Studies on alumni are of extreme relevance insofar as they enable a survey of information that can generate results relating to the planning, definition, and feedback of educational policies. The study sought to analyze the alumni of the technical course in Farming of the Instituto Federal Fluminense, Bom Jesus do Itabapoana campus, and their entry into the world of work. The campus is set in a rural area, where the Local Productive Arrangement is farming. It has to be considered that Law 11,892/2008, which established the Federal Institutes of Education, Science, and Technology, adopts as their purpose/characteristic and goals to provide professional and technological education at all levels and modalities, training and qualifying professionals, focusing on the local and regional socio-economic development; stimulate and support educational processes that lead to the generation of work and income and the emancipation of citizens from the perspective of local and regional socio-economic development. This study included the years 2012, 2014, and 2016. The research is of a quantitative-qualitative aspect due to the importance of complementation among the different methodologies for a better understanding of the subject of study by means of a questionnaire. A documentary and online survey was carried out in order to support and understand the subject addressed. Findings revealed that most alumni continue to study and that there is no significant number of technical alumni in farming working in the field, considering as an incentive the lack of investment in the region; however, the alumni are confident in a perspective of growth in the field.

Социально-экономическое развитие есть планомерная процедура совершенствования уровня жизни, качественных и количественных характеристик, потребляемых общественностью благ. Исходя из ситуации со здоровьем населения в регионе, выставляются соответствующие ориентиры. В разрезе региональной специфики закладываются и реализуются целевые программы, которые одновременно зависят от здоровья населения и направлены, собственно, на улучшение качества его здоровья. Согласно тематике настоящей статьи, ведущий фактор социально-экономического роста - здоровье населения, именно он будет оценен как катализатор искомого регионального развития. Socio-economic development is a systematic procedure for improving the standard of living, qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the goods consumed by the public. Based on the health situation of the population in the region, appropriate guidelines are set. In the context of regional specifics, targeted programs are being laid and implemented, which at the same time depend on the health of the population and are aimed, in fact, at improving the quality of its health. According to the subject of this article, the leading factor of socio-economic growth is the health of the population, it will be evaluated as a catalyst for the desired regional development.

Demographic crisis remains one of the main challenges to socio-economic development of Russia. The COVID–19 pandemic has aggravated preconditions for a possible recovery from depopulation. The present article substantiates the need to develop and approve the RF social doctrine upon completion of national projects in 2018–2024. The authors suggest their own approach to overcoming the socio-demographic crisis with regard to the long-term demographic dynamics in Russia. Various scenarios of the “post-coronavirus” future of both specific countries and the world as a whole are proposed.

The review examines the results of the December 2020 official census of the population of China, the most populous country in the world. It is noted that the Chinese government is seriously concerned about the low rate of population growth. The authorities fear that a slowdown in population growth and its aging while the size of the labour force is decreasing may seriously slow down economic growth. The opinions and statements of analysts on the prospects of the demographic situation in China in the context of its socio-economic development are presented.

ResumoAs Alterações Ambientais Globais têm se colocado como pauta de inúmeras políticas e condicionantes culturais, econômicas e sociais em diferentes países no Mundo, sendo refletidas nas perspectivas educacionais. Dessa forma, procura-se, com este trabalho, apontar um cenário de concepção e de prática sobre as alterações ambientais globais no escopo do ensino de Geografia na educação profissional e tecnológica. Nesse sentido, o objetivo da pesquisa se assentou em desvelar os seguintes aspectos: 1) mecanismos metodológicos para as aulas desenvolvidas; 2) eixos analíticos sobre as Alterações Ambientais Globais; 3) instrumentos utilizados; 4) referenciais teóricos; 6) papel do livro didático; 7) enfoques formativos dos docentes. Para isto, foi aplicado um questionário a docentes de uma instituição da rede federal de educação profissional e tecnológica no Brasil, denominada Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia. O questionário foi empregado para 11 docentes, apresentando interrogações sobre os itens acima enumerados. Obteve-se como resultado que há o predomínio de aulas expositivas e seminários, as análises sobre o tema ocorrem, majoritariamente, pelas mudanças climáticas e desmatamento, as aulas se baseiam em maior parte nos documentários e gráficos, há a prevalência de referenciais teóricos brasileiros, ocorre a constatação ampla de que os livros didáticos são deficitários e mais de 35% dos professores consideram que suas formações não possuem enfoque para o trabalho com as Alterações Ambientais Globais. AbstractGlobal Environmental Changes have been placed on the agenda of numerous policies, cultural, economic and social conditions in different countries in the world, being reflected in educational perspectives. Thus, this work seeks to point out a scenario of conception and practice on global environmental changes in the scope of teaching Geography in professional and technological education. In this sense, the objective of the research was based on unveiling the following aspects: 1) methodological mechanisms for the developed classes; 2) analytical axes on Global Environmental Changes; 3) instruments used; 4) theoretical references; 6) the textbook role; 7) teachers training approaches. For this, a questionnaire was applied to teachers of an institution of the federal network of professional and technological education in Brazil, called Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology. The questionnaire was answered by 11 teachers, asking questions about the items listed above. It was obtained as a result that there is a predominance of expository classes and seminars, the analyzes on the subject are mainly due to climate change and deforestation, the classes are mostly based on documentaries and graphics, there is a prevalence of Brazilian theoretical references, it occurs the widespread finding that textbooks are deficient and more than 35% of teachers consider that their training does not have a focus on working with Global Environmental Changes. The article analyzes the features of forecasting analysis of the socio-economic development of the RF subject (the Astrakhan region is taken as an example). The article describes the process of conducting analysis of coming data and forecasting; shows the stages of the process (forming a purpose of the study, collecting participating explanatory variables; accumulation of important statistical data; analyzing forecast figures using a certain predicting method; forming and visualizing analysis and prediction reports), requirements to baseline information and most common methods of socio-economic forecast. The existing relationship and interaction between the forecasting indicators should be taken to consideration in order to obtain well-coordinated and consistent data forecasts. On the basis of the analytical platform Deductor there has been developed the information-analytical system, its purpose is running of the script proposed by an analyst, and creating reports. The system calculates the forecasts, which are then combined into one data set. This method is based on information about the model, which allows selecting the optimal forecast with a minimum error.

The dissimilation of the social functions of commercial banks is a phenomenon that the function of commercial banks deviates from the economic development and the people's livelihood. Such phenomenon, which can be seen all over the world, impedes the socio-economic development and affects the well-being of the people to some degree. After investigating and analyzing the dissimilation of the social functions of Chinese commercial banks, it was found that their social functions play a significant role, and the booming development of these banks has made great contribution to the economic growth and improved people's livelihood in China. China should also have special experience in preventing and handling this dissimilation.
