As the market of halal tourism destinations has increasingly become more competitive, the revisit intention topic has progressively become prominent to emphasize on. This research is designed to find out how much influence of the availability of Muslim-friendly facilities to Indonesian Muslim tourist to revisit intention to Japan. The methodology of this research is quantitative descriptive research in which questionnaire is the major tool in collected the primary data for analysis. The total sample of 100 Indonesian Muslim tourist is obtained for the analysis. The simple and multiple regression analysis are adopted to examine the key factors which significantly predict the revisit intention. The results of this research indicates that Muslim-friendly facilities likes halal hotel, halal restaurant, and prayer room are positively related to the revisit intention. The biggest need of Indonesian Muslim tourist is the availabity of halal restaurants. Regarding the situation of Muslim friendly facilities in Japan, Indonesian Muslim still finds it difficult to locate the facilities despite its availability.

This research conducted to determine the effect of service tax officials, penalties for late-payments and reporting on the taxpayer compliance non-star hotels. This research was conducted at Dinas Pendapatan Kota Batam. Mechanical determination of sample using a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 116 taxpayers. The type of data used is primary data. Methods of data collection are done by questionnaire. Data using multiple regression analysis with SPSS V.20.0. These results indicate that the service tax officials, penalties for late-payments and reporting have a positive and significant effect on the taxpayer compliance non-star hotels. The limitations in the study are the lack of understanding of respondents to the statements in the questionnaire and caring attitude and seriousness in answering statements. The study also suggested that Dinas Pendapatan Kota Batam provides socialization with both the taxpayer so they better understand the tax penalties and cause sanctions fines on taxpayers.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of store atmosphere and service quality on customer revisit intention of Golden Cafe dan Resto at Kota Padang. This is the causative research. The population of the research is Padang city community. The number of research samples as many as 100 people and selected using purposive sampling technique. The data used is the primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to Padang city community with established criteria. The analytical method is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 16. The results indicate that (1) Store atmosphere and service quality advertisements have a significant effect on revisit, (2) Store atmosphere has a significant effect on revisit intention, (3) Service quality have a significant influence on revisit intention.       Kata Kunci: store atmosphere, service quality, revisit intention

This study aims to find out: (1) How is the influence of Store Atmosphere on purchasing decisions (2) How is the influence of Experiential Marketing on Purchasing Decisions. (3) How is the influence of Store Atmosphere and Experiential Marketing on Purchasing Decisions. The total sample of 140 respondents using the Hair formula. The data used are primary data derived from answers to questionnaires. Data processing using Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS 25) analysis with multiple regression analysis methods, hypothesis testing, and f test. The results of this study are as follows: (1) Store Atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in Daong Pancawati coffee with a multiple regression value of 0.353 and has a significant value of 0,000. (2) Experiential Marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in Daong Pancawati Coffee with a multiple regression value of 0.444 and has a significant value of 0,000. (3) Store Atmosphere and Experiential Marketing have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in Daong coffee with a calculated F value of 108.153 and is greater than the f table of 3.06 and has a significant value of 0,000.    Keywords: Store Atmosphere, Experiential Marketing and Purchasing Decisions

This study aims to examine: (1) The effect of the product on buying interest, (2) The effect of prices on buying interest. This type of research is causative. The population in this study was the people of Padang City who knew about Cimory's products. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 100 respondents. The type of data used in this study is primary data. The data analysis technique uses descriptive and inductive analysis through multiple regression analysis using the SPSS version 21 program. The hypothesis is tested by F test and t test at α = 0.05. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Product has a significant effect on buying interest, (2) Price does not significantly influence buying interest.Keyword: Buying Interest, Product, Price

This study aimed to examine the causal relationship between budget emphasis, self-esteem and budget participation by using primary data collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondent. The population was the OPD Regency of Kebumen with a purposive sampling as a sampling technique. From 75 questionnaires that have been distributed, 70 questionnaires have been received and only 43 questionnaires that could be processed. This studied used multiple regression analysis methods. The study showed that based on the t-test:  budget emphasis and self-esteem have a positive and significant effect on budgetary slack, while budget participation does not affect budgetary slack. The coefficient of determination (R²) showed 29,5%, that was mean 29,5% variable of budgetary slack influenced by variables budget emphasis, self-esteem, and budget participation but 70,5% explained by other variables which not exist in this research

This study aims to determine the effect of taxpayer understanding and awareness of tax benefits to the restaurants taxpayer pays taxes . Sources of data used in this study is primary data derived from taxpayer restaurant in Tomohon. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the regression analysis resulted in the equation r Y = 8.000 + 0.136 X1 + 0.440 X2 . R2 value of 0.303 indicates the proportion of the taxpayer contributes understanding and awareness of tax benefits to the restaurants taxpayer pays tax at a restaurant in Tomohon 30.3 %. And korelsi coefficient ( r) of 0.550 . Hypothesis testing using t-test showed that no taxpayer understanding partial effect on consciousness taxpayer pays tax while the restaurant in Tomohon city restaurant tax benefits significantly influence the consciousness of the top tax payers in the city of Tomohon.

This study aims to determine how the effect of the use of Quipper School e-learning on accounting learning outcomes which are moderated by student learning independence. This research is motivated by low independence and student learning outcomes. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The research sample was 33 students consisting of two classes at the YPK Medan Vocational School. The data collection techniques used in this study were using tests and questionnaires (questionnaires). The analysis technique uses multiple regression. The results of this study based on multiple regression analysis are (1) There is an effect of the use of Quipper School E-learning on student learning outcomes. (2) There is an effect of learning independence on student learning outcomes and (3) There is an influence of quipper school on student learning outcomes which is moderated by student learning independence

This research purpose how the influence of their own capital and loan capital of net income cooperative in Sukabumi City. This research is quantitative descriptive study using multiple regression analysis. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling where the sampling is based on certain criteria. From the established criteria, obtained 11 (eleven) sample cooperative in sukabumi city with the observation period of 2 (two) years for each sample cooperative. The research analysis tools using multiple regression analysis. Simultaneous hypothesis testing using the F and partial test using t-test with a probability level of 5 percent (0,05). F-test result explain that the own capital and loan capital Simultaneous have a positive and significant effect on net income cooperative. t-test results showed that the own capital have a positive and significant effect on net income. While loan capital is not have significant impact on net income cooperative in Sukabumi City.Key words : Equity, Loan Capital, Net Profit Margin

This study is conducted to examine the rebooting of customer loyalty of Bata products through Guerrilla marketing that helps to sustain their customers. In this era of globalization all firms are facing competition. Bata Company is not an exception. Hence this study will reveal how for this guerilla marketing is effective to sustain in the market. Primary data collected through survey method. Questionnaire constructed and data was collected from customers in Chennai city. Multiple regression analysis tools are used that helps to predict the effect of independent variables on dependent variable. Multiple regression analysis determines the fit of the model and the relative contribution of each of the predictors to the total variance. The variation in loyalty of customers of Bata products through Guerilla marketing is explained by change in design, cost effectiveness, variety of products and offers to attract customers. Each independent variable explains the variance.

Tax compliance is a major factor affecting tax revenues. To determine the level of compliance of taxpayers in meeting their tax obligations can be seen from the achievement of revenue targets. This research aims to analyzing the influence of taxpayers’ awareness, knowledge of taxation, and taxpayers’ attitude influential on of docility taxpayers in KPP Pratama Boyolali. Convenience sampling was conducted in this research as a method. Data obtained in the form of primary data questionnaire distributed in KPP Pratama Boyolali and data obtained secondary from KPP Pratama Boyolali. Taxpayers taken as sampled was taxpayers who came to KPP Pratama Boyolali who have NPWP good taxpayers people personally and the body was handed SPT in KPP Pratama Boyolali. This research used Multiple Regression analysis tool. The result of research shows that awareness taxpayers influential significantly against of docility taxpayers. The knowledge of the tax is not influential significantly against of docility taxpayers The attitude of the taxpayers significantly influences taxpayer compliance. Keywords: taxpayer awareness, knowledge of taxation, attitude of the taxpayer on tax compliance.
