Good service quality in the hotel can be achieved if employees are able to anticipate and meet the guest’s needs. Therefore, it is necessary to have a section focusing on a certain type of guests, namely VIP and VVIP guests. in order to achieve good relations with guests. This section is called Butler which cover personal services so that the service quality is expected to increase. This study aims to study the guests opinion about  the existence of Butler at Raffles Hotel, Jakarta and to find out the relationships between Butler and service quality. Research methods used is descriptive correlational where correlational coefficient and coefficient of determination are computed. Data was collected using questionnaire distributed to VIP/VVIP guests at Raffles Hotel Jakarta. Sample size was 53 and sampling technique was non probability purposive sampling. The result showed that on the whole  the existence of butler was rated very good by VIP guests in Raffles Hotel Jakarta.  Meanwhile, service quality received by guests was also very good. There was a strong positive relationship between Butler's existence and service quality in Raffles Hotel Jakarta.

This study aims to determine the relationship between compensation and teacher’s job performance of Middle School in Kecamatan Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. The method used is descriptive in the form of a survey. The population in this study is a teacher in the Middle School at Kecamatan Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. Samples were taken by using proportional random sampling technique. Based on this technique, the sample size used in this study were 69 from 225 teachers. Data collection for compensation (Variable X) and job performance (Variable Y) using a questionnaire. From the results of hypothesis testing to test the significance of the correlation is obtained that tcount 5.421 > ttable 1.670. Thus it can be said that the hypothesis can be accepted. This means that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. The results of this study it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between compensation with teacher’s job performance of Middle School in Kecamatan Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. The results of this study also indicate that compensation’s contribution to job performance is compensated at 30.49 %. From these values can be indicated that compensation had a positive effect on teacher’s improvement of job performance.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi kerja karyawan dengan kompensasi. Penelitian dilakukan di “PT PAI”. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT ”PAI”, sampel sebanyak 20 orang karyawan diambil dengan teknik convenience sampling. Perangkat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah perangkat kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan induktif. Perangkat analisis data yang digunakan adalah tabel distribusi frekuensi dan korelasi Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif kuat sebesar 0,983 dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja karyawan dengan kompensasinya pada PT ”PAI”. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a significant relationship between: (1) the use of learning facilities with results, (2) motivation to learn with learning outcomes, (3) use of learning facilities and motivation to learn with learning outcomes. This research is quantitative descriptive. the number of samples is 104. The sample selection uses the Probability Sampling technique of simple Random Sampling. Data was collected using questionnaire and documentation methods. Test requirements analysis using the Normality test. The results of the study: (1) There is a positive relationship between the use of learning facilities and learning outcomes, analysis: rx1y = 0. 206 and rtable = 0. 195. (2) There is a positive relationship between motivation to learn and learning outcomes, analilis: rx2y = 0. 225 and rtable = 0. 195. (3) There is a shared positive relationship between the use of learning facilities and learning motivation with learning outcomes, analysis: rx1x2y = 0. 298 and rtable = 0. 195. The relationship is included in the low category because based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination the relationship between the use of learning facilities and learning motivation with economic learning outcomes is found at 8. 88%.

This study examines the relationship between the effect of electronic service quality, price and perceived benefits of go-pay features on customer satisfaction in Padang. Population in this study are all motorcycle customers who use the go-pay feature. With a sample size of 100 respondents selected using the Purposive Sampling technique. The results showed that electronic service quality has positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, price has positive effect on customer satisfaction, while the perceived benefits does not significant on customer satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the relationship between service quality and location variables with customer loyalty at Raihan Bakery Cake Shop Medan. The population in this study was as much 2100 taken from customers who are truly loyal to Raihan Bakery Cake Shop Field. This research uses a quantitative approach and sampling in this study with purposive sampling technique amounted to 100 people. The instrument used was a valid and reliable questionnaire for service quality, location and customer loyalty. The research was analyzed using the Multiple Analysis test. The results showed that: (1) There is a positive relationship Rx1-y = 0.0446 of service quality with customer loyalty at Raihan Bakery Cake Shop Medan. This is indicated by tcount = 4,938 ttable = 1,985 and a significance value of 0,000 0.05. (2) There is a positive relationship Rx2-y = 0.172 from the location with customer loyalty at Raihan Bakery Cake Shop Medan. This is indicated by tcount = 1,731 ttable = 1.985 and a significance value of 0.043 0.05. (3) There is a positive relationship Rx1.x2-y = 0.0448 of service quality and location with customer loyalty at Raihan Bakery Cake Shop Medan. And from the output obtained a determinant coefficient (R2) of 0.200 with a significance value of 0.000 0.05.

Life processes cannot continue in the absence of a means of survival. This explains why people continue to look for ways to make a living and satisfy their insatiable desires This study aims to investigate the relationship between human capital and financial resources in selected denominational institution in Ghana. This research is applied a questionnaire to measure and assess the mentioned relationship. The sample size is 368 persons who were chosen through purposive sampling technique. A Minitab 20.3 software was used to generate the required results. According to findings of empirical analysis, it is demonstrated that there is a significant and positive relationship between human capital and resources. The results also revealed that human capital elements of education, training and succession planning were predictors of resources. It recommended that human capital must be improved for better management of denominational resources.

Good service quality in public services will give an impetus to the user community to give a good assessment. Good service by the State Civil Servants (ASN) in the Transportation Obligatory Licensing Unit (UPAKWU) in the Karanganyar District Transportation Department was apparently still receiving complaints from the service user community. This shows that there are still some shortcomings in the implementation of the service system in the office. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling method. The data used are primary data obtained directly from respondents by providing a list of questions or questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) are used to measure the level of satisfaction of someone over the performance of other parties, and Cartesian Diagrams to determine service indicators that satisfy or do not satisfy consumers. The results showed that: Service quality in UPAKWU Karanganyar Regency according to customer perceptions has not been satisfactory, despite having good service performance / above average. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of whether or not the quality of service, store atmosphere and promotion of consumer satisfaction at Pondok Jowi Restaurant Solo. The population in this study were consumers of Pondok Jowi Solo Restaurant in January 2020 at May 2020 with a total of 14,030 people. The sampling techniquemismpurposive samplingm which is a sampling technique with certain considerations by taking 100 respondents. Data collection uses a Likert scale questionnaire to measure respondents' answers to identify the relationship between service quality, store atmosphere and promotion of customer satisfaction. The results show that service quality, store atmosphere and promotion have a simultaneous and significant effect on customer satisfaction, servicei quality has assignificant effect on customer satisfaction, store atmosphere has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and promotion has significant effect on customer satisfaction. The article deals with the problem of achieving sustainable development. The purpose of this study is to reveal the relationship between the components of sustainable development, taking into account the involvement of indigenous peoples in nature conservation. Climate change makes achieving sustainable development more difficult. Indigenous peoples are the first to feel the effects of climate change and play an important role in the environmental monitoring of their places of residence. The natural environment is the basis of life for indigenous peoples, and biological resources are the main source of food security. In the future, the importance of bioresources will increase, which is why economic development cannot be considered independently. It is assumed that the components of resilience are interrelated and influence each other. To identify this relationship, a model for the correlation of sustainable development components was developed. The model is based on the methods of correlation analysis and allows to determine the tightness of the relationship between economic development and its ecological footprint in the face of climate change. The correlation model was tested on the statistical materials of state reports on the environmental situation in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Yugra. The approbation revealed a strong positive relationship between two components of sustainable development of the region: economy and ecology.

Based on a survey of 147 Chinese employees, we examined the relationship between perceived career plateau and turnover intention, and the moderating role of career anchor in challenge in this process. We hypothesized that perceived career plateau would be positively related to turnover intention, and that this relationship would be stronger in employees with a higher level of career anchor in challenge than in those with a lower level. The results showed that perceived career plateau had a strong positive relationship with turnover intention, especially in employees with a high level of career anchor in challenge. These findings have implications for research in career development and turnover intention, as well as in management practices.
