This study is motivated by moral learning which sometimes makes students bored. Text books or modules that contain moral lessons, make students lazy to read them. Students only get knowledge about the morals of learning through textbooks, modules, from information conveyed by the teacher. Students also do not know the meaning, do not appreciate, and do not know how to apply morals in real life everyday. Moral learning in schools is only normative and dogmatic in nature, so teachers only pay attention to the cognitive aspects, while the psychomotor and affective aspects receive less attention. Novels are one source of moral learning. This is because the figures and settings in the novel can be used as examples and guidelines for students in living moral lives in society. The focus of this research is: Moral values in the novel 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa by Hanum Salsabiela and Rangga Almahendra. To answer the focus of the research, the research questions are; 1). How do the values of human morals towards Allah SWT in the novel 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa by Hanum Salsabiela and Rangga Almahendra.2). How do the values of human morals towards themselves, 3). How do the moral values of humans towards fellow humans in the novel 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa by Hanum Salsabiela and Rangga Almahendra. 3). How do the moral values of humans against fellow Muslims. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the moral values in the novel 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa by Hanum Salsabiela and Rangga Almahendra. This research method is qualitative. This is because the object and source of this research is the text of the novel 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa by Hanum Salsabiela and Rangga Almahendra. Researchers become a key instrument because researchers who read critically the text of the novel. After reading intensively and critically, researchers describe, interpret, and analyze data to answer the focus of the research problem. The data in the form of words, sentences, and paragraphs. In analyzing the data, researchers used the hermeneutic technique. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that the novel 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa is an Islamic novel that contains moral values. Moral values contained in the novel 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa are moral values towards Allah SWT are worship prayers, fasting and reading the Qur'an. Moral values to yourself are honesty, patience, and sincerity. Moral values towards fellow human beings are tolerance and helping. While the moral values of fellow Muslims are greeting, fulfilling invitations, and advising each other.

<p>ABSTRACT</p><p>This study aims to find out how factual and digital reality are depicted in film.Castells’ theory on new media is taken for the base theory, subjectivity-identity and power and knowledge by Foucault. Narrative analysis by Lacey is applied to seek answer for the research problem. The advancement of Communication Technology has enabled human beings to have freedom in imagination and make it real. Digital technology and virtual realm are enriched with emerging faked realities and identities. Film, becomes a platform for practising this kind of freedom, making fantasy feels like reality. Film Ready Player One? directed by Steven Spielberg depicts real and virtual world. This study aims to elaborate how real life and digital life are narrated and described in this film. A new identity created in The OASIS,the digital world that a place where mankind escape from reality. Units to be analysed in eight structures of analysis are story, plot, and character. Concludesis factual reality and digital reality are described well in this film, it even tends to hyper-reality. Film ini menunjukkan kehidupan masyarakat moderen pada tahun 2045, dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi yang luar biasa. Suatu piranti yang mengubah manusia menjadi sangat tergantung dengan teknologi. Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang menciptakan dunia baru yaitu dunia digital. OASIS, dunia tempat pelarian manusia modern dan menciptakan identitas baru yaitu identitas virtual. Masyarakat informasi yang menciptakan realitas digital. Unit analisis story, plot, dan karakter dianalisis secara naratif dengan delapan struktur. Hasil analisis memberikan jawaban bahwa realitas nyata dan realitas digital digambarkan secara baik dalam film ini, bahkan cenderung berlebihan (hyper-reality). Selain itu, konflik di dunia digital di tahun 2045 tetap sama dengan konflik dalam sejarah manusia.</p><p>Kata Kunci; Film; Digital Reality; Identitas; Naratif.</p>

Moral Value is a value that affects individual and social behavior in behaving. The current study aimedto find the categories of moral values that John Green tries to convey in The Fault in Our Stars noveland to interpret its meaning by using the theory of Universal Moral Values by Kinnier et. al with fourmajor moral values. To be able to understand moral values in the story without misinterpretation andthe lessons can be applied in real life. This study used the qualitative method because it focuses ondescribing and interpreting the moral values in descriptive. The primary source of data is taken fromthe novel The Fault in Our Stars in the form of narrations and the secondary data is from previousstudies in the form of statements that comes from the study findings. The results of the current studyshow that the categories of moral values found in the novel are (1) Commitment to something greaterthan oneself, (2) Self-respect, but with humility, self-discipline, and acceptance of personalresponsibility, and (3) Respect and caring for others, while the moral value that is not found is (4)Caring for other living things and environment which indicates that John Green inserted moral valuesin the novel more about the personal lives of the characters and the relationships between them, whichto civilize it, readers, to have the moral as an individual, being good to other people and to believe tosomething greater.

ABSTRACTThe moral value conveyed by the author to the reader through works of fiction especially novels is useful and useful to the reader. This study aims to describe the moral values associated with social messages and expose the moral values associated with the religious message contained in the novel Tasawuf Cinta by M. Hilmi As'ad. The method used in this research is analytic descriptive method. The results of this study indicate the moral values associated with social messages are: (1) social in social life; (2) relations between human beings of religion, and (3) association between the opposite sex. The moral values associated with the religious message are: (1) the relationship of man and God; (2) human nature and conscience; (3) the personal freedom that man possesses; And (4) the dignity and dignity of each individual.Keywords: moral value, novel

Abstract. Religious education is the main of education that is needed for children, where it directly affects the behavior and development of children. Early childhood is a newborn child up to the age of 6 years. The values ​​of aqeedah, worship and morality include three aspects, including: the value of aqeedah, the value that places faith in the most basic position, the value of worship where worship is introduced early to grow into obedient humans, moral values ​​which include modesty and orderliness manners. The analysis was carried out on 4 schools, namely TK Paud Tunas Bangsa, TAAM Aisyah Miftahul Khaer, Pos Paud Ar Rachmat, and Islam Kreatif Muhammadiyah Cianjur. The analysis was carried out by descriptive qualitative research method. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the learning objectives of aqeedah to facilitate the growth and development of children optimally and thoroughly in accordance with the norms and values ​​of life adopted. Learning worship aims to foster awareness in children that human beings created by Allah must serve Allah. The aim of moral learning is to train and get children into good behavior. Abstrak. Pendidikan agama merupakan pendidikan utama yang sangat dibutuhkan bagi anak, dimana hal tersebut secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap perilaku dan perkembangan anak. Anak usia dini adalah anak yang baru dilahirkan sampai usia 6 tahun. Nilai aqidah, ibadah dan akhlak mencakup tiga aspek, diantaranya: nilai aqidah, nilai yang menempatkan iman pada posisi yang paling dasar, nilai ibadah dimana tata peribadahan dikenalkan sejak dini agar tumbuh menjadi manusia yang taat, nilai akhlak dimana mencakup nilai-nilai kesopanan dan tata krama. Analisis dilakukan terhadap 4 sekolah yaitu TK Pos Paud Tunas Bangsa, TAAM Aisyah Miftahul Khaer, Pos Paud Ar Rachmat, dan TK  Islam Kreatif  Muhammadiyah Cianjur. Analisis dilakukan dengan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa tujuan pembelajaran aqidah untuk memfasilitasi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak secara optimal dan menyeluruh sesuai dengan norma-norma dan nilai-nilai kehidupan yang dianut. Pembelajaran ibadah bertujuan menumbuhkan kesadaran pada anak bahwa manusia yang diciptakan Allah wajib mengabdi kepada Allah. Tujuan pembelajaran Akhlak untuk melatih dan membiasakan anak bersikap baik.

The purpose of this study is to show how Gadisa Biru who wrote the novel `Kuusaa Gadoo` represents the Oromo`s economic issues realistically in the life of characters and the major themes of the novel. The study is qualitative research, it involves textual analysis method together with relevant conceptual tools and frameworks and therefore it is analytical. Furthermore, the data used for the research is taken from a primary source which is `Kuusaa Gadoo`. From the novel, different extracts are taken based on the research questions. Extracts used as data were classified under each topic and analyzed using textual analysis methods and realism theory. Then, the analysis and discussion were undertaken by using the concept of scholars to make the research more visible and logical. As a philosophy of realism theory, realism portrays the world as it appears. Therefore, to evaluate the realistic representations of different agendas of the research, it is crucial to bring the idea in the text to the actual world. From the analysis and discussion made it is found that, in `Kuusaa Gadoo`, all events and episodes were realized in the novel without any fantasy and extraordinary overstatement. Oromos were not economically beneficial during the Derg; the economies of Oromo peoples were used by others i.e. by leaders and investors from other ethnic groups. The Oromo`s resources especially land is highly corrupted by leaders of the time. Oromo peasants had no legal protection for their economy. Hence, the novel `Kuusaa Gadoo` reflects the real-life situation of Oromo peoples during the Derg regime. The author critically observes the real economic picture of society and portrayed it logically.

This research is motivated by aspects of Islamic religious values with the personality contained in the novel by Haidar Musyafa, namely God I Return. The value aspects reviewed include the values of aqidah, sharia values and moral and personality values. This research aims to describe the values of aqidah, sharia and morals as well as the personalities of the characters in the Haidar Musyafa novel. This study uses a qualitative type with descriptive analysis method. Analysis of the data taken is based on religious and psychological data so that it can be concluded that the value of aqidah in the Haidar Musyafa novel includes (a) having faith in Allah SWT which is seen in Umi's character who is flat in his statement that Allah's pleasure depends on the pleasure of parents. (b) having faith in the book of Allah SWT which can be seen in the character of Jefrrey who always reads the Koran in every step. (c) have faith on the Day of Judgment which is seen when Uje dreams of death and repents. The value of sharia is reflected in the character of Apih who always reminds her children to always pray in congregation and not to leave prayers. The moral values contained in the novel include (a) morals towards the creator, namely Allah SWT, which is reflected in the character of Jefrrey who initially behaved badly then repented to become a good person. (b) morals towards fellow human beings which is reflected in the character of Jefrrey who likes to do bad things, behaves rudely and is disobedient to his parents. Who finally got the guidance to be a good person. (c) Moral towards oneself is reflected in the character of Uje who realizes his mistakes and does not torture himself any longer from disobedience. The personality aspect is reflected in the behavior of Uje who really does Allah's orders after receiving guidance, And habits that often give charity.

Bahan ajar sastra yang dipilih oleh guru harus menyajikan berbagai nilai yang bisa diaplikasikan siswa dalam kehidupan nyata. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan wujud konflik batin yang mengandung nilai-nilai kehidupan novel Ada Surga di Rumahmu karya Oka Aurora. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah novel berjudul “Ada Surga di Rumahmu” karya Oka Aurora. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis isi. Data dianalisis menggunakan teori psikopragmatik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa wujud konflik batin dalam novel Ada Surga di Rumahmu karya Oka Aurora antara lain pertentangan antara pilihan yang tidak sesuai dengan keinginan, kebimbangan dalam menghadapi permasalahan, serta harapan tidak sesuai dengan kenyataan. Kesesuaian konflik batin yang mengandung nilai-nilai kehidupan dalam novel Ada Surga di Rumahmu karya Oka Aurora dapat dilihat dari aspek psikologi. Rekomendasi dari hasil penelitian diharapkan penyajian bahan ajar pembelajaran sastra di SMA senantiasa diperbaiki, diperbarui dan dimutakhirkan sesuai kebutuhan dan standar yang telah ditentukan. Literary teaching materials chosen by the teacher must present various values that can be applied by  students in real life. The purpose of this research is to describe the form of inner conflict that contains the values of life in the novel Ada Surga di Rumahmu by Oka Aurora. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative. The data source in this researchis a novel titledAda Surga di Rumahmu by Oka Aurora. The method used in this researchis content analysis. Data was analyzed using psychopragmatic theory. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it was concluded that the form of inner conflict in the novel titledAda Surga di Rumahmuby Oka Aurora includes contradictions between choices that are not in accordance with desires, doubts in facing problems, and expectations not inaccordance with reality. The values of life contained in the novel titled Ada Surga di Rumahmu by Oka Aurora include moral values, religious values, social values, cultural values and educational values. Compatibility of inner conflict that contain the values of life in the novel Ada Surga di Rumahmu by Oka Aurora can be seen from the aspect of psychology. Recommendations from the results of the study are expected to present literature learning materials in high school always improved, updated and updated.according to the needs and standards that have been determined.

This article aims to analyze the main character in the novel Tiba Sebelum Berangkat by Faisal Oddang using the humanistic psychology approach of Abraham Maslow. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative research method. The data source used was Tiba Sebelum Berangkat novel by Faisal Oddang. The data analysis technique in this study used the content analysis. The results of this study indicated that the main character in the novel Tiba Sebelum Berangkat by Faisal Oddang had and performed actions that can be analyzed by using Abraham Maslow's hierarchy of needs. This was shown by the content of the novel which presented about conflicts around human life; beliefs, religions, gender and love. Tiba Sebelum Berangkat novel tried to reflect on what might actually happen in people's real life in South Sulawesi. Based on the novel content, the main character built in the novel performed certain actions in obtaining multilevel needs that must be fulfilled as human beings. Tiba Sebelum Berangkat novel showed how humans obtained multilevel needs that must be fulfilled until human self-actualization was achieved.

The article focuses on the life and work of two German intellectuals, the philosopher Walter Benjamin and the writer Erich Kästner, who played a prominent role in the cultural life of Berlin in the 1920s. The idea of a comparative analysis of these two figures was prompted by Kästner’s novel Fabian. The Story of a Moralist. This novel is of interest due to its high literary quality, on the one hand, and the authenticity of the representation of the Weimar Republic on the other, which allows us to consider Kästner’s book as a document of the era. According to German researchers, the main characters of the novel have real-life prototypes, namely the author himself and the famous philosopher Walter Benjamin. This idea is developed and reinforced in the article. Therefore, the article parallels draws parallels between biographical facts and plot devices while reconstructing the context of the novel’s creation and highlighting events that occurred after its appearance. Based on this analysis, we argue that the key characters represent two ways of ethical existence in a society where moral values are negated by cynical reason. Thus, involving Benjamin’s philosophical theories, as well as Kästner’s war diaries, we outline the background of the debate on moral priorities that takes place in the pages of the novel.

The research aims to find out the moral value in novel and their application to Indonesia morality education. The object of this research is a novel with title Harry Potter and Prisoner of Azkaban by JK Rowling. This research was using qualitative as the methodology and the data was collected by checklist data sheet as an instrument. The checklist consisted of 21 items which represent the moral value base on its types. This research uses Linda theory. The result of data analysis shows that there are 89 items moral value in the novel and all value can be application in Indonesia morality by using 5 value from Character Education in K13. From the results, it is concluded that people in a novel always bring some value which related to education and teacher need to know how to use it.
