This study describes tolerance among religious communities and intolerant behavior in students. It also tests the hypothesis of whether there is a significant influence between fostering tolerance among religious communities and heterogeneous student behavior in the formal educational institutions in Gorontalo City. The study used quantitative research with a correlation method through a simple regression. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire, which involved 67 students. This study showed that there is a significant influence between fostering religious tolerance and intolerant behavior of students. This influence is shown by the regression coefficient number of F-count 115.577 with a significance level of 5% (F-table = 3.99). Besides, the value of determination (R Square) = 0,640 illustrates that tolerance among religious communities has a high effect on the tolerance behavior of students. Thus, it can be stated that 64% of the students’ tolerance behavior is affected by the religious communities’ tolerance, and the rest (36%) is influenced by other factors.

The research was carried out to find the influence of five business location factors such as rent expense, infrastructure, business environment, consumer, and security on the success of the mobile phone business a long Jalan Moses, Yogyakarta. The respondents of the research were all of the handphone traders a long Jalan Moses, as many as 81 respondents. The data was derived from a survey and collected by applying question-naires, and analyzed by using multiple linear regressions. This research indicated that factors of rent expense, infrastructure, business environment, consumer, and security, all together showed a significant influence on the business success. These were indicated by the value of F amounting to 24,132 with the significance level of 0,000, where as R square counting to 0,591. The regression coefficient of each factor of rent expense, infrastructure, business environment, consumer, and security toward business success are 0,368 (X1); 0,294 (X2); 0,399(X3); 0,311 (X4); 0,394 (X5); and the significant level of each factor are 0,003; 0,031, 0,007, 0,031, and 0,020 respectively.

This study aims to determine how much influence budget planning has on budget absorption. The method used in this research is quantitative research with an associative approach. Data collection techniques through literature study, observation and questionnaires. The questionnaire was distributed to 76 respondents, with the analysis technique is a simple linear regression coefficient. The results of this study have a significant influence between the dimensions of budget planning and budget absorption. With two-sided testing (significance = 0.05) the partial test results (t test) obtained t count > t table (12.582 > 1.995). In the simultaneous regression coefficient test (f test), the results of f count > f table (158.296 > 3.09) are obtained with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05, so Ha is accepted, meaning that simultaneously there is a significant influence between budget planning and budget absorption. While the calculation of the coefficient of determination is 68.1%, the influence of budget planning on budget absorption is 68.1% and the remaining 31.9% is influenced or explained by other variables not examined by the researcher.

The aim of this study is to determine middle school 7th grade students’ opinions on controversial issues. In the research, screening model and quantitative research method has been used. The sample of the study consists of 7th graders from 5 public schools located on the center of Demirci district of Manisa province. The 5-point Likert-type questionnaire prepared with 20 items has been applied to 203 students. The data has been put into the statistical program and analyzed. By determining means, deviations and frequencies of all items in the survey, it has been tabulated and interpreted separately. “Mann Whitney U” and Kruskal Wallis H” tests have been used to find out whether the students' opinions about which subjects can be discussed in the classroom, shows significant difference according to various variables or not. Interpretation of the results has been done by the significance level of 0,5. According to the findings of the research, the topics that the students want to discuss the most in the classroom respectively are human rights, multiculturalism, election system, animal rights and freedom of the press. The topics that the students do not want to discuss in the classroom are terror and violence. When the results of the research has been examined according to various variables; Significant differences has been seen in different items, such as; The Gender (Military System, Religious Communities, Fanaticism and Cloning), Reading Books (TV Broadcasts), The Education of Father (Religious Communities, Multiculturalism), The Education of Mother (Military System, Religious Communities and Cloning), Father’s Profession (Religious Communities, Fanaticism, Internet and Elections System), Mother's Profession (Religious Communities) and Family Income Status (Internet).

Islamic boarding school is a religious, educational institution with its characteristics and is different from other educational institutions. Education in Islamic boarding schools includes Islamic education, da’wah, community development, and additional similar education. This research aimed to determine the relationship between Self-Control with Discipline Behavior to students memorizing the Al-Qur’an at Islamic Boarding School Darussalam Purwokerto-Indonesia. This study uses quantitative research methods. The instrument used to collect data is the Self-Control scale and the Discipline Behavior scale. The population in the study was 80 students. Researchers use the entire population, so it is called population research. The data analysis technique uses product-moment correlation. Data were analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 25.0 for Windows Program. The results of the research data show that there is a relationship between Self-Control and Discipline Behavior in students who memorize the Qur’an at Islamic Boarding School Darussalam Purwokerto-Indonesia has a correlation of 0.695 and a significance level of p<0.01. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive relationship between Self-Control and Discipline Behavior.

ABSTRACTCompetition in the business, making each company seeks to improve performance so that all the company's goals can be achieved. The main task of the company management is to determine the target capital structure which included a proportion of funding by the company's debts. One measure of success in the management of the company is profitability. LQ 45 group are a group of the company's shares that are of interest and concern to investors. The purpose of this study is determine significant influence partially and simultaneously company size and capital structure on profitability in LQ45 company. This research is causality using a quantitative approach. This study design using the design of quantitative research methods. This research was conducted in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, when the study was conducted in January-April, 2016. The population in this study are LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample used are LQ 45 companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2014 period. The sampling technique used is sampling non-probability. The sampling method in this study using purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using linear regression. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the variable company size and its capital structure has a significant influence simultaneously and partially on profitability in the LQ45 company. It is known from the value of F (significance level) at t is smaller than ? (0.05). Keywords: company size, capital structure, profitability

The aim ofthis research are (1) to know the influence of Rembang Public Library transfer to Kartini Beach tourism area toward animo of visits to the libratyt (2) to know user perception about Rembang Public Library transfer to Kartini Beach tourism area (3) to know animo of visits to Rembang Public Library. This was a quantitative research that used correlation method between location (independent variable) and animo of visits (dependent variable). Data were collected through questionnaire, interview and documentation. Data analysis used product moment correlation and processed using SPSS version 17 for Windows. The result of the study showed there was significant correlation between location and animo of visits. Score of correlation was 0.632 at significance level 5% r table is 0.202. The Rembang public library transfer to Kartini Beach tourism area belonged to good category whereby grand mean of location variable was 2.86. Animo of visits also belonged to high category whereby grand mean was 3.01.

The research entitled The Influence of Coaching And Discipline of Teacher Exercise on Vitar Ball Extracurricular Development is aimed to find out whether there is an influence between "Development and discipline of Sports Teachers towards Vocational Ball Extracurricular Development in SMP Negeri 2 Jatinangor Sumedang Regency." The research conducted is quantitative research. The sample used amounted to 30 people. Determination of sample using random sampling technique. Prior to data analysis, normality and homogeneity tests were first conducted to determine whether the data showed normal and homogeneous. Data analysis technique used is f-test. From the calculation of regression analysis X1 and X2 to Y in the regression coefficient value of Fcount = 6.37> Ftable = 4.21 can be concluded that H0 rejected and Ha accepted, thus in penelitin conducted there is a significant influence between Development and Teacher Discipline against Development of Extracurricular Voly Ball at SMP Negeri 2 Jatinangaor Sumedang District.

Introduction to consumer demand for a product is the beginning of the decision-making process. The need to communicate is a very important thing in human life. With respect to the existence of diverse consumers and their behavior then the management should really responsive to observations of what is wanted. In connection with the research done on the title : The Effect of Social Factors, Personal Factors, Psychological Factors, Cultural Factors Against Three Card Purchase Decision In Singaraja City, based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis was done in this study, obtained the following regression equation: Y = 6.604 + 0.254X1 + 0.494X2 - 0.298X3 + 0.526X4. The results obtained by the analysis of social factors that variable (X1) has a regression coefficient of 0.254 (is positive) to the purchasing decision (Y) and t value of 1.116 with a significance level of 0.275 (> 0.05). This means that social factors (X1) has no significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y). Thus Hypothesis This means that Ho accepted and Ha is rejected, the analysis results obtained that individual factor variables (X2) has a regression coefficient of 0.494 (is positive) to the purchasing decision (Y) and t value of 3.149 with a significance level of 0.004 (> 0.05 ). This means that individual factors (X2) has a significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y). Thus the hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, results obtained by analysis of the psychological factors that variable (X3) has a regression coefficient of 0.298 (negative sign) to the purchasing decision (Y) and t value of -0.781 with a significance level of 0.442 (> 0.05). This means that the psychological factor (X3) does not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y). Thus Hypothesis This means that Ho accepted and Ha is rejected, results obtained by analysis of the cultural factors that variable (X4) has a regression coefficient of 0.526 (is positive) to the purchasing decision (Y) and t value of 1.604 with a significance level of 0.121 (> 0.05 ). This means that cultural factors (X4) does not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y). Thus Hypothesis this means that : Ho accepted and Ha is rejected, adjusted R-square value obtained for 0.480 or 48.0%. Than customer satisfaction (Y) can be explained by the variable quality of service (X1), product (X2), promotion (X3), while 52.0% can be explained by factors-factors not examined in this study.

This study aims to determine the influence of price perceptions and brand image on the interest in purchasing Yamaha NMAX in Palu City. Type of stduy is explanatory. Population consist of people in Palu City who have known and interested, but do not yet have Yamaha NMAX products. Sampling technique is purposive sampling, with total samples of 90 people. Data collection using questionnaire which then processed by using regression analysis tool with SPSS for Windows Release 16.0. Method of analysis is multiple regression analysis. The result shows that price perceptions have positive and significant influence on the interest of poeople purchasing Yamaha NMAX in Palu City, with significance level t-sig. of (0,05 ≥ 0.041) with regression coefficient equals to 0.154. Brand image has positive and significant influence on the interest of buying Yamaha NMAX in Palu City, with significance level t sig. of (0,05 ≥ 0.000) with regression coefficient value equals to 0.464. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi harga dan citra merek terhadap minat beli produk motor merek Yamaha NMAX Di kota Palu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksplanatory research (penelitian penjelasan). Populasi dalam penelitian ini dikhususkan pada masyarakat kota Palu yang mengetahui dan berminat, tetapi belum memiliki produk Yamaha NMAX. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 90 responden. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner yang kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi dengan program SPSS For Windows Release 16.0. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa variabel persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli produk motor merek Yamaha NMAX di kota Palu, dengan tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0,05 ≥ 0,041) dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,154. Variabel citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap  minat beli produk motor merek Yamaha NMAX di kota Palu, dengan tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0,05 ≥ 0,000) dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,464.

There are several factors that can affect the level of employee organizational commitment. Some of these factors include personality, learning, abilities and biographical characteristics. This research used quantitative research. From the results of this test to prove the simultaneous and partial influence between personality variables, learning, abilities, and individual characteristics of organizational commitment to BMT UGT Sidogiri employees in Surabaya. For the F test that there was a simultaneous and significant influence between the variables of individual characteristics on organizational commitment to BMT UGT Sidogiri employees, which had a significance level of 0,000 <0.05 and an F count of 8.498> 2.606. For the results of the t test or partial test, that the most significant personality influenced the value of t arithmetic> t table was 3.286> 2.0129, while other variables such as learning with t value <t table was -1.814 <2.0129 showed that there was no significant effect on organizational commitment, the ability with a t value <t table that was 1.978 <2.0129 indicated that there was a partial but not significant effect, and biographical characteristics with a t value <t table that was 1.102 <2.0129 showed that there was a partial but not significant effect on organizational commitment in BMT UGT Sidogiri employees in Surabaya. The influence of personality variables, learning, ability and biographical characteristics on organizational commitment in BMT UGT Sidogiri employees was expected for the institution to pay attention to the organizational commitment of employees.
