Employee engagement influence the change of think pattern and behavior which supported by requirement, motivation and work satisfaction. This research aimed to study the influence of employee engagement, social environment on the employee performance in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI). The sampling technique used in this study is a probability sampling , the number of respondents used is 83. The method use multiple regression analysis. The result show of based on employee engagement and social environment the temporary employee have the higher performance than permanent employee. The woman temporary employee have the higher performance than man temporary employee. The component  of employee engagement and social environment influenced performance is camaraderie that is employee relationship, team cooperation and motivation. Therefore, PT BRI must took care of good relationship inter employee and increase team cooperation

This study presents a model linking individual characteristics, employee engagement, and employee performance. The primary objective was to investigate the direct effect of individual characteristics on employee performance and its indirect effect through employee engagement. This study used a non-probability sampling technique with a saturation sampling type. The data were obtained by a questionnaire from a sample of 118 respondents of millennial employees in the media and information technologies sector in Yogyakarta. Data were analyzed by used variance-based SEM (SEM-PLS) and found four significant paths models. The result reveals that individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on improving employee performance. Moreover, individual characteristics are significantly positive in increasing employee engagement, while employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The mediation test result indicated that employee engagement could partially mediate the relationship of individual characteristics on employee performance. Further research can incorporate variables that influence millennial performance, such as job characteristics, intention to leave, job satisfaction, and other variables to improve strategies in enhancing millennial performance.

This research was conducted to know the influence of work culture and work motivation partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees at Unima. The research uses a quantitative approach. The population is all Unima employees totaling 335 employees spread over six work units. The sampling technique was proportional stratified random sampling with the amount determined by the Slovin rule, and 182 employees were obtained. The data collection technique is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis is multiple regression analysis through the help of the SPSS program. The results of the study reveal that (1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Unima, (2) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Unima, (3) work culture and work motivation simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on performance. Employees at Unima. It is recommended to strengthen work culture, so socialization in order to increase understanding and acceptance of values and norms that have governed attitudes and behavior of working and interacting in the work environment, carried out continuously in line with developments and demands of the organizational environment so that it is strongly internalized. In addition, the organizational climate should be created in a conducive and transparent manner so that employees are free to express their various needs related to their work. The fulfillment of the needs related to his work will encourage him to carry out his duties well.

The sample used in this study was 108 respondents. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sample. Overall the results of this study are 1) Leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance, 2) Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, 3) Employee engagement has a significant effect employee performance.

This study aims to analyze the influence of intrinsic motivation and organizational culture on employee performance mediated by employee engagement. The object of this research is the employees of PT XYZ. A total of 100 respondents filled out a questionnaire, the sample was taken using a saturated sample of 100 employees. This research was conducted from October 2019 to April 2020 at the PT XYZ office. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Data were analyzed using the Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) path analysis application. The results of this study indicate that Intrinsic Motivation and Organizational Culture have a positive and significant effect on performance. Meanwhile Employee Engagement becomes a mediation between Intrinsic Motivation and Organizational Culture on Performance. Employee Engagement perfectly mediates Intrinsic Motivation. And Employee Engagement partially mediates Organizational Culture.

The objective of this study is to analyze the effect of leadership style and employee engagement on employee performance at Bank BJB branch of South Tangerang.  The method used is descriptive quantitative, survey, with questionnaire, and with the technique of path analysis. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data obtained using a measurement tool in the form of a questionnaire was processed using SPSS 25, to know the effect of each variable. Data analysis methods used, partial regression analysis and multiple regression combined with path analysis to further clarify the relationship between variables. The results of this study showed that there is: negative and insignificant direct effect between Leadership Style variable on Employee Performance, obtained path coefficient of 0.258 with a significance of t of 0.595. The positive and significant direct effect between the Leadership Style variable on the Employee Engagement variable, obtained a path coefficient of 0.505 with a significance T of 0.000. The effectiveness of the leadership style of a leader depends on factors of organizational culture, authority possessed, goals, ability to influence, both formal and informal. Attachment or involvement of subordinates influences very significantly on organizational performance, and good performance is a performance that follows procedures according to established standards, and with several criteria in order to increase productivity therefore it is expected to run in accordance with what is desired..

Technological developments are things that must be followed by companies to achieve a competitive advantage to improve performance. To achieve and improve performance, companies need active employee engagement by encouraging motivation and fulfilling their job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on performance with employee engagement as a mediating variable. The research sample is Information Technology (IT) companies located in the cities of Jakarta and Bandung, Indonesia. Research respondents are system developers who handle system development activities for a project or part of an ongoing project. By using the convenience sampling technique 103 responses were obtained from IT developers. The research model analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with SMART PLS Ver 3.0 software. Empirical findings prove that motivation has a positive effect on the performance of IT employees, while job satisfaction is independent. Employee engagement does not directly affect employee performance, but the effect of mediation through motivation and job satisfaction can have a significant effect on employee performance. The research findings have managerial implications, in increasing high employee involvement, motivation needs to be encouraged to be more active and innovative, and facilitate the achievement of the desired results. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of authentic leadership towards employees' performance through OCB. The population in this study is nurse with civil servants status at RSJD Dr. Amino Gondohutomo. Methods of collecting data using interviews and questionnaires. The sampling technique uses a simlpe random sampling. Sample is 109 nurses.  Data analysis methods use descriptive analysis and analysis using SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that there was a significant negative relationship between authentic leadership towards employee performance.  There is a positive and significant relationship between authentic leadership towards creativity and organizational citizenship behaviour as well as creativity and organizational citizenship behaviour towards employee performance. In addition, research results also show that the creativity and behavior of the organizational citizenship of the employee has a significant positive impact on the employee's performance. The advice for the organization is to strengthen the relationship between leaders and nurses and increasing the information in the field of nursing that can trigger the emergence of creativity in work. For further research it is recommended to increase the number of research samples.

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze studies on the effect of teamwork on employee performance. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a total sample of 51 respondents, while the sampling technique uses probability sampling method using simple random sampling technique. The results showed that the teamwork variable was obtained by t count (13,170)> t table (2,011). Then the teamwork variable partially influences the employee performance variable, with a sig value of 0,000 <from the value of 0.05. With the value of R Square obtained results of 0.783, this means that teamwork variables influence the change in Y of 0.783 or in other words the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable is 78.3% while the remaining 21.7% is caused by other variables not included researched within a research framework. Conclusion, the value of the Multiple Correlation Coefficient (R) obtained a value of 0.885 shows that there is a very strong joint relationship between the independent variables of Team Cooperation to the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance. This research focuses on the influence of training on employees‟ performance (through the ability and desire, discipline and behavior, and the results) in non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in Lebanon. It provides information about the importance of training for employees and their influence on employee performance in NGOs in Lebanon. A quantitative research method of the data collection was adopted using a questionnaire through convenient sampling technique and filled out by 182 respondents. The information and statistical data collected and analyzed using SPSS to test hypotheses and draw conclusions have shown positive signs on the three proposed hypotheses formulated for testing the influence of training on employee performance regarding ability and desire, discipline and behavior, and on the results. The findings and recommendations provide NGOs with the needed knowledge and information on the importance of investing in training to produce a better workforce to better promoting organizational performance. In fact, the findings in this study serve as a guide to students and researchers who want to further research about NGOs in Lebanon to build upon these findings and recommendations to get more insights on the importance of training for employees in NGOs to promote proficiency and effectiveness of staff recruited by NGOs. Communication is the performance and interpretation of messages between communication units that are part of a particular organization. Employee engagement is the degree to which people are known from their work, actively participate in them, and consider their achievements important to self-esteem. Organizational citizenship behavior is an optional behavior that is not part of an employee's formal work obligations, but supports the functioning of the organization effectively. Employee performance is the work quality and quantity achieved by a person in carrying out his function in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of communication and employee engagement on organizational citizenship behavior and employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution of Bali. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling. The sample in this study were 62 employees. Data analysis method used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis based on component or variance, namely PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of the study stated that the communication variable had a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, while employee engagement had no effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance both partially and through mediating organizational citizenship behavior. Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while employee engagement does not affect employee performance through mediating organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance
