Promotion Intensity Influence Toward The Increasing Of Rice Selling At Sulselbar Regional Division Of Bulog Company In Makassar. This research was conducted to know the promotion intensity influence toward the increasing of rice selling. Independent variable in this research was the promotion intensity and dependent variable was the increasing of rice selling at Sulselbar Regional Division of Bulog Company in Makassar. The sample in this study was Bulog partner, namely Sahabat RPK (Rumah Pangan Kita) or Our Home Food. Total number of the partners was 152 people and all of them applied Slovin sample theory. Data analysis in this research used SPSS 25 and for technique analysis, the researcher chose reliability test, validity test, classical assumption test, and inferential statistical analysis.The result of this research showed that in promotion intensity variable (X) indicated a very good trend for each indicator. Furthermore, the sales variable (y) showed a very good percentage and there was a significant influence between the intensity of promotion on the increasing of rice selling. It was proven by the result of coefficient analysis with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and also the coefficient of determination (R2) 0.504 or 50.4 percent which indicated that the coefficient of determination model was good and has a positive correlation.

This study aims to determine the influence of incentives and motivation on the performance of employee of PT. Tozy Santosa Surabaya. This research is quantitative research. Population and sample based on questionnaire distribution to the employees of PT. Tozy Sentosa Surabaya was taken 63 respondents. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation and questionnaires. The data analysis used reliability test, validity test, classic assumption test and multiple linear analysis test. The results of the study, incentives and motivations simultaneously and partially significantly influence the employee performance of PT. Tozy Santosa Surabaya with significance value <0.005.

This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial reward, punishment and communication on the performance of fashion division employees at PT. Mitra Adi Perkasa Tbk Surabaya. This research is quantitative research. Population and sample based on questionnaire distribution to the performance of fashion division employees at PT. Mitra Adi Perkasa Tbk Surabaya was taken as many as 75 respondents. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and questionnaires. The data analysis used is reliability test, validity test, classic assumption test and multiple linear analysis test. The results of the study simultaneously and partially reward, punishment and communication have a significant effect on the performance of fashion division employees at PT. This research aims to know the influence of characteristics of work and stress of work on performance of employees field TP-OP Department PSDA Prov. West Sumatra, this research independent variable i.e. conflict of characteristics of work and stress of work, while the dependent variable i.e. the performance of employees. The population used in this study are employees who work, this research sample as many as 32 people respondents and techniques used is Pusposive Sampling (sample retrieval based on criteria or specific terms). The analysis used in the study include the test validity, reliability test, test, test the classical assumption multikolinieritas, heterokedastisitas test, multiple linear regression analysis, koefisiendeterminasi, hypothesis testing that includes testing of the t test, F , and the coefficient of Determination (R2). Partially pointed out that conflicts do not affect significant characteristics on performance of employees. While significant positive effect of work stress on performance of employees. Therefore, to improve the performance of employees, work stress seoptimal may need to be managed by giving an appropriate workload.

This research intends to determine: (1) the effect of work communication on employee performance, and (2) the effect of work motivation on employee performance. The population in this research are all employees of PT. Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa, totaling 65 employees. The sample utilized in this research is the entire population of 65 employees, thus it is called a population research. Instrument testing was carried out at PT. Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa. The validity test used correlation product moment, while the reliability test used Spearman Brown which processed by using SPSS 18.0 for Windows. In the validity test of work communication, there are 9 statements and all are valid. In the validity test of work motivation, there are 5 statements and all are valid. In the validity test of employee performance, there are 9 statements and all are valid. Furthermore, the classical assumption test includes multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. Meanwhile, the hypothesis test in this research applies multiple regression analysis and the coefficient of determination. The results of this research indicate that: (1) Work Communication (X1) has a partially significant influence on the Employee Performance variable (Y). This is demonstrated by the magnitude of the significance value of 0.029 which is smaller than 0.05. In accordance with these results, it can be concluded that work communication has a significant effect on the employee performance of PT. Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa. (2) Work Motivation (X2) has a partially significant influence on Employee Performance (Y). This is indicated by the magnitude of the significance value of more than 0.008 which is smaller than 0.05. According to these results, it can be inferred that work motivation has a significant effect on the employee performance of PT. Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa. (3) Work Communication (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) have a significant effect simultaneously on the Employee Performance variable (Y). This is revealed by the magnitude of the significance value of more than 0.008 which is smaller than 0.05. Based on these results, it can be concluded that work motivation has a significant effect on the employee performance of PT. Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa. (3) Work Communication (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) have a significant effect simultaneously on the Employee Performance variable (Y).

The purpose of this research is to explain the variables which influence customers satisfaction at Genio Hotel Manado.  The service quality like tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy influence the customers satisfaction.  The data were taken from the guests who stay in Genio Hotel for March – May 2018.  There were 120 respondences were taken and the data were analyzed by utilizing SPSS 16 to be analyzed by using Reliability Test, Validity Test, Multicollinearity Test and Heteroskedasticity Test, Analisis corelation, Coefficient determinant, Significant and Hypothesis in Likert Scale rating.  The result of this research showed that there was significant influence of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy of customers satisfaction.  And for individual variable, tangible was the strongest variable influenced the customers satisfaction, and the second was responsiveness, reliability, and assurance but variable empathy was no significant influence to the customers satisfaction.  The result showed that 78,6% was positive influence of the customers satisfaction and the rest 21,4% was from the other variable that were not in the area of this research. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan di Genio Hotel Manado. Kualitas layanan seperti buki fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Data diambil dari para tamu yang menginap di Genio Hotel untuk bulan Maret - Mei 2018. Ada 120 responden yang diambil dan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS 16 untuk dianalisis dengan menggunakan Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Validitas, Uji Multikolinieritas, dan Uji Heteroskedastisitas, Analisis korelasi, Penentu Koefisien, Signifikan dan Hipotesis dalam penilaian Skala Likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Dan untuk variabel individu, bukti fisik adalah variabel terkuat yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan, dan yang kedua adalah daya tanggap, keandalan, dan jaminan tetapi variabel empati tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 78,6% adalah pengaruh positif dari kepuasan pelanggan dan sisanya 21,4% dari variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam wilayah penelitian ini.

This study aims to test the relationship between self-regulation and Fear of Missing Out (FoMO). This research was conducted on 100 college students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto, Indonesia, from representatives of 11 faculties. The data collection method used the FoMO scale and the self-regulation scale. The reliability test used Cronbach’s alpha, and the validity test used the product-moment correlation technique. Validity Test uses product-moment correlation technique, while Reliability Test uses alpha Cronbach. Test validity with N = 40 and table = 0.312 (p=0.05). FoMO scale of 40 items. There were 31 valid items and nine deciduous items moving from 0.334 to 0.715 with a reliability of 0.916. At the same time, the scale of self-regulation is as much as 50 items. There were 38 valid items and 12 deciduous items moving from 0.316 to 0.704 with reliability of 0.925. Based on the results of the study obtained Fcount = 0.739 with Ftable=1.69 (F count < Ftable) and r count = -0.595 with p = 0.000 (p < 0.05) so based on the results of the analysis that there is a significant relationship between FoMO and self-regulation in students Instagram users at Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto, Indonesia. The correlation result indicates a negative value, meaning the higher the self-regulation, the lower the FoMO, or the lower the self-regulation, the higher the FoMO. Then obtained the value of coefficient self-regulation variable determination against FoMO of 35.4%

Good and poor person's performance can be influenced by many factors, among others is the granting of reward and punishment. Reward and punishment are two forms of methods to motivate, encourage and encourage employees to do good and improve their performance. This research aims to determine the influence between Reward and Punishment PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) Samarinda branch both partially and simultaneously to the employee's performance. The population of this research is all employees of PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) branch of Samarinda. Data collection in this study using questionnaires. Data analysis tools used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, F test and T test. From this research concluded that effect of apartial reward of the employee’s performance amounted to 48.5%, of the results Tcount>Ttable (3,919>1,993), and a partial punishment influence on the employee’s performance of 60.9%, of the result Tcount>Ttable (3,748>1,993), and simultaneously there was an influence between reward and punishment to performance by 50.2%, from the result of Fcount>Ftable (38,529>3,123). The results showed that the partial and simultaneous reward and punishment have significant effect on the employee's performance.  PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) should provide appropriate reward and punishment to improve employee performance.

Abstract Influence of training and motivation on performance of employees at PT PAM Lyonnase Jaya (PALYJA). 2017. This research aims to find out how the influences between the training and motivation on performance of employees. Data collection using the questionnaire given to the respondents to obtain primary data and secondary data to obtain an libraries. While the method of data analysis using the test validity dan reliability, test the assumptionsof classical, test hypotheses, multiple linier regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination of the significance of the T-test, and a test of the significance of f. Result of the research indicate that training has a strong influence on performance of employees and motivation have influence of 66,8% on performance of employees and the remaining 33,2% are influenced by other factors.Keywords: Training, Motivation, Employee Performance.AbstrakPengaruh Pelatihan dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada head office PT PAM Lyonnase Jaya (PALYJA). 2017. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa pengaruh antara pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada responden untuk memperoleh data primer dan studi kepustakaan untuk memperolah data sekunder. Sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi, uji signifikansi T dan uji signifikansi F. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelatihan memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap kinerja karyawan dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh sebesar 66,8% terhadap kinerja karyawan dan sisanya 33,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the product display and promotion partially on consumer purchasing decisions on books published by Mizan at Gunung Agung BSD Tangerang bookstore and to find out how much influence the product displays and promotions simultaneously on consumer purchasing decisions on books published by Mizan at the Gunung Agung BSD Tangerang bookstore. This research is causality with quantitative approach. The population in this study is Mizan's book customers at the Gunung Agung BSD bookstore Tangerang with convenience sampling technique obtained samples of 69 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in this study are: data quality tests including validity and reliability, the classic assumption test of normality, multicollinearity, heterocendatisity, regression analysis that is multiple regression, partial t, simultaneous F and coefficient of determination. The results of the study are as follows: (1) The results of first hypothesis that is no significant influence between product displays on consumer purchasing decisions, (2) The results of second hypothesis that is a positive and significant effect between promotions on decisions consumer purchases, and (3) The results of third hypothesis, namely product display and promotion together have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions.

This study aims to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The object of this research is the Employees of the Full River City Human Resources and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM). The number of samples in this study were 98 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results obtained based on the partial test (t test) obtained: (a) There is a positive and significant effect of competence on employee performance. (b) There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance. c) There is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on employee performance. The results of the study simultaneously showed that competence, organizational culture and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And based on the coefficient of determination test (R2) the value is 0.624 or 62.4%, this shows that the percentage of the contribution of the independent variable competency, organizational culture and work discipline to the dependent variable of employee performance is 0.624 or 62.4%. While the remaining 37.6% is influenced by other variables outside this study.
