The subject of the research is the customer motivation towards certain banks regardless of the pricing policy. The aim of this study is to determine the significance of non-price factors for attracting customers by banks and its influence on banks’ revenues and profit. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study included the scientific works of foreign scientists on the influence of non-price factors on customer loyalty in banking. The author used methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis of scientific publications, regulatory and legal sources, retrospective statistical data, and analytics of well-known consulting firms. The results of the study suggest areas for improvement for commercial banks in terms of the quality of values (non-price) offered to customers and approaches to understanding customer loyalty. The author concludes that despite the importance of banking services cost reduction and thus intensifying competition, a constant focus on cutting prices, which are relatively the same for all banks in terms of product range and basic conditions, does not necessarily contribute to expanded market share and profitability of financial institutions, while a comprehensive understanding of customer needs, timely and relevant offers, a personalized customer service, as well as a bank’s shifting focus from a product to a customer problem-solving approach will help banks to attract customers, improve their loyalty, increase service sales and expand the product range, ultimately, spurring growth and better economics for banks.

Digital transformation is the main direction of development of the national financial industry. Traditional banking services are being transferred to online services, especially in the context of the rapid growth of e-commerce. The introduction of new information channels of remote interaction allows credit institutions to reduce their costs, improve the quality and speed of customer service, balance active and passive operations, expand the «line» of banking products and financial services, stabilize and expand the customer base. The development of the banking business based on the introduction of a fast payment system is becoming a necessity for all categories of retail and corporate clients. The creation and development of the infrastructure of the fast payment system is a priority project of the Bank of Russia for the development and expansion of non-cash payments. Hydroquinone is a chemical compound widely used in cosmetics that acts as a removal of black spots/spots on the face. The use of hydroquinone in cosmetics, according to BPOM regulations, is only allowed with a maximum level of 2%. Excessive use of hydroquinone can cause pigment abnormalities in the face. The materials used in this study were hydroquinone BPFI, 96% ethanol, absolute ethanol, sodium sulfate, methanol (HPLC grade), aquadest, ethyl acetate, and face cream samples (X and Y). Qualitative and quantitative analysis of hydroquinone content in both face cream samples was carried out by TLC and HPLC methods. The results of the qualitative analysis by TLC on both face cream samples (X and Y creams) showed that both samples had the same Rf value 1as the standard hydroquinone Rf while the HPLC chromatogram results of both samples had the same retention time as the standard hydroquinone. Simultaneously, the results of quantitative analysis on cream X samples contained hydroquinone of 3.06% and Y cream of 4.15%. From these results, both face cream samples positive contained hydroquinone with levels> 2%.

Aims: Scientometrics is a field concerned with the qualitative and quantitative analysis of scientific publications, which are frequently used in the field of library and information sciences. The aim of this study to present a general overview of the journal Acta Biologica Szegediensis (ABS) from 1997 to 2019 (a 23-year period) using bibliometric indicators. Methodology: The data analysed in this study was extracted from the Scopus database. The information was exported in RIS file format to the Harzing’s Publish or Perish 7.22 and VOSviewer 1.6.15 for data analysis. Clusters and co-occurrence networks of the authors and keywords of the published documents were generated. Results: The number of documents published in ABS during the study period was n=795, the most frequently published document type was „original article” (n=534, 67.2%). Articles published between 1997 and 2019 were cited 4289 times overall, averaging in 5.39 citations per paper and 186.5 cites/year. The average number of authors per paper increased consistently throughout the years (from 2.82 to 4.23). Conclusion: ABS is in a unique position; while it is primarily a journal of the University of Szeged, it has received increasing attention from an international scientific audience, both from molecular and supra-individual biologists, pharmacists and other medical scientists. The submission of additional articles from a wider audience would definetly strengthen the international reach and scientific impact of the journal.

Under conditions, when there is very intense competition, individualization of services is the most reasonable way to implement the client-oriented approach in banking. The article emphasizes the following organization and management tools needed for the successful individualization of corporate customer service in a commercial bank: deep market segmentation along with a selection of key clients considering their actual and potential importance for the bank, the development of flexible banking packages for sub-segments as part of banking services, the adoption of the institution a personal client's manager, staff development at all levels of the bank organizational structure in pursuit of internal marketing. The systematic use of these tools will allow a commercial bank to build partnerships with corporate clients, to raise the level of customers' satisfaction and loyalty, to ensure sustainability of interaction with the key customers that determine the essential characteristics of the banking business in the long term.
