This study aimed at evaluating the performance of headmaster Public Elementary School in Air Kumbang based on workload in accordance with government regulations. The evaluation model used in this study is the CIPP Model (Context, Input, Process, Product). The data analysis technique used was qualitative approach. The techniques of collecting data were interviews, observation and documentation. The results obtained indicate that 1) context evaluation stated that the Headmaster Public Elementary School in Air Kumbang could focus more on his managerial duties as headmaster after the issuance of PP No. 19 of 2017, and it considered responsible for the needs of elementary schools in Air Kumbang; 2) the input evaluation stated that the performance of the Headmaster Public Elementary School in the Air Kumbang was good even though most of the Public Elementary Schools in the Air Kumbang still did not have adequate resources; 3) process evaluation stated that the Headmaster Public Elementary School in Air Kumbang can properly implement PP Number 19 of 2017; 4) product evaluation stated that there are performance results of the Headmaster Public Elementary School in Air Kumbang, were the increase in accreditation of several Public Elementary Schools in Air Kumbang. Thus it can be concluded that the performance of the Headmaster Public Elementary School in Air Kumbang has increased after the issuance of PP No. 19 of 2017.

This descriptive research is intended to make a mapping of the availability and utilization of information systems and leadership of school principals in Public Elementary School in Pekanbaru - Riau. The formulation of problems to be answered are: (1) How is the availability and utilization of information systems in public elementary schools in Pekanbaru - Riau? and (2) How is the leadership of the school principals in the public elementary school in Pekanbaru - Riau? There are 12 districts in Pekanbaru - Riau and each district has a different number of public elementary schools. Through a proportional random sampling technique, 66 school principals were selected as samples. The instrument used was a questionnaire addressed to the principals. The principals are asked to give their response to the questionnaire given and they are free to choose one or more answers for each item according to their situation and condition. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the data analysis showed that: (1) the information system available at school was rated positively by the principals, whether in terms of availability, management, or perceived benefits; and (2) in carrying out their leadership, their roles and functions as supervisors, managers and educators occupy the highest position.

The study is a descriptive analysis of the ‘Affection Levels of Educational Facilities on the Instructional Function of Teachers’. The respondents of the study were the public elementary school teachers in Basilan Schools Division, Autonomous Region for Muslim Mindanao (ARMM). The study covered 9 central, and 9 noncentral public elementary schools. A stratified random sampling was adopted in this study. A two - part survey questionnaire was used. One part of the instrument drew information about the demographic profile of the public elementary school teachers. Part two of the questionnaire determined the affection and adequacy levels of the educational facilities in Public Elementary Schools, as perceived by the public elementary schools teachers, in terms of physical features, indoor environment, equipment and utilities, media and technology, and safety and security features. The findings revealed that, the educational facilities in public elementary schools in the Basilan, moderately affect the instructional function of the teachers. The Equipment and Utilities elements affect the instructional function of teachers to the greatest extent. Snacks at the Public Elementary School Canteen has a huge potential in the nutrition of schoolchildren, as it also has a level of vulnerability that can cause diarrhea if not to be improved maximally .The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the incidence of E. coli contamination in snacks in the canteen of the Public Elementary School at area of South Denpasar District. The research was conducted with cross-sectional design on 31 canteen of Public Elementary Schools in at area of South Denpasar District in January to March 2015 .The statistical test used was chi-square method. Positive E. coli contamination in food snacks of the Publick Elementary School Canteen at area of South Denpasar District were occur in amount of 71 % and 29 % negative. The factors related to the E. coli contamination in the snacks were foodstuffs ( p = 0.037 ) , storage of foodstuffs ( p = 0.041 ) , food- processing ( p = 0.037 ) , sanitary facilities ( p = 0.015 ) and power handlers ( p = 0.037 ) . The most dominant factors related to E. coli contamination in snacks of the canteens of Public Elementary School at area of South Denpasar District is sanitation facilities especially the water which have been used in process of the food-snack preparation .Suggested to all state elementary school cafeteria Region South Denpasar to improve environmental sanitation and water sources are more hygienic.

This research is conducted to produce a product that can organize learning well and can ease problem solving in learning especially mathematics. The resulting product is the development of learning models and create an easy techniques as a solution to complete multiplication in Elementary School (SD). This is motivated by the low ability to solve various multiplication problem that occurred in the 4th grade in Elementary School (SD). This data was obtained based on observation and interviews conducted with teacher’s classroom at some public Elementary Schools in Purwakarta district. In one of the public Elementary Schools it was found that only 25% of students were able control multiplication. Based on the problems, the research method use is Research and Development (R&D) Borg and Gall. Product design that will be developed and applied that is model of learning model of mathematics education model (T2ME) and technique of SuBatSaGa multiplication. Our Product design developed has been approved by the experts. Purpose : The purpose of this research was to know the reasons or causes of lack or absence of Christian Education teachers Design/methodology/approach : The method used in this research was explorative-descriptive case study. Case study procedure in this research had four stages: description (observing/studying), analysis (trying to understand), interpretation (interpretation of data), and action (action plan based on the result of research data). Findings : the main obstacle to procurement of Christian Education teachers as Non-Permanent Teachers was lack or absence of budget Research limitations/implications : This study was limited to the number of Christian students. Interview means that the researcher asked questions to school administrators to obtain information according to research variables. To complete the information required, the researcher observed on the implementation of Christian Education at Public Elementary School in Sub-district of Candisari, Semarang. Practical implications : First, in Sub-district of Candisari there were 37 Public Elementary Schools. Thirty-six schools had Christian students. There were only six Christian Education teachers who teaching Christian Education at 16 schools. Six Christian Education teachers for 16 schools, mean 43% of schools had teachers who teaching Christian Education. That mean 57% or 20 Public Elementary Schools in Sub-district of Candisari had no Christian Education teachers. Originality/value : the Government or the school administrators were less concerned with the implementation of Christian Education, then the church (Christian community) must be willing to assume the responsibility by sending and financing Christian Education teachers to schools that did not have Christian Education teachers yet

The purpose of sending it to the community is to train teachers in using early grade literacy media in elementary schools. The method used in the form of training to teachers in using media literacy. Participants in the service are 18 Air Tawar Selatan elementary school teachers and 25 Air Tawar Selatan public elementary schools, 22 Koto Tangah District Padang City. Based on the training results it can be seen that the average score of the pre-test participants was 69.54 and the average value of reading poetry after the training was 78.18. Thus it can be seen that the ability of 18 Air Tawar Selatan public elementary school teachers and 25 Air Tawar Selatan public elementary school Koto Tangah District, Padang City have improved after the training in the use of early grade literacy media.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic hit the world, various changes have occurred in the world of education. Teachers are required to be able to develop online learning so that learning activities can run smoothly. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of online learning in universities. The research subjects were lecturers totalling 22 people. The research object includes the effectiveness of online learning programs in terms of context, input, process, and product. The approach used in this study is evaluative. The research model design used is the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process and Product Evaluation Model). The data were analyzed descriptively by calculating the percentage. Next, the data were analyzed by the T-Score formula. The level of effectiveness of online learning was analyzed through the quadrant of the "Glickman" model. The results of data analysis showed that online learning in PGSD, in terms of context, descriptively classified as very good, with an effectiveness percentage of 18.18%. Online learning at PGSD Undiksha in terms of input, descriptively is very good, with an effectiveness percentage of 0%. In terms of process, online learning at PGSD Undiksha is descriptively classified as very good, with an effectiveness percentage of -9.09%. In terms of products, online learning at PGSD Undiksha descriptively is classified as very good, with an effectiveness percentage of 18.18%. It can be concluded that the online learning that has been held is excellent and effective.

This study is about a model of civilizing anti-corruption values in the implementation of programs to strengthen character education in public elementary schools in the district. Gorontalo. The main target of this research is to design a model of the civilization of anti-corruption values in the implementation of character education strengthening programs that can produce products in the form of books to guide educators, parents and the public, especially in Gorontalo district in implementing anti-corruption values which lead to the creation of anti-corruption characters. This research applies the research and development approach. This research also answers specific questions of practical problems through "applied research" to improve educational practices. The study, conducted in January to July 2019, began with collecting initial information through observations in public elementary schools in Gorontalo district, and from various other sources such as the education office, principals, educators, students, parents, and the community. The implementation of the research through stages, preparation begins with the initial observation of the implementation of strengthening character education in schools, collecting data, interviewing analyzing data, reviewing and verifying data, preparing reports, and publicizing. This research uses a data triangulation technique that is combining 3 data collection techniques (observation, interview, and documentation) data analysis carried out during the process in the field together with data collection.
