personal gain. Thus it can be stated that the certification program has not played an important role in teacher professionalism. Key words: Policy Implementation, Certification,Teacher’s Professionalism, Edward III Approach.

Education is one of the basic things tha must be obtaned by citizen in every country. This research is motivated by there are complaints from parents who do not have time to prepare food for their children who attend school too late in the morning. However, there are students or teachers who come late and don’t break the rules. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of regent regulations related to school hours rules. The theory used in this research is the theory of Edward III which includes communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The research method use is descriptive research reluctant to use qualitative approach. The data collection technique is direct observation, in-depth interview, library study, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The result of the study show that the policy of school hours at 06.00 is not appropriate to be implemented. Therefore, some improvements are needed regarding the policy regulations.

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the Building Construction Permit at the Housing Office, Settlement Area and Land of Kendari City.This research method uses a type of qualitative descriptive research that is data and information obtained from research informants and documentation relating to the facts then analyzed by connecting between concepts and facts to answer research problemsThe results of the study show that the implementation of the Building Construction Permit in the Housing, Settlement and Land Offices of Kendari City is included in the category of adequate. Policy implementation variables covering organizational aspects, aspects of interpretation and aspects of the application have been carried out adequately.

Divorce is a long-standing problem and still often has an impact on family members. Divorce often begins with various conflicts resulting from a lack of psychological readiness in the face of marriage. Therefore, researchers conducted research related to the analysis of the psychological readiness of couples in the face of marriage. The research method uses a quantitative approach to descriptive methods. The subject of this study was a couple who were getting married and were conducting screening at the religious affairs office of Padang City. The study subjects were taken using a purposive sampling technique of 150 people consisting of 75 men and 75 women. The research instrument was developed from the Theory of Fowers & Olson (1989) using a poll of likert scale models. The study findings showed the picture of psychological readiness in the face of marriage in men was at a high category of 45.33% and women were in the high category by 48%. The results of this study are input for counselors one of them through prenuptial counseling in an effort to improve the psychological readiness of couples in the face of marriage.
