The objectives of this community service activity include 1) Implementing and applying Word, PowerPoint, and Excel programs to the community of Sukowuwuh, Bener, Purworejo villages, 2) Knowing the response of youth groups and Sukowuwuh Village Devices, Bener Purworejo. The Target of Community Service is Youth Organization and Sukowuwuh Village Apparatus. In computer training provided using the Sukowuwuh Village Hall. The training material is in the form of computer introduction, word processing using Microsoft Word, making presentations using PowerPoint, and introduction to Excel. The results of the implementation of this activity include: 1) Youth and Village can apply computers for correspondence in Youth and can design home-made food products in Sukowuwuh Village, Bener Sub-District, Purworejo District, 2) Community response is very positive and will apply knowledge owned for purposes in the village and accountant.

Posyandu is the center of community activities in the effort to provide health services and family planning. These trained Posyandu cadres are not only seen from the way they handle maternal and child health but also have to be supported by their ability to use computers in administrative management and data processing. The method used in this community service activity is a combination of tutorials, practice, and discussion or question and answer, as well as evaluation to determine the level of absorption of the training material. The office application materials provided are Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, and Microsoft powerpoint. Office application program training activities for cadres of Posyandu Anyelir 8 Block 8 Perumnas Antang were carried out well and improved the skills of Posyandu Anyelir 8 Block 8 Perumnas cadres in the use of information technology.

Pesanggrahan Village is a village located on the banks of the Bengawan Solo River, Laren District, Lamongan Regency. In Pesanggrahan Village, there are youth groups, but they have not carried out entrepreneurial activities. Even though one of the goals of the youth organization is to develop an entrepreneurial spirit. This is because members of the youth organization are passive, the management and members are less skilled in starting a business, and lack of funds. Therefore, community service is carried out in the form of providing entrepreneurship knowledge through counseling, discussions to choose the type of business, and starting a simple business. The counseling contains material on entrepreneurial motivation, the benefits of entrepreneurship, home-based entrepreneurship, preparation for opening a business, determining profit, and healthy business space. The business that is being developed by the youth organization is a coffee shop business. The realization of a coffee shop business is carried out by preparing a business place and procuring coffee shop facilities. The result of mentoring youth organizations in pioneering coffee shops is to increase the motivation of young people to become entrepreneurs, open jobs, increase cash for youth organizations, and add supporting facilities in the village sports room.

The Village

Pasirmulya Village, located in Bandung, is a village that has several potentials such as coffee, handicrafts, and tourism. But there are still obstacles in marketing products from the village, especially handicraft products. The marketing techniques currently used are still not optimal, so the potential of handicraft products has not been optimally exploited. Online sales media proved to be very effective in marketing products to consumers, given the ease offered and not knowing distance and time. To start online sales, adequate knowledge is needed in terms of operating a computer and utilizing the internet network. At this moment, most of the participants were high school graduates, the rest were junior high school graduates and about half of the participants are 15-20 years old. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge in operating computers, creating documents with word processing software, processing data with worksheet software, and utilizing the internet that supports marketing activities. The target of this training is the members of Karang Taruna RW 06 and RW 12 in Pasirmulya. It is expected that after the implementation of this training the members of Karang Taruna can pass on the knowledge they have gained to other members of the village community.

The purpose of this community service activity is to develop a mini rafting vehicle for satay cliff tourism as a tourist attraction which has an impact on improving the economy of the people of the village of Soccerek Pringgarata, Central Lombok. Mini rafting satay gorge as a means of promotion, sports, recreation to attract tourists so that it fosters the economy of the soccer village community. The method of implementing activities is the community development method, which is an approach in community development activities where the community is directed to achieve better social, economic and cultural conditions and the Participatory method of implementation steps, namely Problem posing, problem analysis, problem determination objectives (objectives) and objectives (objectives), actions plans (action planning), the stage (implementation) of the implementation of activities and evaluation (evaluation). The material provided in this training and assistance includes 1) introduction of rafting equipment; 2) basic rafting techniques; 3) rescue rafting; 4) practice of using rafting equipment; 5) the practice of rescue rafting. 25 participants took part in the training and mentoring activities. The results of the training and assistance of mini rafting and rescue rafting showed that as many as 84% of participants understood "mini rafting" and 80% of participants understood "rescue rafting". Activities of structuring the Jurang Sate Tourism Area, PPIP IKIP Mataram Team in partnership with the Youth Organization "Duta Taruna", Pokdasrwis "Kanak Jarin", and Bumdes "Sahara Jaya" in the Village of Soccer, Pringgarata District, Central Lombok. Implementation of the arrangement of this tourist area also involves the people of the Village of Soccer to work together to organize the tourist area and prepare for the opening of a mini rafting vehicle.

The Village

Tekad Sembada IX is a youth organization in the village of Sokawera, Cilongok, which was established in 1986. One of Karang Taruna Tekad Sembada IX's vision is to have a youth activity center called Karang Taruna Corner, where one of its activities is to create businesses in the field of digital printing. One of the skills needed is to make graphic designs to support these activities, therefore there is need for training to improve the ability of members of the organization. The purpose of community service is to provide knowledge and skills to members of Karang Taruna Tekad Sembada IX in Sokawera village, Cilongok by using Coreldraw software. Training materials include installation steps and the use of Coreldraw software to create banner and logo designs. The method used in this service activity is to provide training through the presentation and the use of Coreldraw software. The achievement of this dedication activity are the implementation of graphic design training with 10 participants who can take part in the training and the knowledge about graphic design using Coreldraw gained by the participant as a step to improve the human resources of Karang Taruna Tekad Sembada IX members in Sokawera village, Cilongok, Banyumas.

The community service aimed to provide the skills for Eka Kaharap kindergarten’s teachers in the village of Sigi in creating an exciting, creative and innovative learning media. Through appropriate media, the students have a better understanding of the subject matter. By mastering the skill, it was expected that teachers of Eka Kaharap Kindergarten would be able to create and develop Powtoon-based video media as a classroom learning tool in the future. This community service activity consisted of 2 stages, namely socialization and training. The socialization and research activities were attended by teachers of Eka Kaharap kindergarten. Moreover, a module of Poutoon application as a kindergarten learning media was used as the training material. The evaluation indicator of the activity was the ability of the trainees to design and develop Powtoon-based video learning media in accordance with the kindergarten learning subject.

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Untuk itu sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi dosen berbagi pengetahuan dan wawasan melalui penyuluhan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia agar senantiasa berupaya mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan efektif dan efisien. Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Kampung serua poncol dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya secara optimal sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi Kampung serua poncol. Pengembangan juga dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sehingga lebih positif dalam berkontribusi tenaga dan pikiran untuk memajukan Kampung serua poncol.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Sumber Daya ManusiaABSTRACTThe purpose of this community service activity is to fulfill the obligations of lecturers to do tridharma of higher education. The Community Service Activity / Kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) was held in Cibinuang Village, Kuningan District, Kuningan Regency with the target of young people who are members of Karang Taruna Tunas Mekar as youth organization in Cibinuang Village. The problems faced by partner institution in this activity are: a) lack of socialization about the existence of youth organizations and their roles in the development of rural communities, b) less awareness and participation of youth in organizations, both administrator/ other members, c) training of administrators / members in making work programs have never been done. The method of implementation in this activity is active participation with stages namely 1). Seminar and discussing about the role of youth organizations, 2). Providing technical training in making organization programs, 3) Mentoring in making proposals. Seminar about the roles of youth organization for community empowerment in youth organizations in Cibinuang Village presented material in accordance with the theme. The materials presented to the participants including: the role of youth in village development, the mechanism for preparing programs and how to make proposals for effective funding requests. The training in making organization programs and activity proposals were divided into three stages, namely lectures and discussion about the role of youth organizations, providing technical training in the preparation of organization programs and making activity proposals, and mentoring in making organization programs and proposals.� Based on the process PkM activities, it can be seen that 1) there were enhancing youth's understanding and awareness of their capacity in developing villages through youth organizations, 2) members and administrators of youth organizations were motivated to play an active / participating role in building themselves and their villages, 3) administrators of youth organizations to arrange a program, 4) the management of the youth organization was able to make a proposal from each organization program that will be submitted to the Cibinuang Village Government.�Keywords: Youth Capacity, Youth Organization, Organization Program�AbstrakKegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan di Desa Cibinuang Kecamatan Kuningan Kabupaten Kuningan dengan target pemuda-pemudi yang tergabung dalam Karang Taruna Tunas Mekar yang merupakan organisasi kepemudaan di tingkat Desa Cibinuang.� Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh lembaga mitra dalam kegiatan ini yaitu: a) kurang tersosialisasikanya eksistensi organisasi pemuda dan perannya dalam pembangunan masyarakat desa, b) kesadaran dan partisipasi pemuda dalam organisasi baik pengurus/anggota kurang, c) pelatihan pada pengurus/anggota dalam membuat program kerja belum pernah dilakukan.� Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu partisipasi aktif dengan tahapan yakni 1). Ceramah dan tanya jawab tentang peran organisasi pemuda, 2). Memberikan pelatihan teknis pembuatan program kerja, 3) Pendampingan dalam membuat proposal kegiatan. Seminar tentang peran organisasi pemuda untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat pada organisasi pemuda di Desa Cibinuang Kec. / Kab. Kuningan diisi dengan pemaparan materi yang sesuai dengan tema. Materi-materi yang disampaikan kepada peserta meliputi: peran pemuda dalam pembangunan desa, mekanisme penyusunan program kerja dan cara pembuatan proposal kegiatan untuk permintaan dana yang efektif. Pelatihan pembuatan program kerja dan proposal kegiatan dibagi menjadi tiga kegiatan, yaitu ceramah dan tanya jawab tentang peran organisasi pemuda, memberikan pelatihan teknis penyusunan program kerja dan pembuatan proposal kegiatan, dan pendampingan dalam membuat program kerja dan proposal kegiatan. Berdasarkan proses kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dapat dilihat adanya 1) peningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran pemuda terhadap kapasitasnya dalam membangun desa melalui wadah organisasi pemuda, 2) anggota maupun pengurus organisasi kepemudaan termotivasi� untuk berperan aktif/berpartisipasi dalam membangun diri maupun desanya, 3) pengurus organisasi kepemudaan dapat menyusun program kerja, 4) pengurus organisasi kepemudaan mampu membuat proposal kegiatan dari setiap program kerja yang akan diajukan ke Pemerintah Desa Cibinuang.

The work world related to office administration, mastery of Microsoft Office is needed as an office administration work tool that must be mastered by vocational students. However, students of SMK Dwitunggal 1 Tanjung Morawa hasn’t been maximal in mastering Microsoft Office 2019, especially in making mail merge on Ms. Word. They are only limited to know the use of Microsoft Office 2019 in the basic stages. Community Service Activity aimed to provide training on introduction of Microsoft Office 2019 computer applications in making mail merge on Microsoft Word to students of SMK Dwitunggal 1 Tanjung Morawa majoring in Office Management. The method used in this service activities were the tutorial, the question and answer, and the practical method. This activity was done well and gained the expected results. The result of this activity was students’ improvement in the ability and skills of making mail merge for letters, certificates and labels using Microsoft Office 2019. It hoped that Students of SMK Dwitunggal 1 Office Management Department understands to create mail for letters, certificates and labels, and if they follow Competency Test for their mail merge material, they can pass and get a Competency Certificate that is given by the State.

Desa Terong memiliki cukup banyak kasus stunting. Perhatian terhadap pemenuhan pangan yang bergizi perlu dilakukan. Upaya peningkatan gizi masyarakat lewat pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan dengan penanaman tanaman buah seperti papaya California dan alpukat yang bergizi bisa menjadi solusi yang tepat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan gizi dan ekonomi masyarakat sasaran dengan memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dan pendampingan. Masyarakat sasaran sangat antusias dengan kegiatan pengabdian ini, terlihat dari jumlah peserta saat penyuluhan dan penyerahan bibit pepaya california dan alpukat. Meskipun hasil dari tanaman buah tersebut membutuhkan waktu, masyarakat sasaran merasa bahwa upaya ini cukup membantu dalam usaha perbaikan gizi masyarakat. Bahkan masyarakat berpikiran bahwa penanaman tanaman buah di lahan pekarangan ini bisa menjadi potensi pengembangan desa menjadi desa wisata berbasis buah. Jangka panjang dari dampak kegiatan pengabdian ini sangat berarti mulai dari level keluarga sampai wilayah desa. Pemenuhan gizi keluarga secara mandiri lewat lahan pekarangan perlu dikembangkan, masyarakat perlu lebih disadarkan. Selain memberikan asupan gizi yang baik, juga bernilai ekonomis. Attention on the nutrient food fulfillment need to be more serious. Efforts to increase people nutrition through homegarden utilization with planting california papaya and avocado can be solution here. This community service activity aims to increase people nutrition and economic through homegarden utilization. Method which was used is extension and assistance. The targeted community was very enthusiastic about this community service program, it can be seen from the number of participants during extension and handing over California papaya and avocado seeds. Although the results of the fruit crops need time, the targeted community feels that this effort is quite helpful to improve people nutrition. The targeted community thinks that planting fruit trees on homegarden can be a potential for village development to become a fruit-based tourism village. The long-term impact of these community service activities is significant from the family level to the village area. Fulfillment of family nutrition independently through the homegarden utilization, the community needs to be more aware. In addition to providing good nutrition, it is also economically valuable.
