Bahan ajar sastra yang dipilih oleh guru harus menyajikan berbagai nilai yang bisa diaplikasikan siswa dalam kehidupan nyata. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan wujud konflik batin yang mengandung nilai-nilai kehidupan novel Ada Surga di Rumahmu karya Oka Aurora. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah novel berjudul “Ada Surga di Rumahmu” karya Oka Aurora. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis isi. Data dianalisis menggunakan teori psikopragmatik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa wujud konflik batin dalam novel Ada Surga di Rumahmu karya Oka Aurora antara lain pertentangan antara pilihan yang tidak sesuai dengan keinginan, kebimbangan dalam menghadapi permasalahan, serta harapan tidak sesuai dengan kenyataan. Kesesuaian konflik batin yang mengandung nilai-nilai kehidupan dalam novel Ada Surga di Rumahmu karya Oka Aurora dapat dilihat dari aspek psikologi. Rekomendasi dari hasil penelitian diharapkan penyajian bahan ajar pembelajaran sastra di SMA senantiasa diperbaiki, diperbarui dan dimutakhirkan sesuai kebutuhan dan standar yang telah ditentukan. Literary teaching materials chosen by the teacher must present various values that can be applied by  students in real life. The purpose of this research is to describe the form of inner conflict that contains the values of life in the novel Ada Surga di Rumahmu by Oka Aurora. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative. The data source in this researchis a novel titledAda Surga di Rumahmu by Oka Aurora. The method used in this researchis content analysis. Data was analyzed using psychopragmatic theory. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it was concluded that the form of inner conflict in the novel titledAda Surga di Rumahmuby Oka Aurora includes contradictions between choices that are not in accordance with desires, doubts in facing problems, and expectations not inaccordance with reality. The values of life contained in the novel titled Ada Surga di Rumahmu by Oka Aurora include moral values, religious values, social values, cultural values and educational values. Compatibility of inner conflict that contain the values of life in the novel Ada Surga di Rumahmu by Oka Aurora can be seen from the aspect of psychology. Recommendations from the results of the study are expected to present literature learning materials in high school always improved, updated and updated.according to the needs and standards that have been determined.

This study aimed to describe the social values, cultural values, moral values, and religious values in the novel </em><em>Sang Pemimpi</em><em>. The research is a qualitative study using descriptive methods. The data in this study is a form of social values, cultural values, </em><em>religius </em><em>values and moral </em><em>on Sang Pemimpi</em><em> novel by Andrea Hirata. Data source is </em><em>Sang Pemimpi</em><em> novel by Andrea Hirata. Data collection techniques in this study are: (1) to read and understand the Novel </em><em>Sang Pemimpi</em><em> by Andrea Hirata, and (2) give coding by underlining sentences containing social values, cultural values and political values in the note of the novel </em><em>Sang Pemimpi</em><em> by Andrea Hirata all data regarding speech acts in a novel study. While the steps in analyzing data are: (1) read data that has been </em><em>record</em><em>ed, (2) classify or record data for the purpose for researchers based on the novel </em><em>Sang Pemimpi</em><em> by Andrea Hirata, (3) interpreting or interpretation of data for the purpose of research is to analyze the novel Sang </em><em>Pemimpi</em><em> by Andrea Hirata, and (4) make the conclusion of the study. The results of this study stated that extrinsic elements contained in </em><em>Sang Pemimpi</em><em> novel by Andrea Hirata is the value of cultural education, where cultural rights set forth in the novel The Dreamer ie when they are a teenager then it started to work for money. Social educational value, namely the attitude of helping each other like Arai and Mak Cik, and as pastor and Jimbron. the value of religious education that is visible on the pastor and Jimbron, although Jimbron raised by a pastor, but the pastor did not impose his religion on Jimbron. moral and political education value seen in a leader who has no morals and honesty.</em></p><p> </p><p><em>            Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh analisis unsur ekstrinsik novel Sang Pemimpi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai sosial, nilai budaya, nilai politik, nilai moral, dan nilai religius dalam novel Sang Pemimpi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. </em><em>Data dalampenelitian iniadalah bentuk nilai sosial,  nilai budaya, nilai realigi dan moral dalam novel Sang Pemimpi karya Andrea Hirata. Sumber datanya adalah novelSang Pemimpi karya Andrea Hirata.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) membaca dan memahami Novel Sang Pemimpi karya Andrea Hirata</em><em>, dan (2) </em><em>memberi pengkodean dengan menggarisbawahi kalimat-kalimat yang mengandung nilai sosial, nilai budaya, dan nilai politik dalam Mencatat Novel Sang Pemimpi karya Andrea Hirata  semua data mengenai tindak tutur dalam novel yang diteliti. Sedangkan langkah-langkah dalam menganalisis datanya adalah: (1) membaca data yang sudah dicatat, (2) mengklasifikasikan atau mencatat data sesuai tujuan peneliti berdasarkan novel Sang Pemimpi karya Andrea Hirata, (3) menginterprestasikan atau penafsiran data dengan tujuan penelitian yaitu menganalisis novel Sang Pemimpi karya Andrea Hirata, dan (4) membuat simpulan penelitian.</em><em>Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa unsur ekstrinsik yang dapat dalam novel Sang Pemimpi karya Andrea Hirata adalah nilai pendidikan budaya, di mana budaya yang tercantum dalam novel Sang Pemimpi yaitu apabila sudah beranjak remaja maka sudah mulai bekerja untuk mencari uang. nilai pendidikan sosial, yaitu adanya sikap saling tolong menolong seperti Arai dan Mak Cik, dan seperti pendeta dan Jimbron. nilai pendidikan religius yaitu terlihat pada pendeta dan Jimbron, walaupun Jimbron diasuh oleh seorang Pendeta, tetapi pendeta tersebut tidak memaksakan agamanya pada Jimbron. nilai pendidikan moral dan politik terlihat pada seorang pemimpin yang tidak mempunyai moral dan kejujuran.</em></p>

This research aims to know the intrinsic and extrinsic elements of the panji story contained in the script Panji Kuda Narawangsa which is translated by Moelyono Sastronaryatmo and R. Aj. Indri Nitrani and its implications for literature learning in high school. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with content analysis technique. The focus of this research is the element of the banner story in the script Panji Kuda Narawangsa. The conclusions of this study are: (1) the most dominant theme in this story is the theme of romance, the other themes are the theme of incarnation and war, (2) there are main figures, supporting figures, and supporting figures, (3) setting of place and time dominated the story, (4) extrinsic elements of the panji story are religious values, cultural values, social values, and moral values. Keywords: Panji Kuda Narawangsa, story elements, hermeneutics   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui unsur intrinsik dan ekstrinsik cerita Panji yang terdapat dalam naskah Panji Kuda Narawangsa yang dialihbahasakan oleh Moelyono Sastronaryatmo dan R. Aj. Indri Nitrani dan implikasinya terhadap pembelajaran sastra di SMA. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis isi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu: (1) tema yang paling dominan dalam cerita Panji ini adalah tema percintaan, tema-tema yang lain adalah tema penjelmaan dan peperangan, (2) terdapat tokoh utama, tokoh pembantu, dan tokoh pendukung, (3) latar tempat dan latar waktu mendominasi cerita ini, (4) unsur ekstrinsik cerita panji berupa nilai agama, nilai budaya, nilai sosial, dan nilai moral. This study background of the desire of researchers to discover its existence is sometimes seen as a form of resistance. Moreover, by the patriarchal sees women are in position underneath or as a hearty and panoramic views of the sheerThe purpose of this study is to describe and explain: (1) the existence of women contained in the Novel of Love at the End Sajadah KaryaAsma Nadia .; (2) The basic thoughts of feminism; and (3) the value of education in the description of feminism and educational value. Data that has been analyzed by interactive analysis model analysis techniques with three grooves activities (1) data reduction, (2) presentation of data, and (3) conclusion or verification. The results of this study as follows: (1) the existence of women contained in the novel Love at the End of mat work is Asma Nadia; (2) The basic thoughts of feminism, including: independence of women and feminism social character in the novel; and (4) the value of education in the novel Love at the End of mat work is Asma Nadia among others: religious values, moral values, social values, and cultural values.

Many folklores have same motives, but different in development adjust to the community that support the story. Differences in the development of the story in folklore shows the influences of local cultures to the storyteller. The differences cause various versions of folklore. It is also seen in folklore Mahligai Keloyang from Indragiri Hulu Regency and Koba Malin Deman from Rokan Hulu Regency. Therefore, this study aimed to find the similarities and the differences of the two folklores. The analysis of the similarities and differences of The legend Mahligai Keloyang and Koba Malin Deman applied dynamic structuralism theory, the theory which does not only emphasizes the intrinsic elements, but also pay attention to extrinsic elements in literature. Due to the fact that the study was also intended to compare two folklores, the research method used is descriptive comparative method. Based on the analysis of the structure of the story, it is found that there are similarities and differences in the stories Mahligai Keloyang and Koba Malin Deman which includes elements of the theme, the characters, the settings, and the plots. Based on the analysis of the cultural values in the folklores, some similarities and differences of religious values, moral values, and social values are found.AbstrakBanyak cerita rakyat yang mempunyai motif yang sama, tetapi berbeda pengembangannya disesuaikan dengan masyarakat pendukung cerita tersebut. Perbedaan pengembangan cerita dalam cerita rakyat memperlihatkan adanya pengaruh budaya lokal kepada si pencerita. Perbedaan itulah yang menimbulkan berbagai versi cerita rakyat. Hal ini juga terlihat dalam cerita rakyat “Mahligai Keloyang” dari Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu dan “Koba Malin Deman” dari Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan persamaan dan perbedaan kedua cerita rakyat tersebut. Analisis terhadap persamaan dan perbedaan cerita legenda “Mahligai Keloyang” dan “Koba Malin Deman” dilakukan dengan menggunakan teori strukturalisme dinamik, yaitu teori yang tidak hanya menekankan pada unsur-unsur intrinsik, tetapi juga memerhatikan unsur ekstrinsik dalam karya sastra. Karena penelitian ini juga bermaksud membandingkan dua cerita rakyat, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif komparatif. Berdasarkan analisis struktur cerita didapati bahwa persamaan dan perbedaan yang terdapat dalam cerita “Mahligai Keloyang” dan “Koba Malin Deman” meliputi unsur tema, tokoh, latar, dan alur. Mealui analisis nilai budaya pada kedua cerita rakyat tersebut diperoleh persamaan dan perbedaan tentang nilai agama, nilai moral, dan nilai sosial.

The purpose of this study was to describe the author's social context and socio-cultural elements in the novel About You by Tere Liye. This research was a qualitative research with sociology of literature approach. This research was to describe author's social context and socio-cultural elements in the novel About You by Tere Liye. The results of the discussion in this study were obtained story fact that related to their social values namely violence, starting a business, product marketing, malaria events (January 15 disasters), friendship, and betrayal. While the social values contained in the novel About You by Tere Liye included: patience, obedience, forgiveness, helping others, caring for others, working hard, loyalty, mutual trust between friends, help between friends, and honestly. The results of this study conclude: (1) author's social context of the novel About You by Tere Liye work consists of the theme and facts of theory, and (2) socio-cultural elements of the novel About You the moral values contained in Tere Liye's novel About You are: (a) human relationships with self that include fear, death, longing and revenge, (b) human relationships with humans.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini berujudul Hegemoni Kekuasaan Dalam Novel Hujan Karya Tere Liye dan Relevansinya Dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mndeskripsikan formasi ideologi, bentuk hegemoni kekuasaan, dan relevansi penelitian dengan pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMA. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah novel Hujan karya Tere Liye. Data penelitian berupa kata, frasa, atau kalimat yang memuat formasi ideologi dan bentuk hegemoni dalam novel Hujan karya Tere Liye, serta relevansinya dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMA. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan baca dan catat. Teknik analisis data menggunakan content analysis. Validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan validitas semantik dan intrarater. Hasil penelitian ini antara lain: 1) Pertama, Formasi ideologi dalam novel Hujan karya Tere Liye. Formasi ideologi yang ditemukan dalam novel Hujan karya Tere Liye yaitu otoritarisme, feodalisme, kapitalisme, liberalisme, sosialisme, serta vandalisme. Otoritarisme merupakan formasi ideologi yang paling banyak muncul dalam novel. 2) Kedua, bentuk hegemoni kekuasaan terjadi dalam masyarakat sipil dan masyarakat politik. 3) Ketiga, Relevansi penelitian dengan pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMA. Penelitian ini relevan dengan KD. 3.8 Mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai kehidupan yang terkandung dalam kumpulan cerpen yang dibaca. Melalui novel Hujan karya Tere Liye, siswa dapat mengapresiasi karya sastra sehingga menambah pengalaman, pengetahuan, dan wawasan yang dapat digunakan sebagai media untuk membentuk kepribadian diri. Kata kunci: formasi ideologi, hegemoni, relevansi pembelajaran, novel Abstract: This research entitle “The Hegemony of Power in Novel Hujan by Tere Liye and Its Relevance in Indonesia learning at High School” has aims to describe the ideology formation, term of hegemony power, and the research relevance with Indonesia learning at high school. This research is a qualitative descriptive with data source is Npvel Hujan by Tere Liye. Research data are words, phrases pr sentences which has ideology formation and hegemony term and also the relevance with Indonesia learning at high school. Read and write were used to collect the data. Content analysis was used to analyze the data. Semantics and intrarater were used to test the validity and reliability. The reserach findings were : 1) the ideology formations were authoritarian, feudalism, capitalism, liberalism, socialism, and vandalism. Authoritarian was dominant in the novel, 2) the term of hegemony happened both in civil society and political society, 3) the relevance of this research with Indonesia learning at high school. This research was relevant with basic competence 3.8 (identify the life values in a short story. Novel hujan brught student to appreciate the literatures to enrich their experience, knowledge and insight to create the personality.  Keywords : Ideology formation, hegemony, learning relevance, novel.

<p><em>The objectives of research were (1) to find out the forms of modelling in Personality Competency of Civic Education teacher in SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban, and (2) to find out the implication of Civic Education teacher’s modelling to creating the students’ discipline character in SMP Negeri 1 Mojolaban. This research employed a qualitative research approach, with descriptive qualitative research type. Data source derived from informant, place, event, and document. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling one. Techniques of collecting data used were interview, observation, and document analysis. Data validation was carried out using data and method triangulations. Data analysis was conducted using an interactive model of analysis.  Considering the result of research, the following conclusions could be drawn. (1) The forms of role model in personality competency of Civic Education teacher were as follows: The personality of a disciplined teacher, democratic, patient, tolerant, broad-insight teacher personalities. (2) The implication of Civic Education teachers to the creation of students’ discipline character was as follows: the students could receive and imitate one of Civic Education teachers’  modelling, indicated with their coming early to classroom when the lesson began, students completing school attribute and uniform, students attending the lesson in the classroom and no truancy, students always attending flag ceremony, and maintaining the cleanliness at school. However, role model is the most decisive factor in creating the students’ discipline; it could be seen from the students showing the discipline character only in the classroom Civic Education teachers class VII while the other teacher’s class had not shown the discipline character yet.   </em></p><p><em> </em></p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong><em> Personality Competency, Civic Education, Modelling, Discipline                                      Chara</em>

Moral Value is a value that affects individual and social behavior in behaving. The current study aimedto find the categories of moral values that John Green tries to convey in The Fault in Our Stars noveland to interpret its meaning by using the theory of Universal Moral Values by Kinnier et. al with fourmajor moral values. To be able to understand moral values in the story without misinterpretation andthe lessons can be applied in real life. This study used the qualitative method because it focuses ondescribing and interpreting the moral values in descriptive. The primary source of data is taken fromthe novel The Fault in Our Stars in the form of narrations and the secondary data is from previousstudies in the form of statements that comes from the study findings. The results of the current studyshow that the categories of moral values found in the novel are (1) Commitment to something greaterthan oneself, (2) Self-respect, but with humility, self-discipline, and acceptance of personalresponsibility, and (3) Respect and caring for others, while the moral value that is not found is (4)Caring for other living things and environment which indicates that John Green inserted moral valuesin the novel more about the personal lives of the characters and the relationships between them, whichto civilize it, readers, to have the moral as an individual, being good to other people and to believe tosomething greater.

The purpose of this research is to find out; The value of Islamic education and traditional values contained in the Mandi Safardi procession, Jin City Village, Atinggola District, North Gorontalo Regency.The method used is a qualitative method, the data is obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were then analyzed using reduction, display, and verification techniques, while the validity of the data was obtained by using triangulation techniques with methods and sources.The results of this study indicate that the Safar Bathing Tradition is believed to have existed since their ancestors first occupied the Jin City Village area. The Safar Bathing tradition carried out by the Jin City Village community contains Islamic educational values, namely: Worship Values, Moral Values, Moral Values, and Aqidah Values, 4) The Safar Bathing Tradition is maintained and passed down from generation to generation by the Jin City Village community. can be seen as an expressive symbol of the Jin City Village community Inspired by constitutive (religious) symbols that have a corelative-integrative and dynamic relationshipSuggestions from this research include; The Mandi Safar tradition as an ancestral cultural heritage should continue to be preserved for future generations by not eliminating the local Indonesian religious and cultural values contained in it as a medium for introducing ancestral traditions that are full of moral and religious values without ignoring the shari'ah. Karya sastra memang tidak bisa dilepaskan begitu saja dari pengarang dan keadaan sosial yang melatarbelakangi penciptaanya serta segala gejolak kemasyarakatan yang ada seperti kekuasaan dan dominasi yang dirasa merugikan.  Dari tiga rumusan masalah penulis hanya akan memfokuskan pembahasan pada bentuk hegemoni yang dilakukan pemangku adat di Minangkabau. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sosiologi sastra dan teori hegemoni Antonio Gramsci. Sumber data adalah novel Tenggelamnya Kapal Van Der Wijck karya Hamka. Data diperoleh dengan teknik membaca dan mencatat. Hasil penelitian berupa jenis hegemoni yang disadari dan tidak disadari. Terdapat empat bentuk dari hegemoni yang disadari yaitu kekeraan, penindasan, paksaan dan perampasan, sedangkan bentuk dari hegemoni yang tidak disadari berupa provokasi. There is an inseparable bond between a literary work with the background experience of its writer, and the underlying socio-cultural circumstances behind its creation, as well as all the existing disadvantageous problems in society such as hegemony and dominance. Of the three research problems, the discussion in this article will focus solely on the form of hegemony practices done by the Elders in Minangkabau culture. In conducting this research, descriptive qualitative approach is used. Literary sociological approach using the theory of Hegemony by Antonio Gramsci is used as the research approach. The data are obtained by using reading and noting technique. The data source is the novel Tenggelamnya Kapal Van der Wijck by Hamka. As the result of the research, there are two type of hegemony practices found, the conscious and unconscious hegemony. The conscious hegemony take four forms, there are: violence, oppression, coercion and deprivation. Meanwhile the unconscious hegemony realized only in form of provocation.
