The development of the economic potential of Islamic boarding schools can have a positive impact on improving the national economy. As an educational institution, Islamic boarding schools have the potential of human resources which are also large for high fighting ability, which supports accompanied by capabilities that become a great potential that can become the basis of Indonesia's new economic flows through strengthening boarding schools (kopontren). This paper aims to examine the ecosystems in Islamic boarding schools which have to do with changes in the lifestyle of its members to apply halal values. The research using this qualitative descriptive method. Based on the results of the analysis, the role of kopontren as the driving force of the boarding school is an important diversion as a determinant of how to turn on the halal value chain in every part of the environment in the Islamic boarding school ecosystem with halal values in production, distribution for consumption needs goods or services.

The development plan of the Islamic Boarding School in the middle of the times it is not impossible to do. As the oldest educational institutions in Indonesia, Islamic Boarding School is an educational institution that is civilized. The development of Islamic boarding school can be done through two aspects; boarding school as an educational unit and boarding school as a place of education units. Islamic Boarding School as an educational unit in the form of Muaddalah Islamic Boarding School while boarding school as a place of education unit is a main unit of doing other educational institutions. Development of the Islamic Boarding School can also be developed through the role of Islamic Boarding Schools that do not merely act as an educational institution, but also serves as a social institutions and economic institutions of society.

The objective of the study was to analyze the role of islamic boarding school in preventing radicalism in Rejang Lebong regency. The study used qualitative approach with descriptive method. The data collection was done though interview, documentation and observation. The result showed that in playing the role, islamic boarding school recently became the target of people's distrust: this was the place of radicalism and terrorism. According to the analysis, there was no school found as the place of radicalism and terrorism. Some schools even actively prevent radicalism and terrorism effectively. In conclusion, the role of islamic boarding schools in Rejang Lebong to prevent radicalism and terrorism through the tight control was effective. The purpose of this study was to describe the role of Islamic boarding schools and boarding houses in the moral formation of a student, efforts to instill good character towards students, and to supervise students in social interaction and social interaction. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation and documentation as supporting data. The analysis technique is performed by data reduction, data presentation, data validity by triangulation and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of this study 1) the pattern of moral development of students at the Al-Mustajib Madarijul 'Ulum Islamic boarding school, namely by various methods including: Uswah method (exemplary), moral habituation method, ethical method, bandungan method, and language method, 2) strategic role of Islamic boarding schools Al-Mustajib madarijul in an effort to form morals, including through effective programs such as: carrying out muhadoroh activities where students learn to give speeches or preach, carry out prayers five times in congregation, carry out night prayers, and memorize the Al-Qur'an and read the yellow book, 3 ) The experience gained at the Al Mustajib Madarijul 'Ulum Islamic boarding school is the basis for how they practice moral knowledge in their daily life, both in terms of speaking, dressing and socializing. The experience gained at the boarding house wisma jaya is implemented with social skills such as dressing with covering your genitals and socializing in an Islamic manner by paying attention to the ethics and norms that apply in society.

Penelitia ini bertujuan untuk menelaah seberapa besar efektifitas peranan manajamen pendidikan dipondok pesantren Al Hikamussalafiyyah wanayasa cipulus dalam upaya untuk  menangkal paham radikal negatif terhadap santri – santri. Dalam penelitian ini manajemen pondok pesantren wanayasa telah menerapkan  kurikulum yang  jauh dari paham radikalisme dan dari hasil kuesioner dan wawancara yang di bagikan kepada para santri  menhghasilkan 99% persen bahwa santri tidak ada yang memeiliki paham  radikal negatif  tersebut.  Objek penelitian santri – santri di pondok pesantren Al Fatih Wanayasa, Ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode yang digunakan yaitu studi kasus, dengan pengumpulan datanya melalui observasi, catatan lapangan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini peneliti berharap agar dapat memberikan kontribusi dan manfaat bagi semua pihak-pihak yang terkait, terutama pihak pemerintah daerah dan pondok pesantren dalam rangka menangkal paham radikalisme terhadap diri santri. Kata Kunci : Manajemen Pesantren, Paham Radikal Negatif This research aims to examine the effectiveness of the role of education management in the boarding school Al Hikamussalafiyyah wanayasa cipulus in an effort to ward off negative radical understanding of the students. In this research, the management of Islamic boarding schools in Wanaayasa has implemented a curriculum that is far from radicalism and from the results of questionnaires and interviews distributed to the students resulted in 99% percent that no one has the negative radical understanding. The object of research of students in Al Fatih Wanayasa boarding school, this is a qualitative descriptive study with the method used is a case study, by collecting data through observation, field notes, interviews and documentation. From the results of this study the researchers hope to be able to contribute and benefit to all parties concerned, especially the local government and Islamic boarding schools in order to counteract the radicalism against students. This present study aims at identifying the role of Islamic boarding schools as da’wah  institution. Islamic boarding schools in fact provided the process of teaching, educating, and exemplaring values every second and minute and every hour of the clerics to his students. Educational in islamic boarding school aims to forge themselves into an independent person and to develop a spirit of togetherness, which includes the attitude of mutual assistance, solidarity and brotherhood among the students. In terms of individual character development, schools teach thrift and simple life away from the consumptive nature. The role of Islamic boarding schools was not only as educational institutions but also it took a role as a religious institution operated as a basis in the process of changing social in society. In there, the basics of science are taught for dakwah, so the students have to do da’wah when they will enter to the society. Thus, Islamic boarding schools as an Islamic educational institution owned by the community is really potential for the Establishing of man power, potential for the creation of intelligence and well-being of the nation. Not a bit of Dakwah that could be done through schools, good Dakwah that convey the teachings of Islam, as well as preaching about the life and development of the Ummah.

Effectiveness of Education and Training in Increasing Auditor Performance at the Lamongan Regency Inspectorate of East Java Province. This study aims to find out and analyze education and training to be the driving factors for improving the performance of auditors at the Inspectorate of Lamongan Regency, East Java Province. The researcher used a qualitative descriptive method with an inductive approach. The conclusion of this study is the effectiveness of education and training carried out through technical training programs held by the Lamongan District Inspectorate and the implementation of functional training and technical training outside which aims to improve the performance of the Lamongan District Inspectorate auditors, including being effective. This can be understood from the results of the overall study through interviewing the author with sources and direct observations. The indicators of effectiveness of auditor participation to carry out technical training carried out by the Inspectorate and functional training and technical training held outside of stating that, every implementation. Education and training can have a positive impact on the auditor of the Lamongan District Inspectorate in improving performance to carry out their duties and functions as internal government supervisors.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran pondok pesantren At Taubah di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Klas II B Cianjur mengenai pembinaan Akhlak Narapidana. Dengan memahami perencanaan program dan pelaksanaan pembinaan akhlak narapidana. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Peran pesantren At Taubah yang berada di LAPAS Klas II B Cianjur dalam membina akhlak narapidana yaitu memberikan sumbangsih besar terhadap pembinaan yang secara umum merupakan tugas dari Lembaga Pemasyarakatan. Hal ini terlihat dari kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh pesantren yang begitu terorganisir.   This study aims to determine the role of the At Taubah Islamic boarding school in Cianjur Class II B Correctional Institution regarding the Moral Guidance of Prisoners. By understanding program planning and the implementation of moral guidance for prisoners. This research uses a descriptive method. The results showed that the role of the At Taubah Islamic Boarding School in the Class II B Classroom in Cianjur in building up the morals of prisoners is to contribute greatly to coaching which is generally the task of the Penitentiary. This can be seen from the activities carried out by pesantren that are so organized.

Globalization has resulted in a shift in human morals, marked by the many cases of moral deviations that are rife in various parts of Indonesia so that the application of spiritual attitudes has not been maximized. The attitude of dishonesty is shown by the number of students who cheat on the test, and the attitude of indiscipline is shown by the number of students who are late so that the application of social attitudes does not seem to be visible. The role of PAI teachers is considered quite important for the development of these two attitudes. At SMPN 1 Darussalam, PAI teachers have played a role in fostering spiritual and social attitudes. Big. This research was conducted with a field study using a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and documentation. The results showed the role of PAI teachers in fostering spiritual attitudes by praying before and after lessons, praying in congregation, doing charity activities every Friday, and religious activities. The role of PAI teachers in fostering social attitudes is carried out through social service activities, visiting the Disabled Foundation and nursing homes, getting used to the 3S (smile, greeting, greeting), reporting to the teacher what items are found, punishing students who are late. Factors supporting the role of Islamic Education teachers in fostering spiritual and social attitudes are seen from adequate school facilities in the form of female/male prayer rooms, learning media such as LCD, the use of active methods. While the inhibiting factors include the lack of adequate facilities, especially LCDs, the lack of interest in teachers and knowledge, and the lack of interest in students to improve themselves.

The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has limited the space for the community and health workers to provide health services. In this study, we want to see how the role of health workers can minimize health problems that occur in the field. GERMAS (Gerakan Masyarakat Hidup Sehat) which contains to implement the health service programs seeks to provide information through mobile broadcasts on services for preventing Covid-19 activities through vaccination and distributes anthelmintics to children, which is expected to be a forum for the health service to keep interacting with children and societies and also to give some meanings or messages to conveyed the community. This research used a qualitative descriptive method with case study methods and data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The theory used in this research is Coordinated Management of Meaning. For the results, Tanjung Selor Health Center Health Workers and the Tanjung Selor community set a pattern to create meaning in their communication. Health workers and communities create meaning and interpret meaning in their activities through the GERMAS Program.

The principal is a leader in educational institutions that regulates and manages educational activities in schools. Therefore, school principals play an important role in improving the quality of education, especially improving teacher performance to be more enthusiastic and professional in teaching and developing themselves who are in charge of delivering lessons to students. This study aims to identify the role of principal supervision as an effort to improve teacher professionalism in teaching at SMA Negeri 10 OKU.This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 10 OKU. The research was carried out for 3 (three) months, starting from September 2020 to November 2020. The research method used was a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used include: (1) Interview or Interview; (2) Observation; (3) Documentation. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the principal had a role in the supervision carried out as an effort to improve teacher professionalism in teaching. It is known: (1) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher in planning lesson plans which are made reported and approved by the principal and according to the curriculum; (2) The role of principal supervision is proven by the teacher in carrying out the learning process in accordance with the learning device guidelines and using teaching aids; (3) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher evaluating the learning outcomes and reporting to the principal; (4) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher following up on the learning outcomes in accordance with the direction of the principal; (5) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher providing guidance to students.
