AbstractThe purpose of this research was to find out the improvement of students motivation ability in school throught group guidance service using homeroom technique during a pandemic with online media. Problem in this research was low learning motivation. The method used in this research was quasi experiment method with one group pretest-posttest,and analyzed with non parametric statistic using wilcoxon test. The research subjects were 8 grade X students at SMA Negeri 1 Nguter who had low learning motivation with 2 students as a comparison indicator . The results of the study showed an inereasing in student learning motivation after being given group guidance services. This is indicated from the results of data analysis using wilcoxon test. This was shown from the results of pretestand posttest learning motivation thst is obtained zhitung> ztable (2,521> 1,645). The conclusion of group guidance services can improve the learning motivation of students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Nguter.Keywords: motivation to learn, group guidance, guidance and counseling Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan motivasi belajar siswa di sekolah melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik homeroom selama pandemi dengan media daring. Masalah dalam penelitian adalah motivasi belajar rendah. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini metode quasi experimen dengan one group pretest-posttest, dan dianalisis dengan statistik non parametrik menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Subjek penelitian 8 orang siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Nguter yang memiliki motivasi belajar rendah dengan 2 siswa sebagai indikator pembanding .Hasil penelitian menunjukan terjadi peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok. Hal ini ditunjukan dari hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji wilcoxon.Hal ini ditunjukan dari hasil pretest dan posttest motivasi belajar yang diperoleh Zhitung =-2,536 dan Ztabel =1,645. Kesimpulan layanan bimbingan kelompok meningkatkan motivasi belajar pada siswa Kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Nguter.Kata kunci : motivasi belajar, bimbingan dan konseling, bimbingan kelompok

The study aims: 1) to determine the conditions of vocational students 'learning motivation, 2) determine the effect of group guidance services through audio visual media on the motivation of vocational students' learning. This type of research is an experiment with one group pre-test and post-test design models. The population was 102 students and the sample of this study was 10th grade students of SMK N 1 Pejawaran with 10 students. Data analysis using the Wilcoxon test. The results of this study 1) the learning motivation of students of class X SMK N 1 Pejawaran Academic Year 2018/2019 is still low, based on the distribution of students' learning motivation scale with a low category of 33 students (32.4%), in the medium category of 69 students (67, 6%), 2) Group Guidance service using audio visual media has an effect in increasing student motivation in class X SMK N 1 of Academic Year 2018/2019, with a sig. = 0.008 <0.05. The conclusions in this study are 1) Class X students learning motivation SMK N 1 Pejawaran still moderate, and 2) group guidance services using audio visual media influence the learning motivation of class X students of SMK N 1 Pejawaran.

GROUP GUIDANCE SERVICES WITH SELF-REGULATION TECHNIQUE TO IMPROVE STUDENT LEARNING MOTIVATION. Learning Learning Motivation students before being given group guidance with self-regulation techniques, knowing Learning Motivation students after given group guidance with self-regulation techniques, knowing the effectiveness of group guidance with self-regulation technique to improve Learning Motivation Student Study Program Guidance and the Counseling Muhammadiyah University of Metro. The long-term goal target after this research is to design a program or model of group guidance with self-regulation techniques in improving learning motivation for Higher Education Level. Sampling in this study using Probability Sampling technique in the form of Simple Random Sampling, which is taking the sample members of the population done randomly without regard to the strata in the population. The subject of the study is the University Muhammadiyah of Metro Student Guidance Study and Counseling Study Program without considering certain criteria. The measuring tool used is the scale of Learning Motivation (learning motivation). The experimental method of one group pretest-posttest design. The results of Group Guidance services with self-regulation techniques can improve the learning motivation of University Muhammadiyah of Metro Guidance and Counseling Study Program students.

Ukhuwah Islamiyah is an equivalent term for good social interaction between individuals in Islam. The concept of ukhuwah or brotherhood can be realized through guidance and counseling efforts. In the "world" this guidance and counseling effort is known as group guidance services. This paper aims to examine group guidance in improving ukhuwah Islamiyah through a gestalt approach with discussion techniques at Madrasah Aliyah Laboratory (MAL) UIN North Sumatra Medan. This research is focused on how the group guidance service efforts with discussion techniques in improving ukhuwah Islamiyah at MAL UIN North Sumatra Medan and what factors support and hinder the process. For this reason, a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical method is appropriate to uncover empirical truths of research. The results of this study indicate that group counseling services with discussion techniques can improve student ukhuwah Islamiyah at MAL UIN North Sumatra Medan. This is indicated by (1) good interpersonal communication between students; (2) students' familiarity in finding solutions to shared problems; (3) tolerance of differences in argumentation; and (4) empathy for the situation felt by peers.

This study aims to determine the competence of BK (Guidance and Counseling) students as prospective counselors in implementing group guidance services (BKp). This study used a descriptive quantitative method. The sample was determined by using a purposive sampling technique. Likert scale model was chosen as the instrument of this research. The research subjects were BK students of IAIN Batusangkar in the 2019/2020 academic year. The results revealed that the students’ competency in implementing group guidance services are divided into four categories, they are the competence at transitional stage which is the lowest (63%), competence at activity stage which is in high category (83%), competence at conclusion is categorized low (73%), and last competence at the final stage which is moderate (77%). The research findings have an impact on producing reliable prospective counselors in the future by having the competence to provide group guidance services.

This research was conducted based on the phenomenon that exists in SMPN 1 Bataguh which shows that there are students who have low assertive behavior. Through the group guidance service, it is hoped that students' assertive behavior can be improved. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the field of personal guidance on Adolescent Psychology can improve assertive behavior in class IX students of SMPN 1 Bataguh. The type of research used in this research is Guidance and Counseling Action Research by carrying out three cycles. The subjects of this study were 18 students of class IX of SMPN 1 Bataguh who had low assertive behavior. Data collection methods used were interviews, observation and questionnaires. While the data analysis technique used descriptive percentage and qualitative analysis. The results showed that prior to the application of the Adolescent Psychology material, the percentage of students who showed assertive behavior was 0%. After learning cycle 1, the percentage increased to 35%. And after giving learning in cycles II and III the increase in assertive behavior became 89%.This shows that group guidance services can improve assertive behavior in class IX students of SMPN 1 Bataguh. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that before applying the Adolescent Psychology material, the percentage of successful application of assertiveness was 0%. After the first cycle of learning, there was an increase in the percentage to 35%. And after the provision of learning cycles II and III increased to 89% of students who managed to improve their assertiveness. This means that assertiveness can be improved by providing group guidance with youth psychology material. Suggestions that can be given are that the supervising teacher should further develop group guidance services to help improve students' assertive behavior.

It is important for students’ self-acceptance to be improved, and for guidance and counseling services in formal education to be provided according to needs, such as self-acceptance. This study aimed to determine whether group guidance can help to increase students’ self-acceptance. Data were collected through a Likert scale and through interviews with guidance and counseling teachers. The research subjects were eleventh-grade students of State Senior High School 11 in Yogyakarta. A quantitative approach was taken and data were analyzed through Wilcoxon tests. The results showed that there were differences before and after students were given group guidance services and this was statistically significant (0.028 < 0.05). We conclude that student self-acceptance can be increased through group guidance services. Keywords: self-acceptance, group guidance, students

The research objectives describe:1.The task profile of students' developmental achievement in class XI SMAN 3 Mukomuko. 2.Implementation of group guidance in helping the achievement of developmental tasks carried out by the Guidance and Counseling Teacher. 3.The group guidance service design model using the cinema therapy method in helping the achievement of student developmental tasks. This study uses a mixed method. Dataanalysis techniques for Development Task Inventory(ITP). While qualitative research,techniques used in data processing through data reduction,data presentation and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of research the following conclusions can be drawn:1.The profile of the task of achieving the development of students in class XI of SMAN 3 Mukomuko seen from the Inventory of Development Tasks is generally at the level of self-awareness. 2.Implementation of group guidance in assisting the achievement of developmental tasks carried out by the Guidance and Counseling Teacher,providing monotonous group guidance, discussions, homeroom. 3.Thedesign model of group guidance services using the cinema therapy method in helping the achievement of student developmental tasks. Based on the results of the research,it can be recommended that the Guidance and Counseling Teachers be able to apply the group guidance service design model using the cinema therapy method.

This study aims to determine how the role of guidance and counseling teachers in reducing social prejudice in students using group guidance services in Palangka Raya Model MAN. The implementation of this study uses a qualitative approach. While the method used by researchers to uncover the problem in this study is the case study method. Data collection is done using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The objects in this study are BK teachers, homeroom teachers, subject teachers, and students. The objectives of this study are: (1) Knowing the progress of the group guidance service program in schools conducted by BK teachers, (2) Knowing the progress and changes that occur in participants students after being given group guidance services to reduce their social prejudices

Banyak siswa yang memiliki masalah dengan ketermpilan komunikasi lisannya, hal ini dapat di temukan di lingkungan sekolah mereka pada siswa kelas VII di MTs. An-Najah I. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini ingin mengetahui: Pertama bagaimana penerapan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan metode sosiodrama dalam meningkatkan komunikasi lisan pada siswa kelas VII MTs. An-najah I Karduluk, kedua apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan metode sosiodrama dalam meningkatkan komunikasi siswa pada siswa kelas VII MTs. An-Najah I karduluk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah PTBK. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MTs. An-Najah I karduluk dengan subyek penelitian seluruh siswa kelas VII sebanyak 20 siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan 2 siklus dan setiap siklus memiliki 3 kali pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa teknik sosiodrama dapat meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi lisan siswa kelas VII MTs An-Najah I. Peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi lisan sebelum tindakan sebesar 46.6. Pada siklus I diperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 76.09, terjadi peningkatan skor sebesar 29.49. Pada Siklus II diperoleh skor rata-rata 88.40, terjadi peningkatan skor sebesar 12.31 dari siklus I. Sehingga diperoleh peningkatan skor sebesar 41.8 dari pra tindakan hingga siklus II. Faktor pendukung adalah suasana kelas yang kondusif, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu kurangnya alat-alat pendukung dalam pelaksanaan sosio drama.[Many students experienced oral communication skill problem. One of them is class VII students at MTs. An-Najah I who had low communication skill. Therefore, guidance and counseling services are needed to deliver by the school counselor. Group guidance service with sociodarama tecnique was considered to help increasing students’ communication skill. Based on that, there are two research focuses: First, how is the implementation of group guidance services using the sociodrama technique to improve students’ oral communication skill; second, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of group guidance service using the sociodrama technique in improving students’ communication skill. This research was an Action Guidance and Counseling Research in which conducted at MTs. An-Najah I Karduluk Sumenep with 20 students of grade VII as as the subjects. This research was carried out in 2 cycles and each cycle consist of 3 meetings. The data collection techniques were observation, interview, and documentation. Anda descriptive statistics used as the data analysis technique to find the average and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that sociodrama technique can improve the oral communication skill of grade VII students of MTs An-Najah I. Students’ oral communication skill score before treatment was 46.6. Then in the first cycle they obtained an average score of 76.09, an increase in the score of 29.49. In Cycle II, an average score of 88.40 was obtained, there was an increase in the score of 12.31 from cycle I. Hence, the total increase was 41.8 from pre-action to cycle II. Moreover, supporting factors of the implementation of group guidance services using the sociodrama technique in improving students’ oral communication skill were a conducive classroom atmospherethe enthusiastic and excitement of the students. While the inhibiting factors were the lack of supporting and the restricted space for playing the sociodarama].

This research is motivated because of low learning motivation shown by sleepy behavior during class hours, often forgetting assignments given by the teacher, cheating on friends' work, less attractive to him in doing assignments, difficulty understanding lessons, learning if there are exams or tests, discouraging each face difficulties. This research was conducted quantitatively in a quasi-experimental design with the form of a pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study were all students of class XI Kesatrian 2 Semarang High School. Samples taken in this study were 34 students of class XI IPS 3 which were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group of 17 students and the control group of 17 students. With the determination of research subjects using simple random sampling techniques. The data of this study were obtained through a psychological scale of learning motivation. Then the modeling guidance services provided by the modeling technique are on target and on the right material. This is because students after getting a modeling technique group guidance services can apply effective study habits, able to increase enthusiasm in achieving learning goals. Suggestions for supervising teachers are expected to help the supervising teacher to find out student competencies in enhancing learning motivation.
