IT savvy customer is more empowered and left with many options of making payments, through his ATM and debit cards, credit cards, RTGS, NEFT transfer, ECS, or mobile payments. However, change in technological aspect is rapid and is evolving constantly and therefore what lies ahead in future cannot be predicted with conformity. The following objectives are focused in the study: i. To study the customers perception towards technological banking, ii. To find out the problems faced by the customers while availing technological banking iii. To analyse the relationship between types of bank with problems faced by the customers while availing technological banking. Primary Data was collected by using questionnaire under simple random sampling method. 600 samples were selected from various Public Sector Banks like State Bank of India, Indian Bank and Indian Overseas Bank and Private sector banks like ICICI, HDFC, Karur Vysya Bank in Tirunelveli district. In this paper, the major findings on challenges faced by the customers while availing technological banking and suggestions based on the findings are discussed.

AbstractThis study aimed to analyze the effect of sanctions and severity of sanctions against deviant behavior of employees, while also analyzing the role of self-efficacy variable as a mediator in effect between sanctions and the severity of sanctions against deviant behavior. The study was conducted at PT. PLN (Persero) Aceh, the unit of analysis is the company's employees. These samples included 117 employees, defined by the formula Slovin. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to members of the sample were selected by simple random sampling method. Data were analyzed using Hierarchical Linear Modeling (Baron & Kenny, 1986). The results showed the effect of sanctions and the severity of sanctions against deviant behavior of employees at PT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh sanksi dan beratnya sanksi terhadap perilaku menyimpang karyawan pada PT. As an economic entity a bank has an important role in the  country’s growth and development. The bank itself depend on their customers, a loyal and old customer . The loyal customers is an asset, so that this research is to find out the relationship berween customer trust and corporate image bya asking 100 customers. The sample was picked by using Simple Random Sampling method of Probability Sampling research technique. This study uses Product Moment analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 24 software for analyzing the primary data. The results of this study show that : 1) Corporate Image has positive and significant effects to Customer Loyality, 2) Customer Trust has positive and significant effect to Customer Loyality, 3) Corporate Image and Customer Trust simultaneously have positively effects to Customers Loyality. It is suggested to further expands the scope of this research to other institutions or business. Customer loyality is not only gained by Corporate Image and Customer Trust, but also the bank has to maintain good service for the existing customers. So the customers will be satisfied and loyal.

TVS motor company is a multinational motorcycle company is the third-largest motorcycle company in India. In today’s competitive world, market research player, a vital role to aid the company in understanding the customer expectation from the company. Customer satisfaction is an important component of a company’s relationship with their customers it is effectively utilizing marketing and sales resources has been a top priority for many organizations. In this study, an attempt has been made to analyze the satisfaction level of the customer towards TVS two-wheeler in Madurai city; a sample of 45 respondents has been selected using a simple random sampling method questionnaire has been used to collect primary data from the respondents. SPSS software is used to analyze the data statistics.

This study aims to analyze factors that affect the productivity of oil palm plantations in Jambi Province. This research was conducted in sentra palm oil production in Merangin Regency with the research locus of South Veil Subdistrict selected purposive. The data used consists of Primary Data that includes social factors, economic factors, behavior of the use of production inputs and productivity of oil palm plantations.. The sample size is 80 farmers. Sample withdrawal by Simple Random Sampling method Restoration of structural models factors that affect the productivity of oil palm plantations is used sem Partial Least Squaremodel. The results showed that social factors, economic factors and institutional access factors were in the moderate category. The productivity of oil palm plantations is relatively low. Manifest social factors, which have a very real effect is the age of farmers. Manifest market access and product prices have a very real effect on economic factors. Manifest access to fertilizer procurement and fertilizer prices has a very real effect on the behavior of the use of production inputs and moderation variables that have a significant effect on the productivity of oil palm plantations. Policies that need to be done to improve. Is the strengthening of economic factors in the field of product prices and market access, and upay6a strengthening the behavior of farmers in the use of production inputs, especially fertilizers by providing subsidy incentives.

Prosocial behavior is any form of act or activity that is intended to help or give another person the benefit without expecting any reward. One of the factors that can contribute to prosocial behavior is empathy. This study was conducted to identify the relationship between empathy and university students’ prosocial behaviors at one of the schools of engineering. A total of 94 fourth-year engineering students were selected by employing a simple random sampling method in this study. The Interpersonal Reactivity Index (IRI), and the Prosocial Tendencies Measure (PTM) questionnaires were used to measure empathy and prosocial behavior. The study used descriptive statistical analysis through scores, mean and frequency to measure the level of empathy and prosocial behavior, while inferential statistics used t-test to measure differences in prosocial behavior by gender, and Pearson's correlation to identify the relationship between empathy and prosocial behavior. The findings of the study show that the levels of empathy and prosocial behavior of the respondents are moderate. There was no significant difference of prosocial behavior based on gender. Correlation analysis revealed that there was a relationship between empathy and prosocial behavior. All the dimensions of empathy which are “fantasy”, “perspective-taking”, “empathic concern” and “personal distress” have significant positive relationships with prosocial behavior.

The objective of this research is to analyze the income of rice farming based on the revenue sharing system in Wolaang Village, East Langowan sub-district, Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted for 3 month, starting from January to March 2019. The Samples of farmers is using simple random sampling method (simple random). Data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from direct interviews with 30 farmer. While secondary data obtained from BP3K East Langowan sub-district and BPS Minahasa Regency, books available at local bookstores and the internet such as google searching to access articles from various scientific journals and thesis from other universities related to the topic of this research, especially income analyze. The results showed that the income received by landowners was Rp.13,462,500 while the income received by smallholders was smaller than that of landowners, namely Rp.9,940,865.*jnkd+eprm*

The purpose of this study is to find the motivational factors and travelling patterns of young tourists at home and abroad. Leisure activity and vacations aren’t considered as luxury anymore. In their busy life Vacation is one of the core elements of mental support system. Despite an increasing interest in the market size of young travelers, economic potential and their desire to travel, relatively little is known about their travel motivation, expectation and intention. Therefore, this study aims to provide insights of young Bangladeshi travelers’ lifestyles and travel intentions. This study mainly focuses on the behavioral and motivational aspects of the tourists when they choose a vacation and in a vacation. The survey questionnaire is divided into three sectors; first part focuses on the demographic characteristics of the respondents, second part focuses on the motivational and behavioral aspects of young tourists; third part describes the travel motivation and behavior of outbound tourists. The sample of 200 young tourists has been selected based on Simple Random Sampling method to collect data. The survey data are being analyzed in a descriptive manner. SPSS 20.0 software has been used to analyze the primary data. This study used frequency analysis, table and chart to analysis data. The study suggests that the way of leisure spending have been altering over the period of time. The vibrant young travelers of Bangladesh are bringing their constructive influence in this business for the last decade with their ever changing test and demand being constantly updated with worldwide trend.

The study examined the relationship between organizational culture and employee efficiency among commercial banks in Nigeria. Primary data was gathered by means of a self administered questionnaire. to select 223 respondents using simple random sampling technique, and out of which 218 were retrieved. the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSSS) was adopted to analyze collected data. The findings revealed that organizational processes and structures were significant predictors of employee efficiency. As a result, the staff’s familiarity with the organizational processes and structure, their efficiency levels. Arising from these findings, it is recommended that all bank employees should become familiar with and committed to the corporate culture. Appropriate incentives should be offered to employees. These should not be restricted to monetary rewards, but should include recognition of their performance and present opportunities to achieve individual goals and aspirations. Finally, both managers and employees should receive training to enhance efficiency.

This study aims to investigate the effect of job crafting practices on job outcomes (work engagement and job satisfaction). This research was conducted on workers at Perseroan Terbatas (PT). Petra Arun Gas (PAG) with a working population of 180 people. Samples were taken as many as 123 people based on Krejcie and Morgan Sample Tables (in Sekaran & Bougie, 2009, pp. 254-255). The selection of sample members was carried out using the simple random sampling method. Primary data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to all samples. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis tools with the help of SPSS. The results of the research data analysis show that job crafting has a significant effect on the two dependent constructs, namely work engagement and job satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the reproductive potential of the lakor goat in Lakor Disctrict, Southwest Maluku Regency. This research was conducted from July to August 2020 in three sample villages, namely Letoda, Sera, and Yamluli Villages. The methoud used in this study was a survey of 30 respondents of Lakor goat breeders who were determined by the simple random sampling method (simple random). The data source used in this study is primary data. The data was collected by means of observation and direct interview using a questionnaire. The results showed that the reproductive potential of the Lakor goat in the three sample villages categorized as good according to the amount of litter obtained from the type of twin birth which is quite high and the ability to give birth.
