AbstractEach organization has a distinct characteristic. This difference is the identity of the organization that is then called the organizational culture. Organizational culture refers to the unique relationship of norms, values, beliefs and behavioral ways that characterize how groups and individuals get things done. Cultural relationships with how to make a commitment to realizing the vision, winning the hearts of customers, winning competitors, and building the strength of the company. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of organizational culture towards employee performance and how much the percentage of organizational culture influences the employee's performance. This research uses a quantitative approach, done by collecting data of numbers. Data is then processed and analyzed to obtain scientific information. Data obtained by the survey results to 17 respondents as a data collection tool. The study used a survey method with simple linear regression data analysis techniques and Pearson's correlation to know the magnitude of the correlation between the X variables to the Y variables, as well as conducting hypotheses to figure out the magnitude of each variable's influence. Once analyzed using a correlation test there is a relationship between the influence of organizational culture to performance with a correlation value of 0.939. As well as an influence between independent variables (organizational cultures) on dependent variables (employee performance) of a simple linear regression test result obtained a significant value less than α (0.000 0.025). From the coefficient of determination of the obtained value of R2 0.883, from the value of coefficient of determination can be concluded that the employee's performance influenced by the organizational culture of 88.3%. AbstrakSetiap organisasi mempunyai ciri khas yang berbeda. Perbedaan inilah yang menjadi identitas bagi organisasi yang kemudian dinamakan budaya organisasi. Budaya organisasi mengacu pada hubungan yang unik dari norma-norma, nilai-nilai, kepercayaan dan cara berprilaku yang menjadi ciri bagaimana kelompok dan individu dalam menyelesaikan sesuatu. Budaya hubungan dengan bagaimana membuat komitmen untuk mewujudkan visi, memenangkan hati pelanggan, memenangkan pesaing, dan membangun kekuatan perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan seberapa besar presentase pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data yang berupa angka. Data kemudian diolah dan dianalisis untuk mendapatkan suatu informasi ilmiah. Data diperoleh hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada 17 responden sebagai alat pengumpul data. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan teknik analisis data regresi linear sederhana dan korelasi Pearson untuk mengetahui besarnya korelasi antara variabel X terhadap Variabel Y, serta melakukan uji hipotesis untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh masing-masing variabel. Setelah dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji korelasi terdapat hubungan antara pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja dengan nilai korelasi 0,939. Serta terdapat pengaruh antara variabel independen (budaya organisasi) terhadap variabel  dependen (kinerja karyawan) dari hasil uji regresi linear sederhana didapatkan nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari α (0,000 0,025). Dari uji Koefisien determinasi didapatkan nilai R2 0,883, dari nilai koefisien determinasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi budaya organisasi sebesar 88,3%.

ABSTRACT                                                     Organizational culture plays an important role in stimulating the human resources work spirit. The organizational environment affects staff behavior and appearance, as well as staff performance. QIM Hospital is a new hospital. Therefore, it is needed to know the influence of organizational culture on staff performance in the inpatient staffs of QIM Batang Hospital. Using a quantitative research with the survey method. The population in this research was all in-patient staffs of QIM Batang Hospital. A 51 people as a sample and choosen using simple random sampling. Data taken with questionnaire instrument, then analyzed using simple linear regression. The results showed that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on staff performance. The influence of organizational culture on staff performance is 64.4% (the coefficient of determination of 0.644).   ABSTRAK   Budaya organisasi berperan penting dalam  merangsang semangat kerja sumber daya manusia. Lingkungan organisasi mempengaruhi perilaku dan penampilan pegawai serta kinerja pegawai. RS QIM merupakan rumah sakit yang tergolong baru. Sehingga perlu diketahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai rawat inap Rumah Sakit QIM Batang. Melalui penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai rawat inap Rumah Sakit QIM Batang. Sampel sebanyak 51 orang menggunakan simple random sampling, instrumen kuesioner, dan data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 64,4% (koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,644).

This research was conducted at PT Honda Motor Indonesia, with the title: Relationship Career development with employee performance at PT Honda Motor Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between career development and employee performance at PT. Honda Motor Indonesia. The research method used was an explanatory survey method with a correlational approach where in the process of collecting data a direct observation was conducted on the company in the form of observation and questionnaire distribution. Career development is an employee activity that helps employees in planning their future careers in the company so that the company and the employees concerned can develop themselves to the maximum. Employee Performance is the spirit of work that is the desire and sincerity of someone doing a good job and being disciplined to achieve maximum work performance. The linear regression test is y = 51.82 + 0.656X and the correlation test is 0.458 which means that the effect is quite strong. Test the coefficient of determination of 20.97% and the remaining 79.03% influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test is t arithmetic = 3.573 and t table 0.279 means t arithmetic> from t table then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means there is a strong enough relationship between career development with employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the organizational culture of PT Bank Negara Indonesia KCP Pamulang Tangerang Selatan, find out how the performance of employees at PT Bank Negara Indonesia KCP Pamulang South Tangerang and determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, at PT Bank Negara Indonesia KCP Pamulang Tangerang Selatan. This type of research is associative descriptive research. The population and sample are all employees of PT Bank Negara Indonesia KCP Pamulang, South Tangerang. In this study carried out using the help of SPSS program ver. 23 that includes data quality tests, simple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination tests. The results of this study indicate that the organizational culture at PT Bank Negara Indonesia KCP Pamulang South Tangerang is already good, with answers from all respondents totaling 50 employees with "Strongly Agree" as much as 146 or 29%, answers "Agree" as much as 262. Employee performance at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia KCP Pamulang, South Tangerang is already good, with the answers of all respondents totaling 50 employees who answered "Strongly Agree" as much as 177 or 35%, answers "Agree" as much as 254 or 51%. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Bank Negara Indonesia KCP Pamulang Tangerang Selatan with a tcount greater than the ttable (7.045> 1.67) and a significance of less than 0.05 (0.00 <0.05). Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana budaya organisasi pada PT Bank negara Indonesia KCP Pamulang Tangerang Selatan, mengetahuai bagaimana kinerja karyawan pada PT Bank Negara Indonesia KCP Pamulang Tangerang Selatan dan mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, pada PT Bank Negara Indonesia KCP Pamulang Tangerang Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif asosiatif. Populasi dan sampelnya adalah seluruh karyawan PT Bank Negara Indonesia KCP Pamulang Tangerang Selatan. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS ver. 23 yaitu meliputi uji kualitas data, uji regresi linier sederhana, uji koefisien korelasi, uji hipotesis dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi pada PT Bank Negara Indonesia KCP Pamulang Tangerang Selatan sudah baik yaitu dengan jawaban seluruh responden yang berjumlah 50 karyawan dengan “Sangat Setuju” sebanyak 146 atau 29%, jawaban “Setuju” sebanyak 262 Kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia KCP Pamulang Tangerang Selatan sudah baik yaitu dengan jwaban seluruh responden yang berjumlah 50 karyawan yang menjawab “Sangat Setuju” sebanyak 177 atau 35%, jawaban “Setuju” sebanyak 254 atau 51%. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Bank negara Indonesia KCP Pamulang Tangerang Selatan dengan nilai thitung lebih besar dari nilai ttabel (7,045 > 1,67) dan signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,00 < 0,05). The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture on Employee Performance On Eternal PT.Bandar Shipyard. Samples were employees working in PT Bandar Abadi Shipyard 66 people, sampling using sampling Nonprobably. This method is used by the sampling technique drawn from all members of the population .. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression techniques, hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination (R2) and t test (partial test), while the data processing using SPSS version 20.0 Results showed that test the coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0268 which can be interpreted variable Organizational Culture able to explain the existence of the variable Employee performance is at 26.8% while the remaining 73.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in the study, but it is partially contained research the influence of organizational culture on the performance 4.844 0.000 Employee significantly. This shows that the t-test 4.844 is greater than t-table 1.699 which means that the independent variable is organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on the dependent variable, namely Performance At PT Bandar Abadi Shipyard

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of personality on employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. Sampling technique using non probability sampling method with saturated sampling technique that is taking the entire amount of the population to be sampled that is a number of 30 respondents. Methods of data collection by interview, questionnaire and observation. For data analysis used simple linear regression. Based on the analysis of data processing that has been tested in this study stated valid and reliable. The result of simple linear regression equation is Y = 26,309 + 2,061X. Results of the hypothesis test are known to be> ttable> 5,025> 2.048. Coefficient of determination of 0.474. While the percentage of the magnitude of the influence between the variable personality and employee performance variables of 49.2% and the rest of 50.8% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

The population of this research is the organizational culture and employee performance of the sales department at PT. Agung Automall Paal 10 Jambi in 2019 an many as 53 people. Using a census that is all the population made responden. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis, showing the equation Y = 0.844 + 0.682X + e. With a correlation of  44% or 0,440. The value of determination is 0,194 or 19,4%. Where it is intended that the influence of work culture on performance is 19,4% while 80,6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. T test value of 3.503 with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05 which is greater than the value of t table of 2.00758.

<p><em><strong>Abstract </strong></em></p><p class="Style4"><em>Changes in employee performance can always change and fluctuate, but the fundamental changes are changes caused by culture in an organization. Performance that has been affected by organizational culture will be more firmly embedded in employees. Basically there are several things that can influence fundamentally on employee performance but organizational culture factors can be called very interesting factors to be discussed in more depth. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta. Through the results of this study it can be seen that how much organizational culture influences employee performance, as well as the influence of other factors outside the organizational culture. The results of this study can show how important organizational culture is in its role in employee performance. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. Data analysis was carried out through simple linear regression. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The result of this study is that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance at the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta. Organizational culture has an effect of 0.5% on employee performance at the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta.</em></p><p class="Style4"><em><br /></em></p><strong><em>Keywords: </em></strong><em>organizational culture, performance, employee.</em>

This study aims to identify and test the empirical data on the relationship of academic culture and organizational culture with teacher performance separately or simultaneously. In this study, the authors used survey method with the correlational approach regresional the quantitative data obtained from the object of research is school teachers Islam Al-Azhar BSD. Samples were as many as 93 respondents Islamic School teacher population of Al-Azhar BSD in the academic year 2016-2017. The data collection was done by using a questionnaire/questionnaire, observation, and documentation. Type of analysis is correlation and regression analysis were described descriptively. The results of this study are: First, There is a positive and significant academic culture on teacher performance with the correlation coefficient (r) of 0,804 and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 64,6%. Secondly, There is a positive and significant relationship of organizational culture on teacher performance with the correlation coefficient (r) of 0,736 and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 53,7%. Thirdly, there is a positive and significant academic culture and organizational culture simultaneously on teacher performance. The correlation coefficient of 0.813 while the coefficient of determination of 66,1%.

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk Makassar Unit. The research model used in this study is the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies conducted systematically based on the research objectives. The sample in this study is 95 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis (R2), T test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The results of the study show that leadership styles have a positive and significant influence on employee performance while organizational culture has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. This makes the leadership style the most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk Makassar Unit.

Thepurpose of this study was to determine whether the influence of Compensation, JobTraining and Job Satisfaction on Marketing Employee Performance at PT. Agung ToyotaBengkulu.This research was conducted on marketing employees of PT. Agung Toyota Bengkulu.While the time of this study was conducted for 11 days, namely on 18 January to 28January 2020. The population of this study were employees at PT. Agung ToyotaBengkulu, while the sample of this research is marketing employees of PT. Agung ToyotaBengkulu, amounting to 97 people. This means that the sample material uses quantitativemethods.With research test data analysis techniques, the results of the study can be concluded thatthe respondents' perceptions about Compensation (X1), Job Training (X2) and JobSatisfaction (X3) affect the Performance of Marketing Employees (Y) with the results ofmultiple linear regression obtained the following equation: Y = 1.734 + 0.378 (X1) +0.570 (X2) + 0.328 (X3) and the coefficient of determination of R2 = 0.802 orapproximately (802%) through hypothesis testing simultaneously (simultaneously) andindividually (partial) in this study by using the f test and t test, Compensation (X1), JobTraining (X2) and Job Satisfaction (X3), = 0.000, it means that values &lt;0.05 show togetherand have significant influence.Keywords: Compensation, Training, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance
