Breastfeeding is very important in Growth and development of children both physically and mentally optimally and improve children's intelligence, and prevent children from diseases such as diarrhea, pneumonia and malnutrition which are common causes of death in children under 5 years. In breastfeeding, many factors influence, one of which is giving with loving touch baby massage. Giving with loving touch baby massage is expected to affect the frequency of breastfeeding and can increase the closeness of the child to the parents (Bonding). This research is a quasi-experimental research, namely research that aims to determine the effect that will arise after being given treatment, namely baby massage. The population in this study were 30 children under five in Domas Village, Gresik Regency. The independent variable in this study was loving touch baby massage, the dependent variable was the frequency of breastfeeding. The statistical test used was the Paired Sample T-Test. The results of this study can be concluded that there is an effect of baby massage on the frequency of breastfeeding and has a frequency of breastfeeding 7 times - 10 times / day greater than babies who are not done loving touch baby massage.

<p><strong>Pendahuluan : </strong>Neuroanatomi merupakan ilmu penting bagi kedokteran, namun<strong> </strong>masih ditemukan mahasiswa kedokteran yang merasa kesulitan memahami pembelajaran neuroanatomi. Salah satu faktor yang berperan penting adalah media pembelajaran anatomi. Kadaver merupakan media pembelajaran anatomi tradisional yang masih digunakan hingga saat ini dengan berbagai kekurangan dan kelebihan  yang dimilikinya. Sedangkan media video merupakan media pembelajaran anatomi yang diniliai lebih praktis dan sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman, sehingga di nilai bisa sebagai media alternatif selain kadaver. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas media pembelajaran anatomi menggunakan kadaver dibandingkan video terhadap pemahaman neuroanatomi mahasiswa kedokteran.</p><p><strong>Metode : </strong>Jenis penelitian ini ialah Quasi Experimental Research dengan Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi kedokteran UNS tahun 2019. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 42 oranag. Data kemudian diolah dengan uji Paired Sample T-Test dan Independent T-test menggunakan program SPSS 22.</p><p><strong>Hasil : </strong>Hasil Paired Sample T-Test kelompok kadaver dan video menunjukan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) &lt; 0,05 yaitu 0,000. Sehingga media kadaver maupun video dinilai efektif terhadap pemahaman neuroanatomi mahasiswa. Hasil uji Independent T-test untuk mengetahui perbedaan antara efektivitas media pembelajaran anatomi menggunakan kadaver dibandingkan video terhadap pemahaman neuroanatomi mahasiswa kedokteran memperlihatkan nilai p = 0,730, sehingga menunjukkan hasil yang tidak signifikan karena p 0,05 pada taraf signifikan 5%.</p><p><strong>Kes</strong><strong>impulan : </strong>Media pembelajaran anatomi kadaver maupun video terbukti efektif meningkatkan pemahaman neuroanatomi pada mahasiswa kedokteran. Selain itu, media pembelajaran anatomi kadaver dibandingkan video memiliki efektivitas yang sama terhadap pemahaman neuroanatomi pada mahasiswa kedokteran</p><p><strong>Kata kunci : Kadaver; Video Anatomi; Pemahaman Neuroanatomi</strong></p>

This current study aims to investigate the effectiveness of Vocabulary Self-collection Strategy (henceforth VSS) on the students’ reading and vocabulary achievement. The quasi-experimental research was applied and the instruments were pretest-posttest. The independent variable of this study was VSS, while the dependents were reading skill and vocabulary mastery. To collect the data, pretest-posttest was assigned. The test for both reading skill and vocabulary mastery were validated through expert judgment and content validity. Moreover, the reliability of the instruments was measured using inter-rater reliability. The data were analyzed using parametric statistical technique of T-Test and MANOVA test using SPSS 22. Computer program. The findings of this study reveal that VSS had a significant effect toward students’ reading skill and vocabulary mastery. It was indicated by the significant value of T-Test for each reading skill and vocabulary mastery which were lower than 0.05. VSS and Lecturing-practice Strategy had different capability in influencing students’ reading skill and vocabulary mastery scores simultaneously. Also, it was indicated by the significant value of Pillar’s trace, Wilka’s Lambda, Hotellings Trace and Roy’s Largest Root tests are 0.004 which was lower than 0.05. Therefore, all of the hypothesis are accepted.

Dismenorea terbagi menjadi dismenorea primer yaitu nyeri karena kontraksi miometrium akibat produksi prostaglandin tanpa kelainan pada pelvis, dismenorea sekunder dimana nyeri disertai kelainan pada pelvis. Prevalensi dismenorea di Indonesia sebesar 64,25% yang terdiri dari 54,89% dismenorea primer dan 9,36% dismenorea sekunder. Dilaporkan 30-60% remaja wanita yang mengalami dismenorea, sebanyak 7-15% tidak pergi ke sekolah. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan oleh siswi di SMPN 1 Kartoharjo Magetan Tahun 2020 dan diambil secara acak, didapatkan hasil bahwa dari 104 siswi didapatkan 58 siswi mengalami dismenorea dan tidak mengikuti pelajaran dikelas.Penelitian ini merupakan yang bersifat eksperimen semu (Quasi Experiment).Rancangan penelitian ini adalah Penelitian ini menggunakan one group pretest-posttest. Besar sampel berdasarkan total populasi sejumlah 58 responden. .Variabel bebas adalah Kompres Hangat. Variabel Terikat adalah Nyeri Dismenorea. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan Uji Paired Sample T-Test. Pengukuran tingkat nyeri menggunakan skala Bourbanis. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswi sebelum diberikan kompres hangat didapatkan tingkat nyeri 4 dan  5 yang merupakan nyeri sedang setelah dilakukan intervensi mengalami penurunan menjadi 2 dan 3 (Nyeri ringan). Siswi dapat berperan aktif dalam membantu menanggulangi masalah nyeri haid utamanya pada remaja dengan melakukan kompres hangat, siswi bisa mengatasi pada saat nyeri haid dengan melakukan Kompres Hangat secara teratur pada saat Dismenorea. Dysmenorrhoea is divided into primary dysmenorrhoea, namely pain due to myometrial contraction due to prostaglandin production without abnormalities in the pelvis, secondary dysmenorrhoea where pain is accompanied by abnormalities in the pelvis. The prevalence of dysmenorrhoea in Indonesia is 64.25% consisting of 54.89% primary dysmenorrhea and 9.36% secondary dysmenorrhoea. It is reported that 30-60% of young women who experience dysmenorrhoea, as much as 7-15% do not go to school. Based on the results of interviews and preliminary studies conducted by students at SMPN 1 Kartoharjo Magetan in 2020 and taken randomly, it was found that out of 104 students, 58 students had dysmenorrhoea and did not attend class lessons. This research is a quasi-experimental (Quasi Experiment). The design of this study was a pre and postest design. The sample size is based on a total population of 58 respondents. The independent variable is the Relaxation Technique. The dependent variable is Dysmenorrhoea Pain. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis used Paired Sample T-Test. The results showed that before being given the relaxation technique, the students had pain levels of  4 and 5 which were moderate pain after the intervention decreased to 2 and 3 (mild pain). Students can play an active role in helping to overcome the problem of menstrual pain, especially in adolescents by doing the Relaxation Technique, students can overcome menstrual pain by doing warm compresses regularly during dysmenorrhoea.

The main goal of the study was to investigate the effect of using educational multimedia in dictation on students’ listening comprehension at MA Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru. This was a quasi-experimental research which involved control class and experimental class. The population of the study was 175 and the sample was 52. The instrument of the study had been tested its validity and reliability by conducting try-out test two times. The instrument was given in control class and experimental class before and after giving treatments. The treatments were only given to experimental class meanwhile in control class remained using the conventional teaching technique. The data were analyzed by using indipendent sample t-test and paired sample t-test then the effect size and improvement were calculted. The result of the study shows that both control class and experimental class had improvement of their listening comprehension. But, the improvement of experimental class was much higher that control class was. The improvement of listening comprehension in experimental class was  43,2% but in control class was only 11,5%. In short, it can be concluded that the using of educational multimedia in dictation provely could improve students’ listening comprehension.

Mastery of Arabic vocabulary is the main key to success in learning Arabic. By using media as a bridge in distributing material, it will change the mindset of students who think learning Arabic is difficult to understand. At MI Muhammadiyah Sribit, the conventional Arabic learning process inspired researchers to conduct experimental research on the use of word hoop game media to know the differences in students' Arabic vocabulary mastery between the experimental class and the control class. This study uses a quasi-experimental research type with a quantitative approach. The research subjects were students of class IV A as the experimental class and students of class IV B as the control class. The process of collecting data using test results, observations, and interviews was then analyzed using the paired-sample t-test and independent-sample t-test with the help of SPSS. From the results of the study, it was found that the results of the application of game media in learning Arabic can improve students' vocabulary mastery. Based on the results of the independent sample t-test, the posttest significance value in the experimental class was 0.008 < 0.05, and the posttest value in the control class was 0.009 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the mastery of Arabic vocabulary for the experimental class and the control class. Abstrak: Penguasaan kosakata bahasa Arab merupakan kunci utama keberhasilan dalam belajar bahasa Arab. Dengan menggunakan media sebagai jembatan dalam pendistribusian materi, maka akan merubah pola pikir siswa yang menganggap pembelajaran bahasa Arab sulit untuk dipahami. Di MI Muhammadiyah Sribit proses pembelajaran bahasa Arab konvensional menginspirasi peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian eksperimental penggunaan media permainan word hoop untuk mengetahui perbedaan penguasaan kosakata bahasa Arab siswa antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian eksperimen semu dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan siswa kelas IV B sebagai kelas kontrol. Proses pengumpulan data menggunakan hasil tes, observasi, dan wawancara kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji t sampel berpasangan dan uji t sampel independen dengan bantuan SPSS. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa hasil penerapan media game dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab dapat meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata siswa. Berdasarkan hasil uji independent sample t-test diperoleh nilai signifikansi posttest pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,008 < 0,05 , dan nilai posttest pada kelas kontrol sebesar 0,009 < 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara penguasaan kosakata bahasa Arab untuk kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol.

The activeness of students in the process of teaching and learning activities needs attention so that the learning process can produce maximum results. Seeing the inactivity of class VII students of MTs Taruna al-Qur'an Yogyakarta in the Arabic language learning process initiated researchers to conduct experimental research on the use of the mysterious box and card games (KOKAMI) in the Arabic learning process which aims to determine differences in student activity between experimental groups with the control group after the application of KOKAMI media. This type of research is quasi-experimental research (Quasi-Experimental) using a quantitative approach. The research subjects consisted of class VIIA students as the experimental class and class VIIB students as the control class. The data were obtained based on the results of observations, interviews and questionnaires which were then analyzed quantitatively descriptively using paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test with the help of SPSS16. The results showed that Arabic learning activity increased after the implementation of KOKAMI media. Based on the independent sample t-test, it was obtained a post-experimental value of 0.017 <0.05 and a post-control value of 0.017 <0.05, it can be concluded that there was a significant difference between the students' Arabic learning activeness in the experimental class and the control class. Abstrak: Keaktifan siswa dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar perlu mendapat perhatian agar proses pembelajaran dapat membuahkan hasil yang maksimal. Melihat kurang aktifnya siswa kelas VII MTs Taruna al-Qur’an Yogyakarta dalam proses pembelajaran bahasa Arab menginisiasi peneliti dalam melakukan penelitian eksperimen penggunaan media permainan kotak dan kartu misterius (KOKAMI) dalam proses pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan keaktifan siswa antara kelompok eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol setelah diterapkannya media KOKAMI. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu (Quasi Experimental) dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subyek penelitian terdiri dari siswa kelas VIIA sebagai kelas eksperimen dan siswa kelas VIIB sebagai kelas kontrol. Data diperoleh berdasarkan pada hasil observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner yang kemudian dianalisis secara kuntitatif deskriptif menggunakan uji paired sample t-test dan independent sample t-test dengan bantuan SPSS16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keaktifan belajar bahasa Arab meningkat setelah diterapkannya media KOKAMI. Berdasarkan uji independent sample t-test diperoleh nilai post-eksperimen sebesar 0,017<0,05 dan nilai post-kontrol 0,017<0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara keaktifan belajar bahasa Arab siswa kelas eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol.

Program latihan Dumbell-Thera Band kepada atlet panahan Kabupaten Banyumas di teliti karena ada beberapa pelatih dan atlet masih belum mengerti mengenai tujuan diberikannya latihan Dumbell- Thera Band. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latian dumbell-thera band terhadap daya tahan otot lengan dan akurasi memanah pada atlet panahan Kabupaten Banyumas. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen semu. Disain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan rancangan “One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes dan pengukuran akurasi dengan cara memanah jarak 30 meter dan daya tahan otot lengan menggunakan alat ukur Holding Bow Test. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet maupun pengurus panahan Kabupaten Banyumas yang berjumlah 85 orang dengan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 12 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t paired sample t test. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan sebelumnya dapat diperoleh nilai uji t pada akurasi memanah diketahui nilai t hitung (9,869) > t tabel (1,80) dan uji t pada Daya Tahan Otot Lengan diperoleh nilai t hitung (8,812) > t tabel (1,80). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh latihan dumbell-thera band terhadap daya tahan otot lengan dan akurasi memanah pada atlet panahan Kabupaten Banyumas. EFFECTS OF DUMBBELL-THERA BAND EXERCISE TOWARDS THE ARM MUSCLE ENDURANCE AND ARCHERY ACCURACY IN ARCHERY ATHLETES AbstractThe Dumbell-Thera Band training program for Banyumas Regency archery athletes was examined because there are several trainers and athletes who still do not understand the purpose of the Dumbell-Thera Band training. This study aims to determine the effect of dumbbell-thera band exercises on arm muscle endurance and archery accuracy in archery athletes in Banyumas Regency The design of this research is experimental research. The method used is quasi-experimental research. The design used in this study using the design of "One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The instrument used was a test and measurement of accuracy by arching a distance of 30 meters and endurance of the arm muscles using a measuring instrument Holding Bow Test. The population in this study were 85 athletes and administrators of Banyumas Regency with 12 people as the sample in this study. The data analysis technique used paired sample t test. The results of previous studies and discussions can be obtained t test value on archery accuracy known t count value (9.869)> t table (1.80) and t test on Arm Muscle Endurance obtained t value (8.812)> t table (1.80 ). Thus, it can be concluded that there is an influence of dumbbell-thera band exercises on arm muscle endurance and archery accuracy in Banyumas Regency archery athletes.

Background: Emotional closeness is very important for physical growth, emotions and intelligence of babies. The benefit of doing Yoga is to create physical and mental health as well as creating a balance. Research on the effect of baby yoga on infant growth is still limited. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of yoga on the baby's body weight and lengthMethods: The research method used is quasi-experimental design with the Pre-Post-test Control Group Design method. This study involved 36 samples of infants who had nutritional problems. Which were divided into 2 groups with 18 samples each. The treatment was carried out for 2 months, and 4 treatments were carried out monthly. The statistical test used is paired sample T-Test dan independent T-Test.Results: The statistical test result of paired sample T-Test for Baby Yoga treatment significantly affected the baby's weight and body length with p value = 0.000. The results of the Independent T-Test, the difference in body weight between the baby yoga group with growth and development stimulation was known to be p 0.05 (p = 0.012), there was a difference in weight gain between baby yoga and growth and development stimulation. However, for differences in body length difference test, showing a value of p 0.05 (p = 0.150), the results in body weight and body length difference between the treatment of baby yoga with growth and growth stimulation showed that there was no significant difference between the provision of baby yoga with growth and growth stimulation to increase body length.Conclusion: There is a weight difference between baby yoga treatment and growth stimulation, but no significant difference for body length.

The objective of this study is to measure whether there is or not significant effect of teaching reading by utilizing Hot Potatoes software toward students’ reading comprehension of descriptive text. The variables used were the teaching treatment of Hot Potatoes Software as the independent variable and the students’ reading comprehension of Descriptive Text as dependent variable. Then, the research designed was Quasi-experimental design and the presentation of data used was quantitative. The data were obtained from the eleventh grade, of which 28 students were taken as sample. The students are divided into two groups; experiment group consisted of 12 students and control group consists of 16 students. To get the data, the pre-test and post-test were applied and then analyzed using t-test formula. The researcher had concluded that there is Significant effect of Hot Potatoes Software toward the students’ reading comprehension achievement. The result showed that mean of students’ post-test was increased. It is proved by the t-test (8.54) which is higher than t-table (2.05) at level of significance 5%. It means that the alternative hypothesis was accepted and it proved that Hot Potatoes Software had significant effect toward students’ reading comprehension of Descriptive Text

This research is entitled “Using graphic organizer strategy in teaching writing on narrative paragraph (experimental research). Writing is a very important subject that should be learned by English learners. The students should be able to express their ideas and opinion either in the form of a sentence or paragraph. However, the researcher found that many students at the Second Grade Students of SMP Negeri 1 Tanah Luas could not express their ideas and develop into the paragraph. Hence, the appropriate strategy of teaching and learning is very important to help students master writing skills. This research aims to know the effect of achievement between the students who are taught writing by using graphic organizers from those taught writing in the narrative by using traditional methods. This research was experimental research and used a quasi-experimental design. The samples chosen in this research were the whole students of class VIII2 and VIII4 of SMPN 1 Tanah Luas. Class VIII2 consisted of 25 students was chosen as experimental group and class VIII4 consisted of 24 students was chosen as control group. This research was conducted in three phrases; there were pre-test, treatments and post-test. The data collection technique used in this research was test. The tests were pre-test and post-test. The researcher gave pre-test before giving treatment and post-test after giving treatment. The treatment was conducted in three meetings. The data was analyzed by using t-test formula. The research result and the hypothesis authentication found by using t-test formula in significant level 5% or α = 0.05 were obtained that ttest > ttable. The ttest found in this research was 3.91. Meanwhile, ttable was gotten from the list of distribution value with degree of freedom = 47, because the data not in the table, the researcher used interpolation approach and obtained = 1.67. So >  = 3.91 > 1.67. It meant that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. So, graphic organizer strategy significantly affects the students’ ability in mastering writing.   Kata Kunci: graphic organizer strategy, teaching and learning, writing narrative paragraph
