This study aims to improve social studies learning outcomes in grade V at SD Borong Jambu II Makassar by implementing the quantum teaching-learning model. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK), which is divided into two cycles with four stages, namely: planning, acting, observing, and reflecting repeatedly. The subjects of this study were students of grade V at SD Borong Jambu II Makassar, totaling 30 students. The instruments used to obtain data in this study consisted of tests, observation sheets, and questionnaires. This data analysis technique was carried out by analyzing learning outcome data, analyzing data from interviews, and analyzing field note data. The pre-action results were 33.33% who got a value of ≥75, then after learning using the quantum teaching model increased to 60% in cycle I increased to 30 students or all students earned a score of ≥75 in cycle II. It can be concluded that learning using the quantum teaching model by doing variations shows that the criteria for success in the study are fulfilled. This can be seen from the increase in grade V students in social studies score at SD Borong Jambu II of Makassar.

This study aims to determine the effect of learning models and parenting styles on social studies learning outcomes in grade V of elementary school. This study uses factorial design 2x2. The sample consisted of 56 students. The data analysis technique was the analysis of two-way variance (ANAVA) and continued with the Tuckey test at a significance level of α = 0.05. To test the normality of the data using the liliefors test and Homogeneity test using the barlett test. The results of this study indicate that 1) Social studies learning outcomes in the group of students who were taught using the Quantum Teaching model were higher than the Social Studies learning outcomes in the group of students who were taught using the Expository learning model. 2) Social studies learning outcomes of students who are cared for using a higher democratic pattern than students who are cared for using an authoritarian pattern. 3) There is an interaction effect between the learning model and parenting styles on student social studies learning outcomes. 4) Social studies learning outcomes of students who are cared for using democratic patterns and students who are taught using a higher Quantum Teaching model compared to students who are cared for using democratic patterns and students who are taught using the Expository learning model. 5) Social studies learning outcomes of students who are cared for using an authoritarian pattern and students who are taught using the Quantum Teaching model are lower compared to students who are cared for using an authoritarian pattern and students who are taught using the Expository learning model. 6) Social studies learning outcomes of students who are taught using the Quantum Teaching model on students raised using a democratic pattern higher than the social studies learning outcomes of students who are taught using the Quantum Teaching model and students who are cared for using an authoritarian pattern. 7) Social studies learning outcomes of students who were taught using the Espository learning model for students who were cared for using a democratic pattern was lower than the social studies learning outcomes of students who were taught using the Expository learning model and students who were cared for using authoritarian patterns.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran dan pola asuh orang tua terhadap hasil belajar IPS kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan Desain factorial 2 x 2. Sampel terdiri dari 56 siswa. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis varians dua jalur (ANAVA) dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Tuckey pada tingkat signifikansi α = 0.05. Untuk menguji normalitas data menggunakan uji liliefors dan uji Homogenitas menggunakan uji barlett. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Hasil belajar IPS pada kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan model Quantum Teaching lebih tinggi dibandingkan hasil belajar IPS pada kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran Ekspositori. 2) Hasil belajar IPS siswa yang diasuh menggunakan pola Demokratis lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang diasuh menggunakan pola Otoriter. 3) Terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan pola asuh orang tua terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa. 4) Hasil belajar IPS siswa yang diasuh menggunakan pola demokratis dan siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan model Quantum Teaching lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang diasuh menggunakan pola demokratis dan siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran Expositori. 5) Hasil belajar IPS siswa yang diasuh menggunakan pola otoriter dan siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan model Quantum Teaching lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan siswa yang diasuh menggunakan pola otoriter dan siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran Expositori. 6) Hasil belajar IPS siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan model Quantum Teachingpada siswa yang diasuh menggunakan pola demokratis lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan hasil belajar IPS siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan model Quantum Teaching dan siswa yang diasuh menggunakan pola otoriter. 7) Hasil belajar IPS siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran Eskpositori pada siswa yang diasuh menggunakan pola demokratis lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan hasil belajar IPS siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran Ekspositori dan siswa yang diasuh menggunakan pola otoriter. The background of this study is the low results of social studies class V SD Negeri 010 Silikuan Hulu Kecamatan Ukui. This is evidenced by of 26 students only 11 (41.67%), which reached KKM, to research the learning improvement by implementing cooperative learning model Jigsaw. This research is a class act who do as much as two cycles. The collection of data in research adalag with the testing techniques. The study states that the implementation of cooperative learning model jigsaw can improve learning outcomes IPS, it is seen from: the average student learning outcomes which increased 20.25% from the average value of the basic score is 69.58 into 83.67 at UH the first cycle, and the average value UH second cycle increased 31.50% from the average score of 69.58 into 91.50 basis. The percentage of classical completeness achievement has been as expected. Which, on the basis of completeness klasikalnya score is 41.67% with the category is not exhaustive and the UH first cycle increased to 87.50% with the category completely, then at UH second cycle increased to 91.67% with the category completely.

The research objective was to describe the improvement in social studies learning outcomes of grade V SD Inpres 12/79 Macope students after using the Think Pair Share type cooperative learning model. The approach used is a qualitative approach that is descriptive, this type of research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. The focus of research is the social studies learning outcomes of grade V students and the Think Pair Share type of cooperative learning model. The research setting was class V SD Inpres 12/79 Macope. The data analysis technique is descriptive analysis which is carried out by reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions, and verification. The results of data analysis indicate that learning using the Think Pair Share type of cooperative learning model can improve social studies results for fifth grade students of SD Inpres 12/79 Macope.

This study aims: (1) To find out the learning activities of Indonesian Language students in class V by applying the Snowball Throwing learning model. (2) To find out the improvement of Indonesian language learning outcomes of fifth-grade students of Kasongan Lama Elementary School-4 by asking the Snowball Throwing learning model. The type in this study used a variety of classroom action research (CAR). As for the subjects in this study were students of class V SDN-4 Kasongan Lama, amounting to 24 students. The instruments used in this study were observation sheets and test questions about learning outcomes in the form of essays. The data analysis technique used is qualitative and quantitative.

The background of this study was the low grade V social studies learning outcomes of SDN 161 Pekanbaru with an average of 65.83. Therefore this study aims to improve social studies learning outcomes in class V. Research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects in this study were class V.C as many as 30 students consisting of 12 men and 18 women. The results showed that classical completeness in the first cycle was 63.33% which increased in the second cycle by 86.66%. Teacher activities increased at each meeting, namely 70.83%, 79.16%, 83.33%, and 87.5%. Likewise, student activity experienced an increase in each of which was 58.33%, 66.66%, 79.16%, and 87.5%. The average basic score to the first cycle increased by 12.65% and the base score to the second cycle increases by 33.16%. Based on the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the application of the cooperative learning model of the type of student facilitator and explaining can improve the learning outcomes of Social Sciences class V at SDN 161 Pekanbaru.

<pre><em>The problem in this research is how the application of discovery learning model assisted by audio-visual media can improve understanding of social studies concepts in elementary school students? Purpose To determine the application of discovery learning model assisted by audio-visual media can improve understanding of social studies concepts in elementary school students. The object of this research is the fourth grade students of SD UMP. The data collection technique is carried out systematically with standard procedures, namely, learning outcome data is taken through tests at the end of each cycle and observation of student participation. The data were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative analysis of the formative test results. Then, the results of the calculations were consulted with the success criteria, to determine whether they were complete or not. Based on the results of the evaluation test from the first and second cycles, an increase in learning completeness was obtained. In the first cycle achieving learning outcomes with completeness 68%. In the second cycle the completeness of learning outcomes was 82%. Based on the findings and the results obtained in the study, it can be concluded that, through the discovery learning model assisted by audio-visual media, it can improve understanding of the social studies concept in elementary school students, but it still needs to be improved in cycle III.</em><em></em></pre>

The low value of students caused by wrong way teachers teach. Students tend to get bored inthe following subjects in school, because teachers who dominated the peroses learning. Thisresulted in students feel compelled to follow the lessons. This study aims to improve studentlearning outcomes in social studies class V SDN 007 Purnama Kota Dumai. Starting onJanuary 4 until January 12, 2012. The research was conducted on students of class V,totaling 26 people, 15 men, 11 women. This study consisted of two cycles, each cycleconsisting of two meetings. To find out the data of student learning outcomes in learningimplementation using throwing snowball method is to use a written test. As for knowing theactivities of teachers and students are using the observation sheet. The results of thediscussion stated that the activity of students in the first cycle of meeting I just 45.1% lesscategory, while the second meeting of the first cycle of student activity reached 59.2% are stillin the category of less, the first meeting of the second cycle increased to 68.7% still includethe category lacking in cycle II meeting II student activity rose to 86.9 good category. Andlearning outcomes in the first cycle of the first meeting in 1280 with an average of 50 includethe category less, learning outcomes in the first cycle II reached the number of meetings in1850 with an average value of 71.15 include the category enough. In the second cycle ofmeeting the learning outcomes of 2095 amounted to an average of 80.3 including goodcategory. In the second cycle II meeting in 2116 rose an average value of 81.38 bothcategories thus be seen that by throwing a snowball learning model can improve studentlearning outcomes in social studies learning class V SDN 007 Purnama Kota Dumai.

The background of this research is the classical teaching-learning process that will face heterogeneous problems with students' abilities. Where the lack of creativity of a physical education teacher in packaging physical education learning materials is considered to be the cause, so many students do not complete KKM grades. The research objective to be achieved is to find out the application of the modification of wall media tools to improve learning outcomes of table tennis basic movements in class V of SDN 115 / II Bedaro. The study used a Class Action Research design which was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The subjects of this study were Class V students of Bedaro 115 / II Elementary School, totaling 22 students. Table tennis learning outcome data obtained through performance tests, observation sheets are used to collect data on student activities in following the table tennis learning process with wall media modification methods. The results of this study were obtained based on an assessment of three aspects, namely psychomotor, affective, and cognitive. Table tennis learning through wall media can improve the learning outcomes of students in class V of Bedaro 115 / II Elementary School. This can be seen from the increase in learning outcomes from pre cycle, cycle I to cycle II. In the pre cycle which is 68.2%, cycle I is 71.8%, and cycle II is 83.3%. From the number of complete categories the number of students who completed was increased from 7 to 20 students in the second cycle, meaning that there was an increase in students in the complete category by 20.7% of the total number of students 22 of which 20 were declared complete. For physical education teachers in Elementary Schools can apply table tennis learning to the material using the modification tools of the wall media in Physical Education lessons.

This study aims to improve social studies learning outcomes through a cooperative script learning model in grade VI SD Inpres Tumpu Jaya I. This research method uses classroom action research with a spiral model from Kemmis and Mc Taggart using 2 cycles. The subjects of this study were 22 students of grade VI SD Inpres Tumpu Jaya I. The research instrument used item items and observation sheets. The data analysis technique used is descriptive comparative. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in student social studies learning outcomes after using the cooperative script learning model. This is based on the comparison of the average score, namely 70.62: 79.19: 87.48 which means that there is an increase from pre-cycle to cycle II. Classical learning completeness in the conditions of pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II, namely 50%: 77.27%: 100%. While the comparison of the minimum score in the pre-cycle conditions, cycle I and cycle II is 50: 65: 76, and the comparison of the maximum score in the pre-cycle conditions, cycle I and cycle II is 82: 90: 100. From the results of this study it can encourage class VI teachers. SD Inpres Tumpu Jaya I should be inspired to apply the cooperative script learning model in social studies learning because it has been proven to improve student social studies learning outcomes.

This research is motivated by the fact that is found in the class V Elementary School 24 Pekanbaru, which shows the results of learning science is still relatively low. Formulation the problem in this research is: "Does the application of Quantum Teaching Learning model can improve learning outcomes fifth grade science students of SD Negeri 24 Pekanbaru?". This research aims to improve learning outcomes fifth grade science students of SD Negeri 24 Pekanbaru with application of learning models Quantum Teaching. While the benefits of this research is to change students' views on learning science that uses methods of lecture and rote learning into a creative, innovative, and fun. The hypothesis of this study is that if applied learning model Quantum Teaching it can improve learning outcomes fifth grade science students of SD Negeri 24 Pekanbaru. This study was conducted in SD Negeri 24 Pekanbaru in March 2015 and April 2015. This form of research is classroom action research (PTK) are planned as much as two cycles. The subjects were students of class V Elementary School 24 Pekanbaru academic year 2014/2015 which amounted to 26 people consisting of 14 men and 12 women. Based on the results of research and discussion in mind the observation of teacher activity sheet seen rising each meeting. At the first meeting of the first cycle of 66.24%, the second meeting rose 8.8% to 245%. While in the first meeting of the second cycle of 83.3%, then at the second meeting increased 12.5% to 95.8%. Student activity observation sheet also increased at every meeting. At the first meeting of the first cycle of 62.5%, the second meeting increased 8.3% to 240.8%. While in the first meeting of the second cycle 249.2%, then at the second meeting increased 12.5% to 91.24%. Mastery learning outcomes to repeat the first cycle increased 19.23% from the base score of 42.31% to 61.54%. In the second cycle increased by 26.92% to 88.46%. With the increasing number of students who pass the study in the classical style, then the learning outcomes of students also increased. It can be seen from the average value in the base score 65.38 UH then the first cycle to 69.08 with an increase of 5.66%. Whereas the second cycle of the average value of UH becomes 85.54 with an increase of 23.83%. So that research results are consistent with the hypothesis.Keywords: quantum learning model of teaching , learning outcomes
