AbstractThis study aimed to analyze the effect of sanctions and severity of sanctions against deviant behavior of employees, while also analyzing the role of self-efficacy variable as a mediator in effect between sanctions and the severity of sanctions against deviant behavior. The study was conducted at PT. PLN (Persero) Aceh, the unit of analysis is the company's employees. These samples included 117 employees, defined by the formula Slovin. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to members of the sample were selected by simple random sampling method. Data were analyzed using Hierarchical Linear Modeling (Baron & Kenny, 1986). The results showed the effect of sanctions and the severity of sanctions against deviant behavior of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Aceh, while also found the role of self-efficacy variable as a mediator in the relationship that effect.Keywords: Sanction, deviant behavior, self-efficacyAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sanksi dan beratnya sanksi terhadap perilaku menyimpang karyawan, selain itu juga menganalisis peranan variabel self-efficacy sebagai mediator dalam pengaruh antara sanksi dan beratnya sanksi terhadap perilaku menyimpang. Penelitian dilakukan pada perusahaan PT. PLN (Persero) Aceh, dengan unit analisis adalah karyawan perusahaan tersebut. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 117 orang karyawan yang ditetapkan berdasarkan formula Slovin. Data primer diperoleh melalui pendistribusian kuisioner kepada anggota sampel yang dipilih dengan metode simple random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Hierarchical Linear Modeling (Baron & Kenny, 1986). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh sanksi dan beratnya sanksi terhadap perilaku menyimpang karyawan pada PT. PLN (Persero) Aceh, selain itu juga ditemukan adanya peranan variabel self-efficacy sebagai mediator dalam hubungan pengaruh tersebut.Kata Kunci: Pemberian sanksi, perilaku menyimpang, keyakinan diri, PLN

As an economic entity a bank has an important role in the  country’s growth and development. The bank itself depend on their customers, a loyal and old customer . The loyal customers is an asset, so that this research is to find out the relationship berween customer trust and corporate image bya asking 100 customers. The sample was picked by using Simple Random Sampling method of Probability Sampling research technique. This study uses Product Moment analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 24 software for analyzing the primary data. The results of this study show that : 1) Corporate Image has positive and significant effects to Customer Loyality, 2) Customer Trust has positive and significant effect to Customer Loyality, 3) Corporate Image and Customer Trust simultaneously have positively effects to Customers Loyality. It is suggested to further expands the scope of this research to other institutions or business. Customer loyality is not only gained by Corporate Image and Customer Trust, but also the bank has to maintain good service for the existing customers. So the customers will be satisfied and loyal.

Peran kepemimpinan kepala ruangan memiliki fungsi penting yang dapat berpengaruh pada self-efficacy perawat, self-efficacy merupakan kemampuan perawat dalam pelaksanaan tugas khususnya patient safety sehingga dapat menghasilkan layanan keperawatan yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi hubungan peran kepala ruangan dengan self-efficacy perawat dalam pencegahan pasien jatuh. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analitik korelatif cross-sectional dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 81 orang dari 101 populasi perawat pelaksana yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Kuesioner yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner Peran Kepala Ruangan dan Scales For Assessing Self-Efficacy Of Nurse For Preventing Falls. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dengan arah korelasi positif dan kekuatan hubungan sedang antara peran kepala ruangan dengan self-efficacy perawat pelaksana (p-value<0,001, r=0,554). Hubungan korelasi positif artinya jika peran kepala ruangan baik maka, nilai self-efficacy perawat pelaksana dalam melakukan pencegahan pasien jatuh juga akan baik, begitu sebaliknya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk kepala ruangan agar dapat memotivasi perawat pelaksana guna meningkatkan self-efficacy perawat dalam mencegah pasien jatuh sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas mutu pelayanan keperawatan. Kata kunci: Peran kepala ruangan, pencegahan pasien jatuh, self-efficacy perawat THE RELATIONSHIP OF THE HEAD OF NURSE’ ROLES WITH NURSE’ SELF-EFFICACY IN PREVENTING PATIENTS FROM FALLS ABSTRACTThe head nurse’ leadership roles had an important function that could influence the nurses' self-efficacy; self-efficacy is the ability of nurses in carrying out specific task, especially patient safety in purposed producing good nursing actions. Thisa study aims to identify the relationship of the head of nurse’ roles with nurse’ self-efficacy in preventing patients from falls. This study aused a cross-sectionaloi correlative analytic designs with total sample consists of 81 people from 101 associate nurse population selected by simple random sampling technique. The questionnaire used was the role of head of nurses’ questionnaire and Scales for Assessing Self-Efficacy of Nurses for Preventing Falls. The results of this study indicated that there is a significanty relationshipo with positive correlation direction and moderate relationship strength between the role of the head nurse and the nurses' self-efficacy. (p-value = 0.001, r = 0.554). The positive relationship correlation means that if the role of the head of the nurse is good, then the value of the associate nurse's self-efficacy in preventing patients from falls will also be good, and vice versa. This research conducted for the head of the nurses in order to motivate associate nurses to improve nurses' self-efficacy in preventing patients from falls in purposed they could improve the quality of nursing services. Keywords: Associate nurse's self-efficacy, head of nurse roles, patients fall prevention

Prior studies have identified that enhancing a city’s walkability could be helpful in revitalizing an old, decayed or blighted downtown. While the benefits of walking are obvious and have been widely explored especially in terms of health and environment, this paper explores the potential of Machinoeki as a push factor in changing the mindset of a community about walking. A pilot survey was conducted to understand the interests of people in selecting their mode of transport and to communicate with the willingness of respondents to change their attitude by introducing facilities that can promote walking needs. To gather a collection of respondents and further to illustrate the role of Machinoeki, a simple random sampling method was used. The paper concludes that while Machinoeki has the right facilities to encourage walking, more research is needed to demonstrate the link between facilities with the community's preference for walking in town. In this analysis, however, we found that the Machinoeki components have the potential to be a push factor with respect to the positive responses of 72 percent of respondents to Machinoeki's ability to encourage walking. This study aimed to know the role of agricultural extension in the development of tomato cultivation, the application level of tomato cultivation technology, and the relationship between the role of agricultural extension.  The sampling method in this study was stratified random sampling. The data were analyzed by using Rank Spearman. The results showed that the role of agricultural extension in the technology of tomato cultivation was very important position with an average score of 39.16, the level of application of tomato cultivation technology was in a high position with an average score of 45.47, there is a close relationship between the role of agricultural extension with the application level of tomato cultivation technology.

ANALYSIS OF FARMERS' PERCEPTIONS TOWARD THE ROLE OF COUNSELING IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF PIG FARMING ON AGRIBUSINESS IN GIWAN VILLAGE, TIOM DISTRICT, LANNY JAYA REGENCY. The objective of this study was to determine farmer’s perceptons toward the role of agricultural extension agents in the development of pig livestock agribusiness for breeder’s in Giwan Village, Tiom District, Lanny Jaya Regency. This study used a survey method. Sample of group breeder wasdetermined by purposive sampling and sample of breeders was selected by simple random sampling method. The results of the study showed that: (1) Most pig farmers in Giwan village had good or high perceptions of extension workers in their roles as educators (80%), still have moderate as consultants (75%), as motivators (75%), and as organizers (80%) of farmers in providing counseling in Giwan village. The conclusion of this research was farmers in Giwan village have good perceptions of extension workers in their roles as educators, motivators, and as organizers of farmers in managing pigs' business.Keywords:  Agribusiness, Pig Farm, Extension, Giwan.

The objective of this research is to analyze the income of rice farming based on the revenue sharing system in Wolaang Village, East Langowan sub-district, Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted for 3 month, starting from January to March 2019. The Samples of farmers is using simple random sampling method (simple random). Data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from direct interviews with 30 farmer. While secondary data obtained from BP3K East Langowan sub-district and BPS Minahasa Regency, books available at local bookstores and the internet such as google searching to access articles from various scientific journals and thesis from other universities related to the topic of this research, especially income analyze. The results showed that the income received by landowners was Rp.13,462,500 while the income received by smallholders was smaller than that of landowners, namely Rp.9,940,865.*jnkd+eprm*

This study aims to determine the reproductive potential of the lakor goat in Lakor Disctrict, Southwest Maluku Regency. This research was conducted from July to August 2020 in three sample villages, namely Letoda, Sera, and Yamluli Villages. The methoud used in this study was a survey of 30 respondents of Lakor goat breeders who were determined by the simple random sampling method (simple random). The data source used in this study is primary data. The data was collected by means of observation and direct interview using a questionnaire. The results showed that the reproductive potential of the Lakor goat in the three sample villages categorized as good according to the amount of litter obtained from the type of twin birth which is quite high and the ability to give birth.

The aims of study to identify and analyze the role of human resources (individual characteristics, quality, and employee competence) on the company's performance at Indonesia Trading Company of Medan Regional. This research using a quantitative approach with survey on the type of research. The sample was determined by simple random sampling method, 51 people. The data collection through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research results shows that simultaneously, the variable of individual characteristics, employee quality and employee competence have a positive and significantly effect to the performance at Indonesia Trading Company of Medan Regional. The determination coefficient value of 0.616 indicates that the influence of individual characteristics, employee quality and employee competence on the change of company performance at Indonesia Trading Company of Medan Regional is 61.6%. Partially, there are positive and significantly influence of employee quality and employee competence to company performance at Indonesia Trading Company of Medan Regional. While the variable of employee characteristic have a non significantly effect to company performance Indonesia Trading Company of Medan Regional.

The Role of Agricultural Extension Workers In Assisting Farmers Rice at Lalan Distric Musi Banyuasin Regency. This study aims to find out how the role of Agricultural Extension Workers In Assisting Farmers Rice at Lalan Distric Musi Banyuasin Regency. Research has been conducted in the of BP3K Karang Agung Tengah Lalan Distric Musi Banyuasin Regency June-August, 2016. The method used in this study is a survey method, sampling method used in this study is simple random sampling, data collection methods used in this research were interviews and observations of agricultural extension field and farmers instance guided by questions (quisoner ) which has been prepared. The results showed that the role of Agricultural Extension Workers in the BP3K Karang Agung Tengah is a consultant, facilitator, and educator resources to assist rice farmers groups in the of Lalan District Musi Banyuasin Regency.

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) play a large role in the economic development of each country. This can be seen from their contribution to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). In addition, the existence of impact on the development of several countries, especially small and developing countries. This study was conducted with the aim of exploring the influence of skills, knowledge and abilities on the performance of SMEs with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was SMEs domiciled in Dili, Timor-Leste and the sampling Method was simple random sampling technique. The data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 250 units of SMEs business owners and managers. The measurement scale Used was a Likert scale. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 23 with multiple regression analysis. The results of the F test (Simultaneous) analysis show that the skills (X1), knowledge (X2) and ability (X3) have positive and significant effects on SMEs’ performance (Y). While t test (Partial) results show skills is positive, but Do not significantly influence SMEs performance while knowledge and abilities show positive and significant effects on SMEs performance.
