Many factors influence employee work motivation at the individual and organizational level, both internally and externally, psychosocially and physiologically. The trust aspect, which is also the foundation of interhuman relationships, is undoubtedly one of the most significant factors. Trust depends on the circumstances of the individual and the company. Confidence at the person level in general can be assured if the employee has a tendency to be confident and behave and behave. Trust at the organizational level can only be guaranteed if decisions and practices within the organization can be trusted, especially all managerial activities and actions. In Ramayana,  Surabaya,field studies were conducted and384 participants, according to the sample size, were involved in the study. There is a positive correlation between employee motivation and trust according to the results. The most powerful factor among managers' trust factors is that managers are honest in their activities and actions. On the other hand, intrinsic motivation is the most important driving force. Therefore, this research shows that trust in managers has a positive influence on employees' work motivation.

<div><p class="1eAbstract-text"><em>Leadership plays an important role in an organization, the leader is the main driving force in the organization so that all of the goals, vision and mission of the organization can be achieved, to achieve all that organizations need to pay attention to the efforts that the work motivation of employees are motivated to work more optimally and providing all resources to the organization. This study aims to determine the effect of leader behavior on the work motivation of employees of the Sub-Satker Bidang Hukum unit Polda Kaltim. The population in this study were all the staff of the Bidang Hukum unit Polda Kaltim, the sampling method used is the census and the sample size of 25 people. Examiners research hypotheses using PLS with the data processing program. These results indicated that: the positive effect of behavior leader on work motivation.</em></p><p class="1eAbstract-text">Kepemimpinan memegang peran pertama dalam suatu organisasi, pemimpin adalah motor penggerak utama dalam organisasi agar semua tujuan, visi dan misi organisasi bisa tercapai. Untuk mencapai semuanya itu organisasi perlu memperhatikan upaya motivasi kerja agar pegawai termotivasi untuk bekerja lebih optimal dan memberikan seluruh daya upayanya kepada organisasi, maka pegawai perlu didukung dengan memberikan perhatian kepada kebutuhan pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh perilaku pemimpin terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai Sub Satker Bidang Hukum Polda Kaltim. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai di lingkungan Sub Satker Bidang Hukum Polda Kaltim, metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode sensus dan jumlah sampel 25 orang. Penguji hipotesis penelitian menggunakan PLS dengan program pengolah data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: perilaku pemimpin berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja.</p></div>

The presented paper gives an overview of the most important and most common theories and concepts from the economic field of organisational change and is also enriched with quantitative publication data, which underlines the relevance of the topic. In particular, the topic presented is interwoven in an interdisciplinary way with economic psychological models, which are underpinned within the models with content from leading scholars in the field. The pace of change in companies is accelerating, as is technological change in our society. Adaptations of the corporate structure, but also of management techniques and tasks, are therefore indispensable. This includes not only the right approaches to employee motivation, but also the correct use of intrinsic and extrinsic motivational factors. Based on the hypothesis put forward by the scientist and researcher Rollinson in his book “Organisational behaviour and analysis” that managers believe motivational resources are available at all times, socio-economic and economic psychological theories are contrasted here in order to critically examine this statement. In addition, a fictitious company was created as a model for this work in order to illustrate the effects of motivational deficits in practice. In this context, the theories presented are applied to concrete problems within the model and conclusions are drawn about their influence and applicability. This led to the conclusion that motivation is a very individual challenge for each employee, which requires adapted and personalised approaches. On the other hand, the recommendations for action for supervisors in the case of motivation deficits also cannot be answered in a blanket manner, but can only be solved with the help of professional, expert-supported processing due to the economic-psychological realities of motivation. Identifying, analysing and remedying individual employee motivation deficits is, according to the authors, a problem and a challenge of great importance, especially in the context of rapidly changing ecosystems in modern companies, as motivation also influences other factors such as individual productivity. The authors therefore conclude that good motivation through the individual and customised promotion and further training of employees is an important point for achieving important corporate goals in order to remain competitive on the one hand and to create a productive and pleasant working environment on the other.

Like many other industries, today the cleaning industry is affected more than ever by competition and pressure toward low prices, which leads to a nonadvantageous situation for cleaners. These days many Swedish municipalities choose to outsource cleaning service in order to save money, although the situation for the cleaners appears to be worsening. The aim of this paper is to evaluate an alternative organizational structure within a Swedish public cleaning division to investigate how good work environment for cleaners can be combined with economical savings for a municipality. Like many other cleaning organizations, both national and international, the present cleaning division has been struggling for a long time with high levels of sick leave and early retirements. After years of unsuccessful attempts to improve the situation by reducing the physical load, cleaning managers made a decision to broaden their strategy by changing the structure of their organization. In this study, both qualitative and quantitative methods have been applied to identify and understand the effects of the organizational change, both on an individual level and on an organizational level. The results show that the organizational change, which leads to increased participation and autonomy for the cleaners, in combination with a high degree of social support, had a positive effect on job satisfaction, work motivation, and pride among the cleaners. Sick leave within the division has decreased, and both the quality and efficiency of the cleaning service have increased. It can be concluded that there are other alternative organizational structures that could be applied within the public sector and prove advantageous, both for the individual cleaners and for the municipality. Further research of similar organizational structures within the private cleaning sector is recommended.

Motivation and work motivation are multidisciplinary topics important for the successful functioning of modern organizations. Opportunities to improve the effects and performance of all types of organizations by influencing employee motivation have resulted in a number of studies aimed at identifying motivational factors, their impact and hierarchy. Work motivational factors are numerous, and their impact and hierarchy are changeable and depend on socio-economic conditions, cultural determinants, as well as the individual characteristics of employees. In order to improve the motivation for work, there is a need to identify factors and their impact on the motivation and effects of the work of the Serbian Armed Forces professional members in their own cultural environment and the current set of socio-economic conditions. The objective of this paper is to develop a model for identifying motivational factors of the Serbian Armed Forces professional members and determine their impact and hierarchy. The paper will use the method of document content analysis in order to identify a list of motivational factors that will then be confirmed or rejected, depending on the results of research conducted using the research method, survey technique and statistical method. The paper presents a model for identifying work motivational factors and the results of a survey of the attitudes of a quota sample of 1401 Serbian Armed Forces professional members. The hierarchy of factors is presented and it has been concluded that good interpersonal relationships and salary amount have the most significant impact on the motivation for work of the Serbian Armed Forces professional members. The results of the research can be used for improving the motivation for work, normative acts, organizational structure and instruments for future research.

The Influence Sevice Optiamisation and Job Motivation with Employee Dicipliner in Measure Job Satisfaction Toward Administration Power at UPT and Education Official East Kutai Regency Provincy East Kalimantan. There is research to aim for the service optimalisation effect and employee motivation with employee dicipliner in measure work satisfaction toward administration power at UPT and Education Official East Kutai Rigrncy. There is kausal study do it Eighteen District and twenty UPT between one Education Official East Kutai Regency. The method used in this Research is Quantitative method with multiple Regression Analisis. The Sample of this research is one hundred and two respondent of four hundred fifty nine at Population. The result of this research is that there is a significant positive influence either partially or colletively between the effect service optimalisation and work motivation with employee dicipliner to measure work satisfaction employees toward administration power at UPT and Education Official East Kutai Regency. Based on the results of this study the researcher concludes that the batter of service optimalisation and work motivation with employee to dicipliner to result in more the more feeling satisfaction in the job.(1), The Higght more the more in motivation work or duty do it to result in of satisfaction the work (2), The Dicipline more the more and rule obdient employee doing the duty or manner rule, more the more to hoist satisfaction work (3), More the more service optimalisation, more the more work motivation with more the more rule obdient employees in dicipline their work becoming satisfaction to gether the administration power, more the more to services.

Motivation is one of the superior tools in order subordinate willing to work hard and smart in accord with the goal. If there is one achieve his or her motivation, then he or she tend to be continuously motivated. On the other hand, if there is one often fail to reach his or her motivation, then he or she keep preserving and keep make effort and pray till his or her motivation be reached or becomes hopeless. This study is aimed at knowing if there is a significant relationship between work motivation and teacher teaching ability toward the students’ achievement in Gugus II Primary School, Kebayakan Sub-district, Aceh Tengah. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The populations of the study were all the teachers and students at Gugus II Primary School Kebayakan sub-district, Aceh Tengah. The samples of the study were 31 teachers and 31 students. The results of this study indicate that the first hypothesis that there is a positive effect on work motivation with student achievement (rx1y = 0.670), second, there is a positive effect of the teachers teaching ability on the student achievement (rx2y = 0.691), there are three positive influence on work motivation and teachers teaching ability upon the achievement (rx1x2 = 0.856). The simultaneous analysis indicates that work motivation and the teachers teaching ability could affect the students’ achievement. Out of motivation variable hypothesis on the teacher high teaching ability has a significant influence on students’ achievement in Gugus II Primary School, Kebayakan sub-district, Aceh Tengah

The adoption of AI is an ongoing phenomenon in today’s economy in all the industries. The purpose of this paper is to examine the economic impact of AI adoption in the region of ASEAN. To achieve this objective, structural questionnaire was developed for the various industry experts in targeted region. A sample of 240 experts was finally obtained over a time span of 6 weeks through online structural questionnaire approach. For measuring AI adoption, twelve items, initial economic impact (seven items), and subsequent economic impact (six items) were finally added in the questionnaire. For analyses purpose, descriptive statistics, structural equation modelling, and regression analyseswereapplied, examining the both initial and subsequent economic impact of AI adoption. Findings through structural model indicates that overall both initial and subsequent impact are significantly determined by AI adoption in related industries. Additionally, in depth analyses for the individual AI items as their initial and subsequent economic impact indicate that Usage of the data for AI adoption, clear strategy for AI adoption, successful mapping for AI adoption and overall positive attitude towards AI adoption have their significant and positive influence on initial economic indicators. Whereas, as per subsequent economic impact, factors like effective usage of data for AI adoption, assessing the right skills of individuals for AI adoption and positive attitude towards AI adoption are significantly impacting on material investment, capital investment, increasing unemployment, higher economic output, higher return on capital and higher wages for the existing labor. These findings have provided an outstanding evidence in the field of AI and its economic impact in the region of ASEAN and can be considered as initial contribution in related fields. Both industry exports and macroeconomic decision makers can significantly utilize the findings to develop their conceptual framework and understanding for the integration between AI adoption and economy. Additionally, this study can work as reasonable justification for implementing the more adoption of AI in various industries as it has positive economic outcome (both initial and subsequent). However, one of the key limitations of this study is limited sample size and only 240 industry exports were targeted from selected industries in ASEAN. Future study could be reimplemented on similar topic with expanding the sample size for better findings and more generalization.

This will be followed by connecting the knowledge base of the organization to its sustainable competitive advantage by using a multiple-layer framework of organizational knowledge. Then, the chapter will discuss the frameworks of knowledge management vision, mission and goals for the organization. Temporary and functional gap analysis frameworks will follow. The chapter will end with a brief description of three tools developed by the authors.

<p><em>In this study, we will examine the effect of Career Development and Work Motivation on the Desire of Early Retirement. The proposed hypothesis was tested with a sample of 150 employees in Trisakti University. Testing of research problems shows that Career Development has a positive influence on employee Motivation. Whereas Work Motivation has a negative influence on the Desire for Early Retirement of employees. However Career Development does not have a negative influence on the Desire for Early Retirement of employees. But work motivation as a mediating variable increases the negative influence of Career Development on the Desire of Early Retirement of employees.</em></p>

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja pegawai terhadap efektivitas organisasi pada Akper Dharma Bhakti Subang Propinsi Jawa Barat baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama.  Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Akper Dharma Bhakti Subang Propinsi Jawa Barat yang berlangsung 2 (dua) bulan dari bulan Desember 2012 sampai dengan Januari 2013.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei.  Responden penelitian adalah pegawai pada Akper Dharma Bhakti Subang Propinsi Jawa Barat sebanyak 30 orang pegawai yang dipilih berdasarkan teknik sensus.  Instrumen yang dipergunakan adalah angket untuk menghimpun data variabel disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja pegawai dan efektivitas organisasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi sederhana, dan korelasi ganda, serta teknik regresi yang terdiri dari regresi linier sederhana dan ganda.  Sebelumnya terlebih dahulu dilakukan pengujian persyaratan analisis data yaitu uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa: pertama, terdapat pengaruh positif disiplin kerja pegawai terhadap efektivitas organisasi pada Akper Dharma Bhakti Subang Propinsi Jawa Barat.  Ini berarti bahwa makin tinggi disiplin kerja seorang pegawai akan makin tinggi pula efektivitas organisasi tersebut.  Kedua, terdapat pengaruh positif motivasi kerja pegawai terhadap efektivitas organisasi pada Akper Dharma Bhakti Subang Propinsi Jawa Barat.  Artinya makin tinggi motivasi kerja pegawai seorang pegawai, makin tinggi pula efektivitas organisasi tersebut.  Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh positif disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja pegawai secara bersama-sama terhadap efektivitas organisasi pada Akper Dharma Bhakti Subang Propinsi Jawa Barat.  Dengan demikian berarti bahwa makin tinggi disiplin kerja seorang pegawai dan makin tinggi motivasi kerja pegawainya, akan makin tinggi pula efektivitas organisasi tersebut. Kata Kunci     : Disiplin,Motivasi,Efektifitas,Manajemen OrganisasiABSTRACTThis study aimed to describe the influence of labor discipline and motivation of employees to organizational effectiveness in Nursing Dharma Bhakti Subang West Java either individually or jointly. The research was conducted in Nursing Dharma Bhakti Subang West Java which lasts 2 (two) months from December 2012 to January 2013. The method used is a survey method. The respondents were employees in Nursing Dharma Bhakti Subang West Java 30 employees were selected based on census techniques. The instrument used was a questionnaire to collect data variable labor discipline, employee motivation and organizational effectiveness. Analysis of the data using a simple correlation techniques, and multiple correlation and regression technique that consists of simple and multiple linear regression. First previous testing data analysis requirements that normality test and homogeneity test. The results of this study found that: first, there is a positive influence on the effectiveness of employee discipline in Nursing organization Dharma Bhakti Subang West Java. This means that the higher labor discipline an employee will be the higher the effectiveness of the organization. Secondly, there is a positive influence on the effectiveness of employee motivation in the organization of Nursing Dharma Bhakti Subang West Java. This means that the higher an employee employee motivation, the higher the effectiveness of the organization. Third, there is a positive effect of labor discipline and motivation of employees working together on the effectiveness of the organization in Nursing Dharma Bhakti Subang West Java.
