The quality of marriage is an important issue for every family. The marital quality depends on how each partner can manage the obstacles that were present in their life, one of which is the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this research was to examine the quality of marriage of families who are economically affected during the pandemic. The method was a descriptive quantitative with the total number of 102 subjects who were recruited using convenience sampling. The main criteria used for selecting subjects was that they were married and economically affected due to the pandemic. Data were analyzed using cross-tabulation analysis. The result shows that people who are economically affected due to the COVID-19 pandemic has a moderate level of marital quality. The result of this study is expected to be used by the government as a basis for making programs to improve the quality of marriage among families who are economically affected during the COVID-19 pandemic.Keywords: Marital quality, COVID-19 pandemic, economic impact Abstrak: Kualitas pernikahan merupakan sesuatu yang penting bagi setiap keluarga. Baik tidaknya kualitas pernikahan tentu saja bergantung dari bagaimana setiap pasangan bisa mengelola rintangan yang hadir dalam kehidupannya, salah satunya seperti dampak ekonomi selama pandemi COVID-19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menge-tahui gambaran kualitas pernikahan pada keluarga yang terdampak secara ekonomi selama pandemi. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan jumlah sampel 102 orang yang telah menikah dan terdampak secara ekonomi selama pandemi. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan convenience sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan cross-tabulation dengan bantuan program statistik. Dari hasil yang didapatkan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pernikahan keluarga yang terdampak ekonomi selama pandemi memiliki tingkat kualitas sedang. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan bisa digunakan oleh pemerintah sebagai dasar untuk membuat program dalam rangka untuk meningkatkan kualitas pernikahan pada keluarga yang terdampak ekonomi selama pandemi COVID-19.

ABSTRAK Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan, pemerintah bekerjasama dengan BPJS Kesehatan. Oleh karena itu, mutu pelayanan kesehatan harus ditingkatkan supaya masyarakat mau berkunjung untuk melakukan pemeriksaan. Berdasarkan wawancara di Klinik Bhayangkara Polda Bali dari 7 pasien, 5 orang menyatakan belum puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan mutu pelayanan kesehatan dengan kepuasan pasien tanggungan BPJS di Klinik Bhayangkara Polda Bali. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah descriptive corelation dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 109 orang dengan metode convenience sampling. Teknik analisa data menggunakan Statistik Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai p-value=0,000 (p= 0.05) dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (r) = 0,707. Berdasarkan analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara mutu pelayanan kesehatan dengan kepuasan pasien tanggungan BPJS di Klinik Bhayangkara Polda Bali. Mutu pelayanan yang baik dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pasien. Therefore, the quality of health services must be improved in order to make people want to visit for an inpection. Based on interviews at the Bali Police Bhayangkara Clinic of 7 patients, 5 people said the were not satisfied with the services that provided. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between health service quality and patients� satisfaction of BPJS insurance in Bali Police Bhayangkara Clinic. This study used descriptive correlation with cross sectional approach. The sample used was 109 respondents with convenience sampling method. Data analysis techniques used Rank Spearman Statistics. The results showed that p-value = 0,000 (p=0.05) with a correlation coefficient (r) = 0.707. Based on this analysis, it can be concluded that there was a correlation between health service quality and patients� satisfaction of BPJS insurance in Bali Police Bhayangkara Clinic. Natsepa Beach has a natural beauty that attracts tourist arrivals and is managed by the Central Maluku Regency Government. The existence of covid-19 has a significant impact on local people’s income and local labor. The purpose of this study is to descriptively compare the presence of Covid-19 to the village of the business in the Natsepa beach. The research method used is the survey method, and the sampling method used is nonprobability sampling. The results showed that the average number and quality of tourism services significantly declined inside and outside the location. During the pandemic covid, the revenue of the business unit/month in the Natsepa beach decreased from IDR.1920000 to IDR.725500; business unit outside the Natsepa Beach tourist attraction from IDR.1850105 to IDR.826725 and the community around the Natsepafrom IDR.1830698 to IDR.1278540,-. The economic impact value at the usual time (2018) compared to 2020 was obtained from KIM, namely from 2.04 to 0.84; the importance of RIM I, 1.59 to 1.33, and RIM II 2.31 to 1,73. The conclusion of this study shows that local communities have experienced a drastic decline in income so that they need to be supported by the government.

The contribution of MSMEs to Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) reached 61.41%, but only about 8% of MSME players have used e-commerce. One of the government policies to encourage MSMEs going online is to facilitate access to have microcredit (KUR) which has tailored to the e-commerce business model. This study aimed to look at the relationship of demography and characteristics of online business with the intention of to apply microcredit since the location and type of business of MSMEs are mostly not fixed. The data were obtained by online survey to the respondents selected by convenience sampling. This study used descriptive analysis and cross tabulation analysis of 235 respondents who are registered as members of the Indonesian Online Sellers Association. The results of the study showed that only the types of online business and other sources of income were significantly related to the intention in to apply for microcredit. Credit lending through media e-marketplaces could identify proper financing for the type of business for MSMEs. Further research by utilizing e-marketplace merchant database will provide a better description of MSME models for the intention in to apply microcredit.

The purpose of this study is to analyze in depth the effect of health and religious beliefs on consumer consciousness of using halal cosmetics. The subjects of this study are adult women who use cosmetics labeled halal and domiciled in Medan city. The number of samples is 100 people based on convenience sampling. Questionnaire is a data collection tool used in this study while the type is quantitative research. The analysis technique uses a variance-based SEM (PLS) approach with the Smart PLS 3 program. The findings of this study are that health and religious beliefs have a significant and positive effect on consumer consciousness of using halal cosmetics. The government, producers and cosmetics users must know that the concept of halal in cosmetics can be used as a global symbol to ensure the quality of the lifestyle of cosmetic consumers in the world. Because halal has positive scores for all lines of society. As healthy, clean, and protected from harmful ingredients. So this study recommends the need for the government which has the authority to consider halal cosmetic concepts to make regulations in producing cosmetics. Whereas for producers is a business opportunity or strategy to get more income. Because someone will be more aware of a positive after experiencing the effects of consuming something that can endanger her life.

The aims of this study are to measure the level of service quality and how to improve the quality of service execution in re-measurement tera and tera of UTTP in Commerce On duty Co-Operation, Industrial and Commerce Of Sub-Province of Pacitan. This research’s object is traditional market of Minulyo Pacitan as mains market in Sub-Province of Pacitan with 100 perpetrator people of sample as user/owner of UTTP (ukur,timbang, takar, dan perlengkapannya) with method intake of sampel by Convenience Sampling. The technique of collecting data uses questionnaires and direct interview. This research use qualitative analysis instrument test of validity and reliability to know valid or not and reliabel or not about the questions of questionnaire. Then, this research was done with Servqual method as instrument to do measurement of service quality. The measurement of service quality in Servqual method pursuant to five service dimension that is tangibles, responsiveness, realibility, assurance, and empathy. This research will be measured of gap 5 that is difference among performance and its expectation. Ad for yielded gap from a enumeration of Servqual 5 gap, -146 progressively lower him mount the quality of given service activities. Therefore, its needs the existence of priority repair of service quality, in this case is service of remeasurement tera and tera of UTTP at biggest difference or gap that is at variable of Responsiveness ( Energy Listen carefully) and attribute that has smallest difference that is – 0.44 at dimension question of variable of Tangibles ( Evidence Physical). The study aims to analyze about the low graduation and certification exam training participants of the procurement of goods / services of the government and its contributing factors, and formulate a strategy of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services of the government. Collecting data using the method of study documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. Is the official source of information on the structural and functional Regional Employment Board, as well as the participants of the training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services of the government in Magelang regency government environment. Analysis using 4 quadrant SWOT analysis, to determine the issue or strategic factors in improving the quality of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of government goods / services within the Government of Magelang regency. The results show organizer position is in quadrant I, which is supporting the growth strategy, with 3 alternative formulation strategies that improve the quality of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of government goods / services, and conducts certification examination of the procurement of government goods / services with computer assisted test system (CAT). Based on the research recommendations formulated advice to the organizing committee, namely: of prospective participants of the training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services the government should consider the motivation of civil servants, is examinees who have attended training in the same period of the year, the need for simulation procurement of goods / services significantly, an additional allocation of training time, giving sanction to civil servants who have not passed the exam, the provision of adequate classroom space with the number of participants of each class are proportional, as well as explore the evaluation of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services for Government of participants.

The continuity of learning programs during the COVID-19 pandemic found educational institutions, especially Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah (MI) temporarily closed the learning process in schools. To prevent the spread of COVID-19 that is currently engulfing Indonesia. Lack of preparation, readiness and learning strategies have a psychological impact on teachers and students. Declining quality of skills, lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure. Learning from home (online) is an effort by the government program to ensure the continuity of learning in the pandemic period. The research method uses participatory action research (PAR), which focuses on understanding social phenomena that occur in the community and mentoring efforts on the problems faced. The assistance effort is to help the children of MI Sulursewu, Ngawi in participating in online learning related to; 1). Preparation of activities, 2). Counselling participants offline method, 3). Offline activities method. Results of the study show that the mentoring activities following the target of achievement; first, the activity can be carried out following the schedule that has been set. Second, students are always on time for the online learning hours that have been set. Offline methods show that efforts can help ease the burden on parents, but can also make it easier for students to receive subject matter.

ABSTRACT   Banana fruit is a commodity that contributes a great value to both national and international fruit production achievement. The government through the National Standardization Agency establishes standards to maintain the quality of bananas. The purpose of this Project is to classify the stages of maturity of Ambon banana base on the color index using Naïve Bayes method in accordance with the regulations of SNI 7422:2009. Naive Bayes is used as a method in the classification process by comparing the probability values generated from the variable value of each model to determine the stage of Ambon banana maturity. The data used is the primary data image of 105 pieces of Ambon banana. By using 3 models which consists of different variables obtained the same greatest average accuracy by using the 2nd model which has 9 variable values (r, g, b, v, * a, * b, entropy, energy, and homogeneity) and the 3rd model has 7 variable values (r, g, b, v , * a, entropy and homogeneity) that is 90.48%.   Keywords: banana maturity, classification, image processing     ABSTRAK   Buah pisang merupakan komoditas yang memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap angka produksi buah nasional maupun internasional. Pemerintah melalui Badan Standarisasi Nasional menetapkan standar untuk buah pisang, menjaga mutu  buah pisang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah klasifikasi tahapan kematangan dari buah pisang ambon berdasarkan indeks warna menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes  sesuai dengan SNI 7422:2009. Naive bayes digunakan sebagai metode dalam proses pengklasifikasian dengan cara membandingkan nilai probabilitas yang dihasilkan dari nilai variabel penduga setiap model untuk menentukan tahap kematangan pisang ambon. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer citra pisang ambon sebanyak 105. Dengan menggunakan 3 buah model yang terdiri dari variabel penduga yang berbeda didapatkan akurasi rata-rata terbesar yang sama yaitu dengan menggunakan model ke-2 yang mempunyai 9 nilai variabel (r, g, b, v, *a, *b, entropi, energi, dan homogenitas) dan model ke-3 yang mempunyai 7 nilai variabel (r, g, b, v, *a, entropi dan homogenitas) yaitu sebesar 90.48%.   Kata Kunci : kematangan pisang,  klasifikasi, pengolahan citra

The use of internet technology in the government environment is known as electronic government or e-government. In simple terms, e-government or digital government is an activity carried out by the government by using information technology support in providing services to the community. In line with the spirit of bureaucratic reform in Indonesia, e-government has a role in improving the quality of public services and helping the process of delivering information more effectively to the public. Over time, the application of e-Government has turned out to have mixed results. In developed countries, the application of e-Government systems in the scope of government has produced various benefits ranging from the efficiency of administrative processes and various innovations in the field of public services. But on the contrary in the case of developing countries including Indonesia, the results are more alarming where many government institutions face obstacles and even fail to achieve significant improvements in the quality of public services despite having adequate information and communication technology. The paradigm of bureaucrats who wrongly considers that the success of e-Government is mainly determined by technology. Even though there are many factors outside of technology that are more dominant as causes of failure such as organizational management, ethics and work culture. This study aims to develop a model of success in the application of e-Government from several best practice models in the field of information technology that have been widely used so far using literature studies as research methods. The results of the study show that the conceptual model of the success of the implementation of e-Government developed consists of 17 determinants of success..Keywords: Model, Factor, Success, System, e-Government
