This study aims to enrich and developing vocabulary the child with speech delay by using flashcard. The subject of the research is the child who was late in speaking due to sensory disorders, Kindergarten 1, the age of 4 years old. The research method was single subject research quantitative research (single subject research). Techniques of analysis the data collection through observation of  baseline A and B, also documentation. The Results showed that baseline phase (A) phase to the intervention (B) are increasing, which means that the condition has increased after the intervention. Where in the baseline-2 (A2) phase to intervention (B) it is increased which means that the intervention can significantly improve the ability of the subject.

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of solution-focused counseling to improve student learning motivation. The research method used is Single Subject Research with A-B-A design. The subject of this study was the eighth-grade students of SMP 13 Padang. Five children who had very low learning motivation as subjects of SFC intervention. Data collection instruments of this research are learning motivation scale, interview, and observation. Data analysis techniques are used with visual analysis of data and graphics. The findings of this study indicate that counseling focuses on effective solutions to improve student learning motivation on the subject of AF, AB, GL, AG, RZ, as a result of changes in counseling. Furthermore, SFC is also effective in increasing student motivation in the baseline phase to increase during an intervention. In addition, the target subject was active during the counseling process and satisfied with the SFC intervention provided by the counselor. Based on the research findings it is suggested that counselors apply SFC in counseling both individuals and groups. Research findings provide a theoretical contribution to SFC which is applied in improving learning motivation.

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing  students in the show much influence the public speaking training has on the learning atctiveness of 8th grade students in the subject of islam religious education at SMP Prima Bakti Kecamatan Panongan Kabupaten Tangerang. The research method used is quantitative research methods with data collection techniques in the form of distributing questionnaires. <p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p><em>Every children in Indonesia, including children with special needs, has the same chance and right to pursue education. Intellectual disability children is the condition in which their intelligence experiences obstacles characterized by below-average intelligence and not proficient in social interaction that makes them to experience difficulties in learning and academic abilities such as writing which causes them to lag behind their other friends. The researchers’ aim is to improve the intellectual disability children’s ability to write numbers 1-3 through multisensory and reinforcement method. The research method is Single Subject Research (SSR) with A-B-A’ design (with 3 phases; pre-test, intervention, post-test). Anak tunagrahita adalah kondisi dimana kecerdasan anak mengalami hambatan ditandai dengan intelegensi dibawah rata-rata dan tidak cakap dalam interaksi sosial sehingga mengalami kesulitan dalam belajar maupun kemampuan akademis seperti menulis yang akhirnya menyebabkannya tertinggal dengan teman-temannya yang lain. Tujuan yang diharapkan oleh peneliti adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis angka 1-3 melalui metode multisensoris dan reinforcement pada anak tunagrahita. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Single Subject Research (SSR) dengan desain A-B-A’ (dengan tiga tahap yaitu pre-test, intervensi, post-test). This study aims to determine about the development of students. This research method used is Single Subject Research (SSR) with basic design of A-B. The techniques of data collection used observation and interview to determine difficulties and the ability understanding mathematical students. The results of this study indicate that kontruktivisme approach can improve understanding mathematical students. It can be seen from the average score obtained by the student before the treatment given that is 11,75 and increased to 77,88 after treatment.


This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, service quality and price to Ooredoo indosat customer satisfaction. The research is based on the increasingly advanced telecommunication industry in Indonesia so that the author realizes the importance of product quality, service and price in creating customer satisfaction. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method that develops and uses mathematical models, theories and / or hypotheses related to the phenomenon around. The purpose of this quantitative study is to test the hypothesis to produce answers to the research of the subject under study. In the primary data collection, the authors use closed questions and in closed questions the authors use the likert scale with a sample of 121 respondents in the population of Indosat Ooredoo customers. In data processing, writer use SPSS 22.0 for windows program and get regression equation from result of analysis of influence of product quality, service and price to Indosat Ooredoo customer satisfaction. Based on the research results prove, both partially and simultaneously, research reject Ho and accept Ha. So it can be concluded that product quality, service and price variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Indosat Ooredoo

This study aims to find out how students’ tutorial activities with homeroom teachers. To find out how much influence homeroom teacher tutoring on student motivation in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Arrisalah. This type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The subject of this study were all VII-IX in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Arrisalah, graders consisting of 8 classes with a total of 139 students. The research method used is the method of data collection using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. While the analysis using the SPSS 17 application to determine the resulteof the data that has been done. The result of this study can be concluded that the activities of tutoring with the homeroom teacher proved effective in helping students increase student motivation enthusiasm for learning. This is based on data processing which states that there is a significant influence between the tutor classroom tutoring activities on student learning motivation in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Arrisalah school year of 2018/2019 with influence of 35,5% while 64,5% student motivation is influenced by other factors hot mentioned and has not been revealed in this study.

A systematic literature review (SLR) from 1991 to 2019 is carried out about EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) excellence model in this paper. The aim of the paper is to present state of the art in quantitative research on the EFQM excellence model that will guide future research lines in this field. The articles were searched with the help of six strings and these six strings were executed in three popular databases i.e. Scopus, Web of Science, and Science Direct. Around 584 peer-reviewed articles examined, which are directly linked with the subject of quantitative research on the EFQM excellence model. About 108 papers were chosen finally, then the purpose, data collection, conclusion, contributions, and type of quantitative of the selected papers are discussed and analyzed briefly in this study. Thus, this study identifies the focus areas of the researchers and knowledge gaps in empirical quantitative literature on the EFQM excellence model. This article also presents the lines of future research.

The research conducted is to know the impact of social network marketing on consumer purchase intention and consumers who become research are active students at private universities in Jakarta, and how social network marketing also affect consumer engagement (as moderate variable). The research method used in this research is quantitative research method. A method of data collection used in this research is a questionnaire distributed to 119 university students. The results of this study showed that social network marketing has a strong and significant impact oncustomer engagement, customer engagementhas a strong and significant impact on consumer purchase intention, social network marketing has a strong and significant impact consumer purchase intention, and also there is a significant impact from social network marketing on consumer purchase intention through consumer engagement.

AbstractThis research was conducted with the aim to find out how much influence the contextual teaching learning model of learning motivation of Islamic education study program students at the Islamic University of Syekh Yusuf Tangerang. The research method used is a quantitative research method with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires. The respondents of this study were 25 Islamic education study program students. Based on the results of data processing and discussion, it can be concluded that the contextual teaching learning model has a low effect of 11.56% on student learning motivation. But when testing the hypothesis,   implies that  is accepted and rejected . AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh model pembelajaran contextual teaching learning terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa program studi pendidikan Islam Universitas Islam Syekh Yusuf Tangerang. Metode  penelitian yang digunakan  adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif  dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa penyebaran angket. Responden  penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi pendidikan agama Islam yang berjumlah 25 mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil olah data dan pembahasan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwasanya Model Pembelajaran contextual teaching learning berpengaruh rendah 11,56% terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Namun pada saat pengujian hipotesis,  hal ini mengandung arti bahwasanya diterimanya dan ditolaknya .

Covid-19 is a big challenge for Indonesians, it affects various aspects, in addition to economic aspects many aspects are also harmed by Covid 19 aspk other aspects, namely aspectsofEducation. This research aims to find out the results of learning to write in the pandemic period in students of grade 9H SMPN 1 Karanggayam, Kebumen in the 2nd semester of the 2020/2021 school year and to find out the learning results of students in using the WhatsApp Grouping application. The method used in this study is a descriptive quantitative research method, with a sample of students of SMPN 1 Karanggayam. This research data collection technique uses observation techniques, questionnaires and recording techniques. The data collection instrument used in the study was an online learning questionnaire. The results of research in the use of WhatsApp media showed that the results of learning to write a rebuke against the results of grades that are not 100% most students have grades that are less or below KKM
