Abstract: This research aims to understand: 1) The communication intensity level at Ayam Bawang Cak Per Restaurant, Malang Branch; 2) The employee performance at Ayam Bawang Cak Per Restaurant, Malang Branch; and 3) To know the communication influence between branch managers to employees on employee performance at Ayam Bawang Cak Per Restaurant, Malang Branch. This research used quantitative methods in the process and consist of two variables, dependent and independent. Communication is the independent variable and employee performance is the dependent variable. The research sample was taken 99% of the total population 51, but due to the time and situation, the sample taken was only 40 employees of each division. The result showed that: 1) The communication intensity level between branch managers and subordinates was at a moderate level with a percentage of 75% of 30 employees; 2) The employee performance level was at the medium category with a percentage of 65% of 24 employees; and 3) There is a significant influence between communication on employee performance at Ayam Bawang Cak Per Restaurant, Malang Branch.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Employee Performance on Organizational Effectiveness at the Dusun Selatan District Office, South Barito Regency in 2020. The theory used in this research is the performance in the organization which can be seen from the productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility, employee accountability according to Agus Dwiyanto (2008: 50-51) and effectiveness which comes from the word effective, which is a job that is said to be effective if a job can produce one unit of output (output). A job is said to be effective if a job can be completed on time according to a predetermined plan, there are indicators that affect organizational effectiveness, there are several parts, namely goal achievement, integration, adaptation. According to Duncan quoted by Richard M. Steers (1985: 9) in Zulkarnain (2012: 42) This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. This research has two variables, namely independent variable (X) Devendent employee performance (Y) Organizational Effectiveness. The analytical tool used is simple regression using SPSS Version 25. The results obtained in the simple regression calculation are Y = 7.098 + 0.848 X where the value (a) is 7.098 and the coefficient value (b) is 0.848. Then the results of tcount from the above test show that tcount> table (6,538> 2,042) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence between Employee Performance on Organizational Effectiveness at Dusun Selatan District Heads in South Barito Regency in 2020.

Abstract: Many factors have an impact toward high and low performance of employees in private companies. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Kodeco Agrojaya Mandiri Kebun 1 Danau Biru Estate Saring Sungai Bubu Village, Kusan Hilir District, Tanah Bumbu Regency. Research Methods using correlational research. Types of data are primary and secondary data using questionnaires and documentation. The total population is 547 people. With the number of respondents 137 employees of PT. Kodeco Agrojaya Mandiri Kebun 1 Danau Biru Estate Saring Sungai Bubu Village, Kusan Hilir District, Tanah Bumbu Regency. Research results show that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. So, if motivation is carried out and applied properly by all employees, the employee's performance will also increase. Work discipline also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. So, if the employee has a high level of discipline in the work then the performance will also be achieved optimally. Motivation and work discipline simultaneously have an influence on employee performance. So the higher the motivation and the employee's discipline, the employee's performance will increase. Keywords: motivation, work disciplines, employee performance Abstrak: Banyak faktor yang memiliki dampak terhadap tinggi rendahnya kinerja pada karyawan di perusahaan swasta. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk Mengetahui motivasi dan disiplin Kerja Berpengaruh tehadap Kinerja Kayawan PT. Kodeco Agrojaya Mandiri Kebun 1 Danau Biru Estate Desa Saring Sungai Bubu Kecamatan Kusan Hilir Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu. Metode Penelitian dengan menggunakan penelitian korelasional. Jenis data yaitu data primer dan sekunder dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Jumlah populasi 547 orang. Dengan jumlah responden 137 orang karyawan PT. Kodeco Agrojaya Mandiri Kebun 1 Danau Biru Estate Desa Saring Sungai Bubu Kecamatan Kusan Hilir Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jadi, jika motivasi kerja dilakukan dan diterapkan dengan baik oleh semua karyawan maka kinerja karyawan juga akan mengalami peningkatan. Disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jadi, jika karyawan memiliki kedisiplinan yang tinggi dalam bekerja maka kinerja juga akan tercapai secara maksimal. Motivasi dan disiplin kerja secara simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jadi semakin tinggi motivasi dan kedisiplian karyawan maka kinerja karyawanpun akan semakin meningkat. Kata kunci : motivasi, disiplin kerja, kinerja karyawan

This study aims to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The object of this research is the Employees of the Full River City Human Resources and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM). The number of samples in this study were 98 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results obtained based on the partial test (t test) obtained: (a) There is a positive and significant effect of competence on employee performance. (b) There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance. c) There is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on employee performance. The results of the study simultaneously showed that competence, organizational culture and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And based on the coefficient of determination test (R2) the value is 0.624 or 62.4%, this shows that the percentage of the contribution of the independent variable competency, organizational culture and work discipline to the dependent variable of employee performance is 0.624 or 62.4%. While the remaining 37.6% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

The performance of educational staff becomes an important element in the institution. Based on the previous research, it can be concluded that the level of user satisfaction either from students (external) or from employees within Unsoed (Internal) categorized at the level of quite satisfied. Therefore, more efforts need to be done in order to improve the performance of educational staff. The research model using analysis with the following hypotheses, H1: Financial compensation has positive effect on employee satisfaction, H2: Promotion has positive effect on employee satisfaction, H3: Financial compensation has positive effect on employee performance, H4: Promotion has positive effect on performance employees, and H5: job satisfaction has positive influence on employee performance. This research was conducted in Jenderal Soedirman University (Unsoed), using quantitative methods. The research target was all education personnel in all unit in Unsoed with a total sample of 256 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire and then analyzed using statistical analysis. The result from the statistical analysis showed that the financial compensation was in a good category. Financial compensation has a significant influence on job satisfaction that is equal to 0.578. The promotion has been perceived as a good thing by the employees, and promotion has a significant influence on job satisfaction statistically which is equal to 0.545. Financial compensation has a significant influence on employee performance that is equal to 0.845. The promotion has a significant influence on employee performance that is equal to 0.680, statistically. The employees experienced a good job satisfaction, which encourages them to work better. Statistically, job satisfaction has a significant influence on employee performance that is equal to 0.730. The influence of financial compensation to the employees' performance was increased from 49.9 percent to 69.5 after job satisfaction variables included as mediating variable. The result of Sobel test confirmed that job satisfaction was capable to mediate the influence of financial compensation to the employee performance, significantly. The influence of promotion to employee performance was increased from 42 percent to 64.7 percent after included job satisfaction as mediating variable. Sobel test showed that that job satisfaction was capable to mediate the influence of promotion to employee performance, significantly.

The research aims to find out how the characteristics of individual to motivation in jambi province health service is partially over the period 2013-2017. The object of this analysis of health services the province of Jambi. The sample used in this study is as much as 79 (seventy-nine) employees of the health services the province of Jambi. Jambi Province health service is one of the agencies that play a role in implementing health development. Health services have the task of carrying out some local Government Affairs based on the principle of autonomy in health development in jambi province. The method used is descriptive quantitative methods with the individual characteristics of the independent variable, while the dependent variable is the motivation. Analysis tools used are simple linear regression, t-test, the coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the regression analysis abowed that the regression equation Y = 1.648 + 0.506 + e, with R2 0.388. This means that the characteristics of the individual employee motivation significantly to influential on health service Office of the province of jambi, with value of  6.992 and significant levels 0.000. In this study, the author gives advice to the Office, that Office should health services strengthening employee motivation Jambi province so that raises a better employee performance again.

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara beban kerja dan kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja Pegawai dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Jumlah populasi sejumlah 175. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan 158 responden yaitu dari Pegawai Negeri pada Polri di Bagsumda Polres Jajaran Polda Jateng. Alat analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen (beban kerja) mempengaruhi kinerja Pegawai. Motivasi kerja terbukti sebagai variabel mediasi antara beban kerja terhadap kinerja Pegawai.</p><p>This study aims to determine the relationship between workload and teamwork on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. The total population is 175. The sample of this study used 158 respondents, namely from the Civil Servants at the National Police in Bagsumda, Central Java Regional Police. The analytical tool used in this study is SEM. The results showed that the independent variable (workload) affected the employee's performance. Work motivation is proven as a mediating variable between workload and employee performance.</p><p> </p>

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and human relations to the performance of employees. This research is a quantitative research consisting of performance as dependent variable, job satisfaction and human relation as independent variable. The sample of the research is employee at University X with 50 subject. The sampling technique was done by stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 17.0 for windows. The results showed that there is a very significant influence between job satisfaction and human relations simultaneously on employee performance. Partially there is a very significant influence between job satisfaction on employee performance and there is no influence of human relations to employee performance.

This research raises the title of influence of Islamic leadership and the Islamic work motivation on the performance of BMT (Made) employees in Demak District. One of the obstacle which doesn’t make any advanced and the developed of BMT is the low performance of employees. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is a significant influence of Islamic leadership and the motivation of Islamic work on the performance of employees either partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees? This study aims to find out how much influence of Islamic leadership and work motivation and to know the most dominant influence between Islamic leadership and the work motivation on the performance of employees BMT Made in Demak District. This type of this research is field research by using quantitative methods. The population in the study there are 34 employees, who sampled 28 employees consisting of main employees and sub branch employees. The test used in analyzing the data (questionnaire) is a test of validity and reliability, and statistical tests that include; classical assumption test, F test and T test. The result of regression equation test is Y = 4.510 + 0.076 X1 + 0.679 X2, this means that employee’s performance variable get influence from Islamic leadership variable and work motivation with value equal to 0,079 and 0,679 every employee performance variable have 1 score increase. While for Islamic leadership T test obtained value of 0.533 2.060. This means that Islamic leadership variables do not have a significant influence and employee motivation partially have an influence on performance variable of BMT employees. F - test obtained value equal to 18.782, while F table 3,385, because F count > F table then simultaneous test or jointly variable of Islamic leadership and work motivation of Islam have influence to performance of BMT Made employee. Among the two independent variables that are most dominant in influencing employee performance variables is the Islamic work motivation with a value of 5.415. To improve employee performance, managers are expected to improve intensive communication with the employees and provide an opportunity to convey what the wishes and expectations of the employee are. On the other hand, managers must also open themselves to accept criticism or input that is constructive in order to improve the institution. Planning is the process of defining organizational goals, making strategies to achieve that goal, and developing plans for organizational work activities. While performance is what is done and what is not done by employees is the work that has been achieved by employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of participatory planning on employee performance at the Secretariat of the Regional Representatives Office of the Gunungsitoli City. In this study the authors analyzed the research data using quantitative methods. The dependent variable (Y) of this study is performance, while the independent variable (X) is planning. The population in this study were all employees in the Secretariat Office of Gunungsitoli City DPRD, while the sample was 24 people. Based on the data collected from the research conducted, the results were obtained that there was an influence of participatory planning on employee performance at the Gunungsitoli City DPRD Secretariat Office ".
